Friendly fast service....dont know if i would recommend the drive up window or not, went the other day and there was a line around the building. i placed my order online earlier so i went on in and was back out before 3 cars went through the line. maybe it was just everyone getting ready for the 4th.

Wonderful store. Great people and environment. Probably the best selection of flower in Springfield. Their concentrates are also really good with a wild selection including 2 gram pucks. Lots of vapes and their in-house cloud brand is awesome!

All of their staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I believe Autumn and Brandon and numerous others there have helped me out more than once. They have great daily deals and a large variety of product. Sometimes their prices arent the lowest in the area but the customer service and quality of their bud has never disappointed me. I recommend ordering online if you already know what you want to expedite getting in and out, otherwise they have staff that can help you find the medicine you need when you arrive if you ask.

I went in today and was struggling and just really needed my medication. The budtender Drew was super chill and kind. Without him I wouldn’t even have had the chance of getting what I was after because I was having problems with my card. If he wouldn’t have been so patient, understanding, and kind I would’ve left without it completely. That man DESERVES A RAISE!!!!!!! Hook him up like he did me.

The entire staff is so darn friendly and helpful. These were recommended to me by one of the staff. Surprisingly, its helping with the ADHD (which is not why it was not originally recommended.)

This place has everything you need at very reasonable prices. Everyone was friendly and service was solid. Nice to have a good dispensary in the neighborhood.

If I could give zero stars I would… The girl at the front is super rude, not friendly at all- maybe she should smoke something… They are not veteran or military friendly!!! I’ve been to 4 other dispensaries that had exceptional customer service & sales.. The setup here is not welcoming either you feel like you’re waiting in a dr office. Every other place the staff comes up and talk to you and what you’re looking for with a good vibe and good music… Good day Farm, Hippo & Green light are by far the best I’ve been to so far. This one I will not be coming back to. Every other dispensary accepts military ID also and all I carry…

There is no exaggerating how AMAZING INCREDIBLE this entire team is!! Whoever runs this place know who to hire and how to treat their customers. I cant think of one negative experience from here, and I cannot say that about other Dispensaries. This is my go to and it should be yours, too!

Jess is ALWAYS super helpful and sweet! She always has the biggest smile, friendly conversation, and don’t even get me started on her cool hair colors! Spent 8 minutes on hold waiting for an answer to a question any employee with even a couple days experience would know. Finally googled the answer while on hold and just hung up. Not worth the time to save $5 extra bucks nor is the extra gas to drive to other side of town. Wont be back.

These people are almost too stupid to have a functioning brain. I had a temporary id provided by the state but because it didnt have a expiration date then I didnt have a valid license. It was a state id I dont have a license anyway. They put not valid for driving because it was an id. Boxes of rocks are much smarter than anyone who works at Terribis

Place is a joke went in and they wanted me to order my product on a tablet,there was no budtender to help me find out what they had on sale or what they had in stock basically put me in a room with a guy with a gun and a tablet and did say a word I had to ask him what to do.......go to old route 66 its a much better experience

This place is great, however … the girl with the blue hair is needs to work on her attitude. My fiance came in the drive thru and you got onto him for “not waiting the full ten minutes bc we don’t always have your order” .. he waited the full ten minutes and didn’t receive a message at all saying the order was cancelled. Then you proceeded to be rude when he was explaining he had never had a cancelled order so he added “well I may not come back in here” and you walked away? I’m so genuinely confused how you can be in a bad mood while stoned. 😂 Never had an issue with any of the other workers.

Staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable and helpful. There is always a great variety of products to choose from. I recommend Terrabis for all your weed needs!

Went to pick up my online order that I had gotten the confirmation text that it was ready and when I got there I got told they didnt have my order and then received the cancellation text after being in store for a minute or two. This is the third time it cost me 10 dollars in gas every time this happens and I dont get reimbursed.Can you please fix this issue. Picked up a different strain blueberry clementine was supposed to be 33+ percent got it home its only 28 percent and cost 40 . Smoked a joint and nothing!!!! I will not be back for a while if this is going to be how you do businessUpdate 20 minutes after writing this review: manager has done more then a wonderful job at fixing the issue and Im more then please with this company!! Ordered online, went to pick up and got told just a min after 30 min and 5 inside orders went before me I asked the counter guy and he said.. oh Im sorry Ill get you in next then they called 3 more orders that were made in store after I arrived.Go anywhere else...

