Roxy did my nails and she’s amazing!!!! I LOVE my nails! I’m very particular with my nails, shape and color and design and she paid close attention to details! I highly recommend this salon. The girls are super nice. I’ll definitely be back! Oh and the price for what I got is unmatchable anywhere else! The prices affordable ! I got gel x medium, stiletto.

All the girls here are AMAZING! They made me feel so welcome, even with my 2 year old running around (and they did her little nails too). Roxy was awesome - she did my nails with a nice marshmallow color and helped me with properly shaping my eyebrows. I will definitely be back! 🥰

They are professional & accommodating as much as possible to the client. I have received services from 4 of them & always pleased. This time I had no idea what I wanted ... so this is off the cuff. 😊

Diamond Nails was such a nice environment with really friendly staff. Even though it felt like I was the only one in the room speaking English, I loved the service performed. The prices were a little higher than what I expected, but my nails looked 10x better after the cleanup & shaping, and that was BEFORE the gel polish. I felt very comfortable in the salon and appreciated by staff as a customer. So happy to have found my go-to nail salon in Tampa!!!

I had a great experience today with Naizy (I think I’m spelling it wrong). She’s newer to the team and was very detailed and caring. I didn’t feel rushed, she took her time and both my nails and toes look amazing. She educated me about nail health and did my nails/toes exactly how I wanted them. Thank you Naizy! Darlyn was also amazing. She told me about the facial services and beauty enhancements they offer.

Worst experience ever. This is what I left with. As I was getting my nails done I was sitting here having a conversation with the lady and then the lady started talking to somebody else, and the girl started repeating what I was saying in a different language, so I turned around and I said, does she speak English and she goes no she don’t, I said OK thank you and the lady that was doing my nails was straight up. I’m not doing her nails and then said is there a problem I was like no I just sat here and had a conversation and realize and she don’t speak English meaning, I would have to talk to you to relay to her. so please somebody tell me where the problem was besides, their customer service find a better nail salon or expect not to speak to anybody or get your nails the way you want them because they do not understand you here’s proof

ARIADNA KILLED IT!!! i went in with inspo and she nailed it! literally!!! will be coming back for sure! she listened to every request i made! and then i asked for a gel toe and she helped me immediately!!

Went as a walk in with my friend to get our nails done. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and made us feel very welcome! Their work is really good and we were impressed by their instagram and were so glad we came by! The atmosphere is very nice in the salon and their nail designs and shaping are so pretty! Definitely will be coming back!

Nice place good experience turned bad!!!service was good the first time. They give you nice complementary drinks. Well they did the first time I came, my 2nd and 3rd experience was bare minimum. On my last visit I made an appointment for 4:00 pm for a full set and a pedicure. When I arrived they didn’t start on my nails until 5pm. Mind you they close at 7. My nails were done at 8:30 the lady did a good job but when I got home I noticed my nails on my left hand were way longer than my nails on the right. The lady was getting tired and started rushing. They never did get to do my toes so I had to make an appointment to come back. They didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything. I made an appointment to come back at 11am. But I couldn’t make it so I rescheduled. I went to call the nail salon to let them know and I guess they blocked my number. Unfortunate because even with their mistakes and lack of good customer service they were a pretty decent nail salon and I was willing to go back but I don’t like bad business! Won’t be getting anymore of my money. And I was a good tipper. You also may want to note that only two or three ppl in there speak English so you will have to communicate through people and with pictures.

The overall service at Diamond nails and spa is outstanding. Everyone is very professional, patient and accommodating. Adriadna is the nail tech for myself and my daughter. The time and attention to details she gives out nails is beyond comapre, even down to cleaning the cuticles and removing hang nails. Any design, we bring her, she makes it look so much better! I highly recommend Diamond Nails and Spa!

