I scheduled another appointment, but they failed to tell me I did not have any hours left as I am on the pay every month. I had not used all my hours in the past but in recent months I did some add ons like foot scrub and head message and did not know I didnt have extra hours left to make another appointment. So I had to pay out of my pocket. I wasnt happy about that. I feel they had an obligation to let me know that didnt have hours left, and I would have to pay out of pocket on the day of service.

I was very excited about getting a massage for my birthday, as I had not received one in a couple years. I found a Groupon that I could barely afford, honestly a little nervous about going with a chain, but figured I would give it a try. Everything was very clean and welcoming, unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my massage therapist. He was extremely belittling and demeaning towards me. I honestly wished I had just gotten up and left, but I didn’t want to come off as a “Karen”. I have been thinking about it all week, and it’s a shame that I spent my money (that I really didn’t have) and time and left with such a bad feeling. I’m not sure I would be back, definitely not that same therapist!

The place is nice and clean, and I got a good deal on Groupon for a one-hour deep tissue massage($49).The front desk staff is friendly, and the waiting room is also nice. I recommend carrying cash for tipping. The massage was good, but I have had better in the past.

I had my first facial at the MassageLuXe Salon, and I must say it was an amazing experience! Ashley provided an exceptional service. The seaweed facial she gave me was not only nice but also incredibly rejuvenating and refreshing. I highly recommend it to everyone. Ashley and the team at the salon know how to make you feel pampered and refreshed. A fantastic experience overall!

My husband bought me a gift certificate as a nice gesture, and it has been nothing but disappointment.#1- he was overcharged for a 90 minute massage from what they had posted online. I should’ve known this was gonna be a scam experience from the start.#2- I have tried to call and make the appointment three times and every single time I speak to the absolute rudest individual I have ever talked to you on the phone. Apparently they are so busy it’s just an inconvenience to schedule me a massage.#3-finally found a spot for me and only if I give a credit card over the phone can I have a booking. (even though I have a certificate to cover the full massage). You do not give your credit card over the phone in 2024 but apparently, these guys don’t care.#4 finally spoke to a manager and they told me I can’t have a refund and they can’t hold a spot for me to ever book but if I want to just show up maybe I’ll get lucky for a massage being open sometime. No holds or guarantees.Do yourself a favor and go any other place but here.What an absolute joke.

Love this place for massages! Malcom is the best! I always come to him but for a month I tried a facial to switch things up and try a facial. It was the worst experience.. paid in total over $100 for Julia to put a face mask on me and sit there. Not to mention it made me break out horribly the next few days. Never been so disappointed in a treatment before

The massage was great five stars! I was having issues with back and after a useless trip to urgent care, I reached out for a massage. I was able to secure an appointment the same day. The therapist listened to my concerns and did an amazing job. Needless to say, the pain was gone and I was feeling better. He inquired about pressure and adjusted to my comfort.The facial 2.5 stars. Usually the facial includes a neck or hand massage while you wait on the 15 minute mask. Well, I had two 15 minute masks during treatment and nothing. I was moisturized, but no spf. I have no idea what she was doing for the 30 minutes while I was receiving a mask. I would not recommend the facial.

I love finding a place where I can get a great massage. This is it. The place is always clean. The staff is typically pretty friendly up front. The therapists are top quality. Ive seen a handful here and there have been few I wouldnt see again. My current top favorite is Sinatra (hope I spelled that right...). They even have a high quality water filling station, just bring a bottle. Remember to HYDRATE before and a ton after your massages! If you want a discount reach out. Well refer you!

I have gotten a deep tissue massage from Sonia and also Tianna and they were both amazing!! I felt so much better afterwards and so relaxed. I would definitely recommend either of them to anyone. Keep up the great work!

Very clean and relaxing environment. They have a hydro massage that is prefect to use after a massage. Aaron did a great job! They currently have a buy one hour get one hour free special. Highly suggest getting that deal before it ends.

