Alright, this is my first time coming to this spot.. I normally dont get a massage often... so I never really know what to tell anyone when they ask me what I want in the outcome.. all I can say is that my Masseuse was pretty professional. She did her best to ask the right questions and ask me. What I was there for and her name was Monique.She was pretty friendly and did her best to accommodate what she felt would help relax me the best she could.Now the reason for the 4 star had nothing to do with anyone being rude.. but.. I wish the signs were more clear on where the parking was.. I passed the location and got scared. I missed it and drove into another business, and I guessed my way to the allyway and hoped there was a back parking, and yes, there indeed was.. also, I did get a great rub down, but.. wished the background noises could be more flushed out.. I heard the neighbors kids playing and screaming and also the wood choice in the floors where pretty squeaky whenever someone walked on them..So I couldnt fully relax and just enjoy the moment and really allow myself to just let everything around me go away fully.. if that makes sense... so again, Monique was great! There is nothing wrong with her at all.. I just wanted to really get out of my head and couldnt really do so.. but the place had its own unique charm.. oh! Also wished they had showers on the premises.. that would have been amazing. My skin doesnt do too well with oils or certain scents for too long.. curse my sensitive skin... 🥺 but if you havent tried this place out, I would definitely recommend! prices were fair 😊 and my body enjoyed the much needed massage!. Meghan was very welcoming and kind. Im 7 months pregnant and had a prenatal massage with her. I was comfortable the entire time (aside from the amazing massage) she had pillows setup for side lying in each direction. The room was so inviting and relaxing. When I walked it I felt so weighed down and after my massage I felt so much lighter. I will definitely be coming back and recommending friends!

Tucson Massage Company is incredible! They now have two locations and each one is so relaxing and calming. Ari has been my go to massage therapist for some years now. I recently visited and she used tuning forks and the entire experience was so healing. I highly recommend Tucson Massage Company. Try it once. You won’t be disappointed.

My husband & I had a couples massage yesterday for our wedding anniversary! It was absolutely amazing. I had Meghan as my massage therapist & my husband had Sarah and they both were AMAZING. 10/10!!!

I scheduled my appointment weeks in advance with a gift certificate that was meant to relieve stress from my college life and as i was leaving my house to go to my appointment 30 minutes early, i fell and broke my ankle. I had to have medical teams come and pick me up to transport me to the hospital where I had same day emergency surgery to reconnect my bones and stabilize my injury. Something out of my control and a true freak accident caused me to lose out on 50% of a gift certificate that i was gifted even though i was on my way to the appointment when it happened. Despite providing documentation of my situation, the company refused to honor the full value of the gift certificate and instead took 50% of its worth. This policy feels incredibly unsympathetic and inflexible, especially given the circumstances. I had hoped for a more compassionate response, but instead, I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I would advise potential clients to be cautious and fully aware of the companys policies, as they may not be accommodating in cases of genuine hardship.

We got a couples massage for our birthdays and has Mallory and Jesus. They were both AMAZING. I have no complaints. It’s a cute little building very comfortable and relaxing and will definitely go again. I got medium-firm pressure which was perfect for me and my partner had deep tissue with Jesus but you can always add deep tissue if you need more pressure. Definitely recommend!

Had my first professional massage with Jack today. It was absolutely fantastic! Im a CNA, so I have a lot of tension in my back and shoulder area. He really focused in on my target areas and left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. He explained how the process would work at the beginning, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Im definitely planning to come back soon! Thanks Jack!

Our Couples massage experience was on point! I had Salinas who was amazing...seriously magic who found all of my knots and worked so hard to knead them away. She has real talent with hot cloths!

Started coming here while visiting family and back started acting up. This has been my go to for massage therapy since my first visit with Jesus. He is amazing, he knows exactly where to focus on when you describe your pain. I always leave feeling better and on my way to recovery. I am now addicted to the Hot Stone add-on, takes the massage to the next level. The studio is tranquil and welcoming. You are always greeted with a smile with an offer of water or tea. You need relief, Jesus is the massage therapist to see.

Absolutely recommend Tucson Massage Company! Very professional and friendly place. The couples massage was gifted to us the first time and we loved it so had to return. Jack was amazing! I felt very comfortable and safe in this professional environment. Faith did my husband’s massage which he really appreciated. She helped his chronic pain areas of neck and lower back. I had a custom massage with Carter and it was great! Hes very nice and quirky and absolutely knows what hes doing. I went in there barely being able to move my neck and afterwards feel amazing. I also really like the ambiance of the whole place. Heartily recommend!

