I absolutely love coming here when i’m not feeling like myself. Scheduling is so easy to do online and there are therapists available all times a day. The staff at reception is always so friendly and welcomes you with warm smiles. always a 10/10 experience with Massage Envy

Past, and Future. The welcoming atmosphere just lets you drift to a point where you can say I’m not going to #life today…. At least til you pay the session bill lol. But in all seriousness, I popped by in late ‘22 with bad Sciatica pain. The staff slowly continues to put me back together and when I stumbled upon Kim one time by chance…. It’s been in gamer terms leveled up! While enjoying the health and relaxation of the massage visit, there’s equal or more conversation and laughter too. I’ve been much more mobile since going. I feel more and more like I did when I was 8. I just have to keep in mind I’m not indestructible. To the staff at Massage Envy @ Central Ave in Toledo. This was my first time visiting and getting a massage. Very relaxing, but either the time went quick or I didnt get my full session. Otherwise, it was a great experience!

The front desk ladies are always so welcoming.. and I can’t thank Michael enough for all the relief he has continuously given me! Great experience every single month!

Friendly reception area, nice waiting area. Got a massage from Sophia. When I win the lottery I will ask her to be my private masseuse. :-) She is amazing.

I havent had a massage here yet that I absolutely loved, but the facial experience has been really nice and my skin feels great after! The staff is also really nice and accommodating

Christy is amazing. Always professional and a great masseuse. She has a firm pressure that alleviates all my aches and pains. Usually a 90 minute is always scheduled with her, however due to her being so good at what she does, she isnt always readily available so you need to book in advance but well worth the wait. Highly recommend her. (Didnt even want to do a review because I wanted to keep her for myself) I know shes going to book further out :)

Hello! I was suppose to get a 90 minute massage with alannah. Massage Envy called an hour before stating that she had to leave. This has happened to my fiance before at this facility. I would not recommend going here.

Nicole is an absolute miracle worker and one of the nicest people in the world! She took her time and made sure I was getting exactly what I needed. She went above and beyond, I walked out feeling like a new person and had no back pain for the first time in months. She is beyond awesome, thank you so so much Nicole!!!!

I had Kimberly today for my massage and she was AMAZING! Highly recommend her. She was so sweet and talked through a meditation for the entire session which was incredibly relaxing! Absolutely loved my massage!

This was my 2nd visit at Massage Envy with Carly and I must say, she is absolutely amazing! Each time she made me feel so much better, I feel like a new person. I wanted to treat myself for my birthday and get a massage. I had Christy who did an amazing job. She made sure I didnt have questions and always made sure I was comfortable. She explained everything and it being my first massage was greatly appreciated! Will definitely go again.

Christy is the best message therapist Ive ever had! she is very professional and intuitive to my needs. she is consistent with providing me with a relaxing message she is amazing at what she do. she is only message therapist ill go to because she is so great and gets the job done. My second time back here it was terrible to say the least the sheets are Dirty and Filthy found a bug crawling out from underneath the table. I told my therapist about it and she never bother to change the sheets. The massage therapist Christy was awful she did more rubbing on skin than messaging the area and did not make me feel comfortable. If your looking for a relaxing Environment where you feel safe I would not recommend this place, I forgot to mention they will cancel your appointment without giving you notice. They are very unprofessional I will not be back.

The entire staff is friendly and professional. The ambience is inviting and clean. Ive never had a bad service from anyone. Carley is incredibly responsive to her clients needs and customizes the massage wonderfully. Ive been to many other spas and therapists, but Ive never been as happy as I am at massage envy every time.

I always appreciate professionalism these days. A lot of times you go places and people can’t be bothered to even say hello. The staff is always very pleasant, professional and helpful whether it be by phone or in person. I’ve been to Michael a couple times and he’s wonderful. I had another massage with a woman once when he was unavailable and she was fantastic as well. Just overall a great place.

I really enjoyed my massage with Carly, she was great! She was constantly checking on me to ensure that the pressure was appropriate. My only criticism is that it wasnt a full hour. I wasnt taken back until 10 after 2 and still had to get undressed, but my massage still ended at 3. It was a 45 minute massage, not an hour.