Worst experience of my life! I was first sat for my pedicure, and when I went to put my feet in the water, it was freezing 🥶 when I told them they said they will warm it up. They never warmed it up. I showed my tech which color I wanted and when it came time to paint she forgot and they couldnt find the book that they just showed me and I had to pick another color. My nail tech lady cut my skin of my big toe and it bled!!!! , and by that point I was pist. However, I kept my cool and continued with my manicure.....than what happens, the tech than cut my skin on my pinky so bad that she had to hold pressure. After the manicure you can see the dry blood on the buttom on my Nail. At home, doing anything with this pinky hurts and I am so pist not only that she cut me but my relaxing experience turned into a stressful experience and now I am still dealing with it because the pain is present. The cashier felt bad as well and told me that she was new. I did get a discount on it but it doesnt justify it.

These ladies all do great work they are highly skilled in their craft. Anna, Darlyn, Adriana, Andrea ( I know I’m missing one) are all amazing! get the gel-x and finally stopped having my nails come off like they did with acrylics. My hands aren’t very dainty normally but when I leave there they are! My mom and aunt love their work too! Great crew!

Customer service is soo bad . What sense it make to reschedule my scheduled appointment without calling me about the change. Yall gonna just pick a day without calling me to see what day I can come in. My first time coming there on my schedule appointment I had to wait 15 extra minutes just for the nail tech to come to work to my 11am appointment. Do better !

I went in today as a walk-in (Thursday afternoon) & I was quickly sat with a nail tech. I LOVED how she did my French Gel manicure!!! She took her time and gently removed any built up cuticle & filed. I will be returning to this place for my manicures from now on.

Edited to add response to my review:It’s cool prices are listed on a wall I wasn’t in front of to see. And I have never been to salon that charged to remove dip whether that salon did my nails or not so long as they were going to be providing me with service. It’s basically 55$ plus a tip every two weeks. I am searching for a new home since moving to the area, while I do love the outcome of my nails I mean I really love them for my own financial reasons I guess this won’t be my new home. But I will go when my pockets can afford it better.I do love how my nails came out. She didn’t tell me her name the name on the license said Katie. She took her time cleaned my nails real good. My issue is when I booked online it said 36$ but when charged she said 50 and the reasoning was they charge on top to remove old dip and 5$ because of the gel but I was given a book to look at colors but wasn’t explained that those were gel and would cost more. And also she kept stopping because her and the other lady kept talking. Prices should be discussed before hand because what if I didn’t have it.But all in all I do love the outcome and will probably go back still worth the money

Ive been getting my nails done for over 20 plus years. I have never walked into a business. And had my appointment time set and was actually waited on. And I received the service that was professional and I left in a reasonable time service was very great. I will book again and try some of the other services that they offer.Thank you,Vee

I was excited to come and try Diamond nails out. I brought my mom because i scheduled her for a massage but i was told on the phone shed be able to get one so i said yes. The i got sent a text to schedule our appts on Booksy. Which I did. Still no word about not having the massage therapist there today. We got there.. And they told us that my mom would have to wait over an hour for a mani/pedi because only two girls were working. I was highly disappointed by all this.

Katia did such a beautiful job on my new set of nails! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she recreated it perfectly. I couldnt be happier. She took her time with properly removing my old set before putting the new set on as well. The shop is clean and the techs that work there are all super sweet. I get compliments on my nails all the time and recommend this shop to everyone I know. Ill be back to get my fill from Katia in a few weeks for sure! Thank you!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Made an appointment for 5:15 and sat there until 5:45. Paid for the $50 pedicure and didn’t even get a massage. All she did was put the lotion on my legs. The actual polish looks good, but that’s it. Their specialty must be nails because it’s definitely not pedicures.

