This spa was clean, cute and so cozy! The staff was lovely and made my experience very smooth. They have a nice little waiting room and some products in the reception you can buy. The massage room was equally cozy with heated massage tables!I went here for a massage and my masseuse was Karen, who was fantastic. She actually focused on the ‘troubled areas’ of my body that she asked about in the beginning of the session and I was very happy with that. I enjoyed the massage techniques she used as I found them quite effective. I was truly relaxed at the end of this relaxing massage! Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend. They offer many different types of massages and many more other services, so I am sure that they have something for everyone.

I had a 90 minute massage with Kayla. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. Had to wait a little bit before me appointment but the eating area is beautiful, comfortable and relaxing.

Then place is really nice. But the massage was not good at all. Me and my husband do take massage all the time. I find you guys through spa weeks and we tried you since we had gift cards. But pressure was not enough. My husband asked to increase the pressure. But she increased at that moment and then back to her regular. He told it was like just applying cream on his body.For me she did good on back. But leg massage was just like applying cream on there. Overall we did not satisfied. But the place is nice and well maintained. Service is not good. Big disappointment.

If you are reading this you should book an appointment with Jade right now. Shes an amazing aesthetician and an amazing person. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to others. Would love to come back.

I have been going to the Spa at Autumn Organics for about a year now and I only have excellent things to say. I am usually rushing around to get there, but as soon as I walk in the calming environment takes hold. While I have used the Spa mostly for hair cutting services (Mary does a fantastic job, takes her time, and is professional), I have also utilized their nail services (wonderful products). Their customer service is helpful and attentive, and they have a very straightforward online booking and confirmation system so I never forget an appointment. Overall, if you are considering giving them a try, I say just go for it. You wont be disappointed!

I had my first experience here with a massage and my first facial, both with Kim. She was fantastic! She explained products, checked in to make sure I was comfortable and overall was so wonderful. I can’t believe that 2 days later I still see a difference in the glow and hydration of my skin. I will definitely be returning and even checking out new services.

Annie provided my first service at The Spa. I received a new full set of eyelash extensions. I am so impressed. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, skilled, and dedicated to providing an exceptional experience.She educated me on what she would be doing, always made sure I was comfortable, and let me relax!She was sure to explain how to care for my new lashes and what to expect. As if that wasn’t enough, she offered to go out of her way to get me a product to keep my lashes nicer longer. She definitely went the 2nd mile and deserves to be recognized for her effort.I wasn’t planning on keeping my lashes on long term and going back for fills originally, but because of Annie, and my beautiful lashes of course, I booked my fill appointment same day.

I love a place that is clean and using organic products. I have gone for multiple services, nails, massages, spray tan, hair... each I have been pleasantly surprised and in love with the products they use.

I had my hair cut and full color and it turned out so beautiful! The color is so natural and the products were so gentle, it was a fabulous experience and my hair doesnt even look like it was dyed! The colors are so much more blended and it turned out amazing. I would give ten stars if I could!

I am obsessed with this place! Also, overjoyed that I finally have a go-to place for all of my needs. I recently had a hair cut from Autumn. I went in for a hair trim and to discuss what to do about some issues with breakage and my hair. At other salons, I felt like I wasnt listened to and was treated as just a hair trim and I would go to what I thought were reputable places. Autumn blew me out of the water, she talk about goals I had for my hair, educated me, and thoroughly took her time to work on my hair. I could truly tell she care about me and my hair! Her products were also amazing- I am so relieved I finally have a spa and salon I can go to where I feel cared for and have EXCELLENT products that truly make a difference in my skin and hair.

This is a really great place. Ive been here for a massage which was delightful, two facials and a manicure. Each time I had a very pleasant experience. I love Pattys direction for skin care. The front desk is always helpful and pleasant. The overall aesthetic is comforting and calm.