Margaret was wonderful. Very relaxing facial, my first. Great experience. Only one other comment is I prefer deep massage so it would have been perfect if she had been more firm with neck and shoulders. Maybe she could ask? All my massages have been deep as indicated in mt profile. Overall she was wonderful. I loved the facial and look forward to another one. Thank you

Front desk had always been good until this past weekend terrible service from the new girl so rude. Then the massage therapist Crystal she was completely and utterly unprofessional. I ended my membership. I loved and looked forward to these shame one person can ruin your experience.

The service is good and the people are fine. The company policies are why Im rating this a 3. I got 6 months ahead due to not going during Covid and I tried to place a hold on them billing me until there was a reasonable amount of massages stored but they wouldnt allow me the flexibility I requested. I either had to cancel my account and use all the massages stored in 30 days or continue paying monthly until they were all used. I have appreciated their service and thought I was a good customer by not putting a hold on my account but they didnt seem to care about any of that and hid behind company policy.

I have been getting massages for 15+ years and yesterday was the best I’ve ever had. My massage therapist, Angela, was the absolute best!!! She was able to tell me what kind of troubles I was having, headaches, jaw pain, numbness in my hands, before I could tell her. She worked on the areas that were effecting me the most all while still giving the best full body massage ever. I have to admit that I’m a bit sore this morning, as she told me I would be, but it’s sore in a good way, if that makes sense? I can’t wait to go back next week.

Angela is amazing! She is the best therapist Ive found. She listens to what my issues are and I always feel so much better when I leave. She hits those trigger points that are the root of my problems. I highly recommend her to all my family and friends. My daughter said she was the only therapist thats ever given her any relief and actually got the knots out of her back with one visit.

All staff was professional and nice. The place is always clean and smells amazing. Karen was my masseuse and she is incredible, very nice and easy to talk to you. Makes you feel relaxed and makes sure to check if pressure is pressure desired. Definitely recommend.

Angela was incredible. I have immense tension in my neck, shoulders and back and she worked it all out and stretched it and gave me tips to help avoid such bad tension in the future. Best massage of my life. Also I added the CBD cream. Highly recommend for extra relaxation!

My service provider was Christy and I had the most relaxing experience at Massage envy! I was so relaxed that I kept drifting off to sleep! Her personality was everything as well and I felt very comfortable! She did a great job with communicating with me to find my comfort level! I would absolutely come back! Thank you!!

Michael is by far the best therapist Ive had. He asks all kinds of questions before we even get started to make sure Im getting the most out of my session. He is professional, personable, and gives a fantastic massage!Overall the spa is very clean, the staff is friendly, and I always leave feeling relaxed.

I have been getting biweekly massages from Jodi for nearly the past 2 years and she’s fantastic. She listens to my concerns and pays extra attention to problem areas. She’s always pleasant to work with and her massages are always consistent. I’m grateful to her for helping to reduce my chronic pain level and be able to function better. Also, the front desk staff are always friendly, helpful and professional.

Christy was absolutely the BEST massage therapist Ive ever had! She really asked about what I needed, had the right combination of deep tissue and relaxation and I couldnt ask for more. You could tell she had been doing massage for awhile. She is very talented and gifted! Thank you Christy!

Joseph is the third masseur I’ve had at massage envy and I’m happy to say that hopefully he will be the last. He was amazing. I like a deep, from touch massage and Joseph did just that, without even asking. He did ask several times if everything was okay tho. I also liked the fact that he didn’t want to talk or feel the need to carry on a conversation with me throughout my massage. Can’t wait to go back.

Nicole! Nicole! Nicole!!! I woke up unable to turn my head because a knot in my back had gotten so bad. Nicole and I talked through what I needed….and she delivered!!! I walked out of there not even remembering how much discomfort I was in when I walked in. THANK YOU NICOLE! I wish we could give more than 5 stars because she needs 10

Carley is the absolute best massage therapist I have encountered. She is intuitive to my needs and is very helpful and knowledgeable. She helps my chronic pain significantly and I won’t see anyone else! She is sweet and professional! Definitely recommend her at massage envy!

Karen was an awesome masseuse and they have a great set up at this establishment. loved my experience. Give Karen a raise. I do think it is false advertising to say a “60 minute massage” when it’s only 50. i only found out through the reviews why mine was cut 10 minutes short. Please change that so you don’t have more upset clients.

