I LOVE this location! Liz is always so friendly, and knowledgeable, and always takes great care of us! The store is always clean, and well stocked. All the employees take the time to listen to my needs, and take the time to find options, and thoroughly explain each one. Theyre patient, kind, and most importantly experience! I highly recommend coming to this location if you have had issues with others in the past

Absolutely the best of people work at this business. They are all very well versed in anything and everything you may need or want to know about any of their products. I often rely solely on their recommendations and have yet to be disappointed with em. I simply cannot speak highly enough of their true kindness and willingness to go out of their way to assist you with any part of purchasing sed products. Most businesses now a days are in such a rush to get you in, take your money and to be done with you. This simply is not the case with this little Gem of a store and couldn’t speak highly enough of them and their personnel.

I love Drip n Rip in Taylor! Begin with going to drip n rip in Round Rock, wasnt a huge fan; felt like I wasnt treated like family, never had good vibes there. But Taylor is opposite - very helpful, very friendly. Nice selection, great prices. Very roomy store, great atmosphere. Have felt welcome and at home with all employees so far!

Exactly everything you would want and need upon entering the door. Very welcome in type vibe from the store lay out and the very helpful two employees who where there to satisfy my needs. Went in, got blessed with the satisfying product and came out happy and thankful that they are who they say they are. Once again.Ill be back.

I had a bag of refillable vapes. I took them into the Taylor Drip & RIP to see if any of them were any good. Liz was amazing! She went through each one. She even got me going on one of them! Thank you Liz! I will be coming back!

Hello I have lived in Taylor my whole life business have come and gone. But I truly hope drip n rip vapes stays around. customer service that makes you feel like family they know you by name and is always willing to go that extra mile. Thank you for helping my mom out with a wick that was burning out way fast fixing the problem and making her happy to know she always has a place with friendly people to help with any issue that may come with her vape in the future.

I have shopped at area stores and was very happy with the customer service until a few days ago at the location in Taylor. We walked in on a Saturday afternoon and were met with a dismissive, rude employee. Understand everyone has a bad day but it’s retail, small business and a weed shop, Be Nice!

Drip n rip is 11 times out of 10 the best smoke shop around, very convenient, friendly and very knowledgeable people . Prices are better than 5 dollar Fridays . (Wink wink ) . It’s definitely the place to go !

Best smoke shop ever! So many options, and new items I still need to explore. Cheaper than other places too! I used to get my delta 8 gummies at a gas station until they ran out one day and I decided to try drips. Theirs are cheaper, AND better. Not to mention the staff could not be kinder, more helpful, or professional. I wish I had got her name, but the girl working there has always been amazing to me and I just cant recommend them, or their shop more. If I could give 10 stars I would.Courtney

I have been coming to thus shop for weeks now. Evrytine I come in the service is amazing. The selection is above par. There is a price range for everyone. Just picked up a 100ml bottle of Vapetasia Killar Kustard at an epic price. Justice opened a couple minutes early to get me out of the heat! I could not recommend a better shop.

I cannot believe myself right now, but I did nothing to take any photos since I was not purchasing anything. The gentleman that was behind the casings was so sweet and loaded with of information about all of the products in the store. And for someone who knows nothing about vaping or whatever else was there, he made me feel like if I wanted to start, I would be in good hands. Definitely recommend to anyone who lives around this place.

I recently went twice with my new vape mod I purchased at this location but they keep giving me the wrong heating coils for it.Ive been up there twice and they got it wrong twice.. since I opened the package I cant get a refund.I really liked this business specially since its close by..I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

As a new resident of Taylor, I’m disappointed in this shop. They charged me $170 for 4 disposable pens!!! They told me they had a buy 3 get 1 free, which was a rip off. At any other shop in Texas, I would have paid between $80-110. This place is extremely overpriced and I will never go back; even with them being down the street.
