Gina is AMAZING, she is always so patient and gentle. I have been to Gina twice and she tries her best to be flexible and understanding of what my job requires, so if that means adding another top coat or soaking those cuticles a little longer she’s already on it without me asking! My nails have lasted over 4 weeks without any chips! 5/5

Gina is the best! She’s been doing my nails for years and now she does my hair too. It’s so nice to have her take care of hair and nails in one place at one appointment. She’s great with hair color and her shellac manicures last longer than any others I’ve ever had. She’s always a delight to talk to! Was so great to go back after having another baby and have her make me feel good again. Highly recommend her!!!

Gina was wonderful. I came in with a terrible haircut that I didn’t think was going to be salvaged and she made my hair look amazing. She listened to what I wanted and asked questions then proceeded to work a miracle! I highly recommend Janelle’s!

I went to get a regular manicure. Did not look up any specific person to go to based on reviews but I decided to go there based on all the good reviews. The place is gorgeous, first off. Clean, pretty, and the ambiance is great. Gina did my nails, she was so fast and great, I loved the manicure. The others there were also super sweet. Youve got a great staff, Janelle, thank you. Definitely recommend.

Gina is the best at manicures and pedicures. She is a perfectionst and does such professional work. Great atmosphere. She uses gel so there is no smell and your nails are instantly dried.

Awesome Experience !!!This place is beyond professional !!! It was my first time there, and I was amazed at the friendly staff. Katrina did an amazing job with my pedicure. She took her time and was a joy to talk too. This is probably the best pedicure Ive had. Place is stylish and very clean. They serve you coffee or tea and make it feel like a royal treatment !!! Will definitely be going back !!!

Gina did a great job on my hair. It was kinda a mess when I walked in. The caramel highlights turned out perfectly and she styled it beautifully. I like that the salon wasnt overly big and I received personal attention. Ill be going back to Gina.

I needed a last minute color appointment a few days before Christmas after my normal girl fell ill and had to cancel all her appointments. I went on Groupon and found Janells and was so surprised that I was able to get in only a few hours later with Kim Ann. She did a great job and listened to make sure we were on the same page about the color, my hair type and what to do with my length. I love my hair and the fact they will honor Groupon prices without buying the deal on the site. I’ll definitely be back again!

This place is really clean. The service was terrible. Most places dont come with warning labels, however this one should. I had a cut and highlight done by the owner. At first she was really nice about everything. But as time went on she got more and more aggressive, not only with how she was handling my hair, but also when it came to her political and religious views. When I was done she styled my hair, teased all of it put a bunch of hairspray and then advised me not to wash it for 3 days.

My new go-to salon! My first experience was a mani/pedi. Hope did a fantastic job and was a delight to speak with the entire time! I came back for an eyebrow waxing with Kim. It was my first time getting my brows waxed, but Kim was very nice and knowledgeable. The wax wasnt too painful and my brows look amazing!

This place is amazing! I got my hair done with KimAnn. She took her time with me and really made sure my hair looked perfect and made sure I was comfortable with what I got. I went from long brown curly hair to short straight blonde hair. Ive been looking for a place to call my regular salon for a few years now, saw some average stylists, but I can honestly say Im done looking because KimAnn is awesome. I also got a massage from Gina and omg. Best massage ever! Ive also gone to a few other massage therapists and they dont even compare to her. She actually used to go to others peoples places and fix their massage business. I totally recommend!!

I had an email confirmation to get a mani pedi on my birthday (50) and I arrived a bit early and Kim greeted me offered me water, she was very nice.Then another client came in and it became quickly clear that there was a double book.Gina said my appointment was yesterday.I put a pic of confirmation on there Facebook page so there would be no question.Very disappointed , 2 stars is a gift for the water

The salon is clean and people are friendly; but not good when it comes to mani- pedi. I bought a groupon and they charged $20 extra for spending an extra 5 minutes to remove the callous.Manicure was just nail- filing and moisturising. They assumed that i didnt want my hands wet- since it was a cold day. This is after an hour long pedicure!Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience!

I just got a mani/pedi done with my mom and it was probably the best time Ive had in a while. The Gina and Hope show isnt one you want to miss. Oh and the mani/pedi looks amazing too. Great experience that felt more like hanging out rather than getting a mani/pedi. I would highly recommend!

Janelles Salon of Troy is an amazing place filled with talented hairstylists and nail technicians.its a quiet boutique Salon in the neighborhood district of Troy Mi.They specialize in making like clients feel at home.The waxing services are wonderful too.

I got a shellac mani and regular pedicure here. Pedicure was okay but my shellac mani which was supposed to be no chip, started chipping the next day. I called them and they asked to me come back and they would fix it which they did. They removed the paint from all the nails and re did it. The next day, again it started chipping. Gradually, after a couple of days it started peeling from the sides. This was the worst shellac I ever got. Their regular mani is okay but shellac is not good.

Had my first visit to Janelles today, love, love love it! thank you Kim! you rock!!! This was taken in 97° weather I really like it.

Gina is the best! She listens to what you want and fulfills your wishes. I recommend her and the salon.
