Massage Envy is a welcoming place for me to have a facial done every week, nice front desk employees, clean, quiet, great location, easy appointments, kind manager ( Amanda) and (Adrienne)has given me the best facials and attention to my skin in the past year a half. I would recommend the Springfield location, also would make a nice gift for someone who has never had a facial by a professional

The massage that I received from Stephanie changed my life, lol. I could feel the difference in my body prior to and after the session. She was very attentive to the trouble areas and she constantly made sure that I was comfortable with the pressure level. I will definitely return in the near future. The front desk staff was very friendly, accommodating and professional..2 thumbs up all around.

I’ve been seeing Adrienne for years and I’ll never stop! She’s so knowledgeable, my skin has improved drastically because of her. I’ve also always felt so welcomed and comfortable around her. I can come in for a service and feel like I’m hanging with a friend at the same time! I look forward to every appointment I have with her!!!!

Adrienne was the first esthetician I’ve had and now my go to! She always offers the most relaxing facial experience and gives great product and skincare recommendations! Would highly recommend her!!

My first facial, it was so relaxing. Adrienne was great the atmosphere was so serene, very clean facility. The facial itself was excellent. My skin never felt so soft and subtle. Adrienne is very thorough, knowledgeable and informative. I purchased the exfoliating cleaner and I love it. I also have the toner. I already have my next appointment booked and I am recommending massage envy to everyone. Thank you for the great experience.

Taj is the absolute best....Shes a godsend.... She remembers my name, very skilled. I had major shoulder issues, from weight lifting, working, etc., lasted for awhile. Once I scheduled with Taj, few sessions latter, all those issues have gone away. I like that she is extremely professional, courteous, considerate and kind. Cool calming voice too..... The best!!

Adrienne did an amazing job on my facial. She asked about my skin concerns and gave me great options to use during my facial. She was always checking on me and asking if everything was okay. I will definitely be returning for another facial by Adrienne in the future!

Taj is an experienced massage therapist who is able to provide both a relaxing massage and an orthopedic type massage that targets where you are feeling pain or discomfort. She has gotten my shoulder “moving again” by releasing trigger points, stretching and figuring out where the pain is stemming from without me feeling sore or bruised the next day. I appreciate all the extras she does for me to feel relaxed and pain free when I leave Massage Envy.

Stephanie was very thorough. She listened to me when I needed her to lighten up her touch. She even gave me exercise moves for my tight calves that was also affecting my Achilles tendon. I booked 2 more massages with her. She suggested that I needed a 90min massage so one of my future massage is a 90 min massage.

Nicholas my massage therapist is amazing. If I could have took him home with me I would have. This whole experience was great including the wonderful front desk staff. The great welcoming smiles walking thorough the door. It was a pleasure thanks everyone😊💯

Stephanie did a Great job on my deep tissue massage. She took me earlier than my scheduled time. She was very friendly but yet professional. I felt wonderful all day🤗.

The masseuse was late and talked way too much even after I told him I prefer not to talk during a massage which made it impossible to relax. I kept asking for firm pressure but essentially all I got was someone rubbing lotion on me, which I could do myself. $120 completely wasted. I come here all the time and have always had a great experience. This time definitely fell short.

Steph goes above and beyond to address my specific needs. She is amazingly skilled and has really impacted my life wit her talent!! I hit the jackpot with her! If you’re lucky enough to book with her you won’t be disappointed!

Nicholas is the best! He was extremely thorough and checked in multiple times during the session to make sure I was comfortable. I appreciated the stretching that was added to the session because my muscles were really tight. I like firm/deep pressure and he was spot on!! I look forward to coming back and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a massage therapist!

Stephanie did my massage and it was wonderful. She really paid attention to the areas that we discussed that wad a problem for me. She wasnt too firm or too light. It was a great massage.

I signed up for a year membership. From the start the service was poor. I arrived ten minutes before my first appointment, was checked in and welcomed to the serenity room; I used the time to read mail and catch up on social media. I didn’t realize that 15 minutes had passed and my appointment had not started. I was about to check back in at the front desk when a staff member came and verified my name and inquired if I checked in. I said yes and then she asked with who; needless to say there was some mix up and I was never checked in. The Therapist could not see me and I had to be rescheduled for another day. This was the start of a year of at least 5 cancellations. I did not cancel any of the appointments. There were multiple staffing issues. Yes they did accommodate me with additional services but this experience was anything but relaxing. Never again!!!

The massage I receive was excellent. On the other hand, the carpets were very nasty and dirty. I did not want to put my feet on those carpets. I recommend they invest in a little more sanitation.

Massage Envy was great. Friendly staff. Tajsha did my massage and she did a excellent job. It was honestly one of the best massages Ive had. You can tell she has experience. I left relaxed and happy for the rest of the day. I would definitely come back and book with Taj.

