Best massage place in the area! Front desk is always super friendly, environment is clean a relaxing and I received one of the best massages after a back injury from Laurie! Practically walked out of the massage pain free! Laurie is a lifesaver and I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a deep tissue massage!

My first visit the therapist and front desk called off. Staff gave me a voucher to have free additions and time to my next visit. Had a great therapy session with the therapist. Relaxing, comforting and great atmosphere.

Been a loyal customers since 2018, Used to get massage for at least 4 times a month, but since the receptionist messed up the transaction on my cc, I never want to come back to this place, now they keep sending emails promo for their masseuse availability, desperate to get my business. Too late, I gave them a chance by writing a feedback on their web but never get any responds from the owner. Now they are begging me to come back, well....I am already loyal to another massage place because they care to make things right to their customers. MassageLuxe in Troy is one of the best, they also have great ratings. Maybe the owner should learn from them, and its so pity to see that the owner responds to good reviews only, the owner cant handle the negative reviews,just showing owner really doesnt care to make it right or take responsibility for the unhappy customers.

My husband and I had our massages here about 2months ago. The ambience of the place is good. The receptionist and massage therapists were friendly, made sure to ask us about any injuries and areas of focus. We both loved our massages. It was a very relaxing experience. Definitely going back here.

My last massage was 22yrs ago and I hurt for a week. I was very apprehensive but my therapist Nick listened to my concerns and we came up with what would work for me. Booked what I thought was a couples massage to get there and wait only to be told that they don’t even do couples massages there. Couldn’t leave because we had already paid a deposit that we would have lost. Massages were also not good. Overall ruined our planned date.

I booked a one hour fully body massage with Deanna and wow - it was AMAZING. I feel like a whole new woman! Deanna is so sweet and very attentive to make the experience as relaxing as possible. I am a Physical Therapist and I exactly know what I m getting it when I signed up for level 4 deep tissue massage for my knots /trigger points in neck and upper back.I can’t thank enough Maki for her professionalism, knowledge and techniques.She is constantly working on me for 90 minutes. That’s commendable.!Front desk girl is also very welcoming and explain really well my option for membership.!

My massage therapist, Victoria, listened to my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and felt ease of pain. Plus we had great conversation. The salt stones were amazing and I felt so much relief. I have signed up to be a member and cant wait to go back next month.

I will definitely frequent this place and consider the membership. The front staff were not at all hard sellers to join their membership, I appreciate. The hard sell is a big turn off to me. And by the way, my massage with Eric was also 5 stars. Wouldnt change a thing!

The massage I had was absolutely wonderful! So relaxing, and Stu really knew what he was doing. He even kept me an extra couple minutes over the hour because he was being thorough. I got essential oils with my massage and it really enhanced the experience. They accept insurances too which is nice! I would recommend Elements to anyone who is looking for a quality massage.

Very disappointed in this business.Received a gift card and misplaced it….found it and contacted business and they just said so sorry no value it’s expired. One would think you would just have to pay the difference in current charge for service not out the whole value of card! Beware of any dates on gift cards they do expire!

Updated review: Ive been a member for over a year and have been seeing Victoria, who is amazing. When I called to let them know that I have a medical condition and need to put my account on hold for a couple of months, they still insisted on charging me for the month. I understand most memberships need 30 days notice, but no one knows when theyre going to have a medical condition. I could not believe they werent willing to accommodate. I cancelled my membership. There are so many other places to take my business, theres no reason to do business with a company that doesnt care about its customers.Previous review: Victoria is one of the best masseuses I’ve ever gone to. After a week of packing, moving, and unpacking, my neck, back and shoulders were in really bad shape, but she knew exactly what to do to loosen the muscles and ease the pain. I actually signed up for a membership just to keep coming back to her regularly. I definitely recommend seeing Victoria.

My husband and i had our massages here today and they were amazing! My massage therapist had the perfect touch for me and was very kind. My husband LOVED his massage, and hes a hard man to please when it comes to deep tissue. He said this massage therapist was everything he was always looking for with past massages. The receptionist was so kind and inviting, she definitely made a great first impression. She also handed us a cute little box with chocolates and that was such a perfect ending to our experience! So creative and such a nice little touch!The only thing that was a bummer was when i booked our massages i asked for a couples massage. I then learned from my therapist, because of covid they do not do couples. I just wish that had been relayed on the phone. But I completely understood , it was just a bit confusing when we were going into separate rooms. But regardless we both enjoyed our massages! Definitely will be back!