Started my birthday morning off with a massage and a facial. Ashley and Lassette were absolutely amazing

Nice place. However, I was very disappointed. I called and asked if they place hot stones on my back & leave them there. The receptionist implied that they did. When I got there they did not leave them on my back. Just used the hot stones in her hands. I have arthritis in my spine and needed the addition heat on my spine. I was very disappointed. I did not get what I asked for.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Started off with not being able to find my gift card on file. An hour of my day gone. Come to find out I had 2 profiles and one was off a digit of my phone number. Made an appt for 3 pm same day and it was about noon. Since there was confusion she said manager would call me at 1pm. I called at 2pm and manager said she just got the message. Asked if I could reschedule for next day because it was already after 2pm. She said there is a 6 hour prior cancellation. I said I’m coming from farther away so I might be a few minutes late. Had credit for 1 hour massage. Asked for an additional 30 minutes when I spoke to young girl at noon. She said $30. I said fine. Worst massage ever. I’m so sore today I can’t move. I kept telling the lady too hard. She was hard to understand. But when I keep saying ouch you think she would get it. Not relaxing at all! Checking out manager said additional $60 for extra half hour. I’ve never felt so not welcomed as I did. I will not be going back ever. Told my sisters and friends we will move on somewhere else. Paying all this money and the level of courtesy was definitely not worth the time or the money.

I received a Groupon for Fathers Day for an hour massage. I work 2 jobs, so I had to wait for an evening opening, and I was so excited for some quiet relaxation. I was quickly disappointed soon after the massage started by the lack of effort put into the massage. She was only using one hand, and thats okay, but every few minutes, she would stop, and it felt like she was checking her phone and texting. I am not sure if it was a long day or something going on outside of work or maybe she did not feel well but this was absolutely the worst massage. Maybe because it was a half off coupon I got half of the effort. With it being a bigger company and the pricing they have set, I am very truly disappointed and that does not happen too often. The place was super clean and a calming environment, though.

I was wary of going to a chain for my first massage ever (Im 27). With a $50 Groupon, I decided it was beyond time. I have probably had the same knots since high school.Michelle at the front desk was very helpful. Sinatra was my masseuse, and he made my first experience great. I am obviously a pretty tense person, but he made me comfortable and knew exactly where to hit. He made parts of my forearms crack that I didnt know had the ability to do so. He still fit in a whoooole lotta massage for me even though I was late (I thought my appt was 30 min later than it was, so I was 15 min late).I also decided to try their membership. You get a $10 massage/facial and then its $75 a month after that. I figure even if I cancel after my first $75 month that Ill essentially be getting 2 massages or facials for $85 before tip.The lighting was low, the table was heated, the music was soft, the facility was clean. Better than all of that, I slept way better than I have, and my back felt the way it should. Overall, a great first experience.

This spa is spotless, relaxing and convenient. I like deep tissue massage’s and they can accommodate you. Many places “ say” they do deep tissue but not really. Malcolm is excellent as is others as well. Highly recommend your massage experience here!

I’ve been going here for over a year and before I would have given this place less than 5 stars but since seeing a new therapist (Tonya) I’ve seen quite the change over the last several months. Tonya is well versed and knows her stuff! Her knowledge of anatomy is impressive and her technique is both relaxing and healing. I would 10/10 recommend going to this location and asking for her she’s very bubbly and energetic! Thank you for an amazing customer experience and for the amazing service.

I had my 1 hour massage with Anthony. Not only was he an amazing massage therapist, he was super friendly and professional. He continued to check on me throughout the hour to make sure the pressure was good and that I was comfortable. The place itself was super clean, followed all mask mandate rules, and their staff was just very kind and professional. Will definitely be back, and will request Anthony!

I went to the Troy location, this was my first experience with this spa and I received a facial and a message. I give the facial a 5 star, but the message a zero, he talked the whole time about his personal stuff, he was so aggressive my back is literally sore to touch , I am in pain after my service that Ive never had before. Never even offered water after ny service. I would never go there again.