Just became a member but outstanding service so far … from the initial call in response to my membership request to my first massage. Glad I chose this location. Looking forward to many, many massages and facials.

I had a wonderful a experience here The people are very courteous and my masseuse Taj was fabulous. She has hands that are soothing I could get a massage from her every day. I would recommend her to everyone . Her mannerism is so sweet. Over all it was a wonderful experience. God bless you Taj.

Laura is spectacular!! I started going to her when I was pregnant and continued going up until I delivered. Her prenatal massages were exactly what I needed. I went to her for my first massage postpartum and it was amazing. She knows exactly which areas to focus on. I really can’t say enough great things about Laura and will continue to go to her and only her!!!

What a gem the Springfield location has in TAJ!!! Theres good massage techs and then theres Taj! Such a wonderful all around experience. Taj is also very kind, warm, gentle, and knowledgeable about what she does and life, and it made for an awesome massage experience.

My massage therapist CJ was very attentive during my session. I was so relaxed. She let me know where my trouble areas were at the end of the session. I will be back.

I have been going to Adrienne for a long time. She is fantastic! She always knows what’s best for my skin each visit. I would love to see her expand her services such as Microdermaplaning. If you’re looking for a great Esthetician go see Adrienne!

Getting a facial done at Massage Envy with Adrienne is truly a great experience. Normally I’d go for a monthly massage but decided to switch it up and I’m glad I did. Give it a shot!

Daniel and the massage was great. My problem is that I asked for a couples massage and we were separated. The couples room was in use so it wasnt possible. I wouldnt have waited a whole month just for us to just be separated.

Adriana was amazing she was very attentive to my needs and wants , she took her time asked questions and even gave skin care advice overall my experience with Adriana was a 5

My husband and I visited this location for the first time last weekend and we were extremely impressed. Marie, at the front desk was helpful and answered all of our questions. I got a massage from Nick and left feeling like a new person! I liked that he was thorough with his pre-massage questions, so he had a better idea of how to tailor the massage. I appreciated that he checked in multiple times during the massage to make sure the pressure was okay. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I look forward to coming back soon!

Had an appointment as a new customer of Massage Envy today I had asked for my masseuse Dan to focus on my legs and lower back which are really sore after jumping back into my strength training routine. He didn’t massage my lower back at all and only really rubbed lotion into my left leg (did not massage), my right one wasn’t massaged at all. He also talked a lot but in a hushed tone and was wearing a mask I couldn’t hear a word he said and had to keep picking my head up to ask him to repeat which was not relaxing. Very disappointed $125 wasted.

Taj is always amazing. She is professional, patient, kind and if I point out a specific area to work on she knows how to help. I really value my sessions with her. The staff is also very welcoming and helpful.

I enjoyed an awesome massage experience today with Tajsha at Massage Envy in Springfield. Her touch is so healing and soothing it makes your total experience as though you’re floating. Her demeanor is calming and welcoming which allows for total relaxation. Taj is amazing!!!

Adrienne was nice and gentle . She told me what she was using and what the product did before she applied it . She also gave me tips on what she thought would help me to her my skin to where I wanted it to be . It was a nice experience.

I absolutely recommend going to Massage Envy for excellent service. The staff are friendly and professional. My massage therapist, Taj is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and has addressed several issues that I have had as a competitive martial artist as well as a working professional that sits at a keyboard for long periods of time. I have received deep tissue massage, help with stretching, and tips on increasing my flexibility and how to lessen pain when Im away. Most importantly, massages have been a treat and a way to relieve stress. Keep up the great work! :)

My daughter & I went to massage envy as a treat for my birthday, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly & kind. The rooms were clean & comforting. First I will say the manager there is absolutely great! She helped me find two great service providers based on my needs. My aesthetician Chrissy was so knowledgeable and gave me a great brightening facial. Letting me know the products that were being used on my face and why. Today I met AJ WOW!! I have gotten many massages but he blew every person out of the water. He knew every spot that needed to be worked on based on my profession. Before I left I scheduled a 90 minute with him and can’t wait for it. Thank you to everyone there. I will be counting down til my next massage.

I been going to Massage Envy Springfield location for almost a year now. It took a while to find that perfect Massage Therapist. Nicholas is the best and perfect for my pressure level. I get massages biweekly and happy I found this place. I was gifted a massage and never left.

As I am reading some other people’s reviews I was wondering if we went to the same place!!! I think some people just like to complain. Let me just tell you that I received a gift card to massage envy in November 2019- and I have been back once a month ever since (besides when they were closed due to covid) and I plan to return once a month as long as my budget allows for it. Nick is hands down the best masseuse I have ever had. The ladies at the front desk are so nice and very accommodating. I have never had a bad experience at massage envy Springfield. I also tell everyone I know how wonderful Nick is!!! I highly recommend!!