Gordon who works at the front desk was so professional and helpful, I can’t thank him enough for being such an amazing employee. Michael did my massage, and had magic hands that left me feeling relaxed, and pain free. I am visiting from out of town, but will definitely return on my next trip home!!! Absolutely enjoy my sessions with Michael. I love the atmosphere of walking in and being greeted by my name. Michael is absolutely amazing and I believe has healing hands! He can be firm and gentle at the same time. He gives suggestions and answers any questions or concerns I may have. I never feel like a burden with my issues. I live an active lifestyle and recently diagnosed with arthritis in my back. Relaxation and rest is always in order after my sessions with Michael.

Massage envy is a very welcoming center from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. With lovely receptionists (Lexi Keller) who greeted me with a smile and answered all of my questions, to great massage therapists such as Christy. Christy went above and beyond to meet my needs. She also made sure that I felt comfortable & safe during my entire session. When it was over she gave me great advice & suggestions for my next visit.

The massage was great! Perfect amount of pressure! One star down because she used SO much lotion, which normally wouldnt matter, but she got some in my hair when she was doing neck area...I had to go home and take a second shower. Otherwise the massage was overall amazing!!

Michael was an amazing therapist. I was in town to stay with my son while he was in Childrens. I slept on a chair and was full of aches. Michael worked them our and I slept so much better the next evening. Thank you great for my aches better for my stress.

I loved my massage therapist joe he was great.. However I’ve been with massage envy for almost two years and I called to freeze my account in June because my grandfather passed away and didn’t have the money to pay for my membership. So I call today to unfreeze my account so I can start up again and they tell me that I have to pay the two payments I missed. Which my understanding was if you freeze you won’t be charged. Well the person I talked to never froze my account so they didn’t do there job now it falls back on me still when I did my part. I’m beyond mad because now I’m in debt for no reason and they are saying it’s my fault.

I had Kaylee as my Massage Therapist for the first time. She was amazing! She definitely has a gift and I will be booking with her on repeat. Also, the front desk staff were a pleasure as usual.

Michael was professional and a great listener. After telling him about my trouble areas, he worked on getting the knots out very successfully. I couldnt turn my head to the right without pain when I got there but i was able to do so when he finished my massage. I realize this may not always be possible but I knew that the pain was muscular and Im very grateful.

My massages are with Carley B. She is fantastic. As a matter of fact she is actually one of the if not the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. The professionalism of this location is phenomenal. Been using this location for approximately two years. A+

Kim was wonderful!I keep all my stress in my shoulders. She listened to my concerns and created a game plan for my 90 minute session. She suggested a enhancement which helped loosen my muscles before the massage, which i highly recommend. She held great conversation throughout. I do have back problems and we made a future game plan to help reduce pain I experience. Very friendly facility! Definitely going back and looking into a membership!

Was rescheduled 3 times, which is understandable given lack of staffing everywhere these days, but was told they would include an add on for the inconvenience, which they then went back on. Paid for 60min massage that was only 45 minutes. My masseuse was good, just think the quality of the company could be better

Michaels massage was amazing! Rebooked for January. & Jessica f does amazing facials I’ve been seeing her for months and my skin has cleared up so much!

For my 1st time I really didnt feel like I had got the full service. We didnt get started until 20 mins after my appt time and then ended 15 minutes before my appt should have ended so I didnt feel like I got the full service of an hour facial that had been cut short. I understand people run behind I was ok with starting late but when it ended 15 mins early when I paid for a hour facial was rushed and I dont know why I didnt receive the full hour facial. Her work was great I liked the service but it was just cut short by 15 mins when I should have received a hour in which I paid the price for. Way to expensive to not receive the full 1 hour facial so I was not happy when I left. I deff feel ripped off especially for the amount I paid for this to go and relax.

For years my go to therapist was Kyle. When I found out he had moved Joseph was recommended. I recently went to my first session with him. Sometimes it takes a couple of visits to get to get in sync but it was perfect the first time. Will be scheduling more

They have done a great job with COVID restrictions at Massage Envy. Always clean, the staff are welcoming and Max, my massage therapist is fantastic. I always feel so much better when I walk out. He listens carefully to what I want to focus on. Cant say enough good things!

Angela is great! She applies a perfect amount of pressure. She also gives you tips on how to relieve tension in between visits. I highly recommend her.

Just had my first hot stone massage...beyond words of how amazing I felt during and after the massage! Jenna did a phenomenal job, highly recommend her and the hot stone for anyone who gets muscle spasms in their back like I do. The front desk gals are awesome and extremely helpful.

