Highlife vapes and smoke

Went to this store to grab a cheap disposable vape for today, I understand that sometimes products are defective, so I typically test them out in front of the clerk before I leave. after doing so, within the first hit, the vape was burnt and tasted horrible. upon asking to switch it out, I was told its against their policy. I even asked to pay the difference towards one that was better quality, and again, they would not let that happen either. essentially, I lost money going here, and the owner would not make it right. so as convenient as it is since I live in the area, I will not be going back here.

I highly recommend this place. Today I went to 2 other places looking for something specific with no luck. I decided to give up because I only had 12 bucks I clearly it was not enough. I ended up passing this place and dude helped me out and I walked out with what I needed. I wish I would have got his name but whoever you are sir I appreciate you. Thank you