Just received my third massage from the Tucson Massage Company and each one has been excellent. Ive had a few different therapists and all of them have been wonderful. I always have trouble with my right trap muscle and every time it feels tight and painful I know its time to come back to the Tucson Massage Company because their therapists are the only ones who make a difference. Did a couples massage recently and my bf agreed that it was the best massage hes received in a long time.

Set an appointment for a couples massage for my wife and I for our anniversary. We were not disappointed! The atmosphere was so relaxing and the folks that performed our massages were absolutely amazing. I recommend using this place to anyone looking for a great experience for a massage!

Serra and Carter are incredible! My partner and I booked 1:45 couples massages for our romantic weekend in Tucson. Serra found knots I didnt know I had and worked them out with her incredible strength and precision. My partner was paired with Carter who worked on his neck for an hour; my partner can now turn his neck farther than he has in over a year! We both left the massages incredibly relaxed and blissed-out. A true highlight of our trip! The space is peaceful, comfortable, and clean, and we felt very well taken care of. We will absolutely be back to Tucson Massage Company on our next trip!

I got my massage from Monique, and omg she did amazing! The first time it was only 45mins this time I went for a 1.5 hr I’ve been having tension headaches so I had her mainly work on the upper body/neck and my headaches haven’t been to bad. I actually fell asleep! 10000% recommend this place and Monique. I also got the Jade Roller massage for my face loved that as well. Thank you Monique and staff!

It was a good experience overall. The massage was very luxurious for me. Im used to athletic massages, but Jesus was great. He was friendly and I felt comfortable in the space. My only semi negative comment is the sauna. It was only around 110F when I got in and then it had just made it to 125F by the time my session was complete. I loved that I could shower before and after and that there was adjustable music during the session. The sauna is very luxurious too. My only issue is I paid a lot for that time and never had one bead of sweat. So Id say if you book the sauna, ask them to turn it up all the way before you get in, if they can.

My husband & I were visiting for work from across the country and they were able to fit us in last minute for 2 massages with Faith & Matthew + 20 mins in the sauna. We’ve had many massages and this was one of the best we’ve ever had! I came in with so many knots and left feeling so much better. The sauna was also very relaxing and we didn’t realize it would be our own little private space. We will definitely be scheduling again for our trip next year! Everything was also super clean and the front desk person was really nice & helpful

After a small hiccup with my booking, the owner found a great solution that ended up working well for me. Sydney was accommodating and skilled. She paid attention to what I was asking for and focused on my biggest areas of concern. My shoulder only continued to feel better throughout the day. I have been going to Tucson Massage Company for years now. They are the best. This weekend we had Carter and Sarah they were great. Have had different therapist and they are am great!!!

Highly recommend, Marz puts you in a coma with her massages, she is very knowledgeable and I was very relaxed after my appt.Marz gives outstanding massages very relaxing and listened to all my needs when I have neck/back tension, she will not disappoint! Can’t wait for my next massage.

I called on a Friday night to see if they had any openings. They did not, so i scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I was unable to make my appointment due to a sudden death in my family. I was still charged $62. I emailed what had happened a few days later and then the next day i receive a call from a man asking why i did not show up for my appointment. I explained that my cousin was killed in a motorcycle accident that day and i was not able to make my appointment. The man very rudely said, “well we will refund you this time but next time please let us know if you cannot make your appointment.” I’m sorry, someone i love dearly just died suddenly and i have to go to the mortuary to identify his body, but let me call and cancel my massage appointment first. Uh, no. That was the last thing in my mind. Judging by the tone of his voice, i would NOT recommend this business to anyone who has a soul.

I got an amazing massage from Jack. He really took care in working out my tense areas. I felt great after. I just wish I’d done 90 minutes instead of 60!

I requested a 90 min. deep tissue massage with Mallory ( my first time here). It was a true deep tissue healing massage. Mallory is definitely a highly skilled therapist. I will be a returning client!

My masseuse was Faith and enjoyed every minute of my prenatal massage. Very detail oriented, relaxing & friendly. I will be going back again for sure and for a longer session 😁. The company itself was well kept, cute and really added to the vibe.

Got a deep tissue massage here and it was great its definitely 5/5. Make sure you tip the masseuse properly. The only problem I had was the fact that they hardly ever pick up the phone, but they do reach out later and you can use their website. Overall, I like this place.