My name is Samuel Hancock and I forgot about my app today and I presume that the fee will need to be paid. But I was thinking about why I did not put this app on my calendar and then I had to admit that I did not really want to return. I was not completely honest with your staff after my session the young lady was nice and I think she knew her craft but I kept telling her that the pain to my upper arm was excruciating and I almost got up off the table and left. It was that bad. I have tendinitis, arthritis and an inflamed rotator cuff I told her that and although she was working on that arm I guess she did not understand that when a person says that they are in pain that she needed to stop to hat she was doing: it was really bad. Just thought you should know. Also I was late for the app so she could not do a full treatment but please tell her that I when a person tells her that she is creating pain she needs to stop b cause it’s probably worse than the person is saying

My husband booked me and my mom an appointment and he thought it was already paid for when he gave his card info so when we went to check out they said they couldn’t run his card without his permission even though he was the one who called to set the whole thing up. It was a little confusing and it would have made more sense if they would have explained that on the phone. I also didn’t like how my massage wasn’t a full hour longand that’s what I was charged for. I didn’t like how the lady that checked us out was so pushy with the gratuity and the percentage she feels we should give to each person. Over all the massage therapist did a good job. My body felt so better by the time I was done.

Carley always asks if I have any new trouble areas. She knows the temp I like the table at. She also suggests exercises I can do at home to help my shoulder pain. If she does this for me she must do it for all her clients. I love her.

Such a wonderful experience. Start to finish. Stephanie is magic. I actually fell asleep for the first time ever, during the massage. Her pressure and techniques are perfect. I will be rebooking with her.

I have recently begun working with Christy since the previous therapist I worked with went on to other endeavors. I have several issues and require deep tissue massage. Many therapist are not able to do deep tissue. Christy has been extremely helpful in figuring out what my issues are and helping me!!!! I look forward to continuing to work with her!!

First time at Massage Envy. I called for an appointment they got me right in within 1 hr of the call. Jenna H. Is who worked on me. She was very kind and applied the perfect amount of pressure during my visit. I will definitely call a schedule with Jenna H. In the future.Only downside to the place is the prices if you are not a member.

Three times I have showed up for an appointment and there has been no therapist to treat me. I have been in the health care field for over 30 years and depend on massages to keep me able to practice. It is difficult to get off work and difficult to work without a biweekly massage. So now I must wait a month for another massage. Very inconvenient. Especially since they get their money every month.

My experience at Massage Envy is always top notch. From the moment I walk in people are friendly and professional. The facility is always clean and looks inviting. Wait time is brief and my massage therapist wonderful.

He was very good! I had an instant headache after the neck/back massage but that was my issue. I do have pain in my right shoulder today. I’m blaming it on old age! I would definitely go back! He was GREAT

I was started ten minutes late and my session ended ten minutes early. I was asked about areas of focus but never thought I wouldn’t get a full massage. I only received back, arms and neck when I asked for a full body massage. I also did think he moved around with ease. It was very unorganized. This was the worse massage I ever received! I’m normally dozing off during my massage because I’m so relaxed. I was awake the entire time thinking whhhhhyyyyyyy! Unfortunately sometimes you don’t get a second chance at first impressions so I won’t be back!

The staff at Massage Envy Central Ave are amazing. Always helpful and courteous. Joe is excellent at deep tissue massage and I highly recommend him for those that like a firm massage!

Kaylee is amazing. She does deep tissue and is relaxing. She creates a plan to get you heal from an injury. She and chiropractic care has helped me heal from a back injury! I see her weekly! Yes

Great place to hit the reset button on your body and mind. I recommend using their app. Kaylee is my favorite but try out different therapists until you get the one you like. Then using the app its easy to make appointments, with the type of treatment you want, with the therapist you want.

Person that answered the phone had no interest in answering my questions. She was very dismissive. If you have no interest in helping a prospective client dont bother answering the phone. Her demeanor lost 2 potential clients.I decided to go and the massage tech failed to guide me and I fell off the table and hurt my back and hip. They asked if I wanted them to leave so I could get back on the table.