Lassette took care of my sore muscles that resulted from over exertion from the weekend.She wasn’t too firm or soft - just enough pressure to soothe but not enough to leave me feeling worse than when I came in.The 15 minute hydro massage table was icing on the cakeIf ever I’m sore like I was today, I’m going to see Lassette!

Excellent massage therapist and very friendly, professional staff. I have been getting massages for the last 20 years and am also a massage therapist. This place is superior.

Possible one of the worst massages experience Ive had. The entire 90 minutes was filled with loud conversations from the next room. Not the relaxing experience I anticipatedFelt like a live pod cast was going on. No consideration for the clients. I felt worst after she finished than before I came I was so frustrated. This was my valentine gift from my husband that was completely wasted. I have never wanted to cut a message short this was the first.Disappointed 😞

I ❤️ this place! Outstanding well-trained staff and a great, relaxing atmosphere. I’ve tried too many other places where your monthly fee or gift card doesn’t cover this-or-that. MassageLuXe is very no-nonsense billing and scheduling.

This is a great new spa. The hours cant be beat, the membership is a great deal and great way to take care of yourself. The staff is very professional and friendly. The massage was very good. I had Rachel and she is very experienced and knowledgeable . She successfully worked some pain out of my shoulder blade. I definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Therapist was very respectful and professional. The hydro tub was pretty awesome. That being said, when I got there, there was no one at he front desk, I stood here waiting for about 10 minutes. Maybe a staffing issue? I felt like I was being pressured into a membership. Sales tactics could be better. Would be a great place with some improvements. Overall the facility was clean and beautiful.

Massage was great, Sonia did a good job. And I like the atmosphere. But when I went to check out, one of the women at the front desk asked me if I wanted to sign up for their monthly massages for a discounted price and I said I would think about it. She kept repeating herself and asked about 5 more times, and I kept politely saying I would think about it. After the last time she just said okay and gave me attitude when I asked about the hydro massage because I did the groupon and it included it which I wouldn’t have got to do if I wouldn’t have brought it up because she got and attitude and never mentioned it.

Expected better, based on the ratings!My wife and I went in for a couples massage. The two stars Im giving are for how nice the facility looks and how well it is designed. Beyond that, unfortunately, I would not give any stars. The two massage therapists we had were not the friendliest. They both seemed somewhat in a hurry and had a pretty generic demeanor. My wife and I have had many massages in the past at other facilities, and the therapists are always very pleasant and positive. Here, it almost seemed as though they were reading off a script when talking to us. At one point during the massage, I asked my therapist if she would use lighter pressure when she got to my feet, and her response was, well, youre going to have to tell me what that is, because its different with each person (this was said in a somewhat negative / attitude problem fashion). The massages themselves were also not very good. My wife commented that her therapist just kept going over the same area over and over again. Their folding techniques with the blankets were also very odd--maybe we got two new people who were not very experienced? We also paid extra for a scalp massage, but for some reason that service lasted less than 1 minute. Not to compare a haircare place with a massage place, but I could go to a hair stylist and get a 10 minute scalp massage for a lower cost. Anyway, I dont get it. Not sure if something just went wrong the night we went here, because the other review seem to all point to a completely different experience. If only we had that experience ourselves. We will not be returning.

I’m actually very upset. I was referred by my coworker Kelly who gets massages by Tonya, I was told by her that Tonya no longer works there- I am highly disappointed because I got into a car accident and really needed work done by a professional who KNOWS what they are doing and that’s difficult to find, I know this- so I call and am told the therapist no longer works here but they tried to used the bait and switch tactic which is unprofessional! If I wanted someone other than her, which I was referred to I would have!!

Just visited foe the 2nd time and Im just as pleased with this session as I was my first. Latisha gave a GREAT massage my first visit. super relaxing with the perfect pressure. Pamela was wonderful and really worked hard on breaking up my knots. Both ladies were equally as good and the staff is so friendly. so already love this place!

