Massage Envy

I am beyond thrilled that my membership is finally done. I regret having signed up and when I use my last credit I will never spend money here again, despite some overall good massage experiences.Be aware, if you cancel you do not keep your credits (that your monthly membership fee paid for!!). It’s extremely shady, and I was misinformed about this initially. They will “expire” after you cancel so be careful.The massage therapists leave often so don’t get attached to your therapist because if they are good, they tend to leave quickly.The facials are fine but the creams used had a heavy scent which was somewhat off putting to me.The front desk folks are pretty mean at this location specifically. I’ve had several difficult conversations with them and they are a huge reason I’d never go back. Just argumentative for no reason. Further, they aren’t all trained in policies so can give wrong information then get angry when you confront them about this.The massages may be good, but the monthly membership was anything but.

The massage was wonderful, I came out with stars in my eyes. So much that my head wasnt able to process any serious transaction afterward. Unfortunately the receptionist tried to sell me a monthly subscription at that time, which made me fall back to earth rapidly. I had to stand for my ground and say that this wasnt a good time for me to make this kind of decision. It left me with an unpleasant after taste of being pushed and manipulated. I understand the business process behind it, but it actually made me react in the opposite way and sadly ran away.

Just had an excellent one-hour neck massage at ME Broadway and Wilmot, massage by Mannie, aka Immanuel. I highly recommend Mannie, as well as Gabe, and TracyS at that location as well as Marty at River Road ME for good neck massage, which is difficult to find anywhere usually. Too many massage therapists are afraid of the neck.

I had a really great experience. I saw Lorelei and they did an awesome job! I was having a lot of neck pain and sciatica pain and I feel so much better after my experience with them. I was so relaxed and they really focused on moving through my neck pain. So grateful for Lorelei! Everyone was kind and friendly. Thank you!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Massage Envy. I was put in a room with a curtain wall, which did not provide any sound insulation. Throughout my massage, I could hear people in the adjacent room talking and laughing, making it impossible to relax.I am shocked that the manager on site would allow such noise and book clients in room #7 where the noise level cannot be controlled due to the inadequate separation. This completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. I expected a much higher standard of service and environment from Massage Envy.The only reason I have decided to come back is because of Christopher, my massage therapist , he is beyond amazing and always delivers excellent service.

As a loyal customer of 15 years, I am disappointed by my last experience and ME overall. I booked a 90 min massage recently the afternoon prior. The next day I realized I forgot about a previous engagement and called to cancel. They would still charged me for the appointment. I don’t understand how if you book within 24 hours, you can’t cancel within the 24 hours. Seems one sided.On another note, I’ve traveled to a lot of massage envy’s over the years and have noticed a decline in facilities, product and overall care (soft blankets, water, hot towels, etc). It’s just declined overall and for the money spent each month, I expect more and am looking for just that elsewhere.It’s really sad as I have been a very loyal customer over the years and have really enjoyed the therapists. They are wonderful!Kim K

I tried out a massage for the first time. The masseuse was friendly and professional, but the constant sales pitch in the lobby was the opposite of relaxing. Their pricing doesnt make a lot of sense. And this bothered me: the receptionist/salesperson I spoke to in the lobby came up to me with a clipboard and started asking me personal health questions in front of the other people waiting there. Thats inappropriate and unprofessional. Later, when I was paying, she tried to get me to buy a subscription by weirdly quoting back what I said earlier. Its hard to describe, but it was like talking to AI. Also, like most healthcare providers today, they wanted me to sign a tablet without showing me or letting me read what I was signing. And again, as I have to do with most healthcare providers, I asked to read it or get a printed copy, which they couldnt accommodate without a manager and a long discussion. Im getting off-topic here, but guys, please never sign anything without reading it. Thats ridiculous. Anyway, I wouldnt recommend it or go back. Its just not for me.

I have not lacked massages in my life but, today was 2nd to none. Tracy gave the best experience I have ever had. Her care over fixing my knotted problems was tremendous.My neck is loose and free to move. My hip, sciatica down my left leg is non existent. Thank you Tracy.

My sessions with Daniel are always amazing. He completely understands and listens to my concerns and works the areas that need to be tended too.

Its just below what youd expect for a turn and burn massage location. Dont get wrong, I went here because I need body work, but I need it cheap, so I went into it eyes wide open. I’ll start by saying that everyone is courteous, albeit always rushed. The front desk workers are fine as long as you hit them with the standard questions/issues. You get the feeling those poor ladies probably only get a day or two of POS training then theyre on their own. The therapists are likely new to massage or they just cant get clients, so tailor your expectations to that. If I was staying in the area, I would go back and try other providers just because of the price.

