I had a great experience! This is a family owned business and one of a kind! I got some really good deals! This will be my new place to buy my vapes and accessories. They are well stocked and a nice clean place! The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and nice!

Great service, I didnt get their name but they recommended me my new pod based vape, thanks for the suggestion from my sourin drop. Very much enjoying it.

I normally go to Smoke O’s or vapor world. I decided to try this place out today and this will honestly be my main place from now on. The guy that runs it was so knowledgeable and helpful and honest. He took time out of his day (instead of just trying to rush me out the door) to give me some knowledge on the vaping industry and some other things as well. It’s a very clean inside with a hint of elegant for a vape shop. Had an amazing experience and will definitely only be going here from now on!

Came in wanting a new mod. I wasnt very knowledgeable about what I wanted , but the sales woman, Emily was EXTREMELY helpful and kind. She answered all of my numerous questions patiently, and helpfully. Sometimes when you go into a vape store and dont know what you want, the sales people can feel kind of condescending, but I never felt that way here. This is my first time using this shop, but I will be back.

Great store. The husband of the owner was working by himself when I stopped by. Though he was a bit busy with multiple customers, he still took the time to help me decide what to get. He went above and beyond by recommending products, letting me test a couple flavors, showing me how to use products, providing guidance on device maintenance, and even setting up my new device after I purchased it.There is also a huge selection of liquids and he was very knowledgeable about them - I told him what flavors I was looking for and he showed me which liquids I might like.The next time I need to stock up on liquids or get a new device, Im coming straight back here.

The woman working said she was new. said it’s mostly a family owned n operated business. i came there long time ago n met a man the owner. he said he was from baltimore. that’s what i remembered. the store is clean n very stocked. awesome people. n great prices.

Great vape shop. Very welcoming atmosphere and quality products. You dont get the head shop vibe that some of the others have. It appeared that everything they carry was top tier, although they often have some selected juice on special if youre looking for a bargain. The owner was great to deal with and had excellent recommendations when I found that my go-to flavor had been discontinued. I will be visiting again soon!

I walked in thinking by the pictures I saw posted on the photos I’d see Kangertech mods and the Smok Alien and more nice mods but lost my breath when I saw the sparseness of the store, to my disappointment no mods except a Geek Vape I didn’t want, no Lost Vape no nothing but disposable pens or something, customer service was excellent and friendly but please don’t get ppl excited to see a great selection of mods and arrive to find nothing update your photos please - wasted trip, I’ll just purchase online from now on

While the service was a little above average {and the only reason for stars at all for friendliness} and the flavor recommended was pretty decent, this is the most Ive ever paid for a 100ml bottle of juice aside from one other store. Just quite high to me whos up until now never paid more then 20 in most places except 2 now and usually get 120ml for 24 {which this was more then} or less often for around 11-15. Too pricey for me to return any time soon given any other choices which I had none at the time due to being stuck at the car repair shop nearby.

Very reliable and the best place in town. Helped from before the sale-- making sure I had what was good for me, not just the latest and biggest-- to after, when my mod started giving me trouble. Awesome people and a very relaxed atmosphere.

I visit many vape shops in the area. This was my first visit. Victor provided one of the best customer service experiences! He was very friendly, energetic and very happy to help. This was my first time in a Vape shop. Im a non-smoker who was here for a gift.It was a great experience. Robert was unbelievably patient and helpful.I had tried to shop online, but had no idea what i needed/wanted.If i could give Robert and the shop more than 5 stars, I would.I expect that Ill be back.

Honestly the best vape shop in Missouri! The employees are all amazing! Victor is always so helpful when I go in and I always leave with what I wanted. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is wanting to quit smoking or get into vaping. They are super knowledgeable about all their products and they have a huge selection of juices and devices. I will never shop anywhere else!

This store is by far the best in Springfield. The employees are awesome, the environment is great, and the selection is BEYOND amazing. Having recently moved to Springfield it is great to have a place where I can go to get my vape stuff and even just hangout with the people that work there where it feels like home. Im new to all of this as Im quitting (again), hopefully for good this time! The man that assisted me helped me get a pen in the price range I was looking for, helped w the amount of nicotine I had added to my peppermint juice, primed the core for me & showed me how to fill it.I wish I could remember his name...he was SUPER helpful!!! I will be visiting them when I need more juice even though theres one much closer to my house.Thank you for being so helpful, all too often, employees expect you to figure it out on your own. Okay, so i just want to start off by saying that I have been to many different Vape shops, and Vape Escape is by far the most informative and customer friendly Vape shop in springfield! Every time we go in we always have the best conversations with Rob and the other employees! They really take the time to get to know you and really take care of your every need. they can tell us exactly what everything does and how well it does flavor wise or cloud wise! Vape Escape is by far my favorite vapor shop in the Springfield area!

