Not a bad selection of nicotine salt but good luck with the cashiers. Sorry to have bothered you by coming in to shop I guess? I asked a simple question about the strength of a tobacco flavor juice and I was told “they have no tobacco” when it’s literally the whole store! Are you serious? When I clarified the question, she said the strength was “more than enough” in a judgmental way.I recommend smoke zone right down the road. They don’t make you feel like a dirtbag for using nicotine & don’t seem as miserable.

Decent selection, average prices. Can not rely on them being open though. 3 times in the last year I have gone to the store and there was a note on the door saying be back in 20 minutes and no one was there, had to wait in excess of 20 minutes every time. They are also prone to closing earlier than advertised.

I used to like this place. The LAST time I went in the guy behind the counter had his phone on speaker and couldnt be bothered with my questions. He was pushy and incredibly rude. He offered no advice or opinion and had no interest whatsoever in helping me. His only objective was getting me out the door so he could get back to his phone. I wont be going back.

I’ve had three bad encounters with this place now! First time I went in the guy was on the phone paying me no mind when I clearly had some questions. Second time he told me he didn’t have change to give me so literally kept a dollar or two of mine. And now tonight I call to ask something before waisting my time driving down there, no answer the first call on the second call he answers saying , “yea” I laugh and ask my question all he says is no we don’t have. I won’t be back!

I have purchased vape supplies here on multiple occasions and the staff is very helpful and friendly. However, I have made trips on multiple occasions and they are closed when their sign says open. I am currently here on a Sunday at 1:45pm (hours say 10am-10pm) and door is locked and nobody inside, no note or sign “out to lunch” or anything. I have tried to support this small business, but they don’t make it easy. It is truly just a gamble on whether they will be open or not. They should at least put up a sign saying closed. I would not be writing this review if this was a one time thing, but I have came here to a closed store during normal business hours on at least 3 separate occasions. This is not how a business should be run and I will take my business elsewhere, it’s a waste of time and fuel to come when they can’t seem to consistently open the store when they say they are open.

The other day I went into the store and talked to a guy named Joe. I have been to this store a few times. He is always friendly and makes Uconn students feel welcome in the store. Will be going back.

Best shop around. Bought two vape disposable and both works very well and they carry original stuff. Definitely recommended.