I had an appointment this morning, but I can not show up because I have huge lower back pain, so I can not answer the phone, but I saw my bank account. They charge me when I call him and ask them why they say its policy. You didnt show up. We paid to your trapist, and they say its nothing going to change they are still my money. I never even received service, and I dont know what that means customer service.

Live massage envy! Daniel is the absolute best massage therapist I have ever had. Every time I see him I leave feeling like I have a different body. He is professional, listens to what work you want to focus on and is keenly dialed in the body to ensure your pain or soreness gets as relieved as possible.

I have had many massages in my life time. My mother took aromatherapy classes when I was around 9 years old and used my brothers and I as massage Guinea pigs. In my early 20s, I met a lady who had retired from her role as the physical therapist for the Arizona Cardinals. She had her own practice with services including acupressure and many modalities of massage. I saw her bi-weekly. She was phenomenal. Today I cashed in my Christmas gift cards to Massage Envy. I hadnt seen a masseuse since my little lady past away a decade ago. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my first appointment with Marty on a Sunday. My check in was easy. I covered my needs and medical notes on a tablet with a receptionist. She was sweet, personable. She said her introduction and included wanting to get to know and connect with me. I found it to be funny at first but in our few minutes of talking, we did connect. It was cute. Anyway-the massage. Marty helped me get comfortable immediately. He began a 50 minute full body massage, firm pressure. I asked Marty to pay extra attention to my head, neck and shoulders. Martys techniques included myofascial release. His pressure, slow and deep. He released tension in muscles I didnt even know I had. The tension OR the muscles😅. I awkwardly declared my love to Marty 10 minutes in. To be clear, the way I feel right now, 20 minutes after this visit to Massage Envy on Broadway-I love everyone. Marty, the friendly front desk crew, you, me-everybody in the world. Such a good experience. I was offered the membership program which I should definitely take advantage of since I am booked with Marty again in 3 weeks. The difference in going in as a non-member vs. Subscriber, at least for massage, is $50. There are other pampering self care options, including facials, stretching therapy and a high-end assortment of products to take home and continue your self-love routine. I post this, drunk on the fantastic experience I had today. I am looking forward to my next visit. Super recommend you explore their site and customize your services. Healthy, healing hero=Marty. Marcus (S) is the best; he gets to know his clients and prepares the room with pillows or cushion props needed for your session. He writes down essential things to remember for the next appointment. Hes on it!

Marcus is amazing at what he does. I went in with muscle pain in my shoulder Ive had for like a week and he definitely put in the work to straighten it out. He was kind and very professional, so 10/10 recommend. The girl at the front desk was also super sweet. Excited to go back for my next massage.

Unfortunately like most other locations I visited there are many good therapists but not very good people facing employees at the front desk. Another location I need to write off. I found someone their full therapist there but its not worth the aggravation was scheduling and the attitude. I had an appointment at 10:00 and 12:30 because I have switched to a therapist who became available and I called and told them and you guys apparently deleted the wrong one. So a few minutes after my 10:00 appointment time you guys called me and wondered if I was late or just a no show I called back immediately and couldnt get to talk to anyone for an hour and the next 60 minutes before I got someone and now Im being read the riot active youre not going to charge me this time and be nice but next time you will. I Will not return to this location so you dont have to worry about that you should just worry about maintaining your client base and have some people who care at the counters

Good therapist, but awful customer service. After being a customer there for a year, they send a confirmation that is incorrect and says I have a 30min session scheduled. Then when I respond via text to correct that to a 90 minute session I get no response. I didnt show up for the appointment because I dont want a 30 minute session. Then they want to charge me as if this is my fault. Then I find out that they pay the therapist only half of the entire price! Their only job is to properly schedule things and give customer service, they failed to do a good job at scheduling, failed again at good customer service to a long-time customer... and they want me to pay for that like its my fault. Subscription cancelled!

I had such an amazing massage with Melanie yesterday that I immediately booked another session with her when I got home! The front desk staff is very nice and professional too. Can’t wait for my next session!

I’ve been to many locations and booked with several therapists. My appointment had to be rescheduled as my therapist wasn’t able to make it. I ended up rebooking with Marcus and I am so glad! Marcus was the best therapist I have ever had. His technique and communication was next level. Massage Envy is lucky to have him!