I love going to this place for massages. They have a really good and respectable staff. They take there time to listen to you about what is going on with your body and they have different levels of therapies that can do all kinds of medical problems and issues. They are every good with there hands and make you feel so much better after whatever kind of massage you have done. So far the best person that I have had ever for a therapeutic massages at this place and any other place I have been to is Becky she is a level 4 therapist and the best hands ever and knows what she is doing she makes you feel so relaxed that after you get home you feel so relaxed that you will sleep like a baby I definitely recommend her if you are a Chronic pain person she really does help you feel better but you cant go for just one session with her and think that you are going to feel better you have to at least go once a month for it to help you out.

Deanna is my go to. My body is always tense and tight and Deanna has been the only massage therapist to loosen me up….EVER. Just the perfect amount of pressure every time and she knows JUSR where to go. I wish I could put her in my pocket🥴🙃

What a great way to start the weekend. Went to Elements for the first time and the masseuse was amazing. Perfect pressure for all the pain points. Everyone from the front desk staff to the masseuse were very courteous and professional. Thanks Elements Massage, will definitely come again.

Rude staff. Unwilling to forgive fee for a same-day cancellation due to a last minute work conflict. It’s an unreasonable policy that they hide behind. $40 for an unavoidable cancellation. They clearly don’t live in the real world where life happens. Will never spend another dime there and make sure family and friends don’t either. The massages they give are not worth the hassle and absurdity of their policies, mediocre at best.

Ive been getting regular massage therapy from the MTs here for years. (Obviously, not during the shutdown.) The staff is super professional, the entire place is spotlessly clean and regularly sanitized for safety, and the front desk folk are fantastic! My chronic pain wouldnt be half as bearable without these wonderful people, seriously.Oh, and leave a good tip, please? These folks work hard, in a high-exposure environment, stuck in a room with your farts. Ok? Be kind.

I could not be happier with the service Ive received at Elements. I felt absolutely comfortable with the safety measures that have been put in place and every room I entered was spotless and they had sanitizer in every room as well as cleaning supplies. All employees were wearing masks and kept themselves at a distance. I recently had an injury and Stu gave me a fantastic and very beneficial massage. He took my pain from a 7 down to a 3 in only an hour. Not only did he make me feel immediate relief he also educated me on different ways to continue to improve my situation. I highly recommend Stu and Elements!

Receptionist are always courteous, friendly and helpful. Nick is always very professional and respectful. Ask me if it is too much for a deep tissue massage. I walk way more flexible, mobile and at ease. Looking forward to my next one in a month.

DO NOT GO THERE! This place is an absolute horrible place to receive a massage! The therapist that treated me was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. He continued to speak over me that my shoulders were the worst case he had ever seen and proceed to overwork my shoulders muscles, applying too much pressure and ignoring me when I spoke that the pressure hurt. He replied, Just breathe through it.I have received massages for years before but NEVER had I felt so sore and achy after receiving a massage. I called the place the next day to ask for a refund since I was not satisfied with the massage. The manager informed me that she would contact accounting and see if a refund could be issued. Several days passed, I spoke with the manager and she offered me a discount on the next massage to correct the pain.I explained I did not want to receive another massage from there; the quality of the first one was horrible, thus I was not confident that the other therapists would do a better job. I requested a refund. She responded again that she will contact accounting and return my call.The manager has yet to return my call.Stay away from this place at all costs! Im currently completing physical therapy to correct the damage that has been done to my body.

The professionalism is outstanding. The care and concern about keeping your comfort level is exemplary. The therapist questioned what was wanted and applied the right amount of pressure and worked on areas of concern as requested. She listened and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend this facility.

There are massage therapists closer to my location but Ive found Elements to have a professional, courteous staff. The monthly membership is the best value. There is maybe about annual turnover of some of the therapists but there continue to be competent replacements. The rooms are clean and, except for occasional noise from the establishment next door, the atmosphere is relaxing.

Very good massage, forgot the girls name (Sorry!) But she was petite with the arm and hand strength of Sylvester Stallone. I had a huge knot in my back and she plowed through it like a bulldozer flattening an ant hill. 5 starts would recommend.

Ive been here many times, always for a deep tissue. They are accommodating and professional. That being said each massage therapist is different. I highly recommend Eric for a deep tissue, he has a good rhythm/method and strong hands. I think Amy would be better suited for a stretch or swedish massage. I left feeling worse than when I went in.

