Wow! Where do I start?! The store has such a positive, uplifting experience from the minute you pull into the parking Lot! The staff are eager to help & always friendly. I tend to load up on products I love when I shop just to be sure I get them before they fly off the shelves & with all deals going on how could I not! Will definitely be recommending this shop to everyone & will be returning soon to see what’s new!!

Well Im becoming less and less of a fan everyday. I went to go make my daily purchase which has become quite the hassle because you are only supposed to get one gram of the day when u were able to get three or four. That in itself is ridiculous like what they make off the gram of day alone probably covers most the overhead alone. Then the gram of the day has slowly gotten weaker and shy more time then not but yesterday after finding 2 bodies just to buy what I want two of the 3 kobe containers were freaking empty. This is unacceptable for me. I live all the way in Nixa and our vehicle just broke down and its all I can do to get a ride gas and weed money just to get ripped off after coming all that way and being a daily shopper Im highly pissed and dissatisfied. Dont know why they would need to sell empty containers or if they got dropped in by accident but either way its foul. So u go from a 5 star to 1 star and hopefully one day you can change my mind cause at this point Im done recommending your services. Because obviously if u cant do an everyday faithful customer good business then who says how it will go for the people I tell. Do better people it may only be 9 something to u but I had to find a ride, pay for gas, hunt down extra heads to by the extra grams so 9 turns into 20 real quick for me. And I dont like being ripped off especially when I have been so loyal of a customer. Rant over.....

Love that this store is open 24/7. I went in at 630AM on a Sunday to get something and someone helped me find what I needed immediately and I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. There was actually a lot of people there and seems like a popular place to go. Some friends of mine recommended me to go to Wicked because they absolutely loved it.

Not a true dispensary. Delta 8 and Delta 10 are just CBD. I will assume that the products sold here are a cheap synthetic, combination. Save your money and go to a real dispensary. No i havent shopped here, and dont plan on shopping here. Be aware, of what your actually buying.

Im new to the area, and I recently stumbled upon wicked, a shop thats available 24/7 for your medicinal and recreational needs! I walk in and its a world of love and acceptance every time I come through those doors. Im not an easy person to understand most times, but with the people who work there are amazing and ready to vibe with you. Or even cheer you up in a pinch. They have amazing prices compared to places Ive been (trust Ive been to a lot of places around the country), and lots to choose from. Wonderful wrap selection too. And dont forget the awesome Kiki, Ari, calvin and many awesome others who work there too, always ready to help and serve along with all the other amazing staff, whatever it is you may be looking for in their shop of wonders. Definitely one of my fave places to be! Thank you wicked for always being there! 💝

Saw some Pride posts online and got really excited for a queer friendly shop. Once inside though quickly realized that wasnt the case. Tons of staring and little comments. Got my “flavor of the day” only to not feel anything. Would recommend if you like judgy looks and diet weed.

Dude, I come here all the time. Their ‘Gram of the Day’ is always fire. Their staff are the friendliest people you’ll ever meet, in fact there’s this one guy with red and yellow hair, he knows what’s up. Every time I’m there, I remember exactly why I keep coming back, their great selection! I will recommend this place till the end of time to anyone looking to have their marbles in space.

The name of the store is the biggest red flag waving in the wind that you could ever ignore. Anybody supporting this business needs to rethink their entire life. Somebody literally got murdered here in July of 2024. The business is still operating and nobody seems to care. On top of the dangerous traffic this place generates. Its at the top of a hill and this place attracts crazy people that shouldnt even be driving. Stay very far away from this place. Unfortunately theres an obvious public safety issue with this business and Springfield, Mo has no standards of excellence whatsoever.

Went in to wicked remind u I go everyday well know there and got something ( cereal bar) that was marked 8$ and they charged me 17 and some change and went right back 2 hrs later cuz I had to wait for my ride to get off work just to find out the box was marked wrong witch is messed up cuz if it says 8$ then I should of got it my money back ot something to make up the price or somethin I would post pics but idk how do it and its not giving me the option

Stores amazing, but its not the kind of place I would ever feel comfortable leavingmy bag by the front door. Kind of shady aura. If you want cheap bud theres other places with just as good of price.

My son was trespassed only because an employee doesnt like him. There was no wrong doing on my sons part and his dad was with him when he was told. There are plenty of other shops in the area that will get our business now. I am sure the loss of business wont make or break the shop but I will surely not recommend it to anyone asking. Disappointing.

