My first visit was a 60-minute massage by Sarah. It was amazing! She listened to my needs and delivered a custom massage that targeted areas of concern. The spa itself is beautiful and has the relaxing, pampered atmosphere that one would expect from a spa. As a plus, the dragonfruit punch in the waiting room was delicious. I will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Bella Toscana Spa has this amazing ambience as soon as you walk through the door. You are immediately relaxed and know you are in for an amazing treatment. The soft sounds of the music continues to relax you. My amazing Reflexology treatment today literally put me to sleep. The entire staff are gentle and kind. I felt stress free and healthier when I exited this amazing spa with anticipation of next time.Sarah gave an amazing treatment.

Great atmosphere in this spa, very relaxing and soothing. The rooms were clean and appeared to be well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and my massage therapist listened to my concerns before the appointment. My only disappointment was that my problem areas (neck and back) weren’t focused on more and I could hear my therapist listening to something on her AirPods during the massage.

Todays much needed 100 minutes relaxation massage with Sara was everything I needed and more. As ALWAYS, I received excellent customer service and top-notch care.

Bella Toscana Staff is FANTASTIC!!!!Aubrey is a wonderful massage therapist and I feel lucky to have found her. I feel better since I began going there. My range of motion has increased and leg cramps have stopped.

I enjoy this spa for many reasons, great atmosphere, great massages, great service. This time, a little less than great! They scheduled me wrong and when I arrived I found that I was not longer booked (their fault). I rescheduled & they gave me $10 off. So ok, then I got a text from them showing my new appointment, also on that text it stated that they could charge $25 if I missed my appointment or I rescheduled (my fault). So I thought, wow if that is their policy then I should been offered the same amount in return, right? Anyway no big deal just rubbed me wrong !

Since it won’t let me publicly respond to David Walker’s review, I’d like to submit my own to elaborate on the experience.Unfortunately we were unaware that our system was not booking the couples massages correctly. It was only registering as one person was booking, and was not requiring a second therapist to be available. So when they came in, it only showed one person booked a couples apt and another therapist was not available. I explained to them the issue with our system, and yes I mentioned sometimes it is best to call. But I did not say it in a nasty way. I could tell at this point they were very annoyed that they both weren’t booked.I then asked them to please hold on for one second, while I run back and talk with another therapist to see how we could still accommodate them. We were not arguing in the back, we have nothing to argue about. I was explaining our system to my co worker and was asking her how we could fix this issue for our customers so they could both be seen. I did not just walk out of the room leaving them with no information. I explained I was going to step away. They didn’t even acknowledge me when I explained I was going to try and make this work. So I stepped away.When I came back just minutes later, they were gone. They couldn’t even wait 2-3 minutes for me to come back and explain what we were trying to work out.I understand that it’s frustrating that our system had messed up, trust me it’s frustrating for us too. But in no way was I rude. We take our customer service very seriously and I am a very polite person. The untruthful review is very hurtful, when you were actually mad at something that was completely out of my control.

I love Bella Toscana! It is truly a Spa experience. I have used many of their treatments. You cant get a better nail manicure anywhere else. Misa is the best.

We booked the “Valentines Special” couples pedicure online, confirmed appointment, got a babysitter and arrived 15 minutes early. We were greeted by a staff member who seemed surprised we were there and told me that we should have called instead of booking online.She then said “we only have one person here today” and could only serve one of us.The receptionist then steps into another room and leaves us standing there while they argued about the online booking system.We felt uncomfortable so we left. We recommend they evaluate their online booking system as “couple” means two.

Had a wonderful, relaxing French pedicure with Misa. And the products they use are heavenly! I am allergic to synthetic fragrances and it was so nice to experience better than the usual toxic lotions and fragrances a lot of nail salons use.

I visited Bella Toscana Med Spa for my first facial consultation. The staff was welcoming and professional. I felt relaxed the moment I entered the Spa. The ambience and decor was beautiful and luxurious. The facial experience was amazing. Cherish did my facial and she was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I was very satisfied with the results. My skin was glowing when I left.

Misa is great! She does my Brazilian waxing. She puts you at ease while waxing. I never have red or bruised areas after the waxing. I would highly recommend her for your beauty maintenance.The Spa is beautiful and very relaxing. I havent tried their other services yet but hear really good comments on all of their services.