Ive had multiple massages there all very subpar and sometimes uncomfortable. I have tried extensively to cancel my membership only to get denied. Ive been told you cant transfer your membership to another location you have to cancel your membership in person you cant cancel it only suspended the account and finally Ill cancel it for you and send a confirmation only to never get confirmation. Beware management at this location is really hard to deal with. The other locations Ive never had issues at all and are 5 stars. Manager at this location, she seems to take pleasure in screwing costumers.

Gary Merrill is an excellent therapist. Full of knowledge and passion. Always looking forward to my next visit.

If you’re in need of a massage, whether 60 or 90 minutes, I strongly encourage you book with Gary. He is very thorough and will address any needs possible. His use of pressure is consistent without and more than comfortable adjusting where necessary. Overall, Gary had me leaving better than I would have thought. Definitely looking forward to my next massage with him!

Visiting family in Tucson and decided to get a massage and facial. My massage therapist was Emmanuel and oh my lord, he did a wonderful job, he listened to what I wanted and massaged each area requested thoroughly which Im sad to say Ive never had another therapist do that. I will definitely request him the next time I go. My facial was done by Kyrie and it was a lovely experience and she explained everything and provided suggestions. I will also request her again as well. Definitely recommend this location!!!

Nicholas is very professional and is great at holding a conversation and listening, or letting you enjoy a silent session when you dont feel like talking. Knows his stuff, I didnt realize there was such a technical side to massage therapy. I never expected that I would even hold a membership for more than a trial period to see how it was, but now I think this would be a difficult-to-cut expense. Always leave feeling my absolute best, and all stress relieved no matter whats going on in my life. Would recommend!

Ash is a phenomenal massage therapist. Since I started my care with her, I have better mobility overall and many of my ongoing physical concerns have either decreased or disappeared entirely. Shes always so friendly, incredibly perceptive, and a great listener. I always feel like shes actively working with me to make sure I get the best treatment possible.

I had a massage with Allan yesterday. This was absolutely, hands down, the best massage I’ve had since moving down here in December of last year. I always get deep tissue massages and Allan knows how to go deep without causing pain. I felt completely relaxed at the end of the appointment and felt like some very good therapeutic work had been done. I have already scheduled back to see him again. If deep tissue is what you like or need, Allan is the man for you!

It was my first time at ME and the experience was pleasant. I went to the Wilmot location and it is a clean, calm, quiet environment and the massage was exactly what I needed. I left feeling so much better and could stretch and bend without the stiffness and pain associated prior to massage. Thankful for Tracie-RT

Ive been getting massages from Andrea since November 2021. She is so friendly, professional, personable, and always seemed to know just the right amount of pressure to use. I was scheduled for a massage with her earlier this week, but we had to reschedule. Unfortunately, she wasnt available the next time I was, so I scheduled with Liam. Liam was friendly, professional, and used great pressure throughout the massage. I wasnt feeling very talkative for that session, he seemed to pick up on that, and didnt try to make small talk. Looking back, Im a little sad I didnt try to talk to him, but Im really excited that now I have 2 therapists I know are good fits for what Im looking for.

After my appointment at another location was canceled, I was able to get in wth Ash last minute. She was amazing! She recognized my issues and really focused on them. I prefer this to the massage therapists who insist on a full body every time. She even kept me a few extra minutes to give a little extra.

Andrea is extremely professional. Very good at techniques and also paid attention to requests and painful areas. Lovely demeanor. Would live to book with her again. Made me very comfortable. Every staff member Ive had an appointment with has been great! So glad I started doing this for myself.

This is a good place for decent massages. It feels rather corporate, rather than peaceful, and you dont get any deep discounts with membership - the prices are higher than many local individuals. But overall, decent.

I received a massage from Allison yesterday and when I left, I had never felt more relaxed. She was amazing and so thorough. She made it a point to check in with me at the right times to make sure I was comfortable and happy. I can’t wait for next months session. Thank you again, Allison!

Allan is the best massage therapist I have ever received a massage from. He is personable and asks questions about my needs to receive the best massage for me. I restarted my monthly membership, after 2 years due to covid, because of Allan. Thank you for my wonderful massage on Sept 11.