I’ve been here multiple times over the years for facials, dermaplaning, and massages and have always had a great experience and results. Staff is friendly and respectful; this is a place I will continue to go back to again and again in Sun Prairie. The only complaint I have is it can sometimes be loud when you’re getting a massage - I’ve been in certain rooms that seem close to the employee break room and you can hear everything that goes on through the wall/doors.

I can’t put into words how much I love Annie!! If you are looking for someone who takes their time to really get to know your skin and what will work best for you, Annie is your girl! My skin glows every single time I see her. She is very professional and will feed off your energy. If you want to talk she has no problem with that, and if you want to relax and fall asleep that’s cool too. Personally I will talk her ear off the entire appointment. She gives the best skincare advice and at home tips. You can tell she is very passionate about her job and truly loves what she does. She will always be my skin lady!!

Best facial Ive had in years! My skin never looked so good. The area under my eyes was so much smoother and less puffy. My skin overall felt tighter and brighter. I loved the ambience there. All the products they offered not only work great on my skin but smell amazing :) I will definitely be coming back.

Got a facial today with Michelle and she was great! She was so knowledgeable in telling me what products were being used and what they were for. The facial was so relaxing and my skin feels great! Today I went to The Spa for my second sugar scrub body treatment as a birthday treat for myself. (I had my first sugar scrub on March 16th.) Both were fabulous! From my neck to my toes, my skin has never been this soft and smooth. The facility is quiet and relaxing, the ambient music just right, and the cleanliness was excellent. The lady who performed my treatment was professional and did not rush a single thing. My husband had a 60 minute massage here on March 16, and he also gave a thumbs up for his experience. The price was great for our area, too! We will both definitely be back.

I had my very first massage here and I was very satisfied with the wonderful massage given by Kim. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Beautiful spa! Will definitely be returning!

I began having spa services back in 2019 and have been impressed with every experience I have had from wax and facials, to eye and brow tinting, massages and manicures or pedicures. I would specifically like to mention Annie who is an amazing aesthetician! I see her for waxes, tints and awesome facials. She is kind, courteous and I trust her expertise! I had a wonderful experience with Gloria for a mani/pedi combo this summer. It had been months since my feet were pampered and she did an excellent job. When I need a massage I go to Kim, she is able to adjust her pressure to my liking and always finds those trouble spots that need help. Every time I leave I feel good! The front desk staff are very kind and helpful and I always feel welcome at the Spa!

Annie Lewis is absolutely incredible! I have been getting regular facials with her for the past 4 months and I cannot say enough good things about her and what she has done for my skin. Not only is she incredibly knowledgable and flat out great at what she does, but she makes you feel comfortable and “at home” with her infectious personality and energy. I am absolutely loving my skin which is something I’ve never said before and I’m just getting started! BOOK WITH ANNIE!

Attention to detail was spot on! THEY REALLY LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS! This was my first facial in a long time, I have sensitive skin and had some specific concerns. My esthetician, Annie, took into consideration all my concerns, she adjusted and personalized my facial to meet my needs. It was fabulous and I left feeling amazing! The whole experience was relaxing and what I needed! the safety measures they have taken also for COVID are really reassuring and I will be back!

I was recommended this place by a friend and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I have never really had anything like this before so I was a little anxious about it. Brea at the front desk made me feel really welcomed and helped me fill out the questionnaire about my skin (which I had no idea how to answer).My service provider Annie was very welcoming, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about skin care, making the experience very pleasant. I would recommend The Spa to anyone who may need a little help with skin care or just a little relaxation. Treat yourselves!

This place is a great place to have any spa service done. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, the owner was fantastic and easy to talk to. I had waxing services done, and she made me feel comfortable and not awkward. The environment was very inviting and relaxing, which is exactly what you want in a spa. Will and have recommend this place to others.