A welcomed experience! Ive had a string of horrible experiences at regular nail salons and this place was a welcomed change. Misa is amazing! She was very gentle, friendly, and cared about servicing you. Also, as an African- American woman I tend to shy away from places where I dont feel its diversity friendly. I felt very welcomed at this establishment and did not feel the typical microaggression of assuming I wanted a lesser priced service or assuming Id have an issue with tipping. I felt Geniene kindness, not the fake professional kindness. Bella has a long-term customer.

I have had her do my Brazilian Bikini wax for over a year. She is very professional and great at making the treatment go by quickly with very little discomfort. Ive been going for over two years every month. Wonderful service from Misa! She is amazing. However, the business side needs some work. I was told I had rewards and then was informed 3 months later that it was a glitch and I needed to pay back my rewards. I did pay them back but I think that was a really poor way to handle a recurring monthly regular customer who has never had a reward yet! Very poor business practices.

This review is from my second time coming to Bella Toscana!! They’re literally so amazing, the first time I came I had a gift card and received the best deep tissue massage. This time I wanted a stress relief massage, in which I had Aubrey, which she was nothing short of amazing. I’m a full time bartender, who’s constantly on her feet and working long hours. I’m also a full time student, so on days off I’m at my desk all day long doing homework, etc. Aubrey asked me what I wanted to focus on, which was my neck and upper back to release all the tension (because most of us hold all our stress in our neck/shoulders) and let me tell you - I will definitely be back to see Aubrey again! Truly all of the Bella Toscana’s staff is impeccable, professional, clean, and super comforting. Best place, all honestly, for anything spa wise!!!! If I could give this place, and Aubrey, 10 stars - I totally would!!!!

I arrived at 11:40 on Tuesday July 11, 2023 for my FIRST appointment for a Brazilian with Misa at 11:45. I was told by the receptionist my name & number was not anywhere listed for an appointment. I made this appointment on July 7 & spoke with someone identified as Misa but was told by the receptionist that Misa never answers the phone since she is a service provider. She said I could come back at 4:15 & that was all she could do. The receptionist asked if I used another name and in a condescending manner informed me that I never made the appointment since I wasn’t on any list! I informed her I would not be returning!! I definitely did make this appointment since I wouldn’t have known the appointment date, time, & name of person I talked to if I didn’t indeed make the appointment! Fortunately I found out ahead of time what to expect from this facility!!!!

This was my first visit to Bella Toscana Med Spa and I could not have been more pleased. The facility is beautiful, the atmosphere is serene and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Mary gave the best massage I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend her.

Im not one to typically leave a review, however this was my first visit to Bella Toscana Med Spa to have my eyebrows laminated (never have I had them done). Svetlana did an amazing job! This was my second time getting a massage by Michael and I have to say that he is the best! I will not go to anyone else again. He’s very detailed and professional. The only thing that I have to say negative about the place is that the rooms have thin walls and I could hear the guest in the next room talking while getting a mani/pedi. I may just bring in ear buds next time so I can’t hear other people. I’m still giving 5 stars because of The quality of massage!

I went to Bella Toscana Med Spa today for the first time to have Medicare, pedicure and eyebrows waxed. Misa was so pleasant. She made me feel comfortable and did an excellent job. I will definitely be going back again. I even inquired on their memberships.

First time trying out this spa and couldn’t be more happy with the Service and Staff. My Wife and I had pedicures today and eye brow wax and it was excellent we already booked our next pedicure. Sure. I had an appointment scheduled for last Saturday. I am sure it was made for 1:45 at the time I checked out from a previous appointment. When I arrived, the person at the desk had a hard time locating me on the computer then said my appointment was for 11:15 that morning and that the person I was booked with had someone in the spot I came in for. Okay. I am sure I was told 1:45. But okay. We reschedule the visit for this Saturday. While nothing was said to me during the discussion about the charge at that time, I arrived home to hear from Bruce Simpson that you charged him for a missed appointment. He of course never authorized the charge but you had it in the system because he did buy me a gift certificate LAST year. I am not on his cc or account so that charge is fraudulent. I called about this following the weekend asking you to reverse the charge as I obviously did not blowoff an appointment since I showed up for the time I was told. This is very upsetting for both of us and should have been discussed when I arrived. He is disputing the charge with the bank so you can handle it now or later. I am also cancelling my appointment for Saturday with Cherish as I am disgusted with the whole thing. You seriously would have made a lot more money with me as I have a lot of face to work on but that is fine. As you know there are plenty of service providers here for me and you apparently have enough clients that you can manage this way. I hope I have answered you question.

I have had several massages here and recently had one by Patricia. She understood where my body hurt and worked with it to gently restore it to healing. I love the atmosphere, the front desk and therapists are all very professional. I have been to other places in the area but call this one home. Just purchased a monthly membership so I will get more frequent massages and try other services.