I have been a member for years and always got my massages done by Dawn or Nick. I always left stress free and relaxed. I never realized how many services they actually have. I decided to try something new. Did a stretch with Nick this week and it helped my lower back pain and felt amazing. Today, I decided to try a facial with Adrienne. Never had one done before and figured I would try it out. OMG!!! What have I been missing??? If you never did this, book immediately. I was blown away with her professionalism and how she educated me about different options. Adrienne was amazing, I even booked another one in two weeks.

Taj is amazing!!!! She takes her time and listens to you regarding the areas to work. She adjusts pressure accordingly. Best massages ever!

Went over specials and promotions but not in a pushy manner whatsoever. Gina was my aesthetician & she was truly amazing! I walked out of visit on a cloud and my skin was glowing! I would highly recommend to a friend or family member! I’ll be back for a follow up visit for sure!

First time at Springfield location. Staff was very kind and helpful. Enjoyed my massage with Tim, he has a very calm energy, listened and catered to my trouble spots.

My girlfriend surprised me with a facial for my Birthday today. And the experience was wonderful. But when I was leaving I misplaced my mask and couldnt find it. But what I find very interesting. With covid still looming around. Why doesnt a place like this have mask to give customers. Especially what they charge you.

Melissa was extremely professional and helpful in managing my account. She quickly resolved an issue that I had previously tried resolving at other locations. The massages were also great and I look forward to coming back in the future.

I have a monthly membership because AJ is so great! I have had a mixed relaxing and deep tissue massage from him. I have been to Nick and Brandi who are also good! Do yourself a favor and get a 60min massage it will be worth every dollar. The front desk is friendly so I usually call to make my appointments.

This place is very clean and comfortable. The bed is warm along with the blankets. The rest rooms are always kept in pristine order

Loved this place. From the massage to the facial. Gina and Ria made me feel so good and answered any questions I had. The receptionist Cheyenne made me feel welcome as soon as I opened the door. I really needed today and they all made me feel really good. Will be returning and bringing friends.

I had a scheduling and payment issue at this location but was called by the manager to rectify the situation. Basic customer service goes a long way and I appreciate the quick response from Amanda.

The massage was great! However, I paid for one hour and the massage was actually 43 minutes. That was disappointing. But the place was clean and the masseuse was really good and professional.

Very happy with our ME memberships - more than 10 years. The Springfield location is very nice and has some excellent massage therapists (deep tissue in particular).

Showed up for an appointment they claim to have no record of. Is it even worth mentioning the fact that a one hour massage is really 45 minutes? Won’t recommend.

Great experience, highly recommend! I received a gift card for massage envy from a friend. The scheduling process was quick and simple, I got the date & time I requested. I arrived right on time for my appointment opposed to the requested 15 mins early but the staff were still very polite & accommodating. I loved the iPad registration system. My massage therapist (Dawn) was attentive & spent extra time on problem areas. During check out I expected to be pressured into a membership like I have at previous spas, but I wasn’t. I was simply invited to come again & I asked about the membership. I was surprised to hear about the affordable prices and the flexibility in their membership conditions. I signed up without hesitation and booked a follow up appointment.

I had one of the best massages that I’ve ever had with Nick. He was able to isolate knots and worked through them persistently. He also asks throughout how the pressure is. Front desk staff is very friendly and polite both on the phone and in person.

If you do not want to be trapped in a long term relationship than do not choose this membership I have been fighting to get out of this contract send November 2022 and they are still charging me when I told them I did not want continue for another year. I only agreed to one year.

The manager, Tiffany was so helpful and courteous. She really went out of her way helping me over the phone to purchase and mail a gift card to my friend for her birthday. Im so pleased I chose Massage Envy to give the perfect gift!

I just got a membership with Massage Envy last month and this is my local spot. I have had two massages here so far and both have been great. The receptionist is honestly one of the sweetest and most helpful hostess’ I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She takes her time to talk with you and determine what you need and answers all of your questions. The stand out so far for me has been massage therapist, Dom. He is so knowledgeable about the musculatory system and massage technique. His impressive knowledge of the layers of musculature in the back is awesome. He really listens to the muscle and let’s it guide his pressure while ensuring it is the pressure you want and need. He is also simply a genuine pleasure to work with. Do your self a favor and book with Dom, if you can get in. Thank you!!

I had a terrible experience this time. When I arrived the door was locked, hours on the door said 9am was the open time, my appointment was for 10am. I arrived at 9:50am, I had to wait until the receptionist got off the phone so that she could open the door. Now why the door wasn’t unlocked was totally ridiculous to me. My massage was just ok, nothing was great about it at all. She had an attitude and wasn’t friendly at all. I also had a facial which was mediocre. My esthetician had a face full of acne. Now I’m thinking how in the world is she going to make my skin right when her skin is messed up. No shade just saying!! I did not tip either one and I will not be going back to this location ever. Not professional at all. The girls at the front desk are too busy trying to be cute.

