This shop is great. Nice store, so well stocked with all kinds of cool stuff. Jackson and Ethan are great guys. So much fun to stop in and talk to these two. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend!

Everytime me or a friend comes here the owner acts like hes mad that your coming in his store, god forbid you ask about a product that he doesnt carry. Its like he gets insulted that your asking for something different and has the we got what we got attitude. Maybe retire and get yourself someone else to run the store if its thats much of a drag to you to work at your own store.

Very cool people, they got me exactly what I wanted, I went to couple other places looking and nobody had the EXACT one I wanted, he got it to me within a couple days. 👍

Me and my husband have been coming here for years, service is always good. Theyve even helped me pick out birthday/Xmas gifts for thr hubby. Got slid in a snow bank pretty good, and the owner stopped and lent us a shovel, not sure if he recognized us or is just a genuine dude, either way, worth spending your money there

As far as selection they got a wide variety of glass(and other) nicely organized too! Nice display of everything in the store. Great for getting gifts at too! I usually frequent a place before i give a detailed review but this place has been good in all aspects so far and i got a great piece glass there today... Thanks!

Very helpful staff. Great products, haven’t had a issue with any vape pen or piece. Decent cigarette carton prices too. If you go here then you came here for a reason and they most likely have what you’re looking for but if not they will tell where to go. They rather make sure you have the right product instead of making a sale an I love that honesty on their behave.

The vibe is off the white bald guy is creepy doesnt make anyone feel comfortable here

Love this place. Been coming here since they opened. If you think the prices are high then glass pieces made by awesome glass artist isnt for you. Ive bought from here at least 20+ times cant think of one bad thing to say

If you have the pleasure working with the owner like i did trust what he says he did not upsell me but instead educated me on the products. 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Been coming to these guys for about 3 years now. The owner is friendly and remembered me after my first visit. Every time they talk me into buying something I end up really enjoying it. My wife enjoys the incense and fragrance section which has like 2 rows to itself.I felt compelled to write this after another recent impulse buy they talked me into turned into something just as cool as they were saying. My husband Andy and I came across this place by accident while walking through the trade center. We are from the Toledo area and were blown away by the hospitality of the employees and the selection is amazing!! Great prises for the quality of product as well. Super friendly and helpful. As someone with medical issues and not really knowing what I was looking for. They spent well over an hour showing me all the different opinions for cbd oil and helped me chose the best option for me at a price I could afford. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I absolutely love this place, its my go-to smoke shop. My smokes are the best price there plus they have the prettiest/coolest pipes and accessories, the store is so big now and they have so many different things. Also the employees are amazing theyre so incredibly helpful and so nice, I defiantly recommend this place to everyone!

The shop was nice they had a good selection the kid behind the counter told me that there is no such thing as an recycler in to helex he did promise that the piece that I ended up buyingt would do what I explained to him exactly how I wanted it to do it. Well needless to say it doesnt work how i wanted it to and was told it would I and the glass is all rough and cheep feeling.the owner was a good guy but I feel like he robbed me NICE GLASS IS EXPENSIVE i thought the place was so nice I offered to tell people about the location. I definitely will not now PS I might go back tomorrow and see what they say n

I’ve never been to a better tobacco store/headshop!! Their selection can be overwhelming, but the employees helped me find exactly what pieces I wanted that were within my price range! I could’ve stayed in that place for hours. Love it! Will definitely be back.

They will sell you the wrong thing if you don’t know what your doing, and MAKE SURE you don’t have/wear anything in there that you previously bought from there place because they will accuse you of stealing it without good reasoning!!

The red long haired kid looks constipated and stares you down and acts hard asking for I.D. when he seen mr before, While the old guy who sells cigerattes likes to make jokes about customers but isnt even funny. Bought a ooze pen. Get home it doesnt work. Then the short guy with the tattoo on his fore arm and the older guy with the white/grey beard/hair WOULDNT EVEN EXCHANGE the item. Said to get ahold of the company that sells the pen. Even though they bought the item from that dispenser themselves, so it should be there responsibility not the costumers.