I wanted to give my husband a membership as a gift. I purchased on the phone and scheduled his for the next day. No one ever mentioned that the membership didnt start until the following month. First they tried to charge him the full $120 cost, even though I paid already for the membership. After they finally honored the $75 price they tried to up-sell him 3 different times. They were rude to him regarding the whole situation. This company is dishonest. Rubs is a better franchise with transparency and good customer service.

My experience here was great! The front staff were very friendly and helpful. Melanie was excellent! One of the best massages I’ve had! She managed to zero in on my problem areas and work out the tension. I definitely will be back.

Rachel really listens and works with you to ensure your areas of concern are being addressed. She is very skilled and has a massage style that is both therapeutic and relaxing. Will definitely book with her again.

I have reviewed 5 yrs ago. I cannot complain about the therapist but the front staff was horrible. Usually its the same few faces whom are professional and courteous to customers. Last night I could not enjoy my massage as there was the longest conversation amongst staff outside the door.My masseuse is amazing and tried to accommodate. At first I thought oh its just a conversation between a therapist and a client 40 minutes later it was obvious they were there to stay. I could not fully relax as I was furious staff could be so inconsiderate. Extremly dissatisfied to say the least. I was going call the manager furst thing for my credit back but decided to write this review instead.

Had a great session with Melanie! I wish it was more affordable on my budget to go more often.

Andrea (Andee) is a unique therapist! She literally hit every single muscle! Total game changer!!! I never felt rushed or uncomfortable! Definitely going back to her regularly!I love that the front desk staff was attentive to everyone coming in and thorough. I felt valued and appreciated!

The parlor was very clean and uncluttered.The entire vibe was relaxing from the moment I walked in the door. All the employees were very helpful and punctual which is huge for me at massage parlors. I can’t remember the massage therapist I had (African American girl, super sweet) but she was amazing and incorporated things into the massage I haven’t had at massage envy; hot towel on my back with compression, hip mobility stretches, and back stretches.I was very tempted to sign up; if I lived closer I would have just for the massage therapist I had.Recommend!

Christopher is incredible! He provides a great stretch and hes spot on with the right pressure during his massages. Adjusts amount of pressure perfectly. I highly recommendhim!!I also saw Jett. She does a fabulous relaxing massage! If you have aches & pains in specific areas she does a fantastic job with her pressure point work as well! I also highly recommend her!!

First time getting a massage for me and my babe. Highly recommend!! Andie was my therapist and for babe we didn’t catch his name. Andie was awesome! The women who run the front were very knowledgeable. Especially Elizabeth! She put me on with some skin care products and I can’t wait to try them out!! Paige knew exactly what she was talking about when signing babe and I up for the membership. Can’t wait to go back!!!

I was recently gifted a massage by my supervisor and took advantage of her generosity at the Wilmot location. My massage therapist was Ash and I HIGHLY recommend her services. I would go back to this location just to have massages with her. Her communication and techniques were excellent, her pressure was perfect, and she zeroed right in on my trouble spots. I trusted her experience and gave her permission to work on areas that needed attention even if there weren’t spot I had indicated on my intake information. I have had tightness in my hip and left quadricep areas for 8-9 months and Ash got that area to release in minutes. Excellent therapist and I’d highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the excellent quality and professionalism of the therapists. My favorite massage therapist, Rachel, has always provided the best service as she is professional and personable. She always gives helpful tips/suggestions when I need them, of ways I can take care of myself.

The front desk associates are always so personable and helpful. I appreciate when you are getting the last massage of the day that they offer the checkout process before you head in for your massage. Helps me and helps them. Gary is a remarkable masseuse. I go to him every time because he does such a great job and he is fun to talk to while getting a massage.

Love Ash. She is personable and professional. My go to massage therapist every time. I have a very physical and stressful job and this has definitely kept me able to do my work with less pain. Very grateful.

I am extremely happy with my experiences at Massage Envy. Front office staff is always very professional and friendly. Facility appears to be very clean and I appreciate the extra sanitizing efforts. Gary does an excellent job with my massage. He is friendly while not trying to interject conversation during the session. He listens to my comments/needs at the beginning and performs accordingly.

My massage therapist, Gary, is beyond phenomenal. He provided everything you could want and more. In just an hour session, he completely relaxed my body and seemed to know exactly what I needed where. Absolutely can’t recommend him enough and I love massage envy. I’ve been going for about a year now and I don’t plan to ever leave!