See my original review below...Well I no longer can say I feel the same way....My fiance and I arrived on Sunday and walk in the door. 2 people were in front of us and then another guy coming in behind us. The guy working the front window greeted us with, standing up and in an irritated voice says, There are about 5 to 6 people ahead of you all so your going to be waiting awhile! Then sat back down with his little pissed off look on his face. Never have I had a worker ever be so rude to me!!! And we turned around and left along with the other 2 people that were there. Just as we walked out a guy that had bought something from them, was coming out and he was pissed off at how he was treated and was saying Man I will never come back here. These people are jerks and I have never had such a bad experience.Obviously Customers service and giving their customers a good experience has want out the window!! Will no longer be shopping here and will be giving all our business to ROUTE 66.Love this place! Super friendly, BEST customer service and lots of amazing products!! Definitely recommend getting your recreational marijuana or medical from them.

Thomas was so cool about a mix up in a battery I purchased and went out of his way to answer all my questions and gave recs. I appreciate his kindness and service when he did not need to do that. The staff are amazing and knowledgeable. I use multiple dispensaries (for the sales), but I use terrabis 90% of the time because their prices are always great and they always have something on special. Their point reward system cant be beat either. I also love the local art displayed as well. Some beautiful pieces, for sure

I visited Terrabis dispensary in Springfield for the first time and I was blown away by their service and selection. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they helped me find the best products for my needs. They have a wide variety of flower, pre-rolls, vapes, concentrates, and edibles, all of high quality and reasonable prices. I especially enjoyed their Hooter Prerolls and Stardust Concentrates, which gave me a smooth and relaxing experience. The store was clean and well-organized, and they have a loyalty program that rewards you with points and perks. I highly recommend Terrabis dispensary to anyone looking for a great cannabis adventure. Terrabis is the best dispensary in Missouri!

Hands down the best in town. Or at least out of the many Ive tried. Key fob fell off my key ring locked it in the car. Immediately the security guard, who is very professional and super friendly, came out to help. Customers, staff all helped. Two days later some goof took my tire and rim left my car on blocks. Still I dedicated myself to spend at Terribis. Loyal Customer here!!!

Ive been a regular here. Stalking up on medicine sometimes once or twice a week for the past year, come April.The staff has always been personable and attentive when it comes to giving the one on one experience to the patient.I love getting to know the staff as well as finding the medicine that best fits my needs. What does and doesnt feel best.I 10/10 recommend! And if you refer/or versa you both get points for amazing discounts! Theres a good variety of everything and daily deals!

First experience ever at a dispensery. Awesome people and great fast service.

Most of the time the app doesnt work, but for the most part good quick service. No worries with return if something is wrong or broken.

Yesterday was my first time going to Terrabis. I got a disposable vape and preroll, had a nice first time purchase 15% discount. It saved me $13 (not bad). The discount goes to 20% on your 2nd purchase and I believe the manager said 25% for your 3rd purchase. The place is small but has a nice environment. Theres a hallway you walk down with neat art work on the walls. The staff is very friendly and make great conversation. I had an issue signing up for the rewards program and the manger was crazy awesome about being helpful and making sure I got my points. The customer service is some of the best customer service Ive ever had. After leaving and trying out my vape it started acting up and not working, I called to let Terrabis know what was going and the lady I spoke with with was really nice and told me to come in and get it exchanged. However I wouldnt make it before they closed so I came in this morning and the manager who helped me yesterday, helped me again today. Hes awesome, I wish I would of have gotten his name, real stand up, friendly guy. He got my issue taken care of, apologized (even though he didnt need to), and even opened the door for me when all was said and done. This is definitely a place you want to go, i highly recommend Terrabis to all smokers.

Staff is great but the product not so much. I vape and tried their Clouds brand carts and...they suck. Hard to draw from and you just cant get all the juice out! I will not buy them again.

I loved this place when I first started going here... I started going here around February. The workers were friendly and the buds were actually good! Recently though... I made a purchase last week, and another last month and the high quality is gone! I cant believe the price is costs now! I honestly got nothing from my experience these last 2 times I bought stuff here and smoked it and literally hours later I still felt nothing. I smoke mostly for back pain and really bad anxiety and depression..... I feel like the workers are becoming more snobby and the buds seem more like the fake CBD stuff then the real stuff. The buds are usually full of seeds now, weak, no color, and the cost is not worth it anymore even with the discounts! The cost is so high anyways discounts dont seem to help anymore. I will only come back here if Im desperate and/or dont have anywhere else to go. 🫤

Not the employees fault but the weed isn’t that good it claims all indoor but most is sun grown or just trash. Only 4 bands worth buying proper,sinse, amaze and sometimes vibe. This two times though even vibe had trash from there. Attached is what I bought recently 68$ before points and it taste like hay. Be aware of quality.

Been coming here off and on for 6+ months and we will never go back again. Just picked up a jar of Bruce banner. They lied about its potency. It was off 7 percent and they do this on every jar we ever purchased. Extremely poor quality. Dry and harsh. Not a good experience.

Beware of this business, they mislabel their products. They label their products as having higher percentages than they actually are, got an 1/8 of flower that was labeled at 29 percent but when I had it tested it was only 19 percent. Do not waist it time or money at this crooked business. I will stick with Flora farms from now on.

A few of the staff are really awesome and go above and beyond but the product has disappointed. Website said 2.72% terps and the jar I got was barely 1% terp. Harsh dry buds that taste like lawn clippings. Sticking with greenlight or bloom from now on.

It was originally my fave to go to because its convenient with the drive thru and the staff is always friendly. But recently the prices got way jacked up, not sure why. So, if youre willing to pay extra this is the place to go.

Great staff! Great bud!! Only issue is understanding why you charge almost $10 over the sell price. I understand the ATM fee, but when you round up say from $31 to $35 you also add an extra $3.50, then the card machine charges another fee, and I only get back $3 everytime. Id like to just pay for the bud, taxes and ATM fee, not whatever else youre charging me for.

Been a regular customer of Terrabis for awhile now due to their wide variety and regular sales they run. I recently pre ordered a 180$ order because they were running a site wide 20% off. Before i left the house i got back online to add something else to stock up and noticed the sale was gone?? I called before i left and they told me it was a glitch and wouldnt honor the deal, which was irritating enough but at least I didnt leave the house yet! What got me fired up the most though was hearing one of the employees in the background say he should have known better anyways. If it looks to good to be true it probably is. Listen, i run a painting business. The last thing i would ever do if I accidently wrote a bid wrong is offload the problem onto the customer saying ya you shoulda known better anyways. Known better?! 20% off overly inflated weed to bring its value down to what is should actually cost, sorry guess its my fault!

I went there early Sept and grabbed 2 carts. First worked out great and lasted a long time, 2nd worked a few pulls and tasted amazing but wouldnt fire after a few. Well, I took it back and was past time for taking back and instead of just turning me away he gave me credits essentially upgrading me to a half gram live cart when they technically had no legal obligation to do so. So I have nothing but love for the staff and small local shop. Great vibes and can do attitude! Would absolutely recommend this place. Ty guys!

My Budtender, a little hippie chick (term of Endearment-God loves hippie chicks) I figured the first word from her would be dude which would of been great. She opened her mouth and out poored the science of THC SO TO SAY. At the end of the short enlightenment she looks me straight in the eyes and said besides all that its really ,really yummy and the high is perky and vibrant, I thought just words but shes 100% on, then she gives me a 20% discount that was a special today Classy Carts Fruit Cup 1g cart only $48 +tax thats after discount. I HIGHly recommend.

I have never had a problem buying their gummies but this last time they made me have horrible hallucinations and nightmares. It wasnt just one bad time I tried a second one to see and it did the same. I spoke to them, and they will not make it right. I will never go there again!

Store is good, people are friendly but the product I paid $58 for an RSO syringe. That was complete garbage! I’m a lightweight for real n went thru that in 2 1/2 days. Those generally last me 2 WEEKS!! Lesson learned for sure! It’s not always “ya get what ya pay for” nope not always!!!