This was originally a 2 star review but I absolutely recommend them now!My husband and I were in for a couples massage this morning and, while there were some good points, there were some enormous dealbreakers. Id had a bad experience with Maria in the past, when she dug her fingers into my brachial plexus so hard that I had nerve pain in my hand and she wouldnt stop when I asked her to. As there are so many great reviews, we thought wed try again, but it appears that it was a bad idea.The good parts: The place is gorgeous, well decorated and obviously cared for. The rooms were clean, everything was stocked and we could tell that the employees really care about creating a calm, relaxing environment. The massage tables were comfy and the fact that theyre heated is a huge bonus.Everybodys also very nice! We were greeted promptly, offered water or tea and they were great about my husband taking a phone call when he probably shouldnt have. He also enjoyed his massage greatly, although it didnt do as much for his lower back than he hoped.Faith just exudes peace and serenity. Seriously, Ive never met anyone whos so peaceful. Even despite my issues with the massage, Jesus is a really nice person and was very friendly.The couples room is really nice! The tables are far enough away that the therapists could move around without disruption, but we still had a shared experience. The aromatherapy was a nice touch and the lavender oil smelled like it was actual lavender, instead of a chemical approximation of what someone thinks that it should smell like.The bad: There were some issues with my service, but after posting a review I was contacted by management. I couldnt answer but the message left was full of concern and empathy. Its clear that TMC cares about their customers. This was originally a 2 star review but I would absolutely recommend them, despite my bad experience. Any business that would reach out to a dissatisfied customer with such genuine caring is worth visiting!

I got a deep tissue massage with Mallory and the whole experience was great! I came in to help with recovery after running a marathon, and could instantly tell a difference in how my lower back and legs felt. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The Infrared Light Sauna was a great experience! I used the maximum setting and started sweating very quickly. There was calm music, and plenty of time to meditate and relax. Very rejuvenating! Afterwards, there was a shower for me to rinse off in. Id love to try this treatment just before a deep tissue massage.

OMG probably one of the best if not the best massage I have had. Thanks a million my L5 and S1 as well as upper back spasm were gone after it. Serra is very professional and fit and can apply perfect pressure. He was great with the tension points and it was an incredibly relaxing massage but still therapeutic also. The studio is relaxing, clean and soothing.

Loved my massage yesterday from Mallory! The house the business is in reminded me of my grandmother’s house in California so I felt very at ease! I’m very sensitive so the pressure was perfect! First I drive in circles to find the parking lot all the way on the back alleyway. Then I came in a seemingly old backdoor of tiny cool old antique house that was converted to a business. Great relaxing music playing in the background. The hostess seemed really lost but was nice. I filled out a paper release form (for a massage?) and paid extra for a deep tissue massage. Was walked into one of the old rooms with creaky old hardwood floors and neat old fireplace. Was directed to undress and lay on the heated massage table. It was very uncomfortable and hard. The Massage was NOT deep tissue, it was relaxing but if you are looking for deep tissue this isnt the place. I wonder what I would have gotten if I didnt pay extra. The beautiful little red light sauna oven is cute. But I didnt feel the benefits they described. It was really hot small and uncomfortable. But thats just my opinion. If the massage was better I would have given a higher grade. For the price I was expecting more.

Matthew is a very talented masseur. I woke up one morning in September with the worst crook in my neck that I had ever had in my life. Normally they resolve on their own in 1-2 days but this time the pain had been ongoing for over 4 weeks and was not responding to acupuncture treatments. Matthew rapidly identified the root areas of my neck and upper back pain and through a few deep tissue massage sessions, he was able to provide me with substantial relief and healing unlike the acupuncture. He is very detailed, methodical and observant in his work— I would recommend him without hesitation. I will exclusively ask for Matthew anytime I could use massage in the future.

My therapist Matthew provided one of the best massages Ive ever had. He was attentive and eager to provide a very positive experience. I will absolutely book with him again.

This was my first time at Tucson Massage Company. I was referred by a friend. The building was clean and smelled lovely. I saw Mallory for a 75 minute massage. She made me feel comfortable throughout and by the end of the massage, I was so relaxed I just wanted to sleep on the massage bed! The only downside was parking was a little difficult…they have a lot in the back of the building accessible through the alleyway, but it was small (6 spaces?) and a little difficult to navigate in an SUV since it was almost full, so just be aware of that if you have a larger vehicle.

