I had my first visit to this seemingly out of the way spa and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and courteous, and my masseuse, Lanni, did a great job. If I had any complaint, it would be the serenity seemed disrupted by the lobby traffic. Perhaps more sound proofing or just a slight increase in volume of the background meditational music...but like I said, it’s such a minor issue it would not prevent me from coming back. Thanks😊

Business refused to honor gift certificate for $70 bought at their store. The male answering the phone refused to provide his base and said they are closed permanently then said they are closed until the landlord allows them to reopen. A professional business doesnt treat their customers this way.

Never go to this place! I had spent over $400 in various massages to get my 10 punches on my frequent visitor card, and then the day I come to cash it in they change the system and refused to honor it. When I attempted to contact management about this, the lady working there (who spoke all of four words in English) yelled at me like it was my fault.It is criminal and disrespectful what they do.Do not fall for it!

Will change review stars if we get our money back. Let us reserved an appointment and pay and said they were open. Then we came and the doors are literally chained and locked up and business phone number goes to some personal voicemail.