Your local loophole dispensary. I Cant guarantee the authenticity of their THCAGBTQ+ products. But if youre not a picky pothead looking for a cheap head change not restricted by all regulation, this place got your cheapest in town.However, they are popular among the streets and seem to always have something going on. AYOR.My go to quantity>quality.

Ive been buying product from here for a bit and been satisfied until last week I went in and spent $60.00 and bought Enchanted Oasis sativa pre rolls @ 30%thc and have smoked all but 3 and still havent got a good buzz!!EDIT: Went back into Wicked and showed Dwayne the message that Matt wrote and he honored it, got my moneys worth back. Extremely happy and will definitely keep taking my business to Wicked.

My boyfriend goes in almost weekly and nearly every time he leaves he is disappointed in the customer service. we went today and he walked in looking for something specific, asked the lady working and she pointed to the wrong thing and when he asked again she was extremely rude and clearly annoyed. The only reason it gets 3 stars is bc the prices. doubt its the real stuff but it gets the job done.

This place needs some work done. The sales staff doesnt know what they are doing. One person has to ask 3 other people what to do. The first time I went in the sales staff was rude and rushed everything. I didnt even get what I wanted. I was told by a salesperson to order online or I wouldnt get those prices in-store. Now today I did just that. I ordered 6 pre-rolls online and didnt walk out of the store with anything I ordered and ended up having to spend more than what it said online. The lady walked around asking multiple other workers what to do. If things get better we may try again but I will be going to actual dispensaries until something is done. The staff just needs to be trained more and properly. There also doesnt need to be any kind of attitude towards customers! I get your day can get rough I used to work with customers all the time but never was I allowed to be rude or mean to customers. I would have lost my job!

I came in today just to get a vape but was met by a few gentleman when I came in that wanted to help me at first I didnt know what kind or brand I wanted but I know I needed one so one of the guys was JoJo and I guess he was talking to another one of ur workers making jokes with me making me feel extremely comfortable I forgot his name but he was wearing a black mickey mouse hoodie he was helping beyond what people do now days by paying out his own pocket for a few customers that was short on their purchase and didnt mind or hesitant. U hire class a people to work in this store I seen a few others do it as well paying for they favorite consumers making me buy more but really can u please tell him he should teach a class on how to make people feel like u known them forever Im definitely coming back and bringing all the people that I know with me ps sorry had no time to post this earlier was at work and couldnt wait to post this n another pss tell the mickey mouse guy and all ur other employees they are going places with that attitude n compassion keep it up wickedBest place to be

I don’t know the name of the man who served me but his hair color was red and blonde, anyway he was serving me I had gotten my weed I got to ask for wraps and he walks off, I say can I get some wraps he comes back ask me my selection and I go to look and say uhhh, as many people do and I guess I was taking to long because he looks frustrated and then I’m in the middle of saying the flavor and he completely cuts me off and says do you have an ID, and I say I do but I don’t appreciate you interrupting I show him my ID and walk out, to this day I will walk right out if he’s in there.

I visited this smoke shop recently and was greeted by Blake and Angel. They were both very welcoming, friendly and helpful. These two are definitely a great team, great sales associates and compliment each other well as sales associates. They sold us stuff we didn’t even go in there for. The whole business and its atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming. We definitely don’t have this kind of friendly staff and comfortable atomspherein Cali where I am from. Awesome place!