Monique did an amazing job. It was my first time ever getting a massage and she was through and made sure to check in many times throughout to make sure I was relaxed. Her energy is very warm and comforting.

We were able to schedule a couples massage on very short notice. The person who scheduled us via phone was helpful and friendly. The massages were great, just what was needed, we highly recommend, and well be back!

Ive been to all the fancy resorts here in town and had some great massage experiences, but Tucson Massage Company is right up there at the top. Meghan is probably the best Massage Therapist I think I have ever had. A two-hour session with her was pure bliss. The ultimate relaxation experience. This place is a gem!

Lovely place to get a relaxing massage! All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I got a massage from Sarah and it was great. There was a great emphasis on how I wanted the appointment to go and making sure I was comfortable the whole time (continual check ins). I got the hot stone sampler as well and it was fantastic, highly recommend it. They also have free aromatherapy during the massage which was delightful.

This place was wonderful! I received a gift certificate so I booked online for a Saturday. The website is great, easy to book and easy to see exactly what you’re going to get when booking. You can even choose your masseuse if you’d like. My only (very small) gripe is that it’s hard to know where to park, so go with enough time (not running 5 minutes late like me). It’s a cute older house that’s been remodeled. You go in, and it’s very tranquil, nice music is playing. They greeted me right away and had me fill out a basic form that asks your preferences and some info.I had don, and he was great. Very easygoing and respectful. My neck has been hurting so he focused on that area in addition to everything else. He did an awesome job I can actually turn my head to the side without it hurting right now. Definitely recommend him. The table was heated and everything was so warm and cozy. The hour flew by, so next time I’ll probably get 90 minutes.Overall, great place, great first time experience, will be back, you should go too!

A great massage from Faith, but room was too cold for having all my clothes off and liquid put on me.I am not fond of air conditioning set too cool. At home I keep mine at 82 degrees.Your pricing is above what I have paid for a massage.I do not like that a tip was expected. It tells me that you do not pay your technicians enough and expect me to make up the difference.I was surprised to see parking in front as your directions say to go down the alley to park.I have a bnb in the west desert and do not expect a tip although my last guests tipped me $100.So overall the massage was very good, but price, tip, and parking sure did lower the overall results.

It was super calm and quiet, they made sure to focus on areas that I was having tension and pain in. They even offer complimentary essential oil aromatherapy, where you choose the scent. Also the decor is beautiful but not over the top. I will come back here in the future for massages!

Absolutely wonderful! I’ve been here a few times and booked a different massage therapist each time. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with who you pick. I’ve booked with Maria, Carter, and Meghan- each one is unique in their style but both listen and adjust to your needs. The lobby and rooms are cozy and very welcoming. The parking is a bit tight but not terrible. Happy to be a repeat customer!

My first appointment with Monique was scheduled for an hour, but I showed up super late. She had 20 minutes to work on me before her next appointment, and she worked wonders. I immediately scheduled another appointment, and I made it to that one on time, thankfully. Ive had TMJ for about 7 years and have not felt a time without constant, persistent pain in my jaw, head, and ears in probably 3 years. I left Tucson Massage Company that day with no pain. I didnt even know that was possible. Im coming back as often as I possibly can, because Monique works magic.

My pre-massage infrared session followed by 75-minute Slow massage with Sarah was just what I needed to unwind during my recent visit to Tucson. Did not book time for a post-massage nap session, but I would strongly suggest because I was so relaxed after my massage I could have easily slept.And being able to book my appointment online via my phone made it so convenient. The space was peaceful from the moment I stepped through the front door. This was my first time at Tucson Massage Company, but wont be my last!

Mallory was amazing! She did a deep tissue on my upper back to help relieve my headaches. She spent most of her time in the areas I asked! This rarely happens at other places so I was extremely happy!

Fabulous!! Excellently appointed spa. Best ever deep tissue massage with cbd infused lotion! Eucalyptus aromatherapy. Added dry brush was wonderful. Infrared spa after massage added to a perfect spa morning.

I scheduled a couples massage and Faith and Mathew took care of us. Highly recommend both of them. They were phenomenal!! The only thing I would do different next time is schedule a longer session.

This place is peaceful and tranquil. My therapist Cloe was very pleasant. I had a bad fall about a month ago so I asked her for deep tissue massage from my neck to my lumbar area. I felt she did not rush and was attentive to all areas of my concern. She periodically checked in with me to see how I was feeling. The pressure she used felt just right. I left feeling relaxed and had my best nights sleep in weeks, since my injury. I plan to go back again and felt this treatment was very beneficial.