My facial was completely wonderful and extremely relaxing. I have had several of their facials and not let down by any of them. The staff is engaging before and after the procedure to ensure they provide you with the maximum amount of quiet (they, of course, talk to you during the procedure but only to make sure you are comfortable).The facilities are clean, its a no pressure environment and the staff are friendly and professional.

I stopped by for a massage after reading the other reviews. They were able to get me in later that day. The Spa was very nice and they have a little shop in front with various items. I wanted a relaxing massage but not deep tissue. I haven’t had one in a very long time. The massage was very relaxing for the first 3/4 of it. Then when she started on my back thus began deep tissue . Fine at first but then became very painful. Evidently I had a knot back there. I said “ that’s enough pressure please”( I was gritting my teeth through the face cutout !) She said if I wanted less pressureI should have gone with another massage therapist ? I did not choose the therapist just said I wanted a relaxing one. It was a good massage up until that point. If you like deep tissue which has always been painful for me you will love it ! The hot stone was very relaxing :)

Had a bridal party massage at Bella Toscana and could not be more pleased with not only the massage (which was AMAZING!) but also the customer service!!! Sarah has hands of an angel!! And Robin is so accommodating!! My bridesmaids were so thankful the therapist worked out the knots in their shoulders! And they were NOT sore the next day!! They even stayed after hours for us! I live about 45 minutes away, but I will be back!!!

I booked a couples massage and manicure/pedicure a month in advance because they had no openings prior. I never received any text the day prior or email reminder that our appointment was coming up. I called the morning of the confirm we were on their schedule and the receptionist told me we were not on their schedule. And that they were only open until 3 on Saturdays. Nothing was offered to rectify the situation. Highly disappointed in a place we were really excited to try out. Not only is their customer service poor but their staff doesn’t know their own booking hours. Very disappointed. Will not try to come here again

Had an amazing experience. My husband and I had the valentines couples message. The girls didnt run back and forth for lotion. The lotion was next to them. They didnt stop through the whole process. They inquired as to our comfort through out the process. The autmosphere was very relaxing. I have already planed our next visits. Very pleased thus far and have already recommended them to our friends.

The atmosphere is wonderful and so relaxing. The sweet lady who did my pedicure was so nice and easy to talk to. The experience did feel a little rushed but that was the only thing I didn’t love. The service was great.

I have been a client of Bella Toscana Med Spa for approximately two years. I joined their monthlyMembership Program, which offers a choice of one of several spa services, at a reduced rate. I alwayschoose the stress relief massage, and for a few dollars more, upgrade it to deep tissue. The MassageTherapist, Roxanne, that I have always used, is by far, the best masseuse I have ever encountered in all my years of receiving these services. I suffer from severe chronic neck and back pain, and her massages have helped me reduce my level of pain and relax my muscle spasms. I now go twice a month, and, as a member, the second massage is discounted!I am sure that every therapist at Bella Toscana is as excellent as Roxanne, because this spa takes pride in providing excellent services to their clients. From the minute you walk in to the beautiful surroundings you begin to feel your body relax. The staff is very accommodating and welcoming. I feel like Im part of a wonderful group and I am so happy that I found this spa. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Stephanie Greene did a phenomenal job on my microblading. It already looks fantastic and its only been one day. I cant wait to see how much better it is after all has healed and touch-ups are complete. She listened to my concerns and worked with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted before even starting the procedure. Well. I havent had the chance to have an experience yet. But Im sure the massages are amazing. But the customer service is terrible. I had received a gift card for Christmas and I had never been so excited to get a massage. I have chronic migraines and endometriosis on top of rheumatoid arthritis. I work 40 hours in 4 days as a bartender. And Im a mother of 2 kids. So I call on a Friday around 2 p.m and make and apt. I was told they were fully booked and would have to reschedule so I said ok. No problem. She then says oh we have an overflow room be here at 10 your apt is at 10:30. Im excited and I give her my name and number and she says thank you and we hang up. I set my alarm for the next day and unfortunately I over sleep. I call at 10:20 frantic saying I can be there in 10 minutes and I was told no sorry shes gone and its a $25 penalty. I was never told this on the phone and then was hung up .I didnt even have 24 to cancel because I made the apt less then 24 hours prior. I just felt like my money didnt matter to her. I felt like if she was so busy she should of stuck with her original answer of we need to reschedule we are full. Again I understand there are rules and it was my fault. But I didnt feel like she even cared even when I Said just take time off of my massage. 😔 Super disappointed

Cheryl, the receptionist was very accommodating and polite. My pedicure was good but I was not asked which Pedi I wanted. They start at $35. She just gave me a Pedi. When it was time to pay it cost $59.00. I would have liked to have been given the choice!

