The young lady not only shared knowledge of different ways to smoke, she gave a 100% description of the product and I am so very pleased after I returned home, WOW!!

So I havent been to this particular location in awhile but they are still the best in Springfield Missouri 5 Stars.

You never know when a bad review will bite you in the butt is what I remarked after leaving this joint so here it is.... theres a reason the lot isnt jam pack like it is at Vapor World. Its called common human kindness and customer service which the manager of the store exhibited neither. I purchased 2 items from him and he was SO helpful, but on return to purchase more of a different item when Vapor100 would offer me no solutions on their defective products. No Im sorry... no advice except, well, guess you shouldnt have bought them as he literally blew smoke in my face. WOW!

I bought a can of butane there, which did not work. They refused an exchange or refund. Not my fault they are rip-offs. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE. There is a vape shop across the street.

LOVE THIS STORE. The people are Knowledgeable and friendly, the pricing is fair, and theres lots to choose from!

Had a great experience. Everyone that I’ve met there has given me great customer service. I always ask for recommendations and so far everyone has given me options that are fantastic and exactly what I needed. Dylan was there when I was working and he helped me pick out something super easy and quickly within my budget. Thanks for all the great help this store has given me.

Fantastic shop. The NPCs who run the shop are friendly and very knowledgeable about the different vapes. I brought my drag x in that was having issues and they were able to get it working and I havent had an issue with it since than.

Dylan sold me a Hero 1 vape and he was very polite and mannerly. He used his own experience with the device to make me more comfortable with my purchase. The young lady with him gave me advice on cleaning devices that truly helped. Love this place

Ive been going to this shop for years now. I find the staff always very nice and very helpful. Dylan was able to help me find a replacement RTA. He recommended the geekvape Zeus with the mesh coil and even took the time to show me how to set it up since he had the experience with them. Great shop and staff! Highly recommended!

I recently purchased edibles from here and was extremely disappointed to find that they’d been expired for months (nearly 5 months). Avoid this shop guys.When I talked with the staff to express my concerns, I was met with indifference. They wouldn’t let me return them, get a refund, or exchange them for non-expired ones. They refused to acknowledge any responsibility and were unhelpful in resolving the issue.I would not recommend purchasing from this smoke shop. Their lack of attention to the expiration dates on their products is a serious concern, and their customer service is nonexistent. Please spread the word until they choose to practice some decency (:

Today I went to Vape 100 and was kicked out for simply being on my phone. I was never asked to not use my phone while in the building. It’s not posted anywhere to not use your phone was never told this rule before. Manager stated she is the NEW manager and I had to leave I explained I come here twice a week for the past 7 months since moving to Missouri. She is always there so she knows me and has helped me many times before. However there was a new employee who I had never seen before. The manager was very rude did not ask nicely just told me she wasn’t going to sell me anything for being on the phone. I had no problem not using my phone if I had known this rule. I will no longer be shopping there and will pass my experience on to all my friends and loved ones that shop there. Maybe the rules should be posted that you will be kicked out for being on the phone! And the person I was on the phone with was all the way in California so it wasn’t like I was buying it for anyone else! I easily could have been asked to not be on the phone and that wouldn’t have been a issue at all! As the MANAGER was using foul language yelling at me to get out she was selling me anything! I felt very disrespected! She should not be a manager there are many other ways to ask a customer to leave!

Samantha H has to be the rudest person that I have ever encountered at any of these stores. I usually go in Ozark but just stopped at the one on W. Sunshine today and I wont be back. She was not friendly at all, tried to get help and she literally just looked at me. The store was empty and I could not believe how she was. There was another worker that just sat there playing on his phone too and didnt even try to help.

These guys are the best 😁 Have never had a bad experience in the store. All of the employees are ridiculously friendly, and can answer any questions you may have. Always an excellent selection as well!

Dude at the counter was helping someone when we came in, then someone came in a few minutes we did. After finishing w the first couple, he then starts assisting the person that came in after us and never even asks us for our ID. Pretty much ignored our presence in the store so we left. Definitely not coming back to this location.

The two weirdo NPCs that work in this store are terrible to even interact with. never go here theres places that have friendly staff and not grown men watching anime instead

Best location in Springfield, hands down. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and I always have a good laugh while getting everything I come in for (and more, most of the time, lol).