The services provided by Sarah were well beyond expectations. Her professionalism made my experience enjoyable. I look forward to my next appointment.I visited today (11 MAY 23) and the massage therapists were Jesus and Matthew (Couples Massage - 90 Minute). The deep tissue massage is just the ticket; just enough pressure to break up the knots and Jesus was also able to work on problem areas. I would highly recommend either one. 5/5

This place is absolutely amazing! This was my very first massage. Meghan was very attentive, went over all my needs, and explained the process with patience. She was very skillful and took her time really working out the worst of my knots. Ive suffered from extreme pain in my back and shoulders for years and after my session today with Meghan I feel so much better. The tension is gone, Im so relaxed, and I can breathe easier. My massage at Tucson Massage Company was a wonderful experience. The masseuse is very experienced and knows her stuff. I was very happy with the results which helped alleviate a lot my neck and back pain and stiffness. I will definitely go back for another massage.

Serra gave me the best deep tissue massage I have ever have. She knew where my pain was and gave me full range of motion in my neck for first time in years. I am grateful. Carter took care of my husband and he had an amazing experience. We both left with a pep in our step. Excellent level of professionalism, knowledge, care and hard work. Paid for a couples massage. Thought we would get the same treatment. We didnt. Wasnt comfortable or relaxed. The masseuse put a lot of pressure on my lower back and had to tell him twice to use less pressure. Maybe massages arent for me, but I didnt have a good time here .

My husband and I got a couples massage after doing a 26 mile ruck march. I scheduled with Meghan. It was very relaxing and exactly what our bodies needed. They explained every step and ensured the right amount of pressure was being applied as we wished. Very peacefully environment and everyone we encountered during our visit was nice and a smiling face.

I have been coming here for about 5 months straight now and will not go anywhere else. Place is very cute, clean and cozy. Beds and sheets are always clean no complaints. I have been getting my massages with Josie she is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend her. I recently had a massage with Monique and glad I did she was great as well. Every month I look forward to my massages here. Yes theres construction and you park in the back but the massages are great that I dont even care about any of this! ;)

Booked massage for my husband and my anniversary. Few days prior was called and Sauna was broken. Okay things happen no big deal. The massage is what was meh. To me. I had Clint my husband had Meghan. They are very thorough and take their time and professional... Both were super deep ..a little too deep and hard- harder than I or my husband had before. Wish they would add to paper level of firmness you would like - I feel its rude to correct therapist during massage so said it was okay but ouch. And surely feeling it this morning. My husband said Meghan is great at the foot rub. But said he will not go back due to firmness. 😔 Overall great place and atmosphere.. if you like hard rubs this is it. We thought we were going in for relaxation and came out hurting instead 😥 I felt more I was at my chiropractor than a massage.

Ive been here multiple times, but my most recent visit is one I will be talking about years from now.I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and I was having some severe pain in my hips and lower back. Cloe knew EXACTLY what I needed and where she needed to focus her attention. She was incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable. What impressed me even more was the fact that she made it a point to have me lay on my left side for a majority of the appointment, which is important to do when youre pregnant. She relieved any and all pain I was feeling and explained some techniques I can do at home to help ease any future pain I may have as my pregnancy progresses.I will most definitely be back and I HIGHLY recommend Cloe to anyone. Shes absolutely amazing and passionate about what she does♡

I have been going here for about two years and usually have an amazing experience. The massage therapist I usually book with is not available in Sundays so I tried someone knew. I got a massage from Mallory this last Sunday and it left me more sore than when I went in. I explained that my usually massage therapist was not available on Sundays and that I typically got a deep tissue with focus on my back and neck/shoulders. The first comment I got was about my choice to leave my sports bra. Mallory asked, “So [the other massage therapist] usually works around your sports bra?” That made me feel uncomfortable and judged. While most people do remove their bras, I know I’m not the only who prefers to keep it on. I usually get a deep tissue massage with a focus on my lower back and neck/shoulder. The pressure was too much, at time causing pain, but I didn’t feel comfortable saying anything. At no point did Mallory ask how the pressure was or if everything felt okay, despite the fact that this was the first time she was massaging me. It’s been two days and I am still beyond sore. I’ll be returning but making sure I book with the massage therapist I usually see.

