Taylor Smoke & Vape

One of the only smoke shops I can go into with my wheelchair, anything and everything you could need or want for vaping or smoke. The best part is the staff is really really nice and helpful, I have been going there for about 3 years and have never had a bad visit or not leave with a smile. The owner is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. I highly recommend becoming a regular there.

Over the course of two years, I would come here to purchase hookah cups since I live a few minutes away. The hookah cups here is probably the best outside of Dearborn. In addition, I enjoyed the quality of customer service.However, on 5/4/2024, I purchased two cigars, without checking the quality of the cigars since Im use to a good experience. Once I ended up at my event, I removed the cigar from the wrapper and discovered the cigar to be hard. Obviously, it wouldnt be a good smoke. The second cigar was hard as well. The following day, I returned both cigars. Due to one of the cigars being out of the wrapper, I was refused a refund and unable to exchange. The second cigar, I was offered a refund due to being in a wrapper. Even after I informed the employee that the quality of the cigar is not worth smoking, he still stated he will resell the cigar to another customer. After he said that, I will no longer shop at taylor vape. Ill just go to wild bills or dearborn.

Always has the items I need. Staff is very nice, friendly. Theyll take care of you.

The location is awesome the wide selection of cigars definitely opened my eyes. staff was very helpful, welcoming and patient. Found what I needed. Definitely recommend and will be back for all my vaping and tobacco and cigar accessories. Prices are reasonable.

They have awesome torches. Just bought a takis(fuego) one. Husband loves the zippo collection. Also, just bought a hookah, and was taught everything i need to know about it. Employees always have a good attitude, and are very helpful. Their inventory rotates quick and there are always good picks.

Absolutely THE BEST !! Smoke & Vape shop in Taylor/ Downriver. the Owner is very professional and polite. They carry all major premium brands of cigarettes. . including generic and economy cigarettes like Crowns 👑 sold by the pack and cartons. Also premium tobacco by the bag and pipe tobacco. Wide selection of hookas. glass tobacco pipe and water bongs wood made cigar pipes and many flavors to choose from vapes .the prices are Fair and reasonable I shop here regularly 2-3 per week and they are OPEN 7 Days week 10 am til 10 pm . you can also play the Michigan lottery here both paper and instant lottery tickets sold here. even on Sunday and thats what sets this place above the rest youve tried the rest...now experience the Best⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ no other smoke shops / gas station or convenience store even comes close.

Honestly one of the worst interactions via phone Ive had the displeasure of being a part of. Called for a simple question over whether they have a specific vape coil in stock. Was then put on hold for 8 minutes, at which time they just hung up. Called back, asked about the same coil to find out they dont have it, but he said he could sell me a new tank for something they have. Id rather just go without a coil and order something online rather than work with the fine people over at Taylor Smoke & Vape. Save your time and patience and go elsewhere.

The gentleman I usually see (I dont recall his name) is very nice, helpful and patient with my questions. Ive recommended this place to a few people I know 😃