Andrea (Andie) is both professional and personable. Andie has been a great help in my recovery from Rotator Cuff surgery. My strength and range of motion are both improving quickly. Also she gave me the most relaxing Deep Tissue massage I could have thought possible - no pain at all. Highly recommend!!

Allison did my massages and she is so awesome! She truly personalizes the massages to what you are currently needing. She takes into account current injuries and increase in pain recently and really focused in on those areas. I will definitely keep coming back to Allison while I’m in Tucson and recommending her to all my friends!

I dont want to say who gave you my massage because I dont want other people requesting him in his schedule being booked. that was the best massage Ive ever had in my life it was very much needed and I will definitely be back till I have signed up for membership since receiving my massage. Allison (and the actual massage) was great! (The administrative process was a pain: lots of phone calls, emails, texts about covid, scheduling, rescheduling, and reminders. Procedures definitely seemed more corporate friendly than patient focused.)

Tracie at Massage Envy on Wilmot has done an excellent job easing the back and shoulder pain I used to have. She is thoughtful, she remembers details, and has a great attitude. She made me feel comfortable right away, and has been excellent ever since!

Linda is truly the most amazing massage therapist! She is always 100% focused on helping my body get what it needs to function at it’s finest! I’m always sad to see our session come to an end!

I had an appointment booked a month in advance. I confirmed the appointment with the location at least 24 hours in advance. The morning of the appointment I received a second confirmation of the appointment from massage envy. 3 hours prior to my appointment I received a call saying the masseuse canceled the appointment and the location was booked for the rest of the day. this is the second or third time a massage envy masseuse has canceled an appointment on me last minute (all have been at different locations). I will be looking to do business with a more reliable company from now on.

Keeps my body healthy. I enjoy My stretch appointments. I enjoy my relaxing facials. And my therapeutic massage. I work out at the gym and lift weights so I need regular physical therapy Thank you for keeping me going strong Happy and healthy

Ive always loved the Wilmot location. I pick my therapists based on my intuition and I was on point with yesterdays choice of Nicholas. He is amazing. Felt like he was born to become a massage therapist. I fell asleep several times. Normally, I have a little discomfort when the pressure is going deep. I had none. It was magical.

Check in is quick and professional. Staff always friendly, personable and professional. Marcus as a massage therapist is second to none! He listens to new concerns and adapts the massage as needed. I always leave feeling calm, relaxed and pain free!

Ive had really great massages here, most recently with Andie at Broadway/Wilmot, whom Id highly recommend! Very relaxing massage with someone who knows how to work with people experiencing chronic pain.

I’ve been going to see Marcus for 2 years and he’s amazing! Very attentive and remembers the things I tell him. He always asks about my family and how my life is and remembers what trouble areas we worked on last time. Would definitely recommend him and massage envy.

I purchased a membership a year ago, hoping to treat myself more often. I was horrible making the time to schedule appointments until I found Esmeralda and Destiny at the Wilmot location. Esmeralda gives the most relaxing massages and applies the right amount of pressure on my problem areas. Destiny has made me fall in love with facials. I recently scheduled a chemical peel with her and was extremely satisfied. I look forward to my massage and facial sessions every month, because of them, and cant imagine going without.

I’m putting 3 stars for a specific reason. My massage therapist, Melanie, was AMAZING! Her technique and strength were so great and I felt so relaxed afterwards. My only downside to Massage Envy is that I scheduled myself and my partner for a massage at 6pm. We arrived at 5:45 to fill out paperwork like we were asked. My partner went back at 6:02 and I didn’t go back until 6:07. My massage therapist chatted for a few minutes to get details of my massage, it took almost 10 minutes. So my massage didn’t start until 6:15 or so, which is normally totally fine EXCEPT my massage still ended at 7pm on the dot! So I only got a 45 minute massage for the price of a 60 minute one. I was bummed because I saved for a while to get this massage for me and my partner for Valentine’s Day. I would have walked away much more satisfied if the massage was a full 60 or at least 55 minutes. I feel I did everything right in this situation (making an appt, showing up early) and was unfortunately let down by the company. (I understand it was a busy day - V-day!) My only suggestion for when this happens in the future - just notice who gets taken back later than their appt time and offer a little discount for the inconvenience! In the end, the massage was quality brought down a few stars by the customer service.

If money were plentiful and of no concern, I would gladly offer myself as sacrifice upon the massage alter daily. I am very certain that my body would feel reborn with enough hours of worship. A mere half hour of bliss was very helpful but now Im left with massage envy.

