Great Place For Adults and Kids! (See Updated Review)Had a Seasonal Pedicure today, it was amazing! Sage is fantastic! You begin in the Tranquility Room where you can get a beverage (I had warm tea with a gingerbread cookie), warm towels and soothing music. The chair for the pedicure is comfortable, and I watched the tubs get cleaned after each client. No harsh chemical smells. The color choices are great. I didnt feel like they were rushing me out. My feet feel amazing! I will definitely be back. Thank you!Update 2/24/24: I went again today and took my daughter. They gave her a petite pedicure and made her feel like a princess. I got the seasonal, and asked if she could have my mocktail. They made her a Shirley Temple and she said it was delicious. There was nice music on and the tv have beautiful images playing. It was a very special day for the both of us. They also give wonderful advice for at home care of your skin. I really appreciate that. Thank you again!

Had my first experience at Fuchsia Spa in La Encantada. The entire staff is kind and welcoming. My custom facial with Jennifer was one of the best I ever had. Her knowledge and recommendations for my skin was spot on and was so relaxing, will definitely be scheduling another appointment soon!

Took my daughter here for her 1st massage. We had the 1st time guest add on and chose the sauna. The sauna was ok and if there was music we could not figure it out and was not shown prior. We were told the therapists would come and get us from the sauna. My therapist came and got me and he was great. He asked for my feedback and I was pleased with my massage. Unfortunately the therapist assigned to my daughter did not come for her until 10 minutes later so my daughter was shorted on her massage. The lady that massaged her did not ask how the pressure was and my daughter said she felt like she was barely being touched. All in all I had a good experience and unfortunately my daughter did not.

My friend Danielle and I came in for pedicures 11/5/23. The staff is very nice. I asked for a hot tea and never got it, so that was a tiny bummer. Massage was pretty quick. The girl I had was very quiet, but kind. The one my friend got was very welcoming and made good conversation. The filing done and polish applied on my big toes is blotchy, uneven, and with air holes. Which will result in me having to remove and redo myself, once I buy white polish (more money spent on this). This location is 45min from me, so I will not be going in for this fix. I had high hopes for this place due to the location and other reviews. Maybe it was just a bad day for some of the staff. It happens but this is why they get 2 stars from me this visit. I feel very bad for this but I did have high expectations and the service I received just didn’t deliver.

First time there & SO pleasantly surprised. Loved my glowing facial by Traci & the spa experience inside a mall totally unexpected. Definitely going back. What a wonderful experience.

My daughter and I went for facials and to relax before school started. We both had amazing facials! The suite is super cute and CLEAN! The staff was very friendly. We will definitely be going back for some more pampering.

I came across this spa as a recommendation, and it was the right choice for sure! It was THE BEST and perfect way to spend some self care for the day! They offer a variety of services and go beyond the typical massage. Darla was fantastic and got out things I didnt know I needed to be relieved! Will definitely be returning in the future and signing up for membership if I can get my funds in order! Thank you again to the wonderful staff!

Jett is an amazing massage therapist. She listened every time I see her to what I need for that particular hour and is always very very accomplished and meeting those needs. I also like the staff and the salon itself. It is both professional and very high-quality.

The massage and my therapist, Darla, was wonderful. The checkout experience was another story. They didnt have the promotion on file, which is what caused me to make the appointment in the first place. First they gave me one price then when I hesitated they lowered it. Then a second person overheard the conversation and said oh well sometimes there are flash sales in facebook, and if you can show us the post well honor it. I stood there trying to scroll through my feed but since the appointment was made @6 weeks ago I wasnt able to find it. I finally got bored with the whole process and paid my bill. I wont be going back.

Elizabeth is an amazing masseuse. Every time I leave all my aches & kinks are miraculously gone. She is the BEST ever ‼️Everyone who works there is accommodating, thoughtful, professional & down right nice.An absolutely amazing staff - the BEST customer service I have encountered.