I will NEVER support that business again. I earned a gift card to the Spa via the PAC. I tried for weeks to set up an appointment prior to my gift card expiring and no appointments were ever available regardless of when I called unless I could go at 10 in the morning or 2 in the afternoon... Not realistic for someone who works a full-time job . I explained to the individual that I wanted to do my facial that I had to schedule somewhere else because it was so difficult to get in and would just use my gift card towards product. I went in to utilize my rewards I had coming to me and was treated absolutely horribly by the owner Kim. She kept reiterating that my coupon was expired even though I had been trying to redeem it for weeks prior to it expiring. When I tried to tell her this she said Yeah well other people work full time too and you can just go ahead and call The PAC and talk to them about it. I asked her why I couldnt use it towards product and all she kept saying was it was expired and theres nothing she would do about it. Then explain to her why I would only go to one person there after having my face burned by another individual. Her only response was well did you bother to tell anyone about it? .... which I did when I kept trying to schedule with the other individual. On top of her being so unprofessional to me, she treated me like this in front of my 12 year old daughter ...who was absolutely appalled that anyone would talk to another individual the way Kim spoke with me that day. This place is completely unprofessional, and I have no desire to ever step into that place of business ever again!!

My fiance surprised me with a mani, pedi and massage for my birthday today. I normally go and do these things on my own. Gloria was good got my pedi. I normally get acrylic over lay on my nails because of my job. They dont do that so they said the would remove it. The soaked my nails in acetone for almost 2 hrs. My fingers hurt. They cut my nails down to the tips of my fingers and filed even shorter. I have to go and get them redone since they left half the acrylic on my nails and it looks like a 5 year old painted them. If you dont know what your doing then why mess up? My massage was amazing by Crystal and will see her again.

Ive been looking for a place like this for years. The best haircuts of my life and finally a place where the philosophy and products used are actually low-waste and environmentally safe. Autumn is a queen. Highly recommended.

Was here in the fall of 2017 with my boyfriend for a couples message. I wasnt next to my boyfriend during the message, he was actually in the other room with just the door open. The masseuse asked both of us what areas could use more focus and we both had answers but neither of us felt that was taken in consideration. It was like they had their routine of how to do a massage and thats what they stick to. Honestly I feel that the masseuse was not experienced. I only rated this ok because I did feel relaxed during the time I was here.

I love going to the SPA in Sun Prairie to unwind. Mindy and Kim have been amazing massage therapists for me over the years. I highly recommend the SPA to anyone in SP looking for a professional and relaxing massage experience. Great atmosphere too.

Annie Lewis does an excellent facial and really listens to your needs. I tell her to use her expertise and she doesnt disappoint. Would definitely recommend seeing her for your next appointment!

Best place for spa and hair services, hands down. Natural products, experienced specialists, great caring people. I drive to Sun Prairie from Madison because Autumn cannot he matched!

I chose The Spa for my first full leg waxing experience. The Spa was very clean, well organized, and provided a relaxing environment. Mindy made me feel comfortable at all times and was very professional!!

Great customer service but had a bit of waiting time between services. Also, for those getting the half day treatment, it would be nice to have a food/snack option. I was hungry after being there for 4 hours. You are paying a considerable amount.

I have been to many different Spas in the past few years. Rejuvenation Spa near West Town mall has been my go-to for a long time. They recently stopped accepting SpaFinder gift cards so I had to find a new spa. I have been disappointed by Oasis in the past, so although its a bit out of my way, I figured I would give The Spa a shot, and boy was I impressed. My girlfriend and I got their Quick Escape for Couples which includes a 60 min couples massage and a dip in their Whirlpool bath afterwards. Unlike Rejuvenation they actually do have a couples massage room, which was nice. Both of us were very happy with our Massage Therapists. I have to say though, what really impressed me about this Spa was the Whirlpool afterwards. Its located in a private room with candles, lotion, non-alcoholic champagne, chocolates, dimming light, and a color-changing Whirlpool thats the perfect size for 2. It gives a very romantic setting and was an absolutely perfect experience that we cant wait to do again :) I highly recommend it.

Have done the facial from spa. Looks like they have put the oil on my face and send me back with the charges of dollar 80.Will not recommend the spa to anyone.very poor quality and totally disheartened.will never go there
