I had been hoping to find a trusted Myofascial Therapist for sometime and finally got a referral from a friend to see Kelsey. When a pinched nerve in my neck started causing pretty severe pain I made an appt and decided “The Flow” was my best bet in getting some relief. I was not wrong & I would recommend this full pampering treatment to any and everyone whether they’re in pain or not. I left feeling so much better and will def book again!

Kelsey’s Flow service was incredible and unique! Kelsey asked me lots of questions about my goals for both the massage and facial and answered all my questions. I felt cared for from the moment I arrived. The massage itself was phenomenal—I felt taller afterward! And the facial reflexology was so soothing to me that I slipped in and out of consciousness. After, Kelsey answered some questions I had about tense spots and provided guidance around how to loosen my hips and treat my plantar fasciitis. Super knowledgeable and helpful. I felt very rested and regulated after my service. Highly recommend!

The Elemental Facial Flow with Kelsey was one of the most blissful experiences I‘ve had. It really dropped me into a healing state and helped me in my postpartum recovery in so many ways!I’ve had quite a few services with Kelsey over the years and they are always incredible and exactly what I need! She even helped me with bringing healing to my acne when I struggled really bad with it a couple years ago. During this most recent session, she focused on stagnation that was built up in my neck and face. We also added on some facial reflexology to bring in additional support for what I was going through.I drifted off into a dreamlike state and left her office feeling so uplifted and renewed! This was exactly the kind of rejuvenation I needed as a new mom.

True to what is described in her mission statement, her approach is a flow that I would describe as gentle, precise, deliberate, and consequently effective at regulating the nervous system in ways that feel trauma-informed.
