Charlotte did a good job on my 90 minute massage, the time flew! I get one every month and there are several therapists who do excellent firm and deep pressure. Make sure they ask how the pressure is for you because it definitely varies!

The experience was great Donna is fabulousWhat ISNT great is yet another price Increase when I was supposed to have never had an increase when I joinedBe assured that as soon as I used my prepaid I will be canceling my membership.I have been a member for at least 15 years and referred many people to join. There is NO benefit to being a loyal customerI do realize that it is the company not the individual salon that is the problem

My massage was great. Only reason not 5 stars is that the girls working the front desk has no idea how much Any of the products they were selling were and also nothing was labeled with a price. Also my massage therapist was 20 minutes late.

Charlotte is wonderful. Very caring and sweet. Highly recommended. However the girl at the front on Thursday afternoons needs an attitude adjustment. I’ve been in customer service over 30 years and she needs help. Not sweet or kind at all. Massage envy is great place except the one front desk worker. Thank you.

Jessica provides a thorough and relaxing experience. She knows the areas that need more attention and spends the time to work on those muscles. I highly recommend a massage with her. I will be seeing her again in the future.

The staff worked with me to try and get me connected with the best massage therapist for my needs upon my first visit. Luckily, they were able to schedule me in with Donna, who was perfect to help me with sciatica issues. While she was out during my next few visits, I was placed with a couple therapists that werent quite the right fit for me as I need extremely strong hands with deep pressure to relieve my pain. I was extremely happy when Donna returned from vacation & was able to work on my deep tissue issues. Thank you!

Brandee is a wonderful massage therapist. She took the time to focus on my trouble areas. I left feeling very relaxed.

I had probably the best massage of my life from Jason. He focused on the areas of tension I had and I felt a huge improvement afterward. He really knows what he is doing and is very good at it! Unfortunately, I’m just passing through the area, otherwise I would definitely be going back!

I have been a member at Massage Envy for over 7 years. I have only had one or two less than wonderful massages. The front staff is always kind and accommodating. They know the masseuses and can direct you to one that can target the type of massage you need. The masseuses are skilled at their profession. The best part is you can usually get in the same day or the next if you are really needing a massage.

Massage was good and professional. Everything was very clean. The room I was in was too small. The masseuse could barely get around the table. Therefore the atmosphere could have been better. But the lighting and music was nice. Prices are very reasonable.

I took my fiance for a couples massage for her birthday. Our masseuses were a little late to our appointment but that wasnt such a big deal. But once we got into the room and they started our massages my fiances masseuse starting coughing and sniffing the entire service. She had to constantly stop to cough and neither of us could get comfortable. Just wasnt the best experience overall and kind of ruined our evening.

The people at this establishment are 5 stars, but the facility is 1. The front desk staff were very kind and professional, and the masseuse was good at what she does.However, the massage room absolutely REEKED. I’m assuming it was of BO, seeing as it smelled like a McDonald’s PlayPlace on a hot day.The stereo system was making electronic “chirping” noises throughout my entire massage, and sounded like a CD when it skips. It was very distracting and impossible to tune out, as was the smell.Overall, I could not fully enjoy my massage, as my one sense of touch was overpowered by my two senses of hearing and smell.

Awesome. The ladies up front are so friendly and always very helpful! I was only at this location for a few months but saw improvements in my migraines and had tension in my hips relieved that was causing pain in lower joints. Chandler is a massage wizard for sure. I would absolutely recommend this Massage Envy location; Ill be sad to have to change locations when I move.

Donna At Massage Envy on Battlefield is awesome! Her massaging along with her stretching has provided me much relief from occupational overuse syndrome. I will continue to see her on a routine basis.

Would give this place six stars if I could. Got a same day appointment. One of the best massages Ive ever gotten. Very reasonably priced. Would go there all the time if I wasnt passing through.

I scheduled two 90 minute massages for myself and my husband for his 30th birthday. And they called us less than an hour before we were about to leave and informed us we needed to reschedule. I used a vacation day to get off work (that I wont get back) and even had scheduled a baby sitter. We dont ever get evenings off like this. A lot of thought, time and care was put into planning this evening and it started with their cancelation. I read reviews of MANY customers experiencing the exact same thing but I thought surely things would be different. Please dont make the same mistake I did. Do not give them a chance. GO ELSEWHERE.

I booked my appointment on a monday when I was in Springfield because i am from out of town. I made it for wednesday knowing I wouldnt have time any other day. I recieved a confirmation email. They called me tuesday to confirm. I went in Wednesday and they did not have me anywhere on the schedule. She said they were booked the entire day. I showed her the confirmation email and she said she didnt even know how that was sent. Bottom line, do not go to this location. Worst service Ive ever had at a Massage Envy. I tried to contact corporate over it and cant find a link to do it. Just dont go here.Update:I followed through and contacted the corporate office. They told me to contact the actual location. I did that and nothing was ever followed up with. Overall, no customer care. Just a terrible place to go.

Chandler = thank you for helping me with your strong little hands my pecs/arms needed it. Over all this facility is clean air, relaxing, ppl at the front desk are professional and polite, restroom is super clean. Cant wait for my next massage

Went to get a chemical peel for my brithday , got talked out of it and into microderm by the lady because she said if i wasnt planning to get a chemical peel every month for 6 months i would be wasting my money, and said that i would see instant results from microderm, i have acne scars and some forehead wrinkles i was hoping to fade, wasnt expecting anything to be compleatly gone, but wanted to try to fade it a little if anything... that was why i wanted to do chemical peel, becase thats what it said it does on the website. I had a hard time just relaxing because i felt i should respond when she spoke, pretty much the whole time. My face feels like it got a good exfoliating wash, but nothing looks any different. Really dissapointing i feel like i wasted my money on this. I wish i had gotten the chemcial peel even if it was just 1 for now to fade put my scaring and forhead lines a little..... after i was done it was my moms turn to get microderm, it was a birthday thing we were doing together and she was also dissapointed, had a hard time trying to relax becauae the lady was talking the whole time.

Its ironic how their corporate office states that their locations are professional when I clearly experienced the opposite, apparently someone needs to brush up on their definition of professional. If you are looking for kindness in this establishment youre probably more likely to find a unicorn. Tip of advice, dont rely on the owner of both the locations in Springfield because they are very unreliable.

We were in from out of town and had such an amazing visit. The front desk ladies were extremely friendly and my massage therapist Stephanie was outstanding I would highly highly recommend this location! Kudos on a great job!

Was literally walking out the door to go to my massage when they called to cancel because the therapist was sick. I got a sitter. After having an extremely stressful week at work, Im a member and have 5 credits that I haven’t used so you can imagine how long it’s been since I’ve been able to make time for myself. I’m just really let down by this place.

This is the worstest place I ever been... I have been going to Massage Envy all over the states because my job requires me to travel but on this one I walked in at 6:05 and they say oh we are already closed when the sign next to them says open from 9 to 8 p.m. so this guys need to get to work or not to be there at all and hire somebody that its willing to do their job and keep people coming back and keep the business going on... i didnt say a word when they told me they were already closed but I drove to the next parking lot and gave them a call and I did ask the girl I think her name was Brittany, I asked her at what time you close today? and she say we close at 8... so I think they need to get to work or let somebody that will help the business to keep prople coming back
