Highly recommend, we called in same day to ask if we can make an appointment for 2:30 and they were available. Highly flexible and very good at what they do, I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great massage at a normal price point. My wife and I did a couples massage, and it was our first massage we had ever done and it was phenomenal. We will definitely be going back in the future, thank you to the two ladies that worked with us!

Not THE worst massage I have ever had but its up there. The massage therapist had little knowledge of how to massage or where muscles are on the human body. The massage consisted of short little rubs with barely any pressure to reach the actual muscles. Such a large language barrier that I could not communicate my needs well enough for her to understand. Oddly required payment upfront. Demanded a tip at the end after cutting the massage by at least 5 minutes. I understand that is not much but when you pay for 60 minutes you hope for a full 60 minutes.

Hands down the most beneficial and soothing massage I have ever had. All the tension in my back and neck were removed with one two hour session. I will definitely be calling them again for another massage!

I had one of the best massages. So calm and tranquil, they made me feel so welcome and comfortable, I can’t wait to go back! The space is beautiful, and everyone who works here is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend it!

This is the only place in town I will get a massage!! I have been going here for a long time and I always have a great experience! They do deep tissue massage and do not charge a premium. I’m visiting from Tucson, AZ and wanted to unwind after a couple days of work meetings. This place was located less than 2 minutes from my hotel and after reading the other reviews, I figured it was worth a shot. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two very friendly ladies. I was shown the massage menu and chose a 30 minute massage with a focus on my neck, shoulders and back. I was then moved to a private room which was extremely clean and had lighting that was perfect for my massage. Within minutes I was on the table enjoying a deep tissue massage. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and the massage therapist worked out a lot of the knots and really loosened me up. She even asked me if she could incorporate hot stones to further release the tension in my shoulders. Of course I said yes! What a nice treat that was! She used just the right pressure, the right amount of oils and she really listened to my body and my needs. Every few minutes or so she would ask if the pressure was okay to make sure I was getting the best massage. The pressure was perfect the entire time. I’m not sure if my travels will ever bring me back to Springfield but if they do, I’ll absolutely come back for a massage!

This was the worst massage & customer service experience I have had to date. I booked a 1 hour massage & when I got there they said they would only do 30 minutes. Then the massage therapist basically just pushed on the muscles up & down my spine. No real massage to it. Then asked for a tip. Definitely wont be recommending this place to anybody.

I was skeptical of how affordable their prices were, but I was SO impressed with their deep tissue. I was so tempted to tell them to add another 30 minutes but had a busy day ahead of me. Wish they were in Kansas City, but I am ALWAYS coming here when I come back and visit. SO happy I came, my lady was awesome!

Very nice legit massage. Very calm. Not rushed like other places. Probably the best Asian massage in Springfield. Judy was awesome. Perfect pressure.

When I went to pay she asked how much I wanted to tip. I said she could put 5 on extra and she looked at me and said usually customers tip 20%. I told her she could make it 70 but will never go back. So unprofessional and the massage wasn’t even that good. Not to mention she kept leaving the room burning through MY TIME which is why the tip was only going to be 5. After my review they did refund me after calling 5 times to explain. We were able to text it out. My money was fully returned.

This was my first massage experience, and it was great! They didn’t offer couples massages, so to make up for that Cici offered my SO and I each a 30 min massage for $70 total. We were both so satisfied with the experience! I love that they are open late so we could make this the last event of our day/evening.

This was my first massage ever. It was an outstanding experience. I left there today relaxed but, the biggest thing to me was how I felt the next morning. Woke up with energy and without, my usual, aches and pains. I will be a repeat customer.

I went to this spa the other day and my experience there was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful and their prices are unbeatable in town. 10/10 recommend this business and I cant wait to go back again soon!

The masssage was okay. They need to improve their customer service ethics. Dont mind they were talking with their native language, however when customer walk in instead of welcoming them they were talking loudly with their language made the whole vibe uncomfortable. At the end of the message; they literally ask for tip. That should be the customer discretion. When We gave them the tip, they started talking with their language and laughing which again made the whole experience not worth it and uncomfortable. Definitely not going back.

Wanted to take my girlfriend to get massages. No pesky appointment booking just called and had us in within an hour. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere! Will definitely be back!

Honestly the massage was just mediocre. Not the worst massage I ever had, but definitely not worth the price they charge. I honestly would have left a 3 or 4 star rating if it wasnt for the fact that even after I tipped more than they deserved they asked for A BIGGER TIP. Im sure theres MUCH better massage places around here than this with someone much less rude.

Staff is always very friendly. Everytime I leave after a massage I feel relaxed and revived ready to take on the world.

This place is hit and miss. I had a strong massage a few weeks back and it was absolutely great. Went yesterday and Cici (Cece?) worked on me. It felt like someone was spreading oil on me with a paint brush. Very weak and not worth the time or money. She also left the room 4 times to answer either the phone or door.

Of course this is the very best place for a great deep tissue (or relaxing) massage. I also really enjoyed ,Great prices, awesome service , great front staff, what more can you ask for.

Only reason for 4 stars is because the lobby area is not that inviting, room was pleasant and clean. I told her my lower back and she listened great, got my whole body but kept working my lower back throughout the entire time. Professional and not invassive at all to my boundaries. Highly recommend and will be bacj next week.

I just moved back from Seattle, Washington where they have quick massage parlor’s like this for clients who’s not into the deep massage they offer at most professional massage establishments. If you’re are looking for more deep tissue or more specific work done, I suggest you go to another massage place like Grove Spa or Acacia Spa but if you’re just in the mood to get a quick relaxing massage in I definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful massage, loosened up at the tension in my back and neck. All the ladies are wonderful and do a great job. Will go back! Highly recommend!

Felt like a feather duster on my back no pressure at all. I would not recommend this place as they want tips exceeding 30 dollars. Sorry not sorry is the t shirts they wear.

Excellent very nice people Ive been going here for the last few years because I have some serious neck and back tension problems they are very professional they are there to do a job and that is it I personally go see them about once a month and their prices beat anywhere else you get what you pay for unlike a lot of other Chinese massage parlors which Ive noticed you get a 90 minute massage and its only an hour and 10 minutes you get a foot rub back rub neck rub here they do a fantastic job and the two different ladies who have done my back massage mine is always deep tissue do absolutely awesome like I said cant say enough about this place very professional very clean try it out I could almost guarantee youll love it