Amazing experience! I had the 30 minute upper body deep tissue plus 30 minute infrared sauna.I don’t remember my therapist’s name, but it was amazing. The infrared sauna was incredible as well. I walked away feeling centered and clear minded.Thank you.

The massage was great, Serra did a real good job with working the issues that I pointed out.The place is very relaxing and the aroma therapy scent was an added great touch.The only thing I recommend is to have the room much warmer. He then detailed the massage plan, I got comfortable, and the massage was underway. The sensory and physical experience was wonderfully refreshing and therapeutic. Serra was absolutely Amazing! Honestly, I am one of those people that like to just grin and bear the pain until I cant take it anymore and thats what I did with my back. It had honestly been like 6-8 months of pain and tightness in my mid back. 1 hour with her and Im honestly moving like new. Shes small but very strong and knows what shes doing. Ill definitely be back.

I have had various therapists throughout the years and can easily say that every single one of them are truly artists and are experts in their craft. Mars (though she’s no longer there), Monique, Sarah, just to name a few.I lived downtown for seven years and still go to Tucson Massage Company, even though I moved to the far northeast side last year.I haven’t even touched on the ease of making appointments or the relaxed, welcoming, cozy vibe! I could honestly go on. I don’t know where my body and stress levels would be if it weren’t for TMC. No other place in town compares.

LOVE. My partner and I had a couples message with Sarah and Mari, and we both had a wonderful experience. We did a session in the infrared sauna, which was a nice add on to kind of wind down after. Great communication beforehand as well. LGBTQ+ affirming business :) Cant recommend them enough.

Solace gave me one of the BEST massages I have ever received! I do not say this lightly because I get them frequently. I’m very picky with my deep tissue massages, and Solace listened to my needs and gave me the pressure I asked for. It was a wonderful, professional experience and I wish I wasn’t in town for just the week, because if I lived here I would book massages with Solace weekly. Additionally, Tucson Massage Company is very clean and the atmosphere is welcoming and calm. 10/10 recommend!

I had the wonderful opportunity to return to Tucson massage company for a blissfully relaxing massage. Like a fine wine, this company definitely gets better with time. I have seen their growth — from a small, cozy cottage styled studio to a multi room studio complete with an infrared sauna. I was beyond thrilled to be back relaxing in their studio. I wanted a full deep tissue massage with focus on my hands, neck and feet. Deep tissue was very uncomfortable with me feeling dizzy and light headed after massage. My feet, neck and hands were never addressed, sadly. Not the best experience. communication was poor and between me and therapist.

I had my montly massage with Serra and it was amazing. She really knows where to apply pressure and she took care of all the knots on my back. I will definitely keep coming back ;)

I had a deep tissue massage with Maria and I feel like a whole new person. I have never been so satisfied after a massage and for the first time in my life I didnt have to ask for more/deeper pressure.The environment is very calming, Maria and Sarah were so nice and professional, even in the face of my awkwardness, which is really comforting of youre a ball of anxiety like myself. Tea or water is offered while you wait and they offer water at the end as well.Im already concisely figuring out when I can suggest we go on another massage date without my wife thinking its too soon. 😂11/10, can not recommend more highly.

The deep tissue massage was wack. Really relaxing but pretty useless for pain management. Their sauna was good though. They do however have really professional staff and everything was clean and calming.

I had a great experience with my massage therapist, but the morning of I fell ill with the flu and did the responsible thing by rescheduling the appointment to preserve the health of the therapist. The office did not mention a cancellation fee at all, and instead charged me 50$ with no warning. Again, the massage therapist themself were great, but the management not so much.

Highly recommend Sterling! My appointment was booked with Don but when I arrived Sterling advised me he would be my therapist. The level of expertise and knowledge Sterling had was fantastic. I had horrible back and hip pain going into appt but today after a day my appointment which was yesterday I am feeling so much better. Very pleased with results and focus of therapist. Whoever made the booking error, thank you.

There’s construction outside on Broadway but you don’t hear any of it as soon as the door closes.My wife and I got a 1.5 hour couples massage from Michaela and Faith with the added hot stone service on our honeymoon. 100% a worthwhile experience that we hope to enjoy again soon. Both of our therapists were friendly, communicative, and considerate.

I had scheduled a couples massage and unfortunately we did not get it. My spouse was called into work and had to stay later than expected. The masseuses were very polite and understanding. However the owner did not care. I still got charged $80 for a massage I did not get. For something that came up unannounced, there was no empathy, he did not care, just cared for the money. So I will not be coming back. Beware of this.