This was the worst couples massage and experience ever! Very unsatisfied and wanted to at least have a discount or even a courtesy apology. But to arrive 5 min better massage and have a 15-20 min paper to fill out before massage, and that went against our hour massage (Smdh). Horrible customer service to not let us know we would have separate rooms even if its a couple massage. The therapist was very young and inexperienced. They asked me my areas need the most attention and those areas was not even focused on. My body was in more pain after I left. Our massages was 35&38 min long we paid for an hour. My partner was out before and very upset and wanted to express to clerk his feelings but Just paid them bcuz he didnt want to seem aggressive and scare them. I was mad when I got to front bcuz we just wouldve had an issue and had to resolve it before he even paid full price for that

Bought a one hour session for my husband as a birthday present. He filled the form requesting to focus on feet and scalp but those were not even touched. Their hot stone massage was relaxing but not a lot of massage involved but placing the hot stones. I do not recommend the hot stone massage here. Plus they need to follow instructions from the form they requested to fill out 🤦‍♀️.

Upon my arrival, the receptionist was very welcoming and professional. The location is small but cozy and serene. Information about the massage options and pricing is made visible throughout for easy access without being ostentatious. My massage therapist, Dana, was very thorough and attentive. I did not realize how much tension I was carrying in almost every part of my body. I opted for a 90-minute massage because it had been so long since my last one. I scheduled a Swedish massage with the add-ons of the CBD therapy oil and the hot Himalayan salt rocks. Oh, my goodness! What a difference they made. The massage alone would have made a tremendous difference. But I have a difficult time truly relaxing in massages. I have to breathe like Im in labor to keep myself from tensing up. The CBD oil helped my body relax in such a way that it neutralized my mind fighting the process. And the hot rocks just made the massage efforts feel deeper and more impactful. I fully intend to invest in the monthly membership, as I realize this is a great self care practice to incorporate into my routine. Very glad I found Elements Massage!

I love elements. It is a relaxing environment and working with Eric has changed my life. It has helped my stress levels, muscle fatigue, and all-around wellness. I suffer from chronic migraine and have been facing challenges with my shoulders, hips, and feet. With a combination of massage, yoga, better shoes, and stretch, Ive been able to manage my pain and move around a lot easier. I hate going a month without a massage!

I got a prenatal massage. It was great. I am in 3rd tri. I was comfortable and communicated problem areas and which areas to avoid. Very professional and clean inside. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend. I love they are open later as well.

Easily the worst massage (I would not even call it a massage) I’ve ever gotten. The masseuse Stu I don’t think knows what a massage is. He was polite, being very nice but unfortunately he has no massage skills. When I complained about this after the massage at the front desk there was no proper answer. My wife also got a massage while I was getting mine, she said hers was okay. Maybe it was this guy but if you get assigned to Stu ask for a different masseuseEdit: The manager called and offered a free massage with a different masseuse which was much better.

Usually when i go here i get okay massages but Eric has by far been the best yet. Completely relaxing and he does the perfect amount of pressure probably the first time releasing tension for once. So if u go ask for Eric seriously !

Excellent service on May 7th. Easy check-in, no wait time, comfortable therapy room. Dana, as always, did a wonderful job working on the areas that needed attention. Likely the various stretching moves, especially.

Overall massage was good. But I would say make sure they give you massage for full 60 mins. My massage therapist gave me massage for exact 45 mins. When I asked her that it just 45 mins she told me whatever paperwork they did before that was included in 60 mins time. I would say for 45 mins massage paying $95 is overpriced.P.S- After writing this review they contacted me and they accepted that enough time was not provided towards my massage. They offered me $30 refund. But they never refunded me. After 1 month When I remind them they said they don’t have my card info to refund my money. And till today after over 2 months I did not got my refund. Pathetic!

I came in to buy a gift card for my friends birthday and Jess, who works the front desk, made it the easiest process. She had great customer service and was super sweet during the whole process. Will be back again to this place.

NOT RECOMMENDED Stay away from those people, worst customer service ever. They wanted to charge me for an entire hour and only provide half an hour session claiming that I was late. The manger had a very bad attitude and nothing was resolved and cancelled my appointment without my permission although I said I am on my way. This was my first time trying to go by them and definitely my last.

I spoke on the phone to a very sweet front desk lady named Jess! She gave a detailed overview of the salon and the services provided. She made it very easy for me to make an appointment and answered all of my questions appropriately!

You are immediately relaxed when you walk into this Elements. Water and chocolates are there while you wait for your masseuse. The masseuses ask for feedback throughout so you get what you want.They also offer a lot of extras (hot stone, fragrances).

Went there the worst experience.I went for 90 minutes.but just say I only did less then a hour .Just say I came in pain.I left with severe pain..This was my first time going.why would you put me with someone new that did not no how massage.I wasted my gas going there and wasted my Money.Never going back