I had gotten my nails done here once before, and even raved to my friends about it, but this past time I was severely taken advantage of. I got a gel manicure, which left my nails very brittle and bendy. In less than a week, four to five of my nails were broken. This has never happened to me before, especially not with gel. I called the salon on the phone to see if anything could be done, and they told me to come in so they could take a look. When I came in, the woman that did my nails, Katia, even commented on how broken they were. She and another woman asked me if I wanted to redo all of them with acrylic for $45, which I declined since it was basically the same as getting a new set, or if I just wanted them to fix the three most broken ones. I opted for this, and she went ahead and fixed only one. I asked her if anything could be done about the other two broken ones, and she did not answer, but just started to fix them as well. I appreciated her fixing them, and was even planning to tip her for what she did, but I was surprised when she took me to the front to ring me up. I was even more surprised to see that she was charging me THIRTY DOLLARS for the nails. I have never seen a nail salon charge to fix nails that they had performed incorrectly, especially so soon after they had been done. I contested the price, half in shock, but they insisted, telling me that it was displayed on the wall that a fixed nail was $10 each, which I still did not see when I turned to look at the price list. With this logic, fixing five nails is more expensive than getting a brand new set. They claimed that part of the price is for the special gel that she used, but when they initially mentioned the gel, they certainly made it seem that they would add it on as a courtesy since the nails were not done correctly the first time. The entire time, they had me under the impression that the fixing would be free, which makes sense since it typically is at any nail salon you go to, especially so soon after theyre done and especially since it was a mistake they made themselves. I feel completely taken advantage of, and am disappointed that I ever thought so highly of them. I would strongly advise not to go here, because if your nails are done incorrectly or poorly, you will end up paying almost double for their mistake. I can tell they are close with some of their more frequent clientele, who are probably leaving the bulk of good reviews, but as someone that came in only once before and does not speak very fluent Spanish, I did feel a bit uncomfortable. I also know that the $10 a nail was untrue, because I understood, with my limited Spanish, when Katia asked the woman next to her what to charge me (the woman said $25, but Katia then told her she was thinking $30 - I did not realize that they were talking about me because I thought that price would be outrageous just to fix three nails). What I had thought was kindness turned out to be deceit, and I believe it is plain wrong to treat people like this.

Nice building but not worth the money I spent 75 on my nails they was closing so I didn’t wanna be rude and the lady didn’t understand me so I decided to come back today to see if they can fix the issue I had and they wanna charge me 25-30 just to fix it knowing I came yesterday very unprofessional I will be disputing that charge

I have been going here on and off for a few years. All the ladies who work here are great at their job. I first started off over a year ago with Maria who taught me a lot about the health of my nails. I can always count on Kayta to do beautiful nail designs and Anna is very neat and efficient with the most natural looking acrylic toe nails I have ever had. In between I have been serviced by nearly ever technician here including Luz who does waxes and facial and I can honestly say that they provide quality work for a great price.

The best nail salon ever! They have more than one technician that does great work. Lucy is also great with the brown tint. My go to place for my beauty needs! Highly recommend!!!!!

Today I went in for the volcano deluxe pedicure. My service felt very rushed I was not truly relaxing. My technicians also did not communicate or show grate customer service during my service. I also pre-booked my appointment so Im not aware why my service needed to be.The overall pedicure was okay nothing too exciting, definitely was not what I expected. I dont believe I will come back to this salon.

Shirley and Ana are both amazing. They are full of great ideas on colors and amazing designs. Everyone is super polite. I always get compliments on my toes and I leave feeling very refreshed and pampered. This is my 3rd visit and I look forward to the next one.

My friends and I came as walk-ins, and the staff was so welcoming. They were very attentive to all their clients and happy to give us exactly what we wanted. Maria did two of our nails, and Ana did the other. We were all very pleased with the results. Great experience from the nails to the customer service—we will be returning!