When they first opened all of there flower was top quality flower, seedless, and amazing. Prices were and remained the best in town. Then soon as cannabis went legal, you guys raised your prices to well over $70/quarter.....now everytime I buy flower from here its FULL OF SEEDS and way way way overpriced. If your gonna hike your prices to jump on the gouging train, at least make sure the flower is top quality. Super disappointing.

Claimed that card holders would be first in line. Turns out they just served whoever had money. Just another business making money. helping people isnt the goal maximizing profits is. Why do I as a medical card holder (for two years) have to wait for someone that just wants to see what its all about? I had a reservation. I was told that medical card holders would be take care of BEFORE recreational users. Even if they showed up 5 min before my time. I get to wait 20 min past my time so that casuals can feel welcomed? Get your money.... just dont be surprised when people try to screw you over. Whats good for the goose is good for the gander. No the best buds in town they have what most other have. Proper, farmer g, elevate, illicit, glaze, cookies (sometimes) rt 66 is better for selection for the most part. People who say they have the best are... ignorant to say the least.

Count your change especially if you’ve done an online order and go through the drive thru. Receipt for order was $47.98 gave them $60 received $1 change and then when asked about incorrect change got accused of “coming at him violently” no dude just want the correct change. They kept saying that it was a system error but could not produce a receipt for $59. The staff has gone down hill very disappointed as this was our favorite dispensary. The owner or manager then proceeded to say he didn’t owe us any change while giving us our change. Yea you did owe us the change our receipt says $47.98 and gave you $60 by all means you owe us the correct change. Very disappointed

Kinda shady. Charges me 22.82 on line but when I go to pick up my order its 23. Thats an 18 cent difference.Or my mother in law was shorted a half and had to go back and dispute it.Imagine how much money theyre already making off of us. Then to top it off, imagine if theyre rounding up to the nearest dollar on every cash order. Hope its at least going to a worthy cause.

Terrabis used to be my go to. 20% discount for low income medical patients, great staff, fun parties.. since recreational passed, all my people are gone, customer service isnt great, I hate the kiosks, and I cant afford to shop here. $40 for 12% is ridiculous, and thats as cheap as it gets. What happened to catering to patients? Also, having a very visibly stoned pregnant lady checking people in is super tacky. Sadly, I wont go here unless I have to.

I have been going here for about a year and was really happy with most aspects of the business…the lady who used to be at the front desk even remembered my name. She’s not there anymore. Since recreational became available, prices went up —on MEDICAL—and they’re always out of the things I like. Very disappointed. It was my understanding that it would be worth it to renew my med card because medical would be cheaper and stronger. Not true. Because of the price increases, even with the lower tax on med, it’s still more than before Rec started. I won’t go there anymore unless I’m desperate. Sorry Terrabis but you’ve lost me.

They were very friendly and attempted to be helpful. However, they werent knowledgeable on the type of product I was looking for. I ended up wasting a lot of time there because after all of the running back and forth to see what the right product was and if any was available, I ended up leaving empty handed.Its a very small facility and so you order off their menu instead of being able to peruse their wares.

Terrabis is the first despensary I visited in 2021 after I got my license. They were and continue to be the best for giving advise about a person’s issues. All of their bud tenders have been very knowledgeable and well schooled about the various uses for medical weed. To me this is very important to be able to discuss needs with these folks. Their advice is always helpful and accurate

I go around town giving them all reviews depending on how they make me feel, how good the product is and wait times etc! This one is on the low end out of all of them for me! They are expensive. But they have a good variety of products

I went as a support person for my friend and the people there are so nice and knowledgeable. I will be getting my medical card soon and it will be even better! The loyalty program alone is worth making this your dispensary of choice! Add to that the ability to place an order online for asap pickup and being able to order, pick up, and be indulging in under 30 minutes makes this a no brainer for people like me who dont always plan ahead! First time going yesterday and the staff was so nice and explained everything in detail. They have a pretty waiting area and then they take you in the back. The prices are great and they have a loyalty system to get discounts. They also have a drive thru which is a must with kids. I will definitely be back and recommending to anyone I know.

