I’ve been hesitant to share a review, but after thinking about it for a week and talking with others, I decided I should share my experience at this location.My boyfriend gifted me a 60 minute massage and 30 minute foot massage for my birthday back in June. I finally got around to using it, and as a mother of two with chronic pain, I was really looking forward to this!When I arrived, my gift certificate was looked at thoroughly. They brought me back to a room and told me to undress to my comfort.When my massage therapist arrived, she didn’t say anything and immediately started pushing on my back with really strong pressure. I usually require deep pressure, but this was intense. I was taken aback. I wasn’t sure if this was my back just in need of serious help or if she was applying pressure that was simply too much. So i continued and tried to relax.She did ask me at one point if I was ok, and I did say I was, so I understand that was my fault and I accept that fully. But she never once asked me where I needed attention and how much pressure I needed.To add, the door was left open my entire massage, she left the room 3-4 times for who knows what, the receptionist came and spoke to her 2-3 times during my massage, and I was left bare chested for at least 20-30 minutes without my knowledge or her covering me up. I was bare chested while the door was open and the receptionist came in a spoke with her.She also failed to give me a 30 minute foot massage. She rubbed and hit my feet for 5-10 minutes and that was it.I left feeling in pain and completely uncomfortable. I’m considering reporting this to the board, as I’m not sure what credentials these people have and I’m left shocked by my experience. If I could get my money back, I would.

Went for a walk during lunch noticed the sign for massages took a chance yesterday after work and was very pleased. Highly recommend this place for a couple of reasons the hours are very reasonable open from 10am-9pm.... I enjoyed the hot oil and the hot rocks. They dont skimp on massage oil I have been to some places where very little oil was used it was very disappointing to pay $100 for an hour and have them skimp on massage oil. Im taking my sister there this coming Friday treating her for birthday present thats how much I 💖 this place.

Went in Saturday before Mothers Day. I did make an appointment though. Maybe only one therapist? Dont know but it was the same one that greeted me... she was finishing up with a foot massage and she wanted me to come a half an hour later but I pushed for the time I wanted so the extra wait Ill take the blame for...but the fast moving rough action of the massage I wont. She didnt focus on anything...even with my direction about where it felt good or the amount of pressure I wanted...if you want a really good massage drive around the corner...

I scheduled a 90 min couples massage for a Friday evening. They took us to separate rooms. The gentleman that performed my wife’s massage did not do a full body massage. Missed a lot of areas and was not a pleasant experience. I had Coco perform my massage. It was not the best, but was not the worst. In my opinion they are not what we would consider trained massage therapist. Some of the massage was good and other parts made me question their training. Not sure we will go again. $120 for each plus tip. $280.

Jasmine Massage is always my go to place. The massage therapist are amazing and really provide the best massage in town. I had a one hour massage today with Mark. He worked out my sciatica and I now have no pain. Thank you for taking care of your customers ❤️

If you feel bad do not hesitate to come to this place where I recommend your body needs good hands and here you find them personally I have felt very good with a good massage.

My wife and I were in Tualatin recently, and we stayed at the Century Hotel (a great little hidden gem of a boutique hotel!).We love massage, and since Jasmine was nearby and had outcall services, we booked two of their massage personnel. We were EXTREMELY pleased with the professional EXCELLENT service, and the massage therapists, who also knew the shiatsu (acupressure) technique I had learned to love while stationed in the Far East. They were TERRIFIC - and also very nice folks!!!I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed this experience, especially after our long drive! We both slept like a log that night, and felt great for several days thereafter. I have a lot of experience with massage, and Jasmine runs a great service!We will be going back next time we are in town, and I can recommend them without reservation to anyone who likes a great, professional, massage! I work full time and workout everyday. I started having tension in my neck and back causing headaches everyday. Ibuprofen and Tylenol eventually stopped helping the pain. After my session, I felt so much better. One time a month has really helped my pain, which inevitably helps my mood.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Jasmine Foot Massage and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I specifically opted for a deep tissue massage, but it turned out to be a horrible and unprofessional session.To begin with, the lack of staff was evident from the moment there was only one person who seemed to be the only one working, she had to answer the phone multiple times during my massage. This resulted in her leaving the room four times, disrupting the flow and continuity of the session. It was quite frustrating to have my massage interrupted repeatedly, and it definitely detracted from the overall experience.I was highly disappointed with the quality of the massage itself. The deep tissue technique requires a certain level of skill and expertise, which unfortunately seemed to be lacking in this case. The pressure applied was inconsistent and often felt uncomfortable, bordering on painful. It was evident that the therapist did not possess the necessary knowledge and technique to perform an effective deep tissue massage.A professional massage should involve a level of attentiveness and care, which regrettably was missing in this instance.Overall, I cannot recommend Jasmine Foot Massage based on my experience. The interruptions caused by the therapist having to answer the phone and the unprofessional nature of the deep tissue massage left me feeling dissatisfied and disappointed. I would suggest seeking out other massage establishments with more attentive and skilled therapists to ensure a more enjoyable and effective experience.