Friendly, relaxed environment. They made it a great experience because they were friendly and relaxed. I liked that I didn’t pressure me to sign up for a membership (but the offer was great, so I signed up). Awesome massage- Brooklyn is a skilled professional. I’ll be back.

I actually live in Farmington Hills very close to the Bloomfield location but I come to Massage Luxe Troy specifically for Tonya! She takes care of your body and is very relaxing after a long work day. I have arthritis and I’ve never had a therapist cater to me like this before. She is a very knowledgeable and sweet young lady. Go see her you won’t regret it!

Anthony gave me an amazing massage!!! However, all of his work was for nothing because all the stress he got rid of came back when I went to pay…I was told I could book an hour massage and get one free if I buy the gift card promotion happening at the time. I was then told I could apply it to my 90 minute massage and just pay the $50 difference for todays massage and still have a gift card good for an hour massage. Wasn’t honored and had to pay full price…nothing is worse than relieving your stress via massage only to have it all erased by uninformed employees at the front desk. Too bad Anthony, I would have totally come back for another massage from you…after this, NO WAY!

David was great! Great pressure throughout the entire deep tissue massage! Effective techniques and use of time! Worth every $$.

Ive gotten several massages over the years but I promise you Sonia at Massage Luxe in Troy is by far the best therapist. I dont live in the area but its worth the drive. She has a technique to make you feel like your floating on clouds. Trust me you wont be disappointed. #relaxing #serenity #peace

I must compliment Erin, the manager, for always making us feel welcome every time. I have had 3 different massage therapists and they have all been outstanding. Great facility and staff! I received a gift card for Mother’s Day and was thoroughly impressed, so much so my husband and I ended up getting a monthly membership and it is WELL worth it. We look forward to our massage every month! I’ve also received a facial here which was nothing short of amazing as well.

I really wanted a nice massage. Instead, I spent the hour being told by my massage therapist that I needed to lose weight. That was the last thing that I wanted to hear. He talked about his coworkers and how he thought poorly of them. I politely requested some silence so that I could try to relax after a very long day at work, and he continued to spew hatred towards his coworkers and his job. He made me feel gross and uncomfortable. Do not go here.

I used Groupon to book a couples massage for my husband and I, just because. This was a very pleasant experience! Our therapists, Sonia and Christal, were amazing! Due to me being 29 weeks pregnant, Christal was very gentle but firm. We will be back again!

I bought a gift card at their reduced price before they opened. I wasnt sure what to expect and was happily surprised. Ive been to other massage places but was never happy enough to sign up for memberships. This place is great! I booked my next several appointments immediately!!

I have never gotten a massage before, and Massage Luxe answered all of my questions thoroughly. Their customer service is off the charts! My massage was wonderful as the therapist listened to my exact needs in our consultation. I felt very comfortable in the environment. Would definitely recommend!

I had my first massage yesterday and overall it was a really good massage. However, I would have wished that the therapist asked me about areas she should focus on/stay away from before the massage, which she did not do. She simply asked me how I was doing and proceeded to leave the room for me to undress. She also did not ask me how the pressure was and if she should change it. The massage felt good and I tried the Hydroluxe table afterwards, which was okay. I did sign up for the membership, simply because they have a special of $10 membership fee for the first month and I can cancel anytime after the second month. Cant wait for my next visit.

First time here but definitely not my last! Aaron did an AMAZING job and for the first time in 6 months I can touch my toes with no back pain!! He really listened to what my pain points were and I feel like a whole new person.

A 1 hour massage is $100. Pricing was $75 on the scrolling TV and signs said $65 for members. So when I was surprised with my total I looked around, there was nothing on the massage menu, pamphlet, nor the tv saying $100 for a simple Swedish massage. If it felt like a $100 massage or I got add-ons, it wouldnt bother me, but it was not. My masseuse talked throughout, and didnt seem to focus on the spot that was bothering me because my muscle pain is still there. Id like to talk to someone regarding this issue.