Very nice location. Product display is well organized and stocked. Front desk personnel welcoming and friendly. Calm room or whatever its called is great, very quiet and relaxing. Massage was great, and then after the therapist gave me recommendations which were very practical. After the massage, the front desk really sold me on the membership deal. I look forward to coming back.

Andrea (Andie) is literally THE BEST masseuse Ive ever had for deep tissue! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! She released a lot of tension that I never thought possible! Lady working front desk on 3/30/22 at 8:30 pm needs customer service training. Very rude and unprofessional. Unacceptable coming from an establishment of this caliber especially when the customer is not in the wrong. She told me bro, what do you want. I want you to do whats right! And then when I asked her to call the manager, she said to her, what can I do so I can let him go. Wow! She is definitely not an asset to your company. Please provide her more training.

My wife and I have been to this location three times, and it’s been three times too many. We have to drive from Sierra Vista because they don’t have a location out there and this is where most of our problems with this place begin. The management does not appear to be an issue, but their staff is completely unprofessional with regards to scheduling.It’s an hour and fifteen minutes drive from Sierra Vista to Tucson, and this is the nearest location available. On the first occasion, we didn’t really have any issue with scheduling, but my wife’s therapist didn’t focus on the areas that she specifically requested and essentially did whatever she felt like doing for the 90 minute session. To drive that far and not receive the service you’re asking for is unsatisfactory, but not the big issue. The big issue occurred on our second trip out, and apparently hasn’t been resolved. The issues began early in the week with multiple calls attempting to first confirm, then modify the time. Our appointment time had to be changed due to a scheduling conflict with an appointment they had booked over a month before we ever came to the location. Then, later in the week they called a third time to change therapists on my wife’s session. We were very amenable to the multiple changes that they needed to make and went about our business. Then, literally 20 minutes out from the appointment, the lady from the front desk calls and says that the person that’s supposed to be working on my wife has called in sick and they don’t have anyone else available. Mind you, we’re an hour into our drive to Tucson at this point, so there’s not really an option to just turn around and reschedule. While the management was professional and offered us a comp for my wife’s next session, the therapist staff here appears to be lazy and incapable. Additionally, the staff is disrespectful and unprofessional. When I went in for my session while my wife had to wait in the lobby, my therapist made disrespectful remarks toward me in the lobby (not knowing that my wife was sitting right in front of him). We were nothing but respectful the entire time and we were met with disrespect and apathy to the situation in return. As if the second experience alone wasn’t enough, the nail in the coffin for this place is that on our third and final visit here to attempt utilizing my wife’s comp session, we receive another call less than an hour prior to the appointment (already on the road again) saying that my therapist can’t come into work because his kid is sick.I’m not heartless, but it’s entirely unprofessional to provide less than an hour notice to your employer that you may not be coming in to work. You can’t hold your customers to a 24-hour cancellation standard that you are unwilling to hold your employees to. Again, the therapist staff here is the issue. It appears that management is working with what they have, but the staff is destroying the reliability of this location. From scheduling and appointment attendance issues to disrespectful therapists, they’ve got issues. I’ve been to 5 different Massage Envy locations through my travels and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

I love getting my massages here. Gary is absolutely wonderful. Professional, communicative, and friendly. Every time I get a massage I feel realigned and relaxed for days after. Definitely recommend the location and Gary for your massage needs.

6 stars should be an option cause Shannon always does an exceptional job, she addresses my tension, makes sure I’m comfortable and gives me advice on how I can better my posture! Will be back again and would recommend

I get facials from Cynthia and massage from Gary. They are both excellent. I was just in to get massage from Gary last night and he, as always, addresses my issues perfectly. Gary is knowledgeable, wise and always careful not to cause any pain.

Cynthia was really nice. She said my skin looked amazing the only thing that she said was I have so extra pigment in some places so vitamin c will help with that then she gave 2 small things to take home and try

If they can only guarantee 50min of a massage then that’s what they should advertise not 60min massage. Paid for a 60min massage and facial and both were only 40-45 min. Also no communication after the massage. She just left the room.. besides the facial being cut short it was refreshing and relaxing.

I struggle with relaxation and Tracie Lashay really gets me settled and relaxed. My neck and shoulders are always super tight and when I leave I feel amazing. I always have great visits and Tracie really knows what she is doing. Great location, clean. Friendly people and Covid has no place here because they are on top of it. Wear a mask, get your temp checked and everything is cleaned consistently. No more thinking about it call and make an appointment, you will not regret it, well, as long as you do not over think it later and cancel the appointment that is. We all get worked up and stressed and with Covid, even more. Take time for yourself!

