First of all.. if it was possible to leave a minus star rating I would give it -3 stars. The employee that was working behind the counter when I went there was extremely rude, and couldnt accurately answer any of my questions that pertained to vaping.. I spent over $150 on disposable vaping devices and 8 out of the 12 devices malfunctioned in the sense that they all claim provide at least $3, 000 Puffs per device and I got no more than 200 puffs from the failed devices.. I returned to the store the next day to explain the situation and the same employee was working that was there the day prior to that and she once again was very rude and refused to give me any kind of a helpful solution such as a fair return of the items for an in-store credit. I am not impressed with this store or their policies I will never do business there again.

The vape liquid is pretty good here and the employees are kind. I didnt much like the USA tobacco flavor though because it tasted like maple syrup. They let me exchange it without a problem which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend trying their Cloud City or Pear Bear flavors as they are two of the most popular ones and they are good.

Love this store! Employees are always nice and very helpful. I am a very indecisive person and they always help me in the right direction. The one thing I wish they had would be a sign up in there stop of there weekly deals, cuz I have a hard time remembering them. All in all thought AMAZING!

Yeah I dont go here to buy juice I just go here to buy coils emerald juice is pretty bad like if you do shop here dont bother getting any other housemate juices go to neffos

Helpful staff, that will also make sure they fix any problems with products to the best of their abilities, and even beyond. For whatever reason, the glass tube on my band-new vaporizer shattered the very next day after I got it. Upon explaining the situation to the guy behind the counter, he quickly found a temporary solution that allowed me to still be able to use the device, and then went out of his way to provide me with a permanent resident replacement as soon as it became available the very next day...Nice dude. Nice place to shop. I think recommend you check it out if in the market for a new vaporizer....

Very amazing atmosphere. Very supportive sales rep working the counter, gave me tips on how to improve my coil life and cloud production without buying a new mod that day. Flavor selection is decent but they have very cheap vape supplies for the daily vaper

I am shocked to hear a lot of people complain about waiting in line. I’ve been in many times and the most I had to wait is 7 mins or so. This is an industry with lots of questions to ask, so it’s not like going into a stop and shop to buy a pack of smokes. 60% of the time I am the only one in the shop. These complainers obviously have no idea how hard it is to run a business and how much it costs. I am a business owner myself I have to say most of the staff is well trained, the shops are clean, and you can tell the owner puts his heart into making a good product. I give emerald vapors 4 stars and not 5 because of some rolling eyes experiences I’ve had. Over all wonderful shop!

Horrible customer service from the owner and one of the Chargers they sold me almost caught on fire.I paid over $200 at the store and immediately something was wrong and I was told that I should go to the hardware store and get something to fix it.One of the employees swapped out a bad battery for my brand-new battery telling me it was fully charged dont waste your money or your time

They have great juice, but they are extremely short on staff. Not really worth the wait if your trying to buy juice. Really unprofessional atmosphere. Never really feel welcomed either. If you cant get juice there i suggest going to vape game.

Dude at the counter really walks up to me with a 12% strength, mint flavored vape liquid and expects me to hit it. I spent the rest of the day crying, buzzed like a fresh marine recruit in 1969, heading off to a war Id never return from. I loved it. Great recommendation, and sleek, stylish vape shop overall.

Been here a few times and every time I ask for smooth juice and I get some seriously rough juice instead every time and Im only at 6mg for nicotine and is usually lacking in how flavorful it is

If you are looking for a great place to either hang out on their comfy sofa and have a delicious brewed coffee of your choice, free of charge, or if you need some expert advice on your Vaporizer, this is the place to go. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist in any way possible and there are daily specials as well as acquiring stamps with your purchase to be used at your convenience. Wednesdays are great because it is double stamp day! No more trying to find the right stamp card because it is put in their computer electronically at the time of your purchase. Quick and easy, this is the best place to go. Close to Fred Meyers on Q street in Springfield..stop in and check them out!

The guys at Springfields Emerald ROCK!! Not only can they answer any question I have, they dont make me feel stupid or inexperienced for asking! They will take the time to explain and demonstrate any equipment you are interested in with a smile. I have had a positive experience every time Ive gone in. They even replaced my charger when it mysteriously died, no questions asked. Truly the best small business in Springfield; I hope they are around for a very long time. :-)

Very great customer service excellent equipment and juice and always accommodating and when Im in a pinch I get my DIY vape juice here because they have non-flavored PG VG mix and also I have their own house brand is very tasty theres only one other shop that I like a little bit better but thats not to say I dont prefer either one over the other

Great staff! Ive gone in with questions and they always spend time answering EVERYTHING. The juices are decent, and prices are okay.

Came in to get my first rig. The clerk was nice, helpful, and didnt overwhelm me with jargon. Walked away feeling like I got a good deal.

Edited 10/13/2018:Refused to replace a defective battery I bought the week before (red flag: battery was VERY inferior to others I bought in the past) and was made to feel like a thief because I didnt have the receipt that I wasnt even given at the time of purchase.It was only $20 but this is the final straw. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Just ridiculously poor customer service and very poor quality product.

All the vape juice tastes horrible and burns your throat. I went in about 20 minutes before closing time and I saw the manager physically roll his eyes and throw his head back as if he was saying oh come on!, which was very unprofessional! One of the worst vape shops out there!

Best vape shop in town, hands down. Been going here for years after checking other shops out. These folks where the best, most knowledgeable about the vape industry and their products. Love Emeralds premium juice line.

Disrespectful staff and garbage juice that will clog your coils. Head just down the road to Vape Game. They have an amazing team of customer service driven men and women and by far the best juice, mod and atomizer selection in town.