Bad business...good massages...my fiance and I got a couples massage. So weeks later we were trying to arrange for our FREE massages that are suppose to be included in the Membership and could be used anytime. So when I called to set up the appointment, the Owner (with a very bad attitude) said they cant be used until after the first billing cycle, due to previous customers canceling.

I had a great massage with Sonia at the Troy facility. The staff there from the front desk were very helpful and accommodating to my request. I was also pleased to know that theres a facility in the area where I will be spending some time in Florida during this brutal winter. Looking forward to my next massage.

This place comes highly recommended! Ive been to Massage Luxe a handful of times & every experience has been exceptional from the start & throughout. The front desk staff are very Pleasant, welcoming & accommodating - Erin, Kristine & Emily have been kind in my requests. The therapists are super sweet & skilled at their job. I had a horrible experience this Saturday and I will make sure I never go back. When i booked my appointment they told me how much they will charge me but what they actually charged me was completely different. The therapist was great but the office staff was horrible. When you book your next appointment ask them for an official email that includes the price for 1 hr session.

I had an unpleasant experience going there. The therapist (I do not remember her name) was very RUDE. She turned a nice relaxing experience of a massage session into a stressful and bad session. She was very firm and I was hurting more than enjoying the massage, she asked me to let her know if the pressure is too deep but when I did let her know she told me that you put firm massage on your form and I only do firm to deep massage, so I had to suffer in silence. The way she was talking was very rude and negative. Also, the way she would move my feet or fold the sheet under me was odd and aggressive, with my head being facing the gournd, it felt abrasive to do such things withough informing me first. She kept going over and over on the same area; when I asked to go to my lower back that hurts, she was complaining that I only told her through the end of the session and that time is almost over. My friend and I asked to be in the same room, the front desk told me twice that would be 5$ extra, but when we were about to pay it turned out to be 5$ for EACH person. I dont like it when people try to hide such details. I DEFINITELY did not leave a tip for that rude therapist and I am not going back there.

My husband I have been members now for a few months and love our monthly massage visits. Use of the hydrobed especially after a massage gets your body really refreshed and ready to go. Highly recommend this establishment!

Everyone was super nice, the atmosphere was very relaxing, with low-lighting and quiet sounds. I really enjoyed the music and could have fallen asleep if I wanted to. The hydro was cool, but I had an odd itching sensation wherever the water passed under on my lower half. As far as the actual massage, it was nice. I appreciated the lady asking whether anything hurt, although she could have asked a bit more in certain areas where she would intentionally push harder.I wish, before we started when she asked if there were any specific problem areas and I told her, that she told me how it was going to be seeing as this was my first time, because that specific area did hurt when she pressed down a bit deeper, but I didnt say anything because I knew how tight I was and wasnt sure if she had lightened up if that would have done it any good or not. The area hurt afterward, but after lying in the hydro massager, the throbbing subsided.I wasnt wowd after, which I thought I would be for the price but...it was okay.

I had the 90 min Swedish massage. When I made the appt, they asked if I wanted deep tissue or relaxing. I told them definitely relaxing. Genle and relaxing! When I filled out their forms, the form asked what kind of pressure I wanted. Again, I choose light. When I met with the masseuse, he asked about the amount if pressure. I again made it clear that I only wanted light pressure. When I was trying to explain to him about the areas I was having trouble with, he rushed me along and left the room. The table was cold. Every other massage I have ever had the table was warm. His fingers were freezing and so was the lotion. It never did warm up. When he started using too much pressure, I again asked him to go lighter. He did...then he started going hard again. At one point, he could see me clenching and lifting my legs off the table. He asked if it was too hard and again, I told him yes! He continued to keep going back to the same excessive pressure. Fortunately, it ended soon after. That night, the skin and muscles on my back hurt so much from the excessive pressure that I actually had to take pain reliever to be able to fall asleep. I am still sore today. I did NOT want this kind of a massage and tried numerous times to convey that. I will not be back!