Just when I was @ my wits ends, twisted, knotted up & aching all over, I no sooner called & had an appointment scheduled for the next morning for my massage. I loved this place. My fiancé surprised me with a microdermabrasion facial and it was amazing. My skin felt so clean afterwards. But that wasn’t even the best part! The service was phenomenal. All the ladies there were very friendly and I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me and cared about my skin. They gave me great tips and weren’t pushy on sales. I had previously gone to the orange grove and thornydale location and they were snooty and judge mental compared to the Broadway and Wilmington location. Definitely go there and pamper yourself!

Tracie was great. I have been there several times and she was always gentle. The problem I have is I have never had my full amount of time. I change quickly and dress quickly for finishing but still never get my full time.

Really enjoyed my 90min with Manny at the Wilmot location . Very professional, very kind and really helped my problem areas immensely. I will def be making him my goto therapist.

Melanie was great the whole way through! I felt more relaxed than I had in a really long time after seeing her. I came in achy and sore but left feeling like a million bucks.

I had gotten a membership and after attempts with a few different massage therapists, I had almost given up hope. Then I got a massage from Bonnie and she found all my sore spots and even helped me straighten out my arm, something I had not been able to do in years. But she doesnt seem to be with the company any more and I tried some other therapists and it didnt work out so I ended my membership. It can be tricky to find the right massage therapist! But give them a try.

Really love my massages there especially with Rachel M. The communication with her is excellent and she really listens to what you need that day as well as paying attention to what your body needs as she works her magic.

This place is very clean and I always get a great massage. The ambiance is great and everyone is super friendly. The downsides are they are pushy about upgrades and make it hard to leave your membership. It’s a little pricey for me so I had to cancel my membership. But the therapists there are very very good.

Had my first 60 min massage here with Gary! It was fantastic. I had to drive under the influence of massage sleepiness 😘 I came in with knots in my neck and shoulder, also lowerback/buttocks pain, walked out feeling way better! Asking my husband to gift me another massage datr!

Good massage with reasonable introduction price. Im not a fan of the pricing on follow up visits for non-members (about 2x). A little pushy on scheduling follow up visits but cancellations are easy/over the phone.

Allison is a pro. She pays attention to which muscles are tight and works on that. She doesnt fall into the trap of always doing the same massage. She will always be the therapist I request.

Went in for massage and facial, wont say it was bad but I expected to feel more relaxed after the massage, that as other reviews indicate was for much less than a hour, when I moved on to the facial it did irritate me a little that from the moment I walked into the room I was already being up sold on services, the facial was also not what I expected, overall its OK but not worth the 200.00 I was charged plus tip.

Andie listened to my needs and concerns, addressed them and I immediately felt in capable hands. I left feeling wonderful and wouldnt hesitate to use her again.

THIS WAS AT HARRISON LOCATION: Do NOT get drawn into a membership! Managers refused to help when I wound up with extra credits at the end of my membership. I had surgery and was unable to attend may last several sessions. They got my money, and I got 0. Very sad.

Girl who I placed the call too...seemed too busy to tt me and I clearly did not have her attention. She was either on her phone,talking to someone else...or...just has zero attention span. No help. No upsell...no nothing. I was buying a gift for my girlfriend and person put out No effort at all. Sad

Im not one to really complain unless it was terrible customer service but that wasnt really the case. The staff was very friendly and professional. The massage on the other hand was not that great. I scheduled a couple massage for Valentinrs day and when i schedule it i explained that i want a relaxing massage i dont like hard pressure and my husband likes a deep tissue massage. I felt like my therapist was to consumed on pressure points then actually rubbing.. i have had plently pf massages and never this painful. My husband who likes deep tissue massages even felt the pain so i wasnt being a whimp.. he said hos therapist shoved her finger in armpit and was doing the same pressure point thing too.. we both just went with the massage because im not going to be that person. But ughh i wish i was because following day i am so sore to the touch and so is my husband he can barely bend down. I have never felt like this after a massage and i have had many.. when i told my sister inlaw about the massage she said same thing about pressure point and the pain so has to be something they train them to do?? i am unfortunately going to say i will never go back here again.. if you are into the pressure points more than the massage then this is place for you. But ill pass on massage envy no thank you!!