The staff is cool, friendly and knowledgable. They have competitive pricing as well as a decent selection of juices, accessories and even a few CBD products. I went in to get a new mod and experienced stellar customer service. This place immediately became my favorite vape shop in town and Ive been going there ever since. Wether you need to replenish your stock, get coils, expansion tanks or just have a few questions they can help you out. Definitely recommended.

The owner is very informative. My wife wanted a Vape to help her quit smoking. Instead of selling her a high price Vape or Mod he explained to us the one that would be best for her to quit smoking.He also gave us information on the right type of Vape juice to use as there are so many and alot of them will not help you quit but rather keep you smoking.He said he isnt in the business of just selling people high priced items or something they dont want just to make a buck but rather to help people and have repeat customers whether they want to keep Vaping or quit altogether.They have a large variety of Vapes,Mods,Juices and even Vapes for Medical Marijuana. Really nice people and very informative.

The guys working here are awesome!!! So much better than Vapor World. They’re so friendly here and very knowledgeable! And the best part, you don’t have to stand around for 20 mins waiting for someone to help you. Right when you walk through the door, someone’s there to greet you and help with what you need. I went in bc Id broken the drip tip on my vape and no other vape place had the correct size I needed. I went in and he had a great selection. Problem is the price. I told him I didnt live in town and I needed something really cheap, junkie even, just to back back home. He said all the tips are $10.00. I could understand the really nice ones were $10, but there was a small bowl of these really cheap looking ones that had no price near/on them. He said I have these here (after I told him I need a cheap one), when I asked him how much it was he hesitated, looked at me, then said Well these are $10 too. Theres no way on Earth those tiny cheap plastic one were worth $10. I said no thanks and when I got back home I went to a local shop. They give away the exact cheap plastic tips he tried to charge me $10 for. Not cool!

Definitely the best vape shop Ive been to! The customer service was excellent, friendly and very welcoming. I cant imagine wanting to go to any other store for my vapor needs again!

This guy Rob was in there and was super creepy and only wanted to talk about politics….I like my local vape shop way better because they actually want to talk about recommending products. I just want a puffbar, I don’t like being made uncomfortable in the store.

So Ive been vaping for around 10 or so years but I was always hesitant to take it up a notch. Ive visited every vapor store in Springfield and the owner took his time to explain all the details of higher tier vaping. Every time I come in here hes always super friendly and curtious often times going above and beyond to help me learn and even going so far as coiling my device for me. His prices are top notch and his juice is amazing, and trust me his high end mod devices are cheaper than the internet, it seems in todays day and age most people want to gouge you for money simply because youre naive about vaping but the owner here goes above and beyond to make sure youre happy when you leave. Hes got a customer for life in me!

Best place to stop and talk shop. Helpful and friendly. A REAL no question is stupid kind of place. Always willing to help anyone who walks through the door. I always leave with a smile on my face and a great experiance every time.

I came in a week ago for some disposable vape products. The owner knew his store inside out and was able to offer me something to meet all of my needs. Ive never had such a pleasant and knowledgeable experience at any other vaping/smoking shops. Would be my #1 recommendation for anyones vaping needs.

Finally an escape from vapor world(pun intended!! I had the first pleasant experience at a vape store for the first time in.....I dont know how long! The guy helping me (you know, that one awesome dude, hate, hair (super blonde)) was very down to earth and treated me like a human, more than that, a customer. You have solidly got my business.

Ive been a loyal customer since March. I came in to purchase a new device and juice for a upcoming trip today. I brought my 2 year old in with me on my hip as I have done a couple of times before because I dont leave her in the car especially when its 90° outside. As I was deciding on what product to purchase the sales associate said technically we dont allow minors in here, so if you could ummm.. So I left promptly feeling pretty mom shamed. I went down the road to another vape shop. They had no problem with me having my daughter or taking the $147.63 I spent on new merchandise.

I am very thankful that I chose this vape store. I was looking to quit smoking and could have been sold a giant setup. However I was shown a cheaper and more efficient alternative. In short thankful for the honesty and service.

Employees friendly and knowledgeable about product but misleading about product warranties. No refunds or exchanges from Vape Escape.First Voopoo Panda purchased stopped charging in two weeks. Second Voopoo one stopped charging in one week. Charger was correct size for product. Both leaked. Voopoo Manufacturer would only warranty one although both were within the 90 days warranty period. Cost of shipping was almost as much as product cost. Vape Escape price for Panda was $50. Second Panda purchased elsewhere was $26. Do your research.