Darla was a wonderful masseuse. I initially received a card as a birthday gift, but I thought the spa was very well run and had a lot of good treatments and after I have some medical procedures, I may come back and join.

Beautiful experience! Staff were Professional and attentive to every detail. Love my facial, I felt completly rejuvenated! My skin feels heavenly and the scalp massage was wonderful. Love all the products too.

Had a poor customer service experience over the phone. My wife called to schedule a facial and the receptionist could not tell us anything regarding the options for facials. She insisted that the aesthetician would customize but could not confirm whether a glycolic peel was an option. Would not allow us to speak to anyone who was knowledgeable over the phone, said we would have to drive in for a 30 min appointment. Had zero information and told us to just look at the website. Poor customer experience. Would expect this at a low end spa, not a spa charging almost $200 per facial. Staff should be knowledgeable and helpful.

It was fabulous! Traci explained all the benefits of each product she used after my dermabrasion & during my facial. She had some great recommendations for my home care regimen.I will suggest you turn the AC down a bit. It’s extremely cold in your spa. Even when i was under the covers, i was chilly.

This was my first visit to Fuchsia. I got a custom facial with dermaplaning with Traci and it was wonderful! Ive had facials before but this was the best Ive ever had. It was so thorough and relaxing. I can actually see and feel the difference in my skin today. I will absolutely be back! The only comment I have, and this is not a critique, more just an FYI for someone who is planning their first facial here- I didnt know my head and hair would be massaged (it felt great) but I have very fine hair and a scheduled wash routine and my hair was very oily afterwards. Again, not a complaint, just a note to be prepared for that if youre a fine haired girly!

Love coming here for pedicures. They always have snacks and the nail polish they use makes it possible to wear any type of shoe, out of the spa (Dazzle Dry).The only disappointment is that with the new space, they eliminated the lovely pedicure area. Now it is just 1 small room in the back of the building which only fits 1 customer. :( I was hoping to host a nail party for my oldest daughter and friends, but I guess that is no longer possible.

Had a great experience with nurse Jennifer who took such care of me for waxing. The service and attention to care is a priority here and cant wait to come back again!

Today was the first time I’ve been to Fushia and it did not disappoint. I booked a massage with Elizabeth, she is absolutely wonderful from her enduring personality and professionalism to the massage itself. She was so amazing I decided to sign up for a membership to get a massage every month with her. The staff is wonderful and they have so many different services there. It’s located in La Encantada so you can do a little retail therapy to go along with your spa day!!

I really enjoy coming to the parlor. Service is fabulous and Jennifer is a great person. I enjoy my time with her.

This had nothing to do with your lovely nail tech. She is always amazing, so knowledgeable, and does a GREAT job. She also hasn’t said a bad word about the move, quite the contrary. She is so thankful.My issue was with the space for manicures and pedicures.It is a tiny room in the back, with a horrible tiny manicure table that isn’t appropriate for the tech or the client to use comfortably. It’s hard to sit in and hard to adjust.The pedicure chair is tiny, uncomfortable, and uses plastic inserts for a bowl that doesn’t keep temperature and has to be manually dumped and changed over every time.The tech nearly had to sit in the floor at first before it was rigged so clients feet were higher.There is no speakers or sound in that room which was weird because a mani or pedi means more talking and need for some background music/noise versus a massage per se. Also, the storage is poor and all the prep must be done on a tiny counter.One of the best parts about a pedicure or manicure at Fushia in the old space is being a part of the mix, feeling like a queen up there and talking with everyone. That was totally ruined in this new space and it makes me really sad.The only reason I’ll be back is because, as I said, the nail tech is amazing. But my membership isn’t worth it if I have to have my nails done in that tiny room so I’ll be canceling that unfortunately.Please though think about that space, and give it justice for the revenue it brings in.

Wish that even though spa closes at 6 they make an exception if client especially a member is willing to pay if extended time is needed. Also think since packages are a bit expensive and prices in general that minimally 60 min massages be available. As not getting a full body in 50 min is a bit disappointing.

