Ive had gel pedicures multiple times over the years here... the nail techs always do a great job and Ive never had a complaint. Today, I asked for the basic $55 gel pedicure and was asked multiple times to also get a manicure, which I declined. The nail tech asked if she could paint white flowers on my big toes, which I agreed to. She then added a rhinestone to each side, and asked if I would like a shimmer coating, which I agreed to. I knew there would be upcharging for these items and I regret not asking first because when i checked out, I was charged an additional $60 (on top of the $55). I also tipped her, which totalled almost $140. Never did I imagine a design on 2 toes plus a shimmer coat would cost more than the entire pedicure itself. I also feel she specifically did this because I declined a manicure 3x. I dont think Ill go back, as I imagine she does this to multiple customers, knowing they dont know what theyll be paying until they are checked out by another employee. She did do a beautiful job, but not worth what I was charged.

When I first started coming here, my nails were phenomenal. Well, apparently that’s only when you can get the nail tech you specifically requested and if he is having a good day. One trip saw ripped and burning cuticles, another trip saw a complete ignoring of what color I wanted and then a telling off that I didn’t “correct the color sooner” (the color he replaced it with was even more of a pink neutral rather than the tan neutral I requested); techs will push you off onto another tech if someone they know walks in with zero explanation and the prices are not worth the hassle. Go somewhere else.
Worst experience ever. Tech messed up nails while drying not once, but twice. Then blew on my nails to dry them with her mouth! Would never recommend this establishment. Let manager know when I was leaving and he seemed completely unconcerned like this was normal practice. Unacceptable! Also very dirty throughout whole salon.
PEDICURES. I took my daughters to get pedicures and we all made it very clear that we only wanted the basic one, the cheapest, which was $35. When we went to pay she told me it would be $165. I reminded her that we only got the basic pedis. All she kept saying was “$165, $165, you had the gel”. I told her that we didn’t ask for the gel, we only wanted the “basic”. This sneaky tactic of having two prices for a basic ($35 plain, $50 gel) and then automatically doing a gel without asking just lost a customer. I’ll never go back.
This is the most disgusting nail salon I have ever been to as far as cleanliness goes. Not only that but the owner is extremely rude and I witnessed him snapping and yelling at two customers while I was in there. The tables in there are filthy and they don’t clean anything other than the towels. I tried to make a joke and the guy who did my nails just smirked. On top of it I was getting a gel manicure and I tried to put the light on again and the guy put his hand on top of my hand and wouldn’t let my hand up because it was like he was annoyed that I tried to put the light back on. I have never been more miserable and felt more uncomfortable in the salon of my life. I cannot say enough horrible things about this place don’t go. I have not left over 10 reviews in my entire life without any place I have ever been to so that doesn’t say how disgusted I was about this place I don’t know what does. The only thing good about the place was the floors were nice and I’m sure they are not the original ones who did that. Not to mention I guarantee the owners name is not really Tony.
I went there for the first time and got acrylic nails and they turned out really nice. The person who did my nails was professional and did a great job. The work spaces look pretty clean. We had a while to wait after our appointment time but we werent in any hurry so it didnt bother us. But you should probably try to go if you have some extra time. I will say that the atmosphere is kind of odd and some people may not appreciate it.. The manager overheard some customers talking about how their heights compared to their significant others, and he said jokingly dont worry, men dont care about how tall you are when youre laying down. There were some young girls there and they overheard it and I dont think that was appropriate. So if you dont like that kind of talk probably avoid this place. Their work speaks for itself though and I think they do quality nails.
Great customer service, the workers were very nice and even accepted the 3 of us for 3 pedicures at 7:30 even though they closed in 30 minutes. I’ve never been to a place that put a sink liner in, it was very nice to see the extra sanitary precaution. The deluxe foot rub could have been a little better, but overall very happy with the experience!
The salon is really nice but I wouldn’t go again, I went because people talked so highly about it but I’ve had better experiences at smaller salons. It’s highly overpriced, the lady didn’t push back my cuticles and did the acrylic way too far down my nail and they look like I need them redone already and I got them done Sunday. She also complained that I was driving her crazy during my pedicure the entire time saying that I came in with my nails too short when she was the one who cut them down ridiculously short.I had really high hopes for this place and I’m highly disappointed.
Ive been to many nails salons in the Ohio Valley and Tonys is the best. I waited awhile to have my nails done but that is to be expected at any good nail salon. They all speak English in the store which make you feel comfortable. The tech I had was very gentle and sanitary, I observed him throwing away utensils used in me. I payed $35 for a fill and gel paint. My tech took his time and did a wonderful job. I have also gone to Tonys salon is St Clairsville OH. The first time I was there I payed $69 on a paint job on my hands and feet. It was expensive but it was 3 different gel colors with a hand painted design. The work was awesome but expensive so I always ask the price before I decide what Im doing, dont asume because its only a paint job it will be cheap because it can get pricey. I enjoyed my visit there and I have been many other places and Tonys is the best in the Valley. I will only go to Tonys to have my nails done!
Had a great experience here. Has been the only place to get my almond shape perfect. And I brought in an Aztec design and it looks exactly like the picture I showed them. I love my nails. I couldnt stop dancing in my chair was so happy about them. We are going back for pedicures sunday!!
Went and spent $175 to get our nails done and have a nice “spa day”. Well first I’m guessing the owner is the one who sits at the front desk, he was rude and a complete jerk. We were rushed to pick out our nail color by him and it just seemed rushed. We also realized that our nails are crooked, Not even in length, and are not evenly shaped. I have a lot of friends who are high end clients around the wheeling area who go to Tony’s and they are even mad about my nails. I should’ve went to a Walmart salon ( not the one he owns) haha.
Cool new space but they rush through everything and do a crappy job. Its way too expensive and one time a guy tried to take my gel polish off WITHOUT SOAKING. He was also trying to peel it off with his fingernails instead of with a clean tool and I almost left because I was so disgusted. Doubtful they would meet the health departments standards because Ive watched them reuse tools without cleaning them in between. I am desperate to get my nails done around here and have given them about 5 chances but was disappointed every single time. Will literally never go back here.
Owner was very rude and raised his voice for asking a question, felt like I was in school and afraid to talk. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I wanted to leave but my feet were already in the water and started. One of the people I was with left because he was so rude to her. Never going back, dont know why I stayed through the first one. One lady was nice and her name may have been Ivy.
This place is way overpriced and the quality is just ok. What is it with nail salons in this area not giving you a full manicure when you ask for one? This is the 3rd salon Ive tried since moving here and every time, Ive had to do my own cuticles at home. When Im paying $100 for a Gel pedicure and Gel overlays, I expect to not have to finish the job at home. I also shouldnt have to get a whole new overlay after one fill. They dont have any brochures with their prices or any prices listed anywhere. The second time I went, I brought my own Gel polish and still got charged full price for Gel.
Wasnt what I expected kind of felt like I was just put through and out I actually had to come home and work on my feet some more I had my first pedicure and they wasnt smooth also asked for the $35 one and it was $50 when I checked out my friends that were with me was charged $55 I asked if they not do the exfoliating on my legs I have varicose vein and skin problems she did it anyway and continue to talk to somebody next to her and rubbed on it extremely long and with a lot of pressure since then I have developed a leg ulcer that Ive been trying to heal and my one friend had the french tips painted on and they werent even done right Im a nail technician myself and the painting of the French manicure was all wrong so dont think well be back we drove over an hour to go because of good recommendations but think will stay closer to home next time not worth the money or time
My GF got her nails done at Tonys and the lady that did them not only hurt her almost the entire time by digging further back in to her cuticle with the dremel tool, but the lady didnt even trim my GFs nails to the shape she wanted and her thumbnail wasnt even trimmed straight.....
The guy who did my mani and pedi didnt seem at all interested in doing his job. He spent the entire time looking around the shop while doing my nails. Now one week after a gel manicure, the polish is coming off because he did not spend enough time removing the excess cuticle during my manicure. My husband and I both got pedicures and both of our techs rushed thru the process. There was nothing relaxing or enjoyable about the experience. Never again!
So where do I begin.🤔First me and my daughter went in we told them what we wanted they rushed us on picking our colors and what we wanted done. I could feel the guys were making comments about us and laughing which I feel is very rude. I chose the colors I wanted but after I seen him start putting the colors on I knew it wasnt the right colors I told them and they told me it was to late to change when I told them it wasnt the right colors in the begining. I was so irrated with them then after that I went and paid for my nails and my daughter they told me 130.00 I was like wth are you talking about mine was 40.00 for a dip thats not even right and my daughter was tips they told me 40.00 in the begining but added some kind of stones on them which they charged like 10.00 a finger I was beyond furious now. Then Tony the owner started kicking his front door for no reason like throwing a fit over my reaction. Let me tell you what I will never ever go there again and will let everyone know how awful they were trust me this was no spa I will go elswhere.
So I called so I wouldn’t have to wait Tony told me he was easy what time did I want to come in I said 12 got there then 2 little girls behind me get taken care of first. I waited 43 minutes then left. Disappointed
Tony runs such an amazing and clean salon. No matter how busy it is, he has things under control. He is also very funny which makes it such a fun experience!

