Passing through town and the lady bar tender and owner were just lovely people and made me feel very welcomed. Can’t wait to return on my next trip to Tucson.Top people and top bar!

Bar tender was so rude and condescending to me and my friend and when I finally addressed him for being so nasty to us and it being my first and my friends second time there it was totally unprofessional. The bar tender was trashed charged me $22 to get $20. Then after saying to him your being condescending and rude for no reason you claim youve been doing this for 25 years then why cant you answer my friend and what brand and flavors of vodka do you have?...he then takes our drinks and asks us to leave gives me only $18 of my $22 he charged me.I dont know why he was so nasty to me and my friend but a group of 10 of my friends from NJ were gonna meet us there but instead we went to BRODIES so much better and way nicer staff I will never return to this porta potty smelling establishment ever again!

This local bar has a long and storied history and remains a popular watering hole for the LGTBQ community. Its decor is eclectic but fun and is a throwback to how bars looked in the 70s and 80s. But the reason that its relevant is operating staff. The bartenders are professional and personable, and they know their craft. The atmosphere is always inviting to people of all stripes. If youre in town, make sure you stop in to this enduring landmark!

How refreshing to be greeted as new to the club. The bartender made us feel right at home.The club it self is in a neighborhood. It has such a friendly feel. My husband and I were taken by it.Planning many more visits. Tucson our new home is a very special place. A great bar and city.

One of my favorite bars to go to. Drink prices are low and the mixed drinks are strong. They have a few video games and darts and a pool table. The outside patio is quite large and everyone is friendly there. I always have a great time when I go.

I was going to give 5 stars.. I bought the bar around of drinks twice! Im new here and a friend recommend this bar when I was in Denver Colorado, I had a great time that night!!!! I came back a couple of days later and was ignored!Ive been around the U.S , CANADA and Mexico. I buy round at the bar too meet people! Everywhere I have been people remember me! But I guess not this place!!!I dont know if I well come back! We will see!P.S.I was planning on buying another round of drinks and pizza! BUT I will give this place a chance!

Traditional gay bar with great service. The crow tends to be more adult than say IBT’s and similar to an Eagle bar. The bartender is super friendly and made it feel welcome.Great patio is you want to stay outside.

Well, let me say that as far as comfortable and predictable, I found my first visit here very well founded. I purposely booked my room at the Flamigo Motel just two blocks away when planning my trip to Tucson. I had a travel partner and we both agreed that if and when we move to Tucson, Venture N would be our home bar. Now, let me explain Predictable as I can.... Being a mature gay man that has been out and about for over 40 years and one who has visited many US cities and gay areas across the US, I found the crowd rather insecure as individuals. There was a strength in community but as individuals, guys seem to want to Fit In and that is not an issue at all. But what does that mean to you. Does image define them or do they define image? Lets just let it be. I am so Me at this bar and I respect all those who are here, and are themselves. Yes, wordy and persuaded by their wonderful cocktails at 1:42 AM, Im happy here. Just welcome and happy.

The best gay bar in Tucson, IMHO! It’s a cozy place that welcomes everyone... just as you are. Typically the bar attracts an older crowd and the vibe will remind you of that 90s old school gay scene. Bears and leather welcome. Great well drinks with limited beer taps and everything is affordable. Leave your pretense at home. Cash is preferred, but they’ll run your card like an ATM. Best nights are Thurs though Sun. Say hi to Dan behind the bar!

Bar tenders were fun and accommodating. Darts and billiards. Atmosphere here is great. Older croud but that fit our bill just fine, no loud kids!

After moving to Tucson over a month ago. I finally had a weekend to discover more of the gay bar scene. This place was a huge let down.Not sure, if it was just bad timing... But when the bar patrons acknowledge me... But the bartender doesnt acknowledge you or asks you what youd like to drink... I was at the counter waiting patiently... But still nothing.Than you know... This isnt the place where everyone is welcomed.Moving forward, I wont recommend this place to anyone at all. I wasnt looking for a teenie bop bar... Im in my late 40s looking for a mature bar with mature adults... This isnt that place.

Hi Google Im sorry to say that my experience at this establishment want the best I hoped to come out for my first time in full drag to a gay establishment and feel comfortable but the female bartender was more obviously more intoxicated than I was since I had just ordered my first drink of the day and proceeded to hit on me and continually hold my hand and not let go I felt very odd by the whole thing and 10 or so minutes later when I asked for a beer she denied me and said I needed to leave. I dont drink but I know for sure the Jack was watered down! When I was here last time dressed as a guy I was asked no questions of an ID by who I believe to be the owner but when I denied a gay woman my homosexual hand I am cut off after 1 drink and asked to leave. Room for a new bar here Im saying! Leave a comment regarding this statement and not pay close attention to come of words and it will go through in my court order to have this establishment shut down. Have a good night and get home safe!

Now you want to talk about a bunch of clicks, Baby Twinks, and down right snotty people, you must be talking about IBTS. Dont even think of going there if you are under 30. Place sucks BIG TIME! Yeah it was great back in the day, when EVERYONE was welcome. Not now.As far as Venture-N, if you want to go to a fun bar, go here! I cant remember a bad time! But then again, Im not a prude, going into a Gay bar and having someone grabbing my crotch, I would buy them a drink, or take them out back and blow them off. Ive seen it get pretty wild out back, so if you cant handle that, you should stay home and watch some porn! Live it up, life is to short!!!

Me and my partner go there often and we enjoy the atmosphere, bartenders are nice, mostly More mature crowd but I enjoy it . The eldest bartender can be a bit crancy but I guess is cuz he is trying his best to look out for the bar.

Sweet lord, theres not nearly enough space to spell out what a dumpster this place is. Sufficed to say, if you like people invading your personal space, ignoring you saying no and generally giving the free clinics in town their usual monthly clientele, this is the place to be. The rest of the community willingly will go anywhere else but Venture-N.

When the health department receives a report and has to get involved and the temporary fix that the freaking bar comes up with is to ask people to bring their own ice...just call it a day and close the doors. Dont forget the open secret that UA has plans to use eminent domain to take the bar when they need to expand the campus. Clocks ticking.

This is a Gay bar but I have to say it has a relaxing vibe to this place the beer is very cold and the people are fun to hang with go and see for yourself I had a good time

Laid back and fun....sometimes just laidback....other times just empty but relaxing....other times theres just booze...either way....hey..its the weekend!...the bar is what YOU bring to it ...

Very cruizy parking lot on s side of stucture patio. Inside though mostly dogs. Unvaccinated dogs . its easy to get off into tbe parking lot.
