Masseuse Amy does a great job. When tipping in cash, give directly to person who gave you the massage. While I waited, I witnessed the older man who collected payment from a couple keep part of the tip. He had 1 bill in hand and put it in back pocket, took another bill from front pocket and gave to Masseuse. Amy works very hard for her tips.
This was my first time being here. I had read the reviews and I was a little nervous because some were not so stellar. For me personally, I like a firm, deep massage. I seem to carry stress in my neck and my shoulder. That being said, I had no problem with my massage. I usually go to these reflexology places because I find that most of the time, I dont even have to tell them what aches, they rub me, figure it out, and dispel my knots. This was one of these places for me. I got a combo massage and it was good. I fell in and out of sleep when she was rubbing my feet. She did a good job on my back too, I felt knots go away and I can say if Im on this side of town again, I would probably come back. I found the price very affordable, $50/hr.The only thing that could of made it better was if she used oil, the lotion didnt lubricate well and a couple of times I felt my skin pulling. Second, I wish they used the hot stones..... not a deal breaker, I probably should have requested them but my other places I go, they usually do it, so I thought that was the standard. I know better next time. 😊 thank you.
Peter is the best! And people you must know, that to tip is part of the procedure! This place is hard to beat. And who cares about the language barrier? Who needs language when your getting a massage? Go somewhere else if you need physical therapy for crying out loud. This is 35$ for an hour well spent! Not 135$ which is what you will pay elsewhere! No frills ,easy and straight forward. I am a massage therapist and I charge way more than this! These guys do a great job! Thanks Heavenly Feet, see you soon!
Since my girl ‘Yee’ left to be reunited with her child, I have begun to work with Heavenly Feet masseuse Peter at the Swan location. I was introduced to Heavenly Feet about two years ago but have been going regularly (roughly every ten days) for about nine months. Peter’s massage goes beyond “pampering” or even self-care. It is therapeutic, deep-tissue, full-body massage. At times he works small; other times “big” and deep. I feel like he knows that I’ve carried nearly 50 years of trauma and stress in my shoulders, neck and lower back. Incidentally, because I am nearly 30 days alcohol-free with no desire to add that toxin back into my life in any way, shape or form (I highly recommend “This Naked Mind” approach if you are looking into giving yourself a break from alcohol) after a lifetime of using it to self-medicate through life’s struggles - I also believe that this ongoing physical therapy is releasing toxins that my body has absorbed over my lifetime. TMI, I realize but I just cannot recommend this place more highly if you want to get healthy and renew your lease on life. When I started, I felt guilty and wasn’t sure how I would pay for this “splurge”. I have since come to see these treatments as essential - at least for the time being - for improving my overall well-being.Only complaint is that changing appointment times has proven challenging because of our incompatibility of language proficiencies.
Decent massage but not great. They tried to pad the bill over what I called on to ask prior to booking massages. If they do salt scrub and not tell you charge then they cant charge for it! They will force you tip over whatever you offer.
I guarantee I do not generally write reviews. I had a cancellation and so I stopped in for a quick massage. This 60 minute massage is unparalleled! The guy here addressed all my major issues. I had a massage a week ago that cost me twice as much and did half as much. Highly recommend this place!
Have been going here for years, today was last time. Massage was sub par and after tipping 15% on pricing that nearly doubled over the year, the lady demanded more tip. Super unprofessional and uncomfortable. Lost my business.
The massage was great, but the pricing is very strange, which is why Im taking one star off. They only charge $10 more for the second half hour, but if you do 90 minutes, they charge you $25 more! This makes no sense!
After discussing a 60 minute versus 90 minute I chose a 90 minute massage. Set in a reclining chair, soaking my feet in warm water. He started with his cigarette smelled forearms with lotion, on my for head to my temples. He was literally rubbing lotion on my arms, feet, and shins. I asked him to massage my calves in which he did for a couple minutes. After taking a break outside for 2/3 minutes he came back , Did a few moves that actually felt good and I appreciated. At the end I paid the $70. He asked me for his tip, I said I don’t feel a tip was necessary. I turned around and walked out! He literally came out as, I was backing out… stopped me, insisting I give him a tip.No I Did Not!