Cherish Is an amazing esthetician! I am always treated like a VIP. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and truly cares about her clients. Bella Todcana Spa is a wonderful place. You may walk in holding onto the days stress but you leave feeling like you’ve been on an extended weekend vacation. I highly recommend you visit this beautiful gem.

The staff members are vey nice,the place was very cozy and clean,I was happy with the results, Cherish is very sweet and professional, I was happy with her.I went again on August 2nd, and my experience with Cherish was beautiful, I recommend Bella toscana to everybody,I am happy I found Bella Toscana.

This med spa truly provides a wonderful array of facials by Cherish.The waiting area is done in Tuscan mode that includes a wall fountainthat is so smoothing. Misa is the best in all services provided

After reading through some of the other reviews I was kind of surprised. I actually had an opposite experience with Bella Toscana! Their staff were very accommodating to me and the girls I worked with were super sweet! Ive only had two services so far, but will definitely be back!

I was given a certificate for this spa that included multiple services. In route to the spa on the day of my appointment, there was a traffic accident that would cause me to be 14 minutes late to my scheduled appointment. Initially, I called the establishment, but the line was busy after 4 attempts. I then went online and emailed them my status regarding the accident. After sending the email, I then attempted a callback, and was able to reach someone. I explained to her that I was stuck behind an accident and would be late..... would they be able to accommodate me for later or could I reschedule it if not? She said they could not accommodate my late arrival, and because I did not give 24 hours notice of cancellation, I forfeit my service. Im sorry, there is no way to know 24 hours prior that I would be stuck in the traffic behind an accident, if so I could have planned to go a different route or leave earlier. Needless to say, I will not be partaking in any of the other services either. Customer service like that really leaves a nasty taste in your mouth! I gave a star because you have to give at least one to comment. But dont get it twisted, they dont deserve any.

This place is a hidden gem! Its an upscale spa with great prices and corrective services. Can be a little hard to find being in a medical plaza but parking is easy. I workout a lot and Roxys massages are the best Ive ever had. I also got a Hydrafacial which was awesome and have a dermaplaning. They make me feel like family

Thi was great. This was a pedicure for my 83 yo mother and Thi was great with her. She helped her up and down from the chair. She informed my mom of everything she was going to do. My mom liked it so much that we scheduled her for the next 3 months.

After many months, I had a pedicure and manicure today. Misa did a fantastic job - so professional and very gentle. My foot massage was the best.

I used to have nothing but good things to say about this place. Now the owner is there all the time and makes it a very unpleasant experience. I spend a ton of money there on products and she wouldn’t let me use a $5 coupon (That comes on the receipt) that I’ve been able to use for over a year.Definitely not good customer service!She acts as though she is higher and better than anyone else, including her customers. She makes it hard to do business.I will no longer be going there spending my money.

I went and had the belle signature pedicure. It clearly says online the price tag is $55 so I went thinking that was what I would pay. Nope she charged me $75. I get home thinking that I was wrong but no. It does say $55...... I called and she could have cared less. She told me the internet was wrong, even though I made the appt online. I loved the spa and tia was great, but Im not ok with false advertising.

From the front door the service is impeccable. Mrs Cheryl is so professional and sweet. Meesa is wonderful and makes you feel comfortable. Everytime I go its the same experience.

I booked a 100 min massage and received a confirmation email. I took the day off from work for this appt only to show up and the manager tell me that they didnt have my appt on their end. The manager did not care about their error nor did she care about trying to make it right. I wasted an entire vacation day for nothing! Very poor customer service!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service! The worst I have seen. I purchased a Groupon for 2 facials for my mom for Mothers Day and my sister in law bought her 1 also. No where on their Groupon ad did it say that you could only use one Groupon per person.. they even had the option for you to buy 3 at a time and so we did. My mother called today to schedule 1 of her facials and the lady told her she was not allowed to use them because she had already used a Groupon there she bought herself. My mother was so upset.... I then called and the lady argued with me for 10 minutes and said We have submitted for a disclaimer to be put on Groupon Confirming there was no disclaimer there when I purchased them about only using 1 per person and yet she would not honor them. Im sorry you dont change the rules of use after you sell a service! That is BAD BAD BAD business!