I received a facial from Jennifer today. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire spa. It was easy to make myself comfortable as all the furniture was very clean. Every employee I interacted with was extremely welcoming and kind. Jennifer gave a wonderful experience and was exceptionally knowledgeable about the products and services Fuchsia offers, and helped me discover the best options for my skin. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality services. I will absolutely be back!

I LOVE Fuchsia! I’ve had a membership since they opened several years ago and it’s so good!My current go-to masseuse is Elizabeth! I love a deep tissue massage to work out all the knots in my back, shoulders, neck and hip and she does it so well! Add the scalp massage or foot scrub for a little extra relaxation!Manis and pedis are great here too. Rochelle, Sage and Nadine are all super sweet and great at what they do! Highly recommend the seasonal manicure and seasonal pedicure for the full experience! But pink mani/pedis are great too!Add a complimentary glass of wine, something to munch on, a movie of your choice and it’s the perfect way to relax and treat yourself!

I did not get my nails done. I went with my best friend to her appointment. This is the most wonderful salon Ive been Ive been to. We waited for our appointment time in their Tranquility Lounge and enjoyed the tea and biscuits. The pedicure tubs are like no other Ive seen. Long benches across the wall with foot sinks versus the traditional lounge chairs that are too large and punch you in the back. They brought us wine while she got her feet done and since my friend doesnt drink I got to enjoy both glasses. The service was wonderful. Sage provided my friends pedicure and she was friendly and easy to talk to.

I was gifted a gift card and turned it in for a massage to treat myself. It was such a nice experience. All the staff was friendly. Even the girl who didn’t do my massage was friendly and told me to enjoy my massage! I loved the quiet room. Nice way to start relaxing.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I had a massage with Alena and she was very good. She radiated with positive energy and an overall great vibe. The massage itself was excellent. I was using a gift card, otherwise I’d never think to go here for a massage. I’m glad I did. Alena took good care of me and listened to my needs, focusing on the areas I needed most while covering the entire body within our limited amount of time together. I work at a wellness spa and considered poaching her as I thought she was pretty gifted with a fabulous attitude.

Last minute availability for a massage was helpful given an urgency due to pinched nerve; massage was what I needed with focus on what I asked for; price was a bit surprising after the fact. $120 for a 50 minute massage, before tip.

Jennifer has been doing my facials for a year now and I’m always getting compliments on my skin. She is knowledgeable, processional, and guides me to help my skin look healthy. Highly recommend!

Jennifer is the best aesthetician I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend. Not only does she do a great job making you feel relaxed and pampered, but she is so knowledgeable and can identify what your skin needs most.

I had a great experience. They showed me the whole place. Everyone was very polite and very knowledgeable. If they didnt know something they knew exactly who to ask. My daughter was with me and she was the one who was getting the massage and she loved it. If we had more time she would have really liked to get a facial as it was. She only got her chin waxed which worked out great. I did end up getting a membership so I will be back and I also got the brain tapping which was wonderful and I was very doubtful of it at first but I did enjoy it very much and will probably be doing it again along with getting the massage and the facial which my daughter recommended to me and on their recommendations from my daughters masseuse and waxer we did purchase her some products for her skin which she has been using and has really been helping her and she really likes which is great because we had purchased other skin products in the past which had not been helpful for her.

Can’t speak high enough about Fuchsia Spa La Encantada. I received a massage from Elizabeth and will make sure to be a regular. The magic scalp massage is a must add on in addition to the LED light treatment. I did the LED treatment on my face and my skin looks fantastic! Staff is very welcoming and spa is super clean and fun.

Had an amazing experience with Jennifer for my lash lift, she was very professional and explained everything she was doing so I knew the process and how everything worked. She constantly checked on my well being during the service to make sure nothing was irritating me because i have sensitive skin and have never had a lash lift. Can say after waiting the full 24 hours for it to set, my lashes look amazing.