Update 05-24-23: I just found out that my tech, Shirley, is no longer there. I have referred my sister and my boss here. I have been lucky to see everyones work and comparisons. I have to say, losing Shirley was not it. I dont know the details, but I know exceptional work when I see it. She was worth fighting and compromising for. I am so sad. I moved here 9 months ago and I had finally found a salon I liked just to start all over again. 😩---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This was my first time at Diamonds Nails and Spa. I sat with Shirley to remove old dip, fix a nail, do an acrylic overlay, design, and a pedicure on old work. When I tell you that Shirley is talented, that is an understatement. She is meticulous and very detailed. She has great knowledge and takes pride in her work. Before she put anything on my cleaned up nails, I couldnt believe how great and healthy they looked. What she did was magical. Besides Shirleys amazing work, she is a kind person and easy to talk to. I believe I have found my permanent nail tech.As for the location, I love that there are more than enough slots for parking. It is in a Dominican focused plaza. The salon is small, but I feel that they could cater to individuals in wheelchairs in certain areas of the salon. They have a bathroom in the back with the only public sink I could see.I only have 2 complaints. First, when I got a pedicure, they did not put the linings in the pedicure chairs where the water went. Most salons put a lining for hygienic purposes, and the lack of one felt a little yucky to me. Second, some employees are too loud. It may be just my thoughts on how a nail appointment should go, but it should be relaxing for the most part. Some clients disregarded the sign to stay off your phone during your nail appointment. During my entire pedicure, I had a girl next to me talking about drugs, astrology, and at one point ensenuating sexual things. Her tech was also on the phone. Thats 2 loud conversations in my ear during my entire pedicure. It was disappointing.However, I will be going back. I dont think i should base my techs work on things outside of her control. Thats a managers job.

Shirley was the best! Attention to detail on point. I’m so impressed how my hands transformed from no and no to OMG your nails are fire! Amazing service with great conversation. Maria did my pedicure, best pedicure I’ve had with so much knowledge about cuticles and was able to relieve the pain from ingrown toenails by taking her time and carefully cutting them. It was not rushed and my feet feel so refreshed! Best nail shop I’ve been to since living in this area for 10 years.

I had a lovely first time coming! I was immediately greeted and sat. I had Kathy who was wonderful and did an excellent job—especially with shaping! I normally hate nail salons but they have changed my mind!

I’ve been going to Diamond Nail Spa for a couple of months now. I normally get serviced by Maria. Maria does a great job on me. However, today Maria was out sick and a new tech serviced me. I am not happy at all with the service of the tech. Very disappointing. The salon did not accommodate me when it came time to pay for service. I was willing to pay for what was done. However, I do not feel I should have paid full price for service. 😡😳☹️~ Veronica

Horrible salon. Horrible products used and even worse customer service. I got gel done on my nails and it started coming off the day after. The nail tech did not put a base coat and when I asked why she responded with “it doesn’t need” I called the salon and informed them and provided them with pictures and they said they couldn’t do anything since I did not come back the next day. Horrible customer service and they are extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not go there.Reply: I did not say I wasn’t treated with respect in the salon I said after, I did say I liked my nails but that was before they started chipping the day after. How are you gonna say you don’t have proof I came to the salon when you said that you remember me and that I said I loved my nails? I didn’t break any law by calling and complaining about my nails because obviously the application was off. It’s extremely unprofessional that you’re trying to side out of this. I provided you with pictures with the date, do not act like you got scammed. It is my right as a customer to call and give feedback and ask for a refund if I paid a big amount of money on nails that lasted me a week.

Today I made an appointment at 11:30 from 10:58 - 10:57 latest, I come and ask for my Lyft which cost me 15 to get there, and when I get to this place the barber next door tells me that they have since They have been closed for a while because they spilled water, when I go to the hair salon they have, the girl very kindly does me the favor of calling the owner of the nail salon, and the girl tells me to excuse her, it was a while ago. that they closed and that she had agreed with the girls to call everyone, A CALL THAT I NEVER RECEIVED, first they waste my time, second they never were kind enough to call, because according to what the boy next door told me they had They were closed for a long time and they were not kind enough to even call, and thirdly they made me spend money on transportation. lack of responsibility and professionalism, very upset, I do not recommend it, because in that case another circumstance happens to them, the same or worse than what happens to anyone else... none of them are going to call and WILL MAKE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Lack of communication and lack of respect towards the client, making them have such a bad time without knowing how much time the other person has. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