I have never had such a wonderful experience at any massage company but this Massage Envy. But, most of all Crystal the Masseuse was exceptional. I would highly recommend her to any and everyone. I get my massages around her schedule 😀

Purchased in cash a buy one get one free massage for someone. Come to find out the person does not use this company for massages due to a past issue . I went back for a refund. I was told that item was not refundable . Called the manager ,didn’t get a good excuse as to why it could not be refunded. It was paid for in cash it could be refunded , heck anything could be refundable actually. At the point-of-sale I was never informed that the item was not refundable. This lack of communication at the point of sale was unacceptable . The Central Ave. location Asst. Managers response was unacceptable . I suggest that anyone use other massages place besides this location . This negative review is due to the fact of not Massage Envy not wanting to work with a customer.The only slightly redeeming quality is that the counter person I spoke with was very nice but she could not do anything about the situation.

I paid for a 90 minute massage and received a 75 minute massage. Furthermore, there were areas of my body that were not massaged and/or breezed over quickly. Not overly impressed. Especially, for the price. 😒

I like the way ME is following the COVID 19 guidance protocol to keep clients and workers safe.I enjoyed my massage without fear and there were no short cuts.Abby was excellent.

No openings in the evenings, no weekends unless you look a month out. Customers that can afford this generally work during the day! Would not recommend ever getting a membership because you cant use your credits.EDIT TO OWNER: My wife already talked to them (she also has a membership) about the issue and it was essentially tough Luck your locked in

This is a thorough review, so in summary, I had a great visit and great one-hour massage! I will go again now that Im back in the area and want to use my membership that I had purchased in another part of the country. Here we go. I found two Toledo-area locations and chose this location for convenience as neither had good reviews overall. Its for that reason that Im taking time to write this thorough review. After not getting a return appointment call from a message left Sunday night seeking Monday 1-hour appointments for two, I was not encouraged. I called at 10 a.m. Monday morning to followup and was told there were no appointments available until Tuesday. I commented, so you dont have any appointment time today, followed by Ive been getting calls from the Massage Envy where I purchased my membership reminding me that I have numerous sessions available for use. Immediately, the front desk rep said, oh, you are a member, let me check availability of our member slots. Thankfully, I was able to get in at 5:00 p.m. Monday as hoped, although my husband was no longer able to join me. My first recommendation is that callers state upfront if they are members; and equally that front desk team ask such of callers as well. The location is easy to find and is in the shopping plaza at corner of Central Avenue and Secor Rd in same building section as Starbucks. When I got there, I was surprised to see four Massage Envy persons at the front desk, but was greeted immediately as I gave my name, etc. I completed my medical information and was directed to the Tranquility Room which is nicely appointed, tidy, tranquil with low, but not dark lighting. My therapist Alex (female) greeted me immediately and once in the treatment room, she explained her technique and flow so I would know what to expect. We also discussed needs, medical information, and pressure request. We discussed table temperature, lighting, and music level. Overall my massage was professional and well-done. My husband and I get a lot of massages all over the world at some of the finest resorts, spas, and hotels. What I loved, she didnt talk, but only spoke to inquire of my comfort and to advise of position changes creating and maintaining tranquility. Her pressure was firm consistently. Each body part/side received equal time and was pretty consistent in applied massage technique which started with a full head/neck, face, ears, shoulder massage which was just excellent. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my massage and the onsite service received. The massage technique, professionalism of the staff, cleanliness, and overall experience at this Toledo location met my expectations and is comparable to other good Massage Envy locations in other Ohio cities and states across the country. Also, for the price point, service model, and location, it was a well-executed service experience as was the quality of the massage that I received compared to more spa-like settings where you receive robes, slippers, lockers, and therapists with years of training and experience, etc. My therapist Alex seemed mature in her experience-level. The foot, shoulder, back, knee, legs, thighs, arms, hands, upper buttock/lower back massage techniques were well done. At check out, I was asked by Laurel, I think, (very pretty, long, long black-shiny, wavy locks, petite in size) if I wanted to reschedule. I did not due to upcoming travel, but I definitely will be using this location in the future. I will write a review each time. Team Alex (therapist) and Laurel and Kinsey at front desk Monday evening 9/30/13 were great representatives and made my visit pleasant and relaxing right up to the moment I walked out the door - yea... I told them that I rely on service reviews and would be writing a great review in light of the negative reviews placed by others. They were surprised and very appreciative. I hope this is helpful to all and starts a trend to update experiences on this location..Great job ladies!

