Great people, clean store and good selection of items. Everyone that works there is incredibly knowledgeable about their products and super helpful. Forgive me because I forget their names but the young man and lady they currently have there are amazing and make my trips to the shop enjoyable. I drive in from Madison passing Ignite and multiple other vape shops to see them because they always have what I need and provide excellent customer service. You guys and gals are the best. I’ll definitely miss Liz!

Just moved to the Madison area and I’ve been shopping around a bit for a new place to get vapes. I read other reviews and looked at their website and figured this would be my new go to. I was so wrong. Their selection of disposables and mods was awful, not a lot of variety like their website said. I was expecting way more than maybe 20 disposables. Not to mention the vape I purchased is disgusting and burnt when I’ve had it less then a day. Absolute waste of money.Besides the lack of vapes the service was very poor. Whoever was working the night I went in was not friendly whatsoever. I walked in and he barely said hi and then proceeded to stare at me for about 5 minutes straight and then walked around behind the display cases a bit with his arms crossed. Didn’t engage with me at all and just seemed overall miserable. I actually had to tell him I was ready to check out after I stood waiting at the counter for a good minute or two. Very poor selection and bad customer service.

4 stars because I rarely give 5. But,this is. Nice shop. Small, but well stocked. Good variety of disposables as well as mods and tank etc. The girl there was friendly and knowledgeable. Great expierence. Will shop there again.

Absolutely love coming here! Kayla is always so incredibly helpful and sweet. All of my questions get answered, and never feel forced into buying anything. Love how knowledgeable the staff is, and how you can tell they genuinely love their work and care about their customers. Hands down, 10 out of 10 recommend checking out M of N!!

I moved to the area from Henderson NV a few weeks ago. I wanted a smoke shop that was personal and helpful. After looking at a number in the Madison Metro area I chose M of N Vapors in Sun Prairie. As a newbie vape person I was looking for new brands as well as a knowledgeable person to help me. Kayla made me feel welcome and she helped me find some e-juice I hadn’t tried before. She also helped me find some edibles that I like to help me sleep. Kayla and her parents own three shops in the area and I like supporting local businesses. Thanks Kayla, see you soon.

I visited M of N on a whim one day to get information. The fella there, cant recall his name unfortunately, was very informative and knowledgeable. Set me up with what I needed with no BS. Didnt upsell me on stuff I didnt need. Thats how you build trust with clients. Being honest.Second time I bought some juice opened it and there was an issue. The bottle had crystalized solid. The woman working was so apologetic and replaced it no problem. She could have said too bad, but made it right. After all thats what customer service is. Making things right. Proud to support this local business.

Looooove this little shop. They have all the selection I need. I just need supplies for my smok novo. I dont care if its the 1, 2, 3, 10+ pro max, I just needed to find someone who carried them.Well this shop is amazing. The staff are so great and helpful and sweet. I will be coming back all the time. Its close to my work so I hit it up on my lunch break to restock.So happy I found this gem of a smoke shop. The prices are pretty reasonable as well.

Not only did they sell us the wrong coils, when we went to pick up the right ones, they gave us the wrong coils in the right box. They are scum bags and tried to literally scam us. In the end, payed for 5 coils and only received 3. Very inexperienced with vapes, would recommend going literally anywhere else.

Lizzy was super helpful in helping me with a replacement tank/coil combo when I had shatter my glass tank. She is always so nice when I stop in.

Super knowledgeable ladies working there. They didn’t try to hook me into anything I didn’t need. They recommended some great products that reassured me they’d work. I’ll definitely be back just to see what they have new in.

I went in not knowing anything about what I needed and the owner was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I appreciated that he didnt try to upsell me when I went in thinking I needed something more expensive. He helped me find exactly what I needed and what would work best for my vaping habits. Prices are very reasonable also. Will definitely be returning to the shop!

They didnt have any zero nic elf bars, but the sales associate was very nice.

Best vape shops in Lodi, Reedsberg, Baraboo, and here in Sun Prairie. The staff is knowledgable and doesnt try to rip you off by making you buy what you dont need. Reasonable pricing, never go anywhere else

Second time going to an M of N location during business hours posted online and the front door to find the spot closed. Save your money and go to a business that takes more pride in its reputation and customer service.

They on many occasions I’ve had to drive back multiple times (they like to sell broken products) and guess what, no refunds to top it off 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND
