I dont believe the new ownership should continue using the pervious ownership reviews. Massage Green was amazing. Im changing my star rating to reflect the service we received recently. We are also upset that we were not made aware of the new ownership until after it changed hands. My husband and I have many, many unused sessions that we used to share, we are no longer able to do so even though I am still on the account. We have also tried to reach out to the corporate office, we have not heard back from anyone. Maybe think twice on this one.

Eliza was AMAZING!! She puts her whole heart into her massages. I even signed up for the monthly massage program because of her. I cannot say enough great things, perfection!!

Dont book a couples massage especially if its a surprise. They not only ruined date night for us, but our entire day. I booked a couples massage and they call the other party to confirm it instead of the person that booked the appointment. He thought he was talking to construction people and even asked, are you coming to make my template? They answered yes. When they asked him if 4 worked for him, he said he needed an earlier time ( because the massage was booked for 4) so he said they could come at 1. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, hes wasted his day waiting on people to come make a template only to find out they split a couples massage up without ever contacting the person who booked it to clear it up. It wasnt until i called and found out that they now only had a spot for me. Well i booked a couples massage, not a singles massage. Needless to say hes wasted half his day and date night is now in the toilet. We were just trying to relax, not get our day off ruined by poor customer service. A simple phone call to the person that booked the appointment would have cleared it up before it became a total mess. So not only did we not get the template we thought we were getting, ( because whoever called him agreed thats what they were calling about) we also didnt get a massage. Thanks for ruining our day! Never again.

An expensive disappointment. $80 for 45 minute massage. Showed up 15 minutes prior to appointment, waited in lobby, was finally greeted by therapist after appointment time(7pm) by time consultation and preparation took place well over 10 minutes have passed original appointment time. The massage and therapist were good, as well as setting and clean facility. However massage was over at 7:56. Was lucky to get 45 minutes of massage. There are a lot better options in the area for a full 60 or even 90 minute massage for the money. Would not come back based on value.

The massage itself was great. It almost put me into a dream state.My only disappointment was that I arrived early to fill out forms, however another patron spent several minutes at the desk figuring out payments and future appointments and I didn’t receive those forms until that was resolved. So I didn’t get back and on the table until 15 after my appointment and then only received 45 minutes of my 1 hour massage.

I went there after my pregnancy.. she did a great job and prices are very reasonable, cant wait to get another one

Booking was a fast and easy service! I was able to get a reservation for a party of the the same day. Also, the massage parlor was relaxing, clean, and VERY welcoming. Wonderful pricing for first time visitors too. Definitely trying to come back for another session.

If I could give them a pay raise myself I would service was so relaxing and efficient.

I wasnt properly greeted over the phone. And one of the receptionists was very rude. She didnt want to answer a question i had. She was rushing me talking about do I want it or not. And then she hung up on me. I felt that was very foul. And this type of attitude shouldnt be allowed in the work force. If you dont like your job. Dont go to work. That was very unnecessary.

If I could give no stars I would. I scheduled for a friend on 2/13. I have gotten friends gift cards/massages before and was given an actual gift card. This time the person at desk stated my card was on file and would be charged after services. My friend cancelled due to being sick and later testing positive for Covid. I didn’t think anything of it until I received bank alert this placed charged my card. I have left several messages to speak to a manager to no avail. I was never told my card would be charged if person cancelled. Also no one who answers the phone knows where the corporate office is located. But I have located on my own and will reach out. I’m sure they have cameras and I would like them reviewed on day I was in to verify the person at the desk never spoke of this policy.Update: 8 months later still no response. This place is marketing under a new name. But is still same horrible place.

I have had a membership at this location for many years. I moved to Columbus in 2020 and remained a member. Throughout the years, Rochelle has been a FANTASTIC therapist. 10/10 would recommend. Today I called to cancel my membership because sadly I dont visit often enough or for a long enough time to make appointments. When I called Brittany went above and beyond to get me scheduled for my final appointment as a member to try and use all of my accumulated credits. I have always been very impressed and am sad that I have to leave. Will definitely be back periodically for treatments!

Reception ladies very welcoming and helpful both day before when I stopped in to book and on the day of my service. (I had a delicate personal complaint that Kelly handled perfectly.) Arrive early to maximize treatment time. Theres traffic, construction, accidents and craziness around in that busy retail neighborhood and treatment rooms are booked tight. I was pleased that I could get a next-day appointment. (I was in town only overnight).I had never had a professional facial before but now I would do it again as a special treat. Kelly Jo did a good job. The 02 and chemical peel up-grades sounded interesting but I went for basic first timer. it did include a very nice shoulder massage and warm towels. The line of products that they use seems nice, smelled/ felt good and are available for sale there.The variety is a little overwhelming but they did have printed materials to review. I may go back and purchase sunscreen or something else later.

A sauna followed by a Deep Tissue Massage makes my day. The folks here are super nice, and always helpful, the LMTs are amazing and do a great job.

Aaaaaamazing! We usually go to Serenity, but we wanted to try someplace new for our couples massage. My massage therapist, Leah, was very attentive to my needs and she made sure that she went above and beyond to provide a stellar service. Afterwards, we were able to retreat to the sauna which made the experience even better.

This appointment was a joy for me. Staff was wonderful. Massage was refreshing. The area for services was quiet and comfortable.

I went to Massage Green Spa for the 3 hour package consisting of a facial, the infrared sauna, and a massage. The services themselves were great, the staff was friendly, and the environment was clean. My two criticisms would be that all attempts to sell a package upgrade should take place in the waiting area rather than having guests look at laminated print outs in a dimly lit room when they should already be starting to get into relaxation mode. Also, I was instructed to redress and go back out into the waiting area in between each service. Preparing a room for all 3 services and rotating associates would be far more customer friendly. Overall the experience was good, but could be improved upon.

If you need a great spa day this place is it! Serenity gave me a great message and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.Taylor did my facial, she was equally sweet and gave me tips afterwards to keep my skin clear and glowing!I cannot wait for my next booking!

I sent my wife and daughter to do a face facial last Thursday afternoon. They have done a facial at this spa last year and it was perfect. This time they had Horrible experience.The lady seemed new and doesnt know what shes doing at all.If you want to charge that much for a facial, please have an experienced person do the massage. It was a huge waste of money.

My first visit here I was really impressed and enjoyed my overall experience. I recommended this spa to a lot of family and friends. However I just went this week and was disappointed with my whole experience. My massage therapist was a little too rough and didnt do much focus in area I asked. To top it off, I was put in a room where I couldnt relax. Heard nothing but loud noise, banging, and drilling. I asked what was noise and was told they were doing construction next door building a icecream shop. I was offered ear plugs but still heard construction. I was highly disappointed because I struggle with migraines which was one of reasons I looked forward to my spa day. Had I known I wouldnt be able to relax and enjoy service due to construction we would have booked for a different time***Just now updating but I was contacted by the manager and was pleased that they did rebook me and took care of me. I have also been back since then***

Ive had at least 5 massages here with all different staff. Just had a massage now with Gretchen who was GREAT!! Extremely nice and professional, used multiple techniques and explained the benefit of each technique when I asked. Also did few stretches in between which felt great too! I would highly recommend Gretchen. She takes pride in her work and is very good. Ill definitely be back!

I have had a few interactions at Massage Green Spa, which have always kept me coming back. Kelli was my first contact as I was new to the area and this location. She was helpful in explaining the services offered as well as offered a first time customer discount.After a stress melting, one hour massage I was hooked. I immediately booked another visit. Upon my second visit, the staff (I think her name was Gretchen?) showed me membership options. I ended up signing up for a membership and purchased gift certificates for my mother-in-law and sister-in-law for the holidays.Cannot recommend them enough!

This place looks nice in the outside but they are ugly on the inside. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The manager Kelli is extremely unhelpful and rude. The front desk worker Gretchen smelled strongly of foul body odor. The new guy Curtis was rude and sarcastic when I asked a question. He also flippantly uses profanity and I was very offended by this. The therapists are nice most of the time but the massages are never the amount of time they tell you. Not worth the money I paid to be disappointed. I will be strongly advising my friends and anyone to go anywhere but here for a massage or anything from them for that matter. Over priced and unprofessional.

I went in to relax and thats exactly what happened. The therapist asked if It was ok to talk or if I wanted it quite. She also worked on the points I told her were bothering me.I did get the relaxation massage. I will be trying others in the future but if its anything like today Ill be impressed.Being a male she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything. Will return.

I have had wonderful experiences since beginning my sauna therapy sessions at this location. My skin has improved and I am warm to the core which is becoming more valuable everyday as winter sets in here in Toledo. The staff is both professional and personal at the same time. I am greeted in the lobby with polite conversation and my preferences for treatments are handled with respect. The facilities are clean and inviting with water and tea available in the relaxed and quiet waiting area. Appointment reminders are sent to my email and phone confirmations are made in a timely reminder. This spa is top notch and I have recommended it to family and friends. I look forward to continuing my visits in 2017.

My husband & I just left this place and we felt so amazingly relaxed... the therapists were amazing ! Will definitely be coming back , wanted to leave a tip but my husband misheard the receptionist ! Definitely recommend to everyone. && it was a very clean environment! Keep it up !!!

Ive been working for Massage green spa for over a year now. The clients are awesome! The front desk staff is beyond amazing; they can get really busy with calls and clients coming in and out of session, but let me tell you they treat everyone as if they were family. with respect, & kindness. They make you feel comfortable & welcome. We are all here to help people relax, deal with muscle tension, pain, etc. Everyone should be able to experience a wonderful massage regularly! We have such a great professional team with a variety of techniques, modalities, and specialties. Our staff will help you find the therapist that youre looking for whether you want deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal, massage for headaches/ sinuses, etc. they can recommend someone to you from what information you give them. Its truly a great place to come unwind, relax, & get a massage, facial, or even just sit in the sauna!

I have only attended a massage session here once before but it was spectacular! This was my first and only massage at the time and I became hooked. I went in November 2016 and wouldnt shut up about it, so much so that I received a gift card for Christmas from my family! I will be calling to book my appointment today :-)

My daughter got me an hour massage for my Christmas gift. She ordered and paid online and told me the wrong day. Therefore, I missed my appointment that I was looking so forward to. They wouldn’t honor it. I know people no show all the time but this was an honest mistake. I’m very disappointed that you wouldn’t honor the appointment and kept her $53 dollars.

I would give this ZERO stars if that were an option. My massage was fantastic and th therepists were stellar, but the front desk staff, specifically CURTIS has always been nothing but rude, insensitive and unprofeasional. His overall demeanor suggests we the clients are wasting his time. Hes snippy, and assumes that any and all mistakes and miscommunications are the clients fault, no arguements, no grace. His unprofessionalism has cost me and my family a great deal of money through this membership service. Curtis and this horrendous management are the reason I will NEVER give them my business EVER. AGAIN.

Hi, Im a certified Licensed Massage Therapist who previously worked at this lovely spa and now works/ owns my own business. I just want to address what Mark Copa said in a recent review. Massage Therapist not masseuse... And every single one of us is trained to use elbows and forearms during our deep tissue massage. And the reason for that is to save our hands! Trust me we can use our hands and get a nice firm pressure but thats shortening our career. If the pressure was to much for you sir you could have asked her to let up. It just means youre not an actual deep tissue and should just book a signature with firm pressure. As for the numbing in your toe... Its most likely from a pinched nerve not from the massage. And for the jaw pain.. No massage therapist uses anywhere close to enough pressure on the face to cause it pain. You should probably see a dentist about it. And to bring everything back aroud to your main point; which is to basically fat shame someone that you 110% do not know. Youre just fat phobic and need to get over yourself 😊. She was trained and certified by the Medical Board to do her job. I hope this helps anyone who reads his hateful review. Just make sure to speak up if you dont like something in your massage. 9 times out of 10 your therapist cant tell if youre uncomfortable.

Yes it has been 1 yr since i started going here and still the Best massage ever!! If you sign up for membership the prices are discounted. Sauna is a bonus and i would highly recommend this place. I have tried SEVERAL places. The staff is excellant and always helpful. Wish more business were ran this way. Keep up the great work

Ive always had wonderful experiences with Massage Green Spa in Toledo! Its a very calming atmosphere, and everyone that works there is very nice. Having a membership is very worth it for the price, and getting a monthly massage is a good way to keep your body healthy!

The girls at the front were very friendly and inviting. However the massage itself was much to be to desired. Full body massage means your entire body, minus your goodies... well the person that did my massage, stopped at my knees. Confusing to say the least. Not only that, but I purchased a sugar scrub for hands and feet added to the massage. So this apparently means they take away for your massage, to charge you an extra $10 for this service. Literally 10 min of the massage time was her getting supplies for sugar scrub!(which turned out to actually hurt instead of feeling good!!!) On top of not feeling so great, I figured out that was part of the massaging of my hands and feet, meaning she didnt touch my hands and feet during massage... For $60+10 you would think I would have walked away refreshed. Not so much!!!

Stay away! My mother scheduled an appointment with them and they miss scheduled and then charged her full price for the missed appointment. Horable business practices, no customer service what so ever! I have personally, made appointments at the competition, and told everyone I know. Find a place that’s more ethical!

Ive had a few massages, deep tissue for my back and what has happened is ridiculous. Ive had persistent numbers in my toe from a back massage and jaw pain from a deep tissue massage. The reason primarily is because they are overweight and out of shape and would rather LeAnn their body parts into your body, like sharp elbows and fingers into your muscles weighing 250 plus lbs than workout and strengthen their hands and develop proper musculature and endurance to perform deep tissue correctly with strong hands, not pointy elbows owned by obese masseuses who think laying on you with potty joins is massage. Chain masseuse parlor with high turnover from Walmart and McDonalds rejects. Only use if you must but youve been warned.

Very clean massage spot! There are water falls in each room with Himalayan salt lamps and you can even choose what essential oils smell you want in the room! During the checkout in process you can choose body parts that you want the therapist to focus on, also you can choose what parts of your body that you dont want to be touched. The therapist are professional, and the prices are very fair

I said I only wanted my neck and shoulders to be focused on... And they know this because I had to fill out a release form really??!?! Yet 35 of the 45 minutes (60min is what I was told) that i received was everything but what I asked for... The person did a good job if i asked for a light full body message. Not happy at all with the communication at this place. Where on the paper work did i ask for a foot rub when my neck hurts? I asked for deep tissue. Please help me understand where this went wrong

If you get a chance to see Olivia, do it. The woman is a miracle worker on my muscle spasms! She is attentive and makes sure you have the best experience.

Great massage, love the heated tables...super duper simple policy. Buy a massage a month, get a discount...very reasonable, and you can always get more at the same discount...like $53/1hr massage. Im going at least once hopefully twice a month.

Im new around the area,so i didnt know that on the 2nd time youll be back you have to pay for the normal price,that i was expecting that ill have the promotion for $99 but instead i pay for normal prices for each treatment and reached $200 plus at some point maybe its my mistake for not asking or understand,but atleast let the people know that youll up for regular price after the first visit. I couldve just do massage or facial,coz the infrared sauna is really nothing done with my body or should i just say its a waste?The service was great but i dont know if ill come back again.

Made an appointment that was 3 weeks away and then the day my appointment I get a call that they have to cancel the girl who is supposed to do the massage she not feeling good. The next avaliable appointment 3 weeks away. I asked to get my money back they wont do a refund. Terrible place not professional.

This place has gone to hell this past spring, my wife had a terrible experience. The floor was sticky and her therapist had an odor.

First experience - overall good except the wait was a little much, second time we had a family emergency and tried to reschedule only for them to charge my credit card for the entire amount of the appointment when I was told it would be a “fee”! HIGHLY UNETHICAL and all about the $$ - they had no care or compassion as to what happened to us - only that we were going to miss our appointment!!
