Henrys Vape & Smoke Shop Tualatin

I have given this shop so many chances it’s not even funny. They continuously sell me the wrong coils. To the point that I got a new tank from them, specifically so it would be easier for them to give me the right coils. The man assured me at least 10 times the coils would work, guess what? They don’t fit the brand new tank. The workers just have zero idea what they’re doing here. I would go somewhere, anywhere else.

Just went in and bought a vape, was discounted gamble I guess as there is no returns or exchanges. Paid $15.00 and opened it doesn’t work and juice was all at the bottom. Definitely an unfair purchase why put them out even then. Went back and said is that really how you guys do business and was told it’s at the risk for the customer purchase. Just baffled. Just don’t buy the discounted items. Not worth the gamble.

This is one of the best vape shop around. The staff has great knowledge of the products and extremely friendly! Good set up of the shop and would suggest this shop to anyone interested in vaping or does currently.

It is a great shop that offers a very wide variety of products at fair prices. They have something for everyone and a good location. Very clean and in order, and the staff is just as sharp. My only gripe is he hours, just wish they opened an hour earlier, but for a small private business it is understandable.

Wanted to share my great experiences with this store. Ive gotten amazing service every time, and today was even better. The young lady who helped me (I did not catch her name but she was working there at noon on 1/5/23) went above and beyond. Asking me questions, offering me options, being incredibly helpful. It made for an overall perfect customer experience and solidified my opinion that this is the best vape shop in the Portland area.

I used to love this shop, and have spent probably close to 800 bucks over the last year and a half. Unfortunately many of the disposable vapes i have purchased have been broken upon unboxing and they refuse to refund even if its discovered upon purchase. Save your cash for a shop that will look after you

Always a great experience at this shop. I first came in a few years back when I wanted to quit smoking but knew nothing of vaping, and they walked me through the whole thing. I still barely know what I’m doing, and I went in today to upgrade my set up. Bobby was super nice, ridiculously helpful, and gave great information and recommendations. That’s been my experience every time I come in, helpful staff that really know what they’re doing and above all, are nice about it. It seems like the owner is really connected to his shop and his employees, so it’s nice to support a local business. If you want a shop where you can walk in and be like “I have no idea what I’m doing, please help” and not only get help but also not feel stupid for all the things you don’t know, this is the place to go.

I wanted to share my appreciation for this store. Employees are great at attending to the costumers in a timely manner which I personally appreciate greatly. I often stop in the shop for vape because it is on my way home durning my commute so I appreciate that I dont have to stand around waiting for help so I can get home

After having a bad first experience at the store in my neighborhood in Oregon City, I was self conscious about going into another store because I am a ”newbie” to vaping. I am so glad that I finally got the courage to go. The girl who was working (I don’t know her name, but she had awesome braids😁) was so helpful & didn’t seem judgmental like the first store. I can’t say thank you enough for all of your help. This is definitely going to be my go to store from now on & is well worth the drive from O.C.

Staff is extremely friendly and awesome (love Sarah she is amazing)! Biggest down fall to this shop is the selection of juices and that they are never stocked! Almost every time I go they have half empty shelves and the selections are so limited. I really wish they also had a wider variety of juices to choose from as well.

I was a loyal customer until I was treated with disrespect and rudeness by a young woman working there... I have very bad eyesight and in the past I was allowed behind the counter to see the vape juices so I could make a decision on what to purchase.. I informed her of that and she said well that wasnt me and when I protested she told me to leave the store, even telling me she would call the cops... I have never been treated worse by anyone in my life... Henry is great and I have always been treated with respect and courtesy at this store before tonight and as a result I will take my business elsewhere from now on... This person has no business working with the public as she has absolutely no people or social skills...

I give the ladys 5 stars, they are always welcoming, have great knowledge of all products and very upbeat with positive attitudes. Ive been in there a couple of times when this Hispanic guy was there and he wasnt welcoming at all and was not happy to be there, it seemed like he was going there to get a paycheck. I almost left without getting anything and thought it would be best to come back when one of the gals was working but I really need some juice. Hes definitely bringing the business down. Some of my coworkers said the same thing about that guy but they ended up going somewhere else.