I’ve been shopping here for a while spending hundreds of dollars a month and I bought some coils from this particular store on sunshine and I got them home to find out they were the wrong coils I called and told them the situation and was told by I believe Doug his name was to come in and he would take care of me after being a long time customer I figured this meeting would go differently I walked in a gentleman that just got hired was working in the other manager had left and I told him the reason for me being there the only store that I shop at they told me that they don’t sell the box of coils that I had and I could not exchange them for the correct box like I randomly just buy coils and return them unused unopened I told him very politely hi thought about the way they run business and I left I will never go back to that store never spend another dollar in that store and found out that they are intertwined with Vapor world so now I go to Vapor world on North Kansas and the people there are nice and deserve every bit of money I spend in their store coming from a customer that’s been going somewhere for a long time to get looked in the face and called a liar after they looked up and found it I did buy on there I can never spend money with that store again I would sacrifice to drive a couple blocks to a Vapor world before I go into that vapor 100 on sunshine again

Justin was amazing!!! I came in with a manufacturer error and he worked quickly to get me set up with a new device. I really appriciate the fact he not only called the owener and made it happen but he also set me up my new device and gave me a little trial of a new juice. Talk about customer satisfaction!! Thank you so much guys we will continue to come to your store and refer others to it!

Beware the return policy, make sure you get a receipt, and verify the product works properly within their 24 hour return policy timeframe. Youve been warned.

The girl that worked on sunday afternoon 8/7 was really rude and condescending. But the guy that was helping me seemed new but was really nice and helpful.

Sadly 0 stars is not an option. This place does not deserve even one star. Employees are super condescending and do not care about your needs. They just want you to buy something and get you out of the door. My mother went in there a couple days ago to get her first setup and they literally laughed at her for asking questions everyone should ask when first getting into vaping. She was looking for a pod device and they demanded that she buy the most expensive device they had to offer THAT WAS NOT A POD DEVICE. I told her not to go in there because of the reputation this company has between vapor world and vapor 100 but it is close to her work so she went. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Do not go there unless you enjoy wasting your money on overpriced juice, awful customer service, and poor quality products.

I came in there not knowing exactly what to expect because I’ve never really been in a Vape shop however the staff was really nice and very very helpful especially with picking out the right vape for me and the perfect juice.

Their sign says they open at 10am on Saturday yet here it is after 10, all the lights are on but the door is still locked and no answered phone calls...this is what I get for trying a new place! Definitely wont be getting my business

I went to the store year ago, and the people were very helpful, they gave me an eight that was a big step up to the one I previously owned. I just got a new mod from the store at a discount price. They help me save the most on the new mod. The staff that is there today are super friendly and helpful, the quality of their vape and juice products are good quality products at a decent price, and I recommend anybody who is starting out vaping or enjoys good quality vaping products stop by at the store.

Exceptional store with an amazing staff, light atmosphere and a wide selection of product. Never have I had an unpleasant experience at Vapor 100.

I am new to the CBD oil/vape world and am very pleased with how friendly and informative the staff was with me, Justin gave me as much time as I needed to decide which device and source of cbd would best suit me and my budget. I went with the cbd wax and I have sofar noticed incredible effects, most notably a huge reduction in my back and neck pain, and it seems to help pretty well with anxiety as well. Im only on day 1 and im looking forward to seeing what else this cbd wax may help with; insomnia, migranes, etc. I greatly appreciate Justins patience in answering all of my many questions, I spent well over an hour in the store considering which device and cbd source to choose before making my purchase and there was no push or pressure from the staff at all. They were incredibly friendly and went far out of their way to ensure that I left more than pleased. I cant say enough great things about this store, I will most certainly be a return customer and more than anything I am looking forward to trying out the wide plethra of other cbd products they have in the near future. If your new to CBD like me THIS STORE IS THE PLACE TO BE!

Best vape shop in this entire town. Absolutely fantastic management and employees. Greatest vape experience ever. Justin Alexis and Jake are the best at there jobs. This company rips people off. They knowingly sell disposable products with bad batteries and refuse to exchange or fix the problem. I just blew 15 dollars on a puff bar that worked about 10 hits. 3 in store. I’m a 40 year old woman with 6 days not smoking. And I’m furious!!!

I visited the store on 9/20 looking to get my coils rebuilt, buy some juice and check out their batteries. I had just arrived in Springfield after driving from Oklahoma City to visit an old friend and had some time to kill before meeting up with them. Alexis was amazingly accommodating and very friendly! We decided on the clapton wire shots and got to work winding them up. In under 15 min, I had communicated my needs and they had been met. Although I do not live in the area, it is my experience that visiting an unfamiliar vape shop can be a real shot in the dark. Vape 100 is not one of those sketchy shops. 10/10 would shop again!