Jesus did a superb job, and explained the anatomy of my issue, and suggested some at home care I could do to help accelerate the recovery of my injury. He read the energy of the room well, and we started chatting a bit at the start but as soon as I kept quiet and floated out of my body to enjoy the experience, he was completely silent and we just soaked in the music and he was in pure focus mode. “Ahhhh”mazing massage. Already referred a couple people here and my massage was last night. First thing I said when I was done is that I was already ready for another. I have mild lumbar scoliosis and my sciatica was so intense I needed a same day appointment for immediate relief and the Tucson massage company had an opening! So glad they did, I will be coming back for sure! Kind and respectful staff, hot tea and water while you wait and they have many different services, I had the custom massage. It was my first professional massage ever. I felt like it was average, but I have nothing else to compare yet. I did try the sauna, but it is one of those electric ones, so i didnt break a sweat. Im probably not going back.

Showed up the next morning and Meghan was just excellent—checked in often but not too often about pressure, followed my requests about focus areas closely, and even included some jaw massage which was AWESOME bc it’s been super tense from Invisalign! I only wish I had the $$ to go more often…this was such a treat!

Jesus at Tucson Massage Company is a mesmeric massage therapist. His two hour, deep-tissue massage (a technique that requires strength, endurance, and a lot of skill) was absolutely phenomenal and it set me right. I am athletic and need massage therapy frequently— I highly recommend Jesus.

Had a couples massage here with Stephanie and David. We scheduled on a whim at the last second while out on an afternoon date. They fit us right in and were even willing extended our massage appointments after we arrived as we decided we wanted longer massages. Excellent Massage! And I’ve had too many to count.Unfortunately their are some things that need to change. The place had an Oder and didn’t look the cleanest but I think they were eating foods with a strong smell . My sister was uncomfortable with that especially during Covid so, she canceled and left but I really really really needed a massage and decided to take a chance. I continued and happy that I did. And I probably would’ve enjoyed the experience more if those things hadn’t taken place.

My husband and I went for a couples massage to celebrate our anniversary. It was an excellent experience. The atmosphere is so relaxing and calm, we both had a wonderful experience. 1/23/23Protocols are more important than the clients needs. VERY poor communication!Time begins when you enter the room. Then informed she will leave while I disrobe. Ten minutes lost.They work through a blanket, not with bare skin!Ten minutes into massage Cloe said massage would not be effective if I didnt breath in through my nose. She could not work around my need to breath through my mouth. I elected to stop the massage. She charged for the full hour.

Carter has an amazing touch! He gave an amazing massage and helped work on some areas of injury. I’m an athlete and he did an amazing job!

On a whim, my husband and I decided we wanted to do a couples massage and were pleasantly surprised to see yall had some availability. We jumped on a reservation and the pleasantly surprised feeling just kept coming! We did have a little bit of a hard time finding the parking lot around the back, perhaps some parking instructions on the website or via email confirmation for future guests would be of service. But once we were inside, we were immediately greeted with warm and friendly smiles/handshakes from Sam and Shawn. They asked if we had ever been before, our comfortability with opposite gender therapists, our focus points, etc. We were then taken into a serene room given some simple instructions and left to undress to our comfort levels privately. Shawn consistently asked if my pressure was good and did a fantastic job. My husband was very happy with his treatment from Sam as well. You have made customers for life. We will be back!

I had a massage with Gina that was possibly one of the best massages of my life, and I have had massages that range from $800 in a hut in the Mayan Riviera to $30 for an hour at Chinese Foot Massage, and everything in-between. We briefly went over my problem areas and areas to stay away from before the massage, but she has the intuition and skill to find the real problem areas and work them through, while not sacrificing the rest of the body. She is also the first person that has ever performed a deep tissue massage on me that is not painful to the point of making me want to cry. It is very clear she has great passion for her work, and that translates through to an amazing experience for the client. I will definitely be back.

We had Mars and another girl who had blonde hair (Im so sorry I dont recall her name). But both did absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walked in they speak so quiet, calmly, and gentle and make sure that your entire experience is as relaxing as it should be. They both had wonderful communication during to ensure your comfortability and Mars always asked me if it was too much pressure or not enough to ensure that I was getting the best experience.When we find our selves back in Tucson or the surrounding area, we will definitely be going back here for another massage!