Ellen is the best massage therapist by far! She is smart, intuitive, has a gift to feel and address the problem areas, and extremely strong and caring. If you want a great, professional massage, in a clean and safe environment, this is it! Thank you!

Such a great first time experience here on Valentine’s Day. Decided to book a last minute couples massage for my husband and I and the ladies were able to get us an appointment the same day. We got there early and they were super nice let us wait in our prepared rooms. The masseuse knew exactly where my husbands previous injuries were without even asking. They are very knowledgeable! Overall amazing experience and highly recommend.

Went for a full body deep tissue massage on 04.27.1. The place had a strong chemical odor. Not a welcoming vibe for a massage place.2. I wanted deep tissue and focus on my Shoulders and Calf muscles.3. The massage therapist was OK. Requested a deep tissue and she went in hard on my shoulders. Didnt spend much time on my calf even though I specifically reminded her that she should spend more time there rather than back / hamstrings...4. I dropped the ratings because she stepped away from the room for 3 minutes once to attend to a phone call. I realize that there were only 2 employees in the facility and she had to attend a business call.5. She stepped away for a while longer to get hot stones. This wasnt too long but still not great.Overall, I wouldnt be going back here mainly because of the chemical odor, lack of calf massage focus and stepping away during the massage.

Reasonable price compared to what s out there, very nice people, the foot massage is Amazing ( thank you Coco)! Went for a full body massage yesterday but only my back side was done. Also, if you re looking for medium pressure, ask for light. Want deep... ask for medium. I guess depends on who you get for your massage. But DEFINATELY go for the foot massage, which includes neck, shoulders, arms as well.

Small but nice, I went in very stressed with sore feet. When I had left, my feet didnt hurt and I felt very relaxed! No pressure to come back or to tip, that actually makes me want to go back! Thank you! Such a great stress relief!

I have been going to Jasmine Foot Massage for several months now. After having gone to a number of American massage studios, I decided to try an Asian Massage Studio. Fortunately, I selected Jasmine Foot Massage. They are simply the best. I now enjoy a full body massage twice a month at Jasmine. I have found their massage services far superior to other studios I have visited in the past. Their Asian therapists are well trained and competent...giving me an outstanding massage every time I have gone there. Their fees are lower than that charged by their competitors and their massage therapy technique superior. Try other massage studios...then try a full body massage at Jasmine Foot Massage....you will be pleasantly surprised and looking forward to another visit.

This was the best massage I have ever had. Tina was excellent and professional. She used multiple styles and modalities; she has an excellent deep tissue technique. She respected me and my bare body but was able to work on the gluts, sacrum, and hamstrings, which are usually no-touch areas for other masseuses. Definitely going back. Thanks Tina!

I have had several massages at Jasmine and all with Coco. I always ask for medium pressure. She uses multiple techniques (hands, forearm & elbow) to make sure I leave refreshed and totally relaxed. The price is fair and I wish I could come in every week. I have had massages from many places and I love getting massage here. Highly Recommend!

I specifically asked twice to massage my shoulder, it didnt happen.Massage is the same no matter what your needs are.The massage room is next to the kitchen, so you smell food and hear people eating while they give you massage.

I’ve been here multiple times, without an appointment, and never had a problem getting in. The 60 and 90 minute massages are amazing. They melt away the pain and stress in a relaxing atmosphere.They’re relaxed and laid back and not uptight. The sheets/linens are nice and light, so you don’t feel like you’re smothered in blankets.