Nice relaxing atmosphere, very friendly staff, Adrienne was my esthetician. She was great! Very pleasant with very skilled hands. I will definitely be going there again in the near future.

My experience at massage envy Springfield has been nothing less than amazing. The service from front desk to the room is grade A Mellisa and my therapist AJ makes me feel like I’m family and not just a number or client. One experience I will never forget was because of my work schedule I was unable to come in and it was hard to get an appointment but Mellissa who is the manager mentioned me to AJ and he accommodated my schedule on his day off now that shows people who really care. I can go on but I think I said enough.I am truly grateful

The staff is very friendly and I love going to get my massages however I find that with my schedule Im wasting money and need to cancel. What I dont like about Massage Envy as a whole is that only a manager is authorize to cancel your membership and it has to be the manager of the location you signed up for. Ive been trying for months now to do so and I feel like its a cat a mouse game because the manager seems to never be in either when i call or when I go into the location. Im starting to feel like this is how the lock you into the membership for a lifetime almost because they are banking on people giving up trying to cancel.

I highly recommended you read the fine print before signing up for a Membership. Make sure you get all the details prior to canceling your membership. This is like an old school gym membership, noting expires unless you submit a cancellation form within a specific time frame? Who Does business like this in the 21st Century?Very disappointed in their service. I would not recommend Massage Envy.

Not the best massage envy I have visited, unfortunately. Its difficult to get appointments and Ive had appointments cancelled on me numerous times. They lost my paperwork at one point and Ive had 2 times that I waited over 30 min past my appointment time for my massage. Took my sister and she was still waiting for a therapist to show up even AFTER my massage was over! I had to cut one of my massages short bc they got to me late with no apology from staff. Disappointing.

Always giving rescheduling issues , been trying to give my mother a much needed massage for 3 weeks now , how do you cancel less then 24 hours for 3 weeks in the row ? Ridiculous!!!! I paid for an hour massage and my session was over in 45 minutes. I understand that they account for time to get dressed before and after, but that doesn’t take more than five minutes total. A bit disappointed.

I go here often because I joined the club. The people here are nice especially my esthetiçian. The skill level is great but what Ive learned is that if your Technician calls out sick there is no back up at this location.

My five star rating was an accident. I got a massage there and during my massage my wallet was stolen. This wallet had several envelopes of money that was separated to pay my bills. The police were contacted and did an investigation. The owners of this branch did NOTHING. THEY HAVE NO CAMERAS and responded they had no way of telling who did it and even questioned if I had brought my wallet several times. Needless to say, Ive never been back nor has families amd friends. Someone on staff was a thief and ownership and mangers did nothing!

Called to make appt, had one available for 8pm, placed on hold, disconnected, I called back and told no appointment available. Someone suddenly booked appt..(within 5 min) Very rude, no offer to reschedule at anoyhet time, too many great places with excellent customer service.. Not interested in Massage Envy Springfield...for any service with that kind of customer service..

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I wish i could give them zero stars. They tried to steal my gift card and lied to my face. Being pissed is beyond what i am right now. I will be calling corporate and the manager of this place as soon as tomorrow. You need better staff and your front desk, so unprofessional and they are theives.

Terrible service, pay a monthly fee just for them to barley have availability. When you do get a spot they either don’t have it in their system or give you less time then your reservation states.

I’ve been going to the Springfield Massage Envy since the Ardmore branch closed. Ally (Alexandra) is a fantastic therapist!

Nicolas, understands my issues and addresses my concerns. He is polite, thoughtful, respectful. I always leave better than I came in…

4/24/18First massage was terrible! very skeptical to go back but I thought it can’t be that bad again, it was worst! the masseuse obviously just had a cigarette, starting my massage face up, smelling her breath stink of cigarette smoke, was torture.!Did not enjoyed my service, very disappointed!

Jenna, was great. I had so many knots in my neck and shoulders and she worked through them all!

Getting an appointment here is horrible! They called me (on my 3rd attempt) while I was on my way there to cancel. They would not refund me my money, said a manager would call within 5 days to resolve the issue, 2 weeks late I still have not heard from them!

Love this location. The front desk is nice and friendly, my massage therapist and esthetician listens to my needs. It’s nice, clean and reasonably priced. They do a fantastic job, i highly recommend them

I have not had a bad experience here. I am no longer a member because I couldnt keep the monthly appointments but I still come here for massages twice a year

The employees steal. Im getting everyone I know to give this place 1 star. Ive heard of 5 people already whose money and wallets were stolen. That means their employees are stealing and tgey are doing nothing about it.

My mom loved her mothers day gift here. I highly recommend. They have great package deals and great service.