I have been a member since their doors opened in 2009. Was told at time of signing my membership fees were locked in and would never go up. Today I was charged almost $20 more than my monthly membership! When I called the manager she said notices went out 2 months ago. I said really, because I never received mine and its kind of funny how one of their employees from the office called and asked for my updated address a week ago! So that tells me they obviously didnt send me the notice!! I called back and cancelled my membership. It was barely worth the original membership fee and now its $20 more a month I refuse to continue to be a member. The worst part of all this is that I have 6 massages left that I have not used up yet and if I made them refund me the ONE month they just charged me they will not honor my 6 PAID massages!!! How does that make sense??? So I paid for 6 massages in full equals over $300 but you will not give those to me if I ask for the recent monthly charge to be refunded to me!!! Yes I understand I have to give a 30 day notice but shouldnt you have given me a 30 day notice BEFORE you took more money than you were supposed to ????The manager tried to tell me they are improving their therapists by continuing their education so I can get a more professional experience..... Every one of those therapists already have degrees (required) before they can be hired there so why do I have to pay for something you should have in place from the beginning of the hiring process??They have such a high turnover its ridiculous. Never the same staff including massage therapists. I havent had the same therapist in months because when I try to go back to the same one they are no longer there! Very unprofessional. A complete SCAM!

The person giving me a massage was dripping sweat on me for the last 25 min of my massage. I get that it’s a physical job and the room is kept warm but that’s beyond disgusting. I will NEVER book an appointment here again.

I have been going to Message Envy for yrs now and have had many different Therapist and they were all Unique in their own ways.Chrystal is my therapist now and she is great firm but gentle I hope she sticks around.

Massage wasnt that great to be my 1st time getting one...I didnt know she was going to put on RUBBER GLOVES...she was very nice ...gloves kept getting dry causing them to pull my skin instead of just a smooth stroke...it kind of hurt a little bit 😬🙄☹️☹️☹️..I probably may or may not ever go back there

2023 UPDATE: Had to cancel because there are not enough slots to stay with the same masseur in Massage Envy Maumee.Cancelation process here since this is my home establishment takes 10 days which means you will be billed up to 10 days following request to cancel. That is unprofessional money grab. You should not be required to pay for services following verbal OR written notification of cancelation. You are required to sign a contract agreeing to these terms in order to cancel your membership.KEEP BUSINESS LOCAL! That is horrible ethical practice, Massage Envy.2013: No complaints! They are very accommodating.

The service was fine.My only complain is, whenever we do the 60 minutes massage or facial, we never had the full 60 minutes of service. We usually only get 45 minutes service for 60 minutes charge fee! Not satisfy on this timing matter!

For it being my first time Christy made me feel so comfortable. She made sure I left happy. Krysta at the front desk was amazing.

Been here on a few different occasions now and have yet to leave disappointed. The key is knowing what you want done and where because of their customization. So spend a few minutes thinking about which areas of your body need the most attention and what type of massage style and or treatment you will benefit the most from. Do that and communicate it to them and I find it hard to believe you will be anything less than amazed when its over.

This was very disappointing. I went in specifically for back pain, which we discussed, and she spent almost no time on my back. She spent way more time on my neck and arms. Also, they have you fill out a consent form and completely ignore it. I specifically marked no, I didn’t want my feet done and said it verbally at the start, and she did my feet.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO JUST GET A MASSAGE!! You would think this sounds crazy but it is a time-share type sales scam!!! I thought I was sending an out-of-town guest on a special, relaxing spa-like day, only to find out they wouldnt even let him pay until he was forced to look at a contract!!! Very disappointed that I wasnt told of this scam when I booked the appointment!Since we live in town, we may have been interested in the service, but the way they try to hard sell everyone, even out-of-town people is just disgusting!! So much for providing a relaxing service!! NOT GOOD PEOPLE.....NOT GOOD!!!

I didn’t appreciate the negative comment about my alma mater and she talked continuously about current events and political viewpoints. It was not relaxing and she spent too much time on my legs and very little time on the knots in my neck and upper back.

Well I’ve had many massages and this was the worst one ever hour experience first she asked me how hard do I want the massage I told her real hard she said she can’t do it hard because her age 65 year old then they use lotion not oil a first then she said she had to use gloves cause of her Eczema so with the lotion the gloves was sticking to my skin ask to do one part of my body my knee to focus on she rubbed it for 5 minutes my back or shoulders was not treated I gave it a star cause the lady was a nice and sweet person but not a good Masseuse and I came to relax not talk
