The staff is very nice. I am new to the area and I was calling around to see who carried pixie boost. They said they did and they would put two back for me so my boyfriend can go pick them up for me. Thought it was very nice.

Yea sure there are lots of vape shops out there, but this one knows their stuff. The store is also very cool. Hard to find integrity upholding real meaning anymore across the board, but impulse nails it. Tyler is always there in a positive mood willing to answer all questions from the basics to advanced. Wouldnt want to go anywhere except here. Ive spent loads of money here. Everything is phenomenal. Great variety of everything youd want or need. All the staff is incredibly nice and extremely helpful. If I had my choice, Id say 10 stars.

The associate was very helpful! Its hard for me to find flavors I like and he helped me find several that were perfect. Wish I had gotten his name to give a personalized shout out!

Excellent customer service and good communication! They always answer anything I have to ask. Wide variety on glass & silicone pieces, i have gotten numerous items for myself, friends & family.. from bongs to chillums, hitterboxes & ashtrays. All good quality, none have broke. There are a lot of goodies in here, I highly recommend checking it out. They also have these sleepy brownies with natural sleep inducers in them, that rock.

The staff are always very helpful and informative when the customers are looking around. They restock inventory and put out new items every week. This store is very unique in its own right. Most vape shops only cary items that pertain to vapes but impulse carries clothes, posters, book bags, and almost anything else you can think of! I love stopping into Impulse to see the new inventory and talk to the helpful people running the store.

Great shop! Very nice stuff! Owner is awesome! I was stranded in Taylorville after a car accident and he charged my phone and let me cool off in the shop while I waited for a friend to pick me up.. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Ugh where to start?! Amazing selection, staff, hours, and prices!!! Wont go to any other vape store anymore. I was a little nervous my first time goin in but do not judge this book by its cover!! Stop in. You wont regret it!!

Awesome store for a small town glass shop/vape shop. The single person on site did charge me more for something that a friend had bought the day before for a lower price, but other than that a very pleasant experience.

The employee behind the counter that I dealt with was very courteous and professional. They had the e-juice I was looking for when most other stores did not carry it ..so I was a happy camper lol.

The younger guys are pretty helpful but the buff guy whom Ive never seen before last week though seemed like he had no idea what I was talking about when asking about a product they sell.

I bought three mods from here in one week and all three of them broke one wouldnt even work at all to smoke my wax and the other one after a week fell apart the little magnetic pieces started coming out poorly put together I will never buy another thing from this store again
