3d Smoke Shop & Vape Shop

I been to 3d smokeshop many times and I got the best customer service from the manager Max. Amazing store with verity of products from hookah tools to vaps. You can get anything you can find in any smook shops around in one place with great prices and sometimes they offer deals and discounts.If you in the area I definitely recommend this place to find items you wouldnt think even exist.

This store was awesome, they greet you with welcomes and cool vibes when you purchasing, Eric is one of my favorite people to see once I enter the building, love this place and highly recommend 🫡!

3D Smoke Shop is the best smoke shop in The Colony. They have so much product you can definitely find anything you need to serve your needs. Prices are really good and bro that works there is always chill and helpful.

Great inventory but terrible customer service. It’s crazy to feel you walk in to spend a lot of money and they treat you like you just invaded their space and trespassed. Shame on customers for coming to a business to support them I guess. They acted so annoyed I was even there.

This place is great and the gentlemen behind the counter is very helpful, honest and will go down a little on prices (the 2 times Ive been able to get in there). The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because Ive pulled up to their store during listed business hours all for them to be closed. Not once, not twice, not 3 times but Id say about 5 or 6 times. Its a real pain in the rear to drive across town and have them be closed. Those days Puff n Stuff less then a mile down the road got my business. Maybe he/they dont care and have such a big following that it doesnt matter but it does to your customers. I will say everything I have purchased from there has been great high quality.

Dont buy your vapes here!!! They sell knockoffs that are flavorless and burn after 1 day!! I bought a vape from here, and it had no flavor, so i asked if i could trade it out for a new one, and he said i had to buy another one. So I bought another one, and it was also flavorless.. they refused to refund me, so i had to go to another vape store and buy a THIRD vape!! Absolutely insane!!

Best Shop in Town, better prices than Huff and Puff. The gentleman working there has hooked me up with discounts and freebies every time I go there. This is the only shop I go to in The Colony. Very Professional and top notch Customer Service.

I am a paraphenalia collector of sorts and my man Max at 3D has everything under the sun when it comes to smoking and vaping supplies!! The guy aka owner is clueless and rude! No customer service skills at all. I bought products worth $100 and gave me hell for a faulty tank worth $13.He just lost a customer and please this is America, brush up on customer service skills. Since the owner and employees are of middle eastern decent, the standards for customer care are lacking.

Came here, first time ever being in a smoke shop, they talked me through everything. I had a great experience and a lot of fun! Dont know what the customer who gave them a bad review did, but pretty sure it wasnt the staffs fault. They couldnt have been nicer!

Nice decor and ambiance inside. Neat and clean restaurant. Very good variety of pizza, pasta, subs and sandwitch options. Good mix of Italian and Indian options with pizza toppings.customer service was great, they accommodated our request of wheat crust instead or a regular crust. We had a large custom order but it was ready in less than 15 minutes. The pizza crust was slightly on the thin side which we really liked. Very generous with the toppings and sandwitch fillings

The manager Max was extremely helpful. I couldnt have asked for a better experience last time I was in there . Ill be recommending it to all my friends and family.If you havent been to 3d smoke shops colony location I highly suggest you check it out immediately!!!!

Great little shop. Better deals than Im use to seeing around. The service was exceptional and informative. They have no problems answering questions.

This is my 2nd visit this week (last Saturday at 1pm and today at 12:30 pm) to this place and place was still closed even though the hours listed on the door completely different, and waited awhile with 2 other people was also waiting but unfortunately, no one showed up.I find that horrible customer service and if you cant get there on time you better not be in a business.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Theres a wide variety of things to buy here and the shop is well-kept. Definitely recommended.

Cheap prices. Cheap glass. Just bought a piece from here and was cracked coming out the wrapper. Owner says it was my fault but he barely wrapped it and put it in with another heavier piece. It is what it is. Maybe invest in bubble wrap.
