The lady has 0 customer service. Not that I’m looking for a convo, but she literally looks, and acts like a zombie. It’s also a bit more pricey than I would do.

Really patient staff (I’m new to the area), good delta products. The Hawaiian Haze preroll gave me such a good high, and really helped me win a debate with one of my friends. I love this place, really close to UConn, so I can bike up there for a good time on a Friday night. The person behind the counter explained to me about the restrictions and benefits of the canna market and product.Love the area of the place as well. Right next to an Asian market, and in close proximity to a couple of convenience stores and a chemist.Only complaint is that the product that I bought made me cough and gag, and eventually I vomited. But that’s just because I’m a lightweight haha.Will definitely return for more!

Haven’t came here in some month, but the service was great and the workers were very helpful with decision making for new things to try.Does anybody know if they are again carrying D8/9 products?Also, does anybody know about the current products there?

I use to go there all the time. They never have the same flavors and I have 2 children so I go there and call my wife to tell her what flavors they have and the man behind the counter said i cant sell you this and you cant be on your phone in here. Will never buy anything from there again. Ill take my hard earned money elsewhere where someone else will be happy to help me.

Prices are high. Also the ID thing is annoying. You can show your ID 20x and they still won’t sell to you if you forgot it. Nevertheless it’s enough for me not to ever go back. And I don’t care about your passive aggressive response so don’t bother,y’all suck. Go to smoke shop across the street in DG parking lot. Has same flavors all the time and doesn’t over price. Oh and he’s cool. Byee

I was helped out by Angelo one of the guys here and he broke down every detail of what I was looking at and sold me on a couple product here that turned out with the exact same results as he explained, he was a great guy and I will definitely be back here to buy more products!!

Just moved to the area, all the employees at this locations are very kind and open you with a warm greeting as you enter the store, all associates are very knowledgeable and patient, I would highly recommend everyone to come down to this store check out the experience for yourself! Picked up a Smoke Novo a week ago and absolutely love it! Nick helped me figure out what vape would be best for me and help save me money in the long run. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Havent had a cigarette since. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

Always gone here for papers and recently got a 50$ glass piece here which has served very well. Always had good service and friendly staff

I was in a pinch because I broke my last vape and I vape instead of cigarettes.. I went in and bought a smoke nord for 38 dollars. I went home and looked online and I could buy for 20 dollars free shipping online. I like to shop locally so I emailed the store expressing how I felt hosed. I was given an in store credit for 10 dollars. I just went in to get replacement coils and I bought a 5 pack. Minus the 10 credit it still cost me 9 dollars. I go online and low and behold I can get for 10 bucks. These were 19. I would understand a couple more dollars but this is ridiculous. Will not be shopping at this store again. 2 times was not a charm.

Great little smoke shop. They have a ton of variety, and a huge selection of products for such a small space. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Bought a Pinnacle Pen Pro from this place few weeks ago used it once and it stopped working this is the second time I come here the first time they sold me a used pen that had none of the accessories it said it came with in the box.