Ive been here several times. Each time is just what I needed! The foot massage is not just feet! It also includes calf, and light arm/ hands massage. But oh my do my feet feel amazing when the hour is done. The full body- W O W! Its amazing. They are very good at applying deep and light pressure appropriate to your needs. Super nice ladies. Very courteous and caring of your needs.

Ive been going here for a few years now. These people are one of the best massage places you can find in Portland area. Theyre very friendly they care about doing a good job for you and making you feel better going out the door. Highly recommend going and try them out

Great place for Chinese foot massages. While your feet soak in hot water you lay on a chair and the massage therapist works on your head and arms.For this type of massage you keep your clothes on. You may want to wear Capri workout pants or pants where the bottom can be easily rolled up so it is easy to soak your feet and then after the soaking the massage therapist will use lotion on your feet and legs.One of the things I really like about Jasmine Foot Massage is that the music is low and calming. You can go with a friend as there are two chairs next to one another, the massage therapists are conscious about talking in low tones.

Wow! I wanted to try a foot massage since Ive only really had anything like that when I get my pedicure. Talk about awesome and thorough. I opted for the 1 hour massage and was shown to a quiet room that was very comfortable. Its been about 5 weeks since I had the massage and I havent had any foot pain since then. Im heading back for another body part soon!

Hands up! The best massage you can get in town. I’ve had muscle pain through my back most of my life and these people know how to cure it. This is the only place I’d recommend

First I’m not trying to be rude but genuinely I think they need to improve there professionalism,And this is a constructive criticism.First the person had her phone and it keep buzzing, second the comunicación was really poor, I don’t think I would go back no relaxing sounds and no much boundaries of what parts of the body you need work on. In fact no paper work or nothing it made me feel very uncomfortableThe places was really cold and it seems like they were in a rush

My back and neck hurt so much since I always sitting down and work with computer. I tried to find good massage place near me and finally found the best one. I feel much better after one hour massage session at Jasmine foot massage. I didnt do foot massage but body massage though.I strongly recommend here if you have same problem like me.Thanks Ellen and Linda.

The massage started off well. About 15minutes in the phone started ringing and my massuse left the room to answer the phone, came back for a second then someone came in and she left again. She left my massage 7 times to answer the phone or answer the front desk. I understand that its a busy place but that shouldnt come out of my massage time. I asked for hot stones, which was not relaxing at all. She was rubbing the stones on me so hard the table I was laying on was shaking. Very unrelaxing. I paid for a hour and maybe got 45 or 50 minutes of that time. Then when paying she asked me, how much do you want to tip... I obviously wasnt the type of client she wanted to be servicing and it showed. Not a place Id reccommend.

Being cautious with 4 stars right now, pending my fiancées return from his massage, mine was exactly what I needed! I would give them 5 just for that, but it was even on top of very sweet and accommodating service. We were quite late, and felt terrible to ask them to stay so late for us, but they never hesitated, just asked to space us apart a bit to make up for short staff numbers. They called us back to ensure we were not lost, which was helpful for us. Never had a bad word to say to us and stayed so nice and hospitable to us through a wonderful quiet end. Im still just as comfortable in the lobby waiting, they insisted I relax in a foot massage chair while I waited. They deserve their own building and something better than a neon sign! Recommend to any lady or gentlemen seeking a possibly sleep inducing hour of relaxation!

Ellen is my healer! She gives the best deep tissue massages. I had a lower back pain, she massaged it and pain is gone. Then I had a knee problem and she massaged it, pain is gone! Shes my miracle worker. I will give her 10 stars if I could. I go every time I have muscle pain from my workouts or driving long distance.

For the past few years Ive been to many places trying to find the perfect massage. Trust me when I say, I think Ive found it. The older I get the more my body shows up with aches and pains that need immediate attention. The masseuse here is amazing. A+++

Stopped in to see if there was an opening for a quick 30min foot massage. The owner was able to fit me in so I gave it a try. 30min later all the pain from a long work week was gone. Might just have to try this every friday!If your in the area give this place a try. I will now be a continuing customer.

I had Coco when I went here for the first time and honestly, you cant find a better massage place if you just want to lay quietly and experience the benefits of massage.

Ellen and her staff are wonderful, they take their time and are very thorough. I feel so rejuvenated and grateful I went in. Anyone who wants to improve their health and feel relaxed and happy must try it!
