Absolutely love this place. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even put together my vape at the end of purchase. There is a flavor tasting area that has so many different flavors that you can try with a disposable tip that they provide. Definitely recommend this place!

I went here today and was happy that I did. The owners is a nice persona and helped me not smoke cigars anymore. I have been smoking cigars for a few months but the smell and taste is not pleasant. I went here today and I purchased a vape and I believe that the price is very fair and the flavors are amazing. I highly recommend this place. They have samples with over 50 flavors to try and they are all made by the company. I will be a repeat customer and plan to buy more from them only. I learned a lot of information today. I have nothing but good things to say about premier vapor! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They listen to what you want and do their best to find what your looking for. I’ve never once felt pressured to buy anything or try something out I wasn’t comfortable with. I’ve purchased two mods from them and just purchased my third one. All their juices, tanks, coils and mods are at a reasonable price! I also love that fact that you can try the juices out before you buy them! Premier vapor will continue to be my go to for all my vape products. By far the coolest vape store I have ever been to. Very nice on the inside, they have juices that I had never tried before, and they have a testing bar where you can try each flavor before you buy one. The people working there were so great and helpful. And the flavors were so good! This is definitely my new place to go. Best vape store in Lake County by far!

I went in to the shop Saturday with my wife, and we were immediately greeted by the owner and his grandmother. They were some of the nicest people! The owner took the time to fully explain all things vaping and really cared to make sure I got the products exactly for me. There was no selling, just him trying and suggesting products to find the best fit. The selection was huge, but I never felt intimidated because the owner was super knowledgeable and would answer every question! I was recommended to Premier Vapor by a friend and I’m glad I listened and went. The staff was very informative and friendly with helping me pick out everything I needed to start vaping. The juice bar is a wonderful idea because you can try something and assure that you like it before buying it. This will forever be my one stop vape shop! This place is the best vape store in this area and I have been to them all! I stopped by on a Sunday to buy a new setup and the 2 people there were so nice -- they took their time and explained everything to me. Ive been vaping for 3 years and needed some help with the newer tanks/batteries. The store was clean, airy and bright. They had the coils I needed for an older tank. I love they are open on Sunday and have the items you need. I highly recommend and look foward to going back.

Since I walked in , the customer service was amazing, the environment and store is amazing, clean and neat. The owner, Jessie has full knowledge about everything and always advice me whats the best to buy as well Mr.George.This great store has lots of e-juices selection of any type of flavors for everyones likes.As well, they have plenty of mods, tanks and batteries for beginners and advance vapers and the best brands in the market .I give more than 5 stars to this store and recommend it 100% to go buy all you want and need as well to hang out for hours is just a pleasure. I come here at least once a week to get new stuff for my vape collection .Also the grand opening will be on December 3 rd 2016. Nicest people you could ever hope to do business with. Whether youre a total novice beginner or an experienced seasoned vaper, they can answer pretty much any questions you might have and can accommodate you to build any type of vape set-up youre looking for...They may not have the biggest selection of vapes but even if they dont carry what youre lookikg for, they will find a way to get it and make it work or at the VERY LEAST, can point you in the right direction. Dont have much of an experience to tell. Went to replace my e cig on a Sunday. Internet says theyre open until 7. Sign on the door says theyre open until 7. At 6:30 doors were locked. When I called noone answered. I saw employees inside the store. Lights were still on when I walked away. They turned them off 20 minutes before the store was supposed to close. Now Im on my way to buy a pack.

Always stopped here for quality vape juice whenever i visited my family. Just stopped there today, 2/26/2020, and the inside was ripped apart. Either remodelling, which i doubt, or they moved/closed. Its a shame. The people were always helpful and kind.