Great selection, 1 star because I bought an ESCO bar got less then an hours worth went back, nothing they could do for me, even admitted they can be problematic, I suggested to stop carrying a faulty product, my response people still want them. I understand sales are final with this product, maybe make an exception to they person who literally made the trip twice in an hour. 🤷🏾‍♂️ Bad business in my opinion.

This place used to have a wide variety of liquids, but most of the liquids are about $28. Now. I’ve bought 2 vapes that were broken right out of the box. I went right back, and they said”no refunds” this happened twice! One wouldn’t charge and the other didn’t do anything. They told me “send it back to the company and they will give you a refund”. Yeah right. Never heard from the company.

Felt a little hurried to make a purchase from the moment I walked in - and I was the only customer in the store. Clerk wasnt very friendly either. Should have just bought what I wanted online as I discovered I paid 2x the price for coming here.

Ive been here three times and the staff is always so nice and knowledgable. They helped me figure out why my tank was leaking, whereas the first place I went to in Wilsonville was not as friendly and put minimal effort into helping me figure out what was wrong. Will definitely be doing my business here from now on.

Ive been going to Henrys consistently for the last 8 months and I have never been disappointed. Great staff and good prices, always a good amount of stock on hand too. Purchased a Mag Mod from here and absolutely love it. There choice for juice is great! They definitely knew that they were talking about and took there time with me to make sure I would be satisfied! Overall a great place!

Over priced, but Christina is great! Super helpful, knows whats in the store- will fix up your device for you- she has a great attitude! They have A LOT of stock. Just wish it opened earlier...🥰🥰

I had a great visit to Henrys. I wish that I could remember the name of the lovely lady who helped me today. She was fabulous & was able to answer all of my questions & offer great suggestions. I would love to take this store home with me. 💖☺

Went there for my first time last week looking for flum puff bars and the guy there upsold me on lucid air puff bars which are supposedly 5000 puffs. It hasn’t even been a week, 4 days and my puff bar is already dead. There’s no way when flum lasts me an entire week and they only have 3000 puffs. Not work spending 35 bucks to have it due in a couple of days and I barely used it imo

Not sure if this place is just starting up or going out of business. Ive been here only twice now and I will never go back. If you have all the time in the world to waste then this place is perfect for you. Sat there for 20 minutes today for this girl to help the two people in front of me. She never did finish with the second guy. Two people that came in after me also left before me. It took so long that one of the people that left actually came back thinking that she would be helped now. I ended up leaving after 20 minutes because I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work. They have a very very small selection of vape fluid also. Mostly only 3mg and very few flavors. If youre on tweaker time then this place is for you.

I went here to buy a bigger tank. My battery wasnt the correct one, so I asked to get a complete new system. I dont know if they didnt understand what I wanted. They couldnt help me????? Sorry went elsewhere and bought a new vape machine. Now I am happy. Works great. Sorry... Your loss. 🤯

Came looking for Aspire Revvo coils after being told in Beaverton they had been transferred to this store. Didn’t actually have them in stock and proceeded to berate me for even having the vape I was using because “man that tank sucks, I hated it. How do you even like that?” ad nauseam until I finally walked out. Heavy set Latina woman needs to learn customer service basics.

Buyers Beware!!!Just spent $150 for my wife’s new vape machine, it stopped completely working & would not even turn on within less than a week. We were very politely informed, Youre S.O.L. & deal with the manufacturer.Found out this includes, U.S. Customs, paying the shipping to China, & so on.Goodbye to our $$$, will not be returning.

Its the only shop in the area which is nice, so its my main place... they have decent selection but I wish they stocked more larger juice bottles (60mg, 120mg, etc...) most of the juice is all 30mg bottles which I blow thru really fast and they get expensive

Way over priced. Staff seem distracted. Unfriendly. Poor selection. Always low on stock. Not sure why these guys are here. Ill just have to make sure I get my supplies at Tonys from now on they are always helpful

Wonderful staff. Selection seems difficult to maintain at times. But the stuff he has is really great. I feel the prices are good compared to the area stores as well!