Nice dispensary. Clean and professional, decent prices on some products. Budtenders are friendly, could be more helpful! Only thing I don’t like, you can’t see products before purchase, I had questions and he just kept showing product description’s on a tablet. I am new to the medical marijuana and I swear by it now. I was literally killing myself with pain medications for a knee that needs to be replaced. I can now walk again and Im not hurting non stop anymore and I have my medication through a nightly cookie so that Im not weirdly effected. I get amazing benefits and swear by this now. Also the employees are amazing! They are very helpful to new patients who have lots of silly questions. I am now a loyal customer of Terrabis! I have been told by others that other dispensaries have very rude associates and you wont find anyone who isnt pleasant and helpful at Terrabis.

Go here very often today was little different. Tried to call them multiple times to figure out why my order went wrong and can’t seem to get ahold of anyone. Feel like I have got taken for my money and wanted to try and clarify a little on what happened.

Sold indica strains as pure sativa & when called on it, refused to refund & then attempts to gaslight us into thinking it’s all the same stuff once in the cart per the owner. Strains don’t matter once in the cart, its all the same once its distillate they said per the owner.So as you can see, the owner & employees are as knowledgeable as my minister great grandma, little to none. But to be ignorant is one thing, to try & deceive an unhappy customer is another & bad business. They’ve lost mine & all my friends & families business from here on out, which was considerable. There are plenty of other dispensaries that are not only more knowledgeable and honest but also cheaper.

It is efficient, but the new process has it feeling very impersonal. Prices are good, I recommend looking at the 1/4 prices before buying. There are sometimes better deals.

Best dispo Ive been to in spfd and Ive been to 80% of them. They have the best products for moist flower and never dried out. Amaze brand is my favorite and I only find it at terrabis. Other dispos have 1 or 2 options for amaze while terrabis features multiple.

The employees at this place go above and beyond to make sure youre experience here is remarkable they are very knowledgeable And they make you feel at home And theyre pretty quick through the drive-through Dont have to wait very long

The Prices are very prohibitive based on other shops around town Vape cartridges that can be gotten for $50-$55 at other shops are $64.50 or $70 1g cartridges that are $90 at other shops are $115 here. As a new store I understand that theyre trying to make a profit but I can legally buy same cartridges 14 for $110 OTD. NOT wanting to put this place down in and was looking forward to trying it but logged on and saw the prices theres 8 Dispensaries I do go to and review while initially prices were high there at first too but are now reasonable. I will try again in a few months and see if the prices are different. Will update my review and I am sure the staff there are excellent.6month laterNo just no unless you have no transportation just no. Prices are prohibitive and I am confused how much they charge when 95 miles away everything is way cheaper in Okay if youre in St. Louis its way cheaper in Illinois. I dont understand the pricing scheme here. I mean its the same stuff you can buy from the guy down the street only you pay 2 times as much.

Amazing staff. Very friendly atmosphere. I frequent a large variety of the dispensaries and I can say with absolute certainty that they have the LOWEST prices on top of the line products such as ILLICIT. They are new to the area and Im guaranteed to be a repeat customer.

Terrabis must stand for terrible cannabis. Products are subpar and way overpriced. Good possibility you may be told one thing in regard to a sale or a deal going on and then upon actually arriving at the store be told something completely different and charged more than what you initially expected. The classic bait and switch. This was my experience, and when called out on such practices, Managements solution was to offer me a pre-roll joint to compensate for $10 that I was cheated out of. Which is fine and all, but there isnt a pre-roll joint on Earth worth more than $5. Will not be going back, highly recommend anyone go anywhere else.

A little slow getting to me but once that happened the service and product were top rate.

Best dispensary I have ever been to staff was very nice and very helpful. Tried other dispensaries. None of them compare to this one.

This is the best place at least $ to nug quality hands down, until Good Day moved in. Now with competition theyre still my favorite, but they cant be giving me an 8th for $42 when my order was a1/4 of the same strain, same company for $58.... Thats common sense no Brainerd unless ur shy the $16 difference. I was supposed to be reached out to by Brian or Jan since, and we havent heard a word. If they dont correct it after how many thousands (we are probably their biggest customers), But they seriously may lose us a customer if they dont at the very least toss me the rest of what shouldve been a quaker. This was just icing on cake guys; we live in the country so its $30 to go there in gas alone. We get there and my entire order was canceled. I put that same order in, that still didnt get it. So we wasted precious $ on a computer error? I dont think so, they need to make this right.