Can you say...ahhhhh!!! Today was my first visit, but certainly not my last!!! Sonia was absolutely awesome!!! Not only did I leave feeling 200% better, but I also made a second appointment and bought a monthly membership!!! Try the Hydroluxe machine too! You simply cant go wrong!! Counting the days until my next appointment!

Edited: they offered me a free massagebecause of the bad experience I had initially and it was actually a really good I really appreciated the management trying to work out a solution when things happenI actually recommend this placeI believe I got the worse massage at this place. the massage therapist her name was Pamela and she did a terrible job she was extremely rude and offencive. the customer service is the worst they try to cut some of the time.I wouldnt get a massage here not even for if it was for free.Rude customer service

Lassette was my massage therapist. I have gone to 5 star spas in Las Vegas to Hawaii beach side. My body was so messed up and my back and legs her so bad that Pain went right away. I will be getting a membership and only see her from now on. Thank you and great job. Cori at the front desk is a the pleasure. 10 stars if i could.

Booked 60 mins massage and hydroluxe session for my friend . Massage service was good but she didn’t get any hydroluxe session. Other thing I didn’t like was tipping. Tipping is something customers leave for service provider according to their satisfaction from received service. Here, they ask for tips which is minimum 15%.We didn’t have no problem giving tip as she was very happy with the massage service she received but I think they shouldn’t be asking for tipping. Plus the person who was handling front reception was little rude.

Beautiful facility - clean, relaxing, and professional. Received a sports massage from Wayne - he did a fantastic job and helped remove tension and loosen up my muscles. I also tried the hydro-massage available after the appointment - very relaxing!

I had a couples appointment for an hour and we both had great massages. I will say my boyfriends massager was gave more info and was nice enough to let him know the worst spots and giving information on how to help his overall health for his body during the massage while my massager was quiet (which is not a bad thing I just wanted to point it out). I did feel kind of pressured by the lady to sign up for their plans. I know my boyfriend needs more massages cuz his back is really messed up I just hope we’re not getting scammed (or pay fees) if we have to cancel his plan or something.

The place itself is very nice and the estheticians are nice. But their products they use don’t really work for my skin or my friend that comes with me. We don’t see any improvements so we decided we want to cancel our membership. When I called the Troy location, I asked if we could and one of the girls at the front desk she said no I would have to come in to sign something. Which I can’t because it’s 25 mins from home so I refuse to drive just to sign something. I message massage luxe on Facebook complaining and they said they’d send my friend and I a link via email to cancel our membership. But after messaging them for 10 days, I still didn’t get a response but they seem the message according to Facebook. So my request is being ignored and I’m definitely canceling my membership because no one is assisting me with my issue.

