My husband and I come here every time we come home to Illinois. Best experience we have in any vape shop we go to. The owners experience and knowledge of all of the products she carries makes us feel confident with the product we walk out with.

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in their customer service. Every batter I have purchased there is faulty when using the aspire vape pens so I upgraded so I thought to a smoke resa stick... Same issue its not charging. I purchased a new charger and is still not charging. I still have the package side note. Took the stick in and was told they will not replace or exchange it. They said it happens all the time the plates inside are cheap and come loose causing it not to charge and should just purchase a new one. Um no.. bad customer service it should be replaced free of charge!! I will no longer do business here and will be buying what I need from now on at the getaway. The getaway has a great selection, great prices and extremely better customer service.

Pos company, dont buy from them, their not willing to pay for their mistakes. Bought a $20 house flavor got home to fill my tank and the whole spout came off dowsing me and my counter top in fluid. And then their not willing to replace the bottle.

Store was ok. Well kept and the prices seemed reasonable. Although im leaving a reaview because the employees gave great customer service. The main employee that helped me was very friendly and provided a ton of information on there selection of Vapes and juices.

So helpful and friendly, always willing to change coils and so helpful with fixing issue you might have with your vape. Excellent service!