They have really nice staff that will answer any questions you may have to ask. Of course I am on crutches and they open up the doors and hold them open for me. Its definitely a good place I would recommend them any time

Loved terrabis in the beginning!The new kiosks suck.. too much work, no suggestions from budtenders, or speacials just here ya go after you do all the work.. have to give I.d and med card twice, but still have to enter name in kiosk??? C’mon guys it don’t have to be that hard!!!

On their website they misrepresent the total percentage of THC of flower products as higher than it actually is. What theyre actually listing is the THCa percentage, (which would be fine if they just stated that on their website), but you wont know until youve purchased the product, read the label for yourself and wasted your money. If I wanted to get ripped off buying marijuana, I wouldnt bother going to a dispensary.

I was SUPER pleased with my visit to this dispensary!!!… They were so nice & they even printed & laminated my card for me. The guy walked me in from the waiting room- we chatted a bit like regular people about whats BLOWIN… then when I was done he walked me out, opened the doors & stufff- which was super sweet to a lady, LoL… definitely going back to see them again…

This company turned their backs on their low-income users by eliminating the compassionate care discount for medical consumers. They will NEVER see a dime of my money again.

Very awesome place with great varieties. They even have a drive thru window which Ive been to alot of places but never one with a drive thru.

The same with Flora, Terrabis used to be my favorite place. However, theyve too changed their low income discount from 20% to 10% and their prices have also gone up. Ive not stepped foot in Terrabis since finding out they changed their program and never again will I go there. Check out Bloom in Springfield. They put medical patients first.

Only dispensary Ive ever visited in town. Not sure what to expect, or what not to. But they let me come in as a guest spectator as I dont have a medical card. Absolute heaven. Recreation is soon to be implemented next year and boy howdy am I ready to be consumer.

I want to give a huge shout out to the Springfield location. I had major cardiac surgery Thursday, and I just came home today. I’m kind of in between paydays you would say. This was my eighth cardiac (not heart) surgery and all I had tonight was $32 in change wasn’t going to except it, but then I told him a story. And he let me get what I needed. You don’t know how much this means to me because this is medical for me. And times are getting hard for me to even afford my medicine so I wanted to give a big shout out to Springfield location.

I think this is the best place Ive shopped at however Im disappointed that they keep changing things like the discount that I been getting for the last year they should leave existing med card holders at same discount price and quit switching things up because you now have hundreds of new patients now I will start visiting other places to try and get other deals but I would like to say thank you to Jen and Dustin they seem to be the only thing that doesnt change there Jen is probably the most helpful person ever

Dispensary are great except the fact that all of them doubled and tripled there prices, when they open to everyone there already getting to greedy and the smoke is not all that . Colorado and Oklahoma has the best so far, plus its twice as cheap

A couple weeks ago, I dislocated my knee. While I was still in crutches, I needed to refill my prescription. Everyone was kind to me in the process, allowing me to sit in the lobby and wait, and my budtender walked me out and got the door for me AFTER asking. Im not a disabled person by any means and my leg is better, but I am glad they treat even temporary cripples with such hospitality.

The quality was great but I was a first time customer with a medical card supposed to get 15% off and I walked out paying 51$ for an eight that cost 50 great product horrible loyalty program

I have shopped at many dispensaries in the state. Terribus is by far, the BEST place for flower! I can’t say for the rest as all I buy is flower. The BEST staff and the best veteran discount in the industry! Keep it up guys! You are the best!

I used to think Terrabis was the best dispensary in Springfield but then came recreational and suddenly they forgot all their local medical patients and theyve turned out to be one of the most expensive dispensaries even refusing to give the low income credit on top of their deals. I will never be back.

Terribis has become my favorite dispensary in Springfield. Their products are always fresh & reasonably priced & I love ordering online because the drive thru is fast & convenient. The prices on their Illicit products are actually much lower than Flora or Old Route 66 & the bud tenders there are awesome ❤

I always look for the strain with the highest THC level. I look at multiple dispensaries before deciding. Terrabis has been the lucky winner for my business for 4 months straight with the highest THC level strains.
