Tropical Touch Toledo

Ive been working on my feet almost my entire adult life. Im doing Amazon delivery and decided to try to help with aches and pains. The quality is great and really helped my body relax and recover. Viper was tremendous with great quality and very nice talking too. I only had one on a bachelor party weekend trip. The quality here with someone who hasnt done it as long was amazing. I will be looking into future visits to help with the strain from work. Thanks and highly recommend.P.S. the add on relaxation package is well worth it. Particularly the hot rocks. After the muscles get loosened up, the hot rocks just really adds to the experience and helps relax the muscles.

Gem was absolutely wonderful!!! For my first ever massage i recommend this place 10/10!! the desk staff were amazing and helpful. If you havent been to this tropical touch i say GO NOW!! Most importantly i feel gem deserves a raise and a vacation such a wonderful place!!!!

I got a massage yesterday from Jasmine and she did an incredible job! She was on time, friendly, easy going and got the knots out of my back and neck. I was long overdue for a massage and she made me feel like I had no pain. I definitely recommend her and look forward to coming back in the future

First time visit on spur of the moment and was far beyond my expectations. My back and neck are improved so much I will be going back. Sierra was amazing and really helped my back and neck. Clean, peaceful and all about a proper massage that helps relieve pain.

Horrible experience with Hayleigh, the definition of wasting your money, if you want your money to be stolen then go, I arrived normal and left with a headache, it makes sense when they are not massage specialists, they receive a weeks training and the They put them there without knowing anything, horrible. Thank you Ryanna for trying to fix the bad service but Im not going to go again, you should give better training to the girls you hire so other clients dont have such a bad experience

I went to tropical touch toledo after a 10 hour shift at work. I was a walk in and Mae was able to see me right away. I got a 1 hour massage and Mae did a wonderful job,.

Can’t remember the young lady’s name but, it was something out of a super hero movie, e.g. The phoenix, storm, Fallon, mystique, python, I dont remember.But, she must have some sort of superhero power too as she was Approximately 56 and all of about 107lbs and, built like a human like hickory doll rod with moving parts and worked my 250lb mass to the point of pain. But, pain in a good way. Plus, she told me a story about beating up an arch nemesis super villain and showed me a very faint if not non existent black eye she acquired during this battle. Her story was mildly amusing as well. So, look out fellers! LolI was extremely sore after this event and really didnt want to go to the gym right afterwards either plus I still had an oily residue all over me from this massage experience. But, I felt so relieved and relaxed afterwards I wouldve been better off taking a nap rather than exercise!Not certain what the average going rate of a 1hour massage is but, at $190.00 for an hour Im hoping the massueses get to keep half! I didnt leave a tip due to my assuming theyre already getting part of this fee theyre charging.Stay out of trouble young lady with the superhero-like name!

Had a massage with hayleigh today and it was relaxing and got my kinks out of my back will definitely be returning to see her again soon

Buyer beware! My elderly mother in law on a fixed income purchased massages as gifts to the tune of $240 without realizing we would not be able to use them. When we attempted to have the full amount refunded well in advance of the appointments she scheduled (more than 30 hours), we were told they would only refund 1/2 the amount. This is NOT a reputable spa. Do not waste your money here, go to another reputable salon/spa in the area. I would give zero stars if I could.In response to the business note below - it was not an online gift card. It was an in-person prepaid appointment that was cancelled at least 30 hours in advance. Someone did reach out indicating a refund within 24 hours. That has not happened yet.

I have been here twice now. 1st visit, I had a nice 4-hand massage with Hayleigh & Rie. They were able to release the tension in my legs since I walk a lot for work.2nd visit, I had a massage with Jaz. She was training Gabby & Viper (nice surprise 6-hand massage). Good conversation and very professional.I would highly recommend all 5 masseuse.

Best massage of my life, I had rie and she was wonderful, I will definitely be coming back again, came back for a second massage and rie did another amazing job, she was able to get out all the knots in my back, I might become a regular here

I recommend Viper! Them hands will put you out 🫠🫠😴😴 but seriously my back hasnt felt this loose in a long time.

Super relaxing, first time going, the woman were very welcoming as soon as I entered. I had Lexis company for my first time and she was amazing. Great conversationalist, beautiful and funny. We talked the entire time. Ill definitely be back again. I highly recommend.

Ro is wonderful. I came in with shoulder issues and her technique and deep tissue massage made all the difference. I plan on going back and would recommend to anyone. Very clean establishment and great service

Julia is well educated in general and especially about her products and their ingredients. She is a wealth of information yet so kind and down to earth. She wont recommend anything you dont need, she offers different price points and makes sure you know how to care for your skin. She didnt even push product at the end, I knew investing in my products would be the only way to continue to improve the integrity of my skin so I was asking her a ton of questions. You can tell she is passionate and has many years of experience.The customized facial was absolutely heavenly. She is thoughtful and definitely a perfectionist! The music, ambiance and her techniques are top notch. Her products are top of the line. The products she uses are NOT filled with toxic chemicals. This woman has done extensive research in her industry and she only uses the best. Im an ICU RN so Im extremely analytical and concerned about cleanliness and this spa is very clean! Her hygiene is also impeccable. I wish I wouldve found Julia earlier in my life. Do yourself a favor and invest in yourself!

Got an amazing massage from rodolfita. She is experienced and well educated on massages. Would definitely recommend going to her if you are ever sore or have body aches and pains.

My mother in laws birthday was coming up and I thought having matching facials would be fun! I had never been to this salon but i thought i would try it since they were the only salon in the area that this treatment. It was little pricey but worth every penny! I highly recommend this salon and the staff was wonderful :) thank you for making my mother in law relax!

ZERO STARS. I was gouged out of over $700 that I had saved up for these treatments. Id had waxing done at this salon in the past, and thought the owner sounded knowledgeable about injections. Turns out the botox she used was so diluted that it had zero effect, and this was confirmed by both a highly respected dermatology and plastic surgeons practice in Toledo. A restalyne silk treatment on my upper lip was a butchered job that caused me to miss 2 days work it was so swollen and uneven. Owner refused to take any responsibility and right up front said she doesnt offer refunds. The other practices said they would have given me sample injections the companies offer to make up for it! Very rude and making all kinds of excuses - including my age hahahahaha! Anyone who meets me say I look 10 years younger than my age.

I had lash extensions applied today, and I love them! Julia, who is certified & licensed in applying Xtreme lashes, made me feel perfectly comfortable with her bubbly Personality and the atmosphere is in a nicely decorated facility. The location is tucked off Secor Rd so dont pass it by!!

Dr. Bowan is the best! She will advise you what she feels you need and never gives you that over done look! Truly the best injector around! Thank you for your amazing service and keeping my face looking refreshed.

First time I went , was awesome, I was with Kae, she genuinely seemed like she cared and did a great job, second time, I advised them I wouldnt be able to make it till almost close, they said it was no big deal, I offered to come another time they said no you can come now, I get there, oh you know since its close to being closing time, were gonna have to charge you double, I say no thanks sorry Ill come back another day, they say fine we can do it for normal price, I ask are you sure, she says yes, I go to pay, was never prompted for a tip, she says I declined the tip, not true, terrible massage, she didnt care the entire time, only time she smiled was after when I tipped her, when she in no way deserved it, avoid Ro , shes not a nice person.