I started coming here at the beginning of the year and I come whenever I need to color or want a new acrylic set. Tonys Spa is clean and the staff are very friendly.
Worst experience ever .... I will never go back - Tony was very rough moving my hands and feet - he acted so annoyed like I was a bother .... I would not recommend this place at all!! Spend your money someplace that will provide a pleasant experience!!

Tony is ok but he could make a lot more effort for all the people that come in. He is really rude. They should really charge less to. It was 100 dollars at the least he said. They already make a lot of money.
This is a over priced place to go 24 bucks for a nail polish on your nail well a gell nail polish I can see if it was a manicure plus gell that’s ridiculously priced all ur doing is putting it on the nail like u would do any other nail polish ya it stays on longer but I don’t see 24 maybe 20 and the fact that u pay 60 bucks for a pedicure and th pedicure sucks they barely take any skin off they don’t even massage ur feet and the other Tony’s nail salon they don’t use cuticle stuff to scrape skin of they use alcohol that’s not good for your skin to use all that alcohol I hope u really do read ur reviews
I made an appointment for 10am. Didn’t get even touched until 10:50. The nail tech ignored almost all wishes. It’s too expensive there for me not to 100% enjoy myself and not get exactly what I want.
Honestly probably the worst experience i’ve ever had at a nail salon. Owner is very rude & makes you feels so awkward/ uncomfortable. Paid $60 for half done fill & pedi. Will not be going back, that’s for sure.