This is one of the higher quality, reasonably priced reflexology business that i have ever been to. Ive been to many reflexology places throughout the country, and am glad to say that the business owners at Heavenly Feet truly care about the service they provide and your satisfaction with the experience. The 1hr service is very fairly priced and youll feel fantastic when you walk out of there. The people there are very efficient and caring with their service - dont be hesitant to speak up if you need a change in pressure. This place is also more convenient over other places in the sense that the only pieces of clothing you need to remove are you shoes, socks, and jacket. They handle the rest. Give it a try, you wont be let down.
The 30min foot massage is the way to go. They rub your neck and forehead while your feet soak and its awesome. I did the 60 minute once and it included a body massage, which I wasnt expecting, and it was a little uncomfortable as I had no idea what was going on and could not communicate with the person who was massaging me. The only thing thats keeping me from the 5 star review is the fact that there is no way to communicate as I do not speak their language and they do not speak mine.
Went here for the 35 dollar massage. Lady was very rude and then stated that we HAD to tip 20% when there were absolutely NO SIGNS posted. So the massage really is about 50 dollars. Be aware.
Great place for reflexology massage! Place should have two employees at all times.(to avoid interrupted sessions)Aestheticly, could use some improvements (Personal preference)
They were very rude. They moved my purse far away from me after covering my eyes. They also kept leaving during my massage. In addition to their bad service they demanded a bigger tip. Do NOT go here.
Oh Em Gee! I have heard of this place through a few friends that go and thought it was too good to be true but I checked it out and it was great. The lady that helped me her name was E. Not too sure how its spelled but she was great.I felt like the place was very clean. I cant wait to go back for another massage!
Massages are good and the price for one hour ($35) is extremely reasonable. Appointments are recommended and sometimes there are not enough people working if you just walk in.
I scheduled an appointment for me and my daughter who is 6 yr old. They finished her and I paid. They asked me about a tip and I said I would give one after my turn. They then proceeded to pretend like they had no idea I was there for a massage as well. She said oh no we are closed. So I said okay and left a little upset. The woman who worked on my 6 yr old daughter chased me all the way to the Wal-Mart screaming about a tip. I couldnt understand anything she said but tip over and over. I finally decided to walk away she jumped in front of me and would not let me pass. I had to call the police to get away! It was so absurd.
Hard to tell the therapist what you need and pressure when the only english they know is TIP where TIP? And its not that I wasnt going to yip but that I was waiting for my ride and I would tip before I left but apparently they didnt understand and continued to pressure me and continued to ask for TIP until I had to raise my voice. I wouldnt go back the massage was not good. But I did tip 20% despite the harassment and poor massage.
Best feet massage ever. Excellence in service. Great location and very nice. They have couples massage rooms.
What a gem of a studio! This is the best place for reflexology in Tucson! The massage therapists are expert and professional. I recommend Sun. He does an amazing job!
The massage is great. For an hour massage they first start on your feet then the rest of your body...great for $35 an hour
Omg, the best place for a Chinese foot massage. For $35 you get an hour massage that includes neck, shoulders & back.
Great massage. Perfect.
Worst place ever!!! My massage therapist tried to adjust my spine and Ive had daily headaches ever since! Do NOT go here!
Really great massage. They adjust for spine while doing massage. Its great.
Great massage but they expect a tip... 20-25% tip
SO APPRECIATE THESE FOLKS AND THEIR KNOWLEDGE. Very affordable, thorough and relaxing care.
Demanding a tip through physical threats is a new one! Very bad place. Still cant believe they did this to a family member
This is the best place to find an amazing deep tissue massage!
Very good and reasonably priced massages.
Love to pop in when my feet are killig me for a foot and back rub. Always a quick rejevunation
This place is horrible please do not go here. Avoid at all cost. Horrible people.
AMAZING! I got the combo massage left feeling like I was floating
Called for an appointment, upon arrival my appointment was pushed to another day.
