Vape Envy

So I bought a bottle of juice from this place yesterday 2/19/24. I didnt open it until later that night and when I open juice I always smell it. When I smelled it later that night it smelled what can only be described as rancid, it almost smelled like alcohol.It was after this that I checked on the bottle and saw that it was dated 3/7/23 which I assumed was the expiration date (I have since learned this isnt necessarily the case).Either way I took it back today 2/20 and explained to the guy working that it was bad juice and that it had expired. He replied by telling me it wasnt an expiration date but was instead a born on date which is factually correct.But even after his statement about the born on date, I still explained to him that you could just take one whiff of it and tell that it was bad juice. He proceeded to smell it and with a straight face said that it just smelled like butterscotch to him which is ultimately why I decided to leave this review.I understand the dating thing on juices for vaping isnt as simple as an expiration date but regardless of the juice being close to a year old, the smell in and of itself is all anyone would need to tell it had gone bad. Its my opinion that the person working lied so that they wouldnt have to refund or do anything about the bad juice that I bought the day before and it really left me with a bad taste in my mouth just like the juice would if I hadnt check the smell before putting it into my vape.I get times are hard in the vape industry and I dont even agree with the laws that passed here in California but ultimately if you sell something rotten you should be willing to make it right instead of just blatantly lying.Ive also attached a picture below to show the juice I bought with the date on it for reference.

Best service ive had. Excellent variety of accessories and E juices.Had to travel there specifically for freemax mesh pro coils due to the fact that they are the only shop i could find within 20 miles that carried freemax products. Overall i definetly recommend them to anyone looking for a superb vape product store not to mention the guy was very knowledgeable on his products and helpful as can be with honest accurate feedback. Items i purchased are in the photos featuring a glow in the dark drip tip and Freemax quad mesh coils. Hope this helps ☺

This shop is the only place I go to anymore the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful (especially Tyler and Junior). Whether its about the different juice flavors or going out of their way to talk to me about the benefits of certain devices. Every time I come in I feel like they are more interested in whats best for my personal wants opposed to getting me to buy whatever the most expensive item may be. I also appreciate their deals and loyalty rewards. I absolutely recommend this shop.

Great shop! Prices are very fair. So much to choose from. The had tons of hard wear too. The guy I spoke to Eric I think. He had a lot of knowledge and experience to give and some great recommendations. Check this place out. Walked out with some great juice and a new tank. The shop itself was very clean and it felt like I could just chill and vape there all day. I only wish they were aloud to have a sampling table there so you could taste all the good e-juice they have, but other than that great vape shop.

Went in here today to get my wife a new box mod. Tyler was very helpful! This store has a great selection of equipment and juice. I generally buy all our vape stuff online but we are on vacation from the east coast. Would recommend this store.

I live in Chattanooga TN and all the shops near me are closed for the night and I needed help with a new mod. I called Vape Envy and Junior not only gave me all the information I needed to use the vape correctly, but this guy was passionate about the product and knew exactly how to explain it. Outstanding call; I felt like weve known each other for years. I will go out of my way to visit the store next time Im in Cali. Big love.

My husband and I have been shopping here since this place opened. And we dont shop anywhere else. Costumee service is phenomenal! Eddie and maurice are awesome and down to chat it up. The juice is bomb and they know their stuff. I always leave feeling happy and thinking i love those guys.

The employees were awesome! Very courteous, friendly, efficient, & helpful. The place itself, had exactly what I was needing. So this made my day, after having gone down a list & calling at least 15 other vape shops first, in search of a specific product, before I was able to finally find Vape Envy, who came thru like a champ! They have an abundance of variety in juices, mods, vaping devices, & accessories to choose from. Theyre also open till 11PM, which is an added perk for a late night kinda person as myself!

This shop is on point! My first visit I wasn’t Shute how it would be just like any other vape shop you go into. Let me tell you, the selection of vapes and juice is on point! JR is the man I feel like this shop is lucky to have him! You guys got customer as long as we live here!

I had gone in here a little before closing to purchase a vape battery and the man behind the counter could not have been more help, he was a tall guy with salt and pepper black hair, mustache and beard. He even showed frustration when I told him that a previous vape battery I had bought from a dispensary was busted. He hooked it up with the battery and the charger for a great price, when I find myself in Anaheim again, I’ll definitely stop by here again and give them some more of my business

Ive been to many of the shops around me, and none have even close to the massive selection of juice and hardware that Vape Envy has. Dont let the size of the shop fool you, its loaded wall to wall with all types and nic levels of ejuice as well as the newest mods, tanks, and coils. Last time I was there they were installing MORE shelves for juice. He also has the lowest prices and a reward program that gives a free 60ml bottle of juice, your choice. They are also open until 10-11pm weeknights, midnight on weekends. To cap it all off, the owner is super nice, patient, and knowledgeable. Hell help you find what you need, and his growing stock of samples is very helpful as well in finding the right ejuice. If they dont have it, ask if they can get it for you. This is an awesome shop, and so far nothing Ive seen comes close.

Vape Envy. Pretty gnary name. The customer service is top notch. Its how a business should be operated. The employees are polite and genuine. Now, Vape Envys selection of ejuice and hardware, mostly their hardware, is borderline massive. Great selection of mods of all shapes, colors, and brands. Their juice selection is great awsell, dont get me wrong. A lot of amazing flavors that other shops dont carry. I can only count for the shops I have voyaged. Now, the only one reason I gave Vape Envy 4 stars. It is a little pricey. Compared to other local shops. The prices on the ejuice is healthy, but the prices on the mods, tanks, and some pod devices are a tad above average. This is only my opinion. Everything at Vape Envy is textbook. Ill definitely be a returning customer to this facility. (4.5 stars)

Greta shop. Junior was much help in picking a new setup. Their selection is insane. They absolutely have more product than any other vape store in town.

This is by far my favorite vape shop in Socal. Junior was awesome in working with me to find the perfect mod setup. I do my research and still learned a ton so if you need help with a new set up, this is the place you wanna go.

The absolutely best vape shop hands down. The inventory in this shop is amazing, they have EVERYTHING and they are always in stock of everything! I highly recommend this vape shop, their prices are fantastic as well! Go see Mo or Ed, you will not regret it!

Been going here for all my vape need since april and havnt gone anywhere is unless out of town for work. Maurice and Eddie are great dudes always have most recent items and more than happy to drop some knowledge if your new to vape or salt nic. When it comes to juice selection is on point from a-z and to top it off also carry cbd products . highly recommended thanks guys

The guys here always make it their business to know the costumers, pun intended. They are both knowledgeable and they even let me a slide a few times with cash. They care more about the costumers returning rather than making a quick buck.

Vape Envy is the best period. Joe is a great guy he makes sure you leave the store satisfied with your purchase. You have more knowledge about vaping going out the door then you had when you came in, thats superlative customer service. I dont post if a business is doing their job by selling you things with a smile and thank you, thats their frigging job, lets be real people not everyone deserves a f-ing ribbon and attaboy these days. But if you vape YOU NEED TO GO TO VAPE ENVY.

Clean. Huge array of flavors/Vapes to choose from. Professional and extremely helpful (had great knowledge & answered all my questions). I HIGHLY recommend you come here for all of your Vape needs.

Variety of products. Lots! ..BUT prices are too high for me. :/for ex. I typically pay $17.95 for 30mL salt juice, and here, it costs $23-$25.