So overall I will say Im ok with the experience. First off the shop felt a little sketchy to say the least there were several people on the parking lot. Just hanging out the emergency exit was ajar and open to anybody huge potential robbery. It did not feel like it a safe place to be with large amounts of money coming in. The CCTV SYSTEM was at least 10 years old think non HD bullet cameras. Another issue I take is the sales staff. Obviously there not being trained properly or at all on the different cannabinoids or theyre just too high to do their jobs properly. I dont know. I straight up told the salesman Im looking for a THCA only vape cartridge none of that Delta 8 crap I can get a ounce of for 25 dollars. He proceeded to point out about 50 different brands of vape cartridges insisting that they were all THC A He then said I use these everyday. Theyre THC so I took him at his word. I buy the vape cartridge I get out of my car I go to open. I had to flip it over and it says Delta 8 infused and then return back into the store to explain the staff that I requested THCA and not Delta 8 and was told this was THCA. It took three people to go back and forth to the manager to get approval to exchange the product out for something that was supposed to THCA at that point I was ready to file a charge back and walk out. Needless to say unless this place improves their experience for shoppers, I probably will not be returning. Im not interesting and looking at 300 different vape cartridges that all have the same basic Delta 8 ingredient and only four of them having true THCA product. Thats what it seem to be in this situation. I dont really know as the workers were more clueless with things than I was on my first trip to the shop. I will say they did return the product and got me what I wanted to begin with, but I dont like the fact that I was pretty much lied to I was told Oh yeah, this is what youre looking for only to find out differently when I look at the packaging in the parking lot . If I were making suggestion? Start by training your employees on different cannabinoids and how they work. Dont just have some yes man behind the counter. The answers yes to every question. Thats what led to you losing two stars in my review. Training will pay off in the long run when people consider you a reliable source of information involving cannabinoids and different forms of THC. Also, have an outside company evaluate your security risk and get you up to date on processes and procedures to prevent any type of crime in your business. If you dont do this, I fear that its just a matter of time before some 16-year-olds walking there with an AK-47 and rob you. All that being said, Im confident I could run circles around your current employees as far as knowledge of cannabinoids and how they affect the body and how they can be used for medical and recreational purposes. And Ive never worked for a dispensary or any other cannabis type job. Im just educated on how cannabinoids work and all the different cannabinoids that exist youre employees should be too.

Im not going to lie, I saw the 24/7, the name of the store, and the location and was hesitant to go in. I am soooo GLAD I pulled up my big girl britches and did, this is an AWESOME store! Great kratom selection, very nice inside and the employees are PHENOMENAL. Truly some of the nicest folks I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Al is truly a gem and will go out of his way to help and ensure you are 110% satisfied with anything you purchase. I have also met the owner, his son, and a handful of others working there and I am telling you they are completely customer-oriented. I will recommend again and again.

I cant begin to sing the praises of the owner, Matt, his partner and staff. Youll feel right at home. Between being served soft drinks at your machine of choice, and eating the delicious baked goods from his partner, this isnt your local gas station or middle east owned store. This is a gentleman thats been raised right by someone and it shows in every little detail in his store. Everyone is extremely personable and their guests comfort and happiness is their primary goal. I cant sing enough praise for this local shop thats becoming like Cheers. It seems that everyone is getting to know my name and being recognized by this group of people is something Im very proud of as they are truly special people. The prices are lower than anywhere I know of, the machines payout more often than any others I have played at BUT the only negative I see, and this is personal to me, is I dont like the music piped in. Its a form that is disrespectful to women and people of different races but thats my own opinion. Dont let it stop you from going there. You dont want to miss out on what class and being a gracious host meant when I was growing up and Im so grateful to see it in another generation, and doing well at it! Go experience it for yourself!

Their prices are lowest of all dispensaries I have visited. $4.20 per gram of what you could expect to pay 12.00 elsewhere. No wait either time I visited. They even gave us a can of pop on our way out. I thought the rap music was too loud and offensive.

No Cap that goofy mf Richard is a character. Not only does he work for wicked which makes him a weirdo, he leads the team that makes wicked “Wicked”. He’s also been a great educator as well on almost all of their Dazed products and the processes in which they can help with my Sciatica. People like him, Matt, and Michael are one of a kind and I’m glad to have met them when I did. Never had a headshop experience quite like this one.

Bought some vapes from The big fella Blake, he gave me his attention right away and had great recommendations on flavors I was curious about. He also got me to try a brand I hadnt heard of before. Will be coming back for sure

Michael and Savana sold me some of the best stuff Ive ever found in a head shop in the 417. I cant express myself enough as to how hopeful they were. You got to get in there and see them!!

The guys are awesome. Always super helpful. If a question is asked they are unsure of the answer. They will let you know and look into said question. Over all I LOVE the atmosphere and vines this place has.

This store has such a wide variety of items, from pipes to kratom to vapes to vaporizers. The vibes are IMMACULATE and they have a display that changes themes every once in a while. If you frequent here you will know that the deals are INSANE and the staff is incredibly nice. All other vape/head shops should bow.

On 09/01/23, I Stopped in to see what Wicked Superstore had. I purchased a Preroll of Silver GeistTHC-A HYBRID. It was $12-$13, got no receipt of course. But I do know it is the Harshest cannabis I ever hit! I Will not purchase from them Again 😞