I tried this MassageLuXe location because they were advertising a Valentines special (image attached). The special was stated to include a 1 hour Luxe facial, 1 hour standard massage, eye treatment, scalp treatment, and hydroluxe session. I called on Saturday the 3rd to ask for more details (how much of those 1 hour sessions is actually spent being treated by the esthetician/massage therapist, how much do add-ons cost if I choose to do them, etc.) and booked an appointment for Monday the 5th with two add-ons, aromatherapy and a foot scrub. The employee booking my appointment at that time informed me that the foot scrub add on is traditionally done by the massage therapists, but that the estheticians had decided to try it out during facials as well, and to simply let them know if I would like the foot scrub during my facial instead.Sunday the 4th I received a text message confirmation which had not only the times of my appointment for the facial and massage, but the selected options, which was marked down as a seaweed facial and swedish massage. This would be nice, except for the fact that I hadnt selected the options. The employee on Saturday never asked me which options I wanted, so I assumed (I know, bad on my part) that I would simply select my options when I arrived. So I called on Sunday to inform them that there was a misunderstanding and that those werent the options I selected. I checked their website to see what options were available and asked for the glyco-peel facial and the deep tissue massage. No problem. I had also decided at this point that I would like to do the foot scrub during the facial, since there is down time during facials when they are letting a product sit and it seemed more efficient to do the foot scrub then rather than take time away from getting my knots worked out during my massage to have the foot scrub done. The employee assisting me then informs me that the foot scrub add-on is only offered during massages, not during facials. Okay, seemed like a new thing when the employee told me the day prior, maybe they didnt inform this person yet, Ill sort it out when I get there tomorrow.I arrive for my appointment about 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I asked again about doing the foot scrub during my facial, was again told they dont do that, informed them of what I was told Saturday, and was told that my esthetician will not do that. Okay, whatever. Office staff seemed friendly enough, just not very organized. I was taken back to the treatment room for my facial on time. My esthetician (Brandy) started going over the treatment I selected which was the glyco-peel. She mentions that its a 30 minute facial and I stopped her, I said I signed up for a 60 minute. She then tells me that the glyco-peel is only a 30 minute service and that it doesnt come with the cleanse, exfoliate, moisturize, or hand and arm massage services that 60 minute facials do. She then explains that for my price I could only do the seaweed facial or the pore-refining facial for 60 minutes or I could get the glyco-peel with the extra services and 60 minutes of treatment time but it would be an extra cost. None of this was stated on the website, none of it was mentioned by the employees over the phone. I then ask her if they even marked down the eye and scalp treatment, she checks her ipad and says no. I elect to pay the extra money ($20) to get the treatment I thought I was getting in the first place, Brandy goes up front to change the schedule around for herself and for my massage (because it is now 15 minutes past my appointment start time, thankfully neither her or the massage therapist had anyone directly after me so that was okay), she comes back, tells me its all sorted out and apologizes, and says I can undress and get comfortable. She performs the treatment, did a good job except for the scalp treatment which seemed very rushed, brings me a robe to transfer to the massage room and I switch rooms.(Remainder of review in attached images because of character limit.)

This place is amazing. I especially like Phil who gives the best massages ever. He knows his craft well. He knows all pressure points and goes right to them. The place is relaxing and with nice soft lighting. Highly recommend

Friendly staff, very clean facility and great service! You can use Groupon once a year but they offer some promotions if you like to join on a monthly basis and you collect points through referring people that will give you free massage sessions or add-ons. Highly recommended

Signed up for hour massage. Only got 40 min! What the fail to tell u is yr time starts at appt time! Not when the give u clip board to fill out and then go to bathroom and undressed! Terrible customer service! Got as a gift! Definitely won’t be back!

Almost unable to walk due to lower back/glute muscle pain from scoliosis, I went to MassageLuxe-Troy hoping for just a short visit of feeling something good for if only an hour. To my surprise, after an hour with Brooke, I came out of that appointment able to move, walk, and lift a leg I hadnt been able to lift on my own for almost 4 months.She worked the area hard with deep tissue techniques. It must have really made her tired, but I was so taken aback at what a good professional massage could actually do for my ability to move and my quality of life....Just incredible. I have made monthly massages a priority, and the extended hours and reasonable prices allow me to keep going with it. Highly Highly recommended! Thanks for my life back!!!

I had an absolutely amazing massage here, trust me I really needed one. The entire process leading up to and following the massage was also amazing. I am a huge fan of their hydro bed as well!

We had to cancel 2 hours prior of our appointment because of being sick with Covid and they told us they wouldn’t charge us but ended up charging us the cancellation fee. They wouldn’t even reschedule the appointment! They save your credit card info and charge you without consent. Beware!!!!!

Enjoyed the ambience, however did not receive deep tissue massage as I had paid and requested for. Was really just a gentle rub throughout entire session. Personally do not think it was worth the $ I spent.

Purchased a massage on Groupon. Lassette was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, focusing on areas that were responsible for my soreness and coached me on stretches that would be helpful in between my massages.

The massage was nice but the introductory price jumps up 50% after your first service unless you sign up for their membership club. Not a fan of that.