There was one guy that worked here that offered great customer service. The last rep was good too...I wont discredit her. Expensive coils with no price break for buying the 5 pack. Ever. Its like $25 for a pack of 5 coils for my eGo. Theres a place off 99W - Highline Vapors - that will sell the 5 pack for $13.Last time I went in, it happened to be busy and there was only one rep working. To give the benefit of the doubt, the other rep just took her lunch at a bad time. Luckily, the 3 people in front of me knew what they wanted and it didnt take terribly wrong. By the time the rep got to me, the OTHER rep walked in. Rep one joked about how many customers they were in a professional manner. Normal banter. Rep 2 was just like Oh...Sorry, then said nothing the rest of the time. Just seemed to be in a bad mood. Bad vibe in general.I also bought some juice from Henrys Vape Tualatin, on sale, that I wish I could return. Its made by NJOY which I wish I would have seen, or the rep would have told me. If youre not familiar with NJOY, theyre a rather large company that made pretty good e-cigs that I used years ago. Anyways, Im not a fan of big companies like that and enjoy (haha) supporting smaller businesses. I also dont trust them for what they put it in and apparently for good reason. Its made with glycerine instead of vegetable glycerine which I also wish the rep would have told me. I never realized it made a difference. Its my own fault, ultimately, for not having the time to not check or do my research in the shop. I just figured if I was a rep here, that would be something my customer should know as I havent ever seen a vape juice made with glycerine instead of VG. Im no expert in vaping but in the past 16 months Ive been buying juice, Ive never come across one like this. Its harsh and tastes like soap.Anyways, their location is good. Just not a fan anymore since Ive had a better experience at Highline on 99W.

Im a regular here. Always great service. Ive gotten batteries chargers for the batteries and lots of liquid and bought 3 vapes. Great prices and they alway have new stocks coming in. Very satisfied with the service this place provides.

Both locations for Henrys Vape shops I have visited have friendly, helpful staff and a comprehensive supply of devices, mods, tanks and vape flavors. Would recommend Henrys Vape shops to anyone who is tired of poorly stocked, fly-by-night vape suppliers. If you live near one of their stores and are looking for a good place to shop for vape supplies, try them before resorting to iffy online suppliers.

Favorite vape shop for sure, but the nicotine packs they add into the juice gave me a sore throat again! All of my friends have also experienced the same problem. & im sure Henrys Vape Shop will do nothing about it.

Spent $34 on an R&M TORNADO 7000 puff ct. I let the cotton soak for 10 min and realized it was burnt and they wouldnt exchange it

This is one of the worst places to go for vaping equiment. Very unimpressed with service and poor selection of juice. Owner threw me put of store without vapeable equipment. I came in for him to fix my rebuild and he kept saying I was bullshitting. Ripped my cotton out of my vape and made me leave. Worst vape experience ever. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!

Clean well lit, knowledgeable staff, not the best selection in the world BUT they were the only shop within 10 miles that carried the vape tank I was looking for.

I trust no other vape shop besides henrys. The people are always so helpful and dont mind going into detail about things. And every build i get on my dripper is better then the last. Improving apon prefection every time.

My favorite vape shop in Portland metro. they have an impressive collection of liquids and devices and the best customer service Ive experienced in half a dozen vape shops in the area. highly recommend.

These guys and girls always have a stocked inventory and take time to educate you without trying to up sell you. I drive an extra 15 minutes to visit them over a place 6 blocks away.

First vape shop I went to Was Henrys in Beaverton, moved to Tualitan and discovered the location here. Only vape shop I go to. Always friendly and helpful service, love the variety of items and great selection of juice.

Went in there with no knowledge at all and walked out with a tesla cig mod and doubke quartz crystal coil to dab it up the owner even checked if it worked before i even left the store im so happy with theyrw shop customer service and prices i been to other place but keep going to henrys

They only have the new stuff in stock. I had a tank that was only on the market for 6 months and when it broke I went to them for getting the glass replacement but they said that they couldnt help because it was too outdated.