Expensive facial (over $175 before tip), but tech was fabulous and very relaxing experience. Procedure was only 40 minutes. For this price would go to a spa or spa hotel next time to be able to have access to spa amenities and a longer service. My friend had the pedicure and that was a much better deal and her service was twice as long. Will try a pedi next time instead as it looked really amazing!

I recently received a gift card for a spa experience. I decided it was the perfect opportunity to try Fuchsia as I’ve heard great things about it. I’ve had MANY massages and facials before, but these treatments at Fuchsia were amazing. My facial with dermaplaning along with brow wax provided amazing results (thank you, Jennifer). My massage with magic scalp treatment was delightful and, for once, I didn’t leave in more pain than when I entered (thank you, Molly). I finished my time there with a brain tap session. Talk about relaxation! I’m strongly considering a membership but will reopen to Fuchsia regardless.

Had an amazing experience getting a pink pedicure from Sage - I am pregnant and she was so accommodating and kind throughout the whole experience! The spa itself is very clean inside with zero fumes. The staff were also very kind and always offering drinks/snacks. I had a lovely time, and was absolutely blown away by the incredible service I received. I don’t get my nails done often, but will not go anywhere besides Fuchsia now!

I love this spa! The staff is so warm and friendly, and each person made me feel right at home. Elizabeth is awesome!!! She is a very talented Massage Therapist and applied just the right amount of pressure my sore back and shoulders needed. Elizabeth recommended the hot stone addition to my massage, and it was wonderful!!! I feel fantastic after receiving my first hot stone massage and complimentary compression boot therapy. I have been getting my nails done at Fuchsia Spa for years! The seasonal pedicure is my absolute favorite. They really take their time with every part of the service and I’ve never been unhappy with the end result. Rochelle and Sage are amazing! The front desk ladies are super friendly and even play a movie for my daughter when she comes in with me. If you’re looking to treat yourself and end with soft skin and amazing looking nails, look no further than fuchsia spa!

I really liked the personality of the masseuse. She was helpful about using a technique to drain the inflammation around my knee. I had a relaxing massage that was lovely. All my massages at Fuschia have been professional and nice but here is the problem. I want deep tissue. I ask for all of it to be deep tissue. They look at me and think oh, she is old why would she want that. It helps my knee, back, and neck.

This was my first time at this spa and it was a fantastic experience. Making the appointment was easy, they called me back to schedule when I left a message. Everything was booked just how I asked (meaning the order I wanted to receive my services). The massage and facial were exceptionally performed. In addition to this every member of the staff that I interacted with (which were at least 6 by my count) were incredibly helpful, warm, welcoming, and enjoyable to be around. The one thing I was not expecting was that theres no shower to rinse off after the sauna treatment, so I would not do that particular service again. However,everything else, including the overall cleanliness and comfort of the spaces, more than made up for no shower. Ive been trying out different spa locations in Tucson for years and have been everywhere from La Paloma (when it was a Red Door spa) to the Ritz Carlton spa and I would honestly say that this experience was every bit as good, or even better, than any of the more expensive spas in town.

Kurt just gave me the best 80 minute massage of my life! Absolutely perfect! I will be returning soon and many more times. Thank you!

I came into the spa on my birthday for a pedicure with my best friend and had such an amazing time! Aside from the complementary champagne and the beautiful spa, the staff was so wonderful! I had Sage and it was the best pedicure I’ve ever received! She made me feel completely comfortable the entire time and made my feet look fabulous! I highly recommend the seasonal pedicure! It comes with everything you need! To top it off Sage used dazzle dry on my toes, it dried so incredibly fast and the color I picked was beautiful!

The brain tapping put me to sleep! I would absolutely recommend it. After that, I had a massage by Elizabeth. Let’s just say, she has found her calling in life!! Pleasant receptionist booked our appointments. Very friendly and asked questions to make sure she knew what service we had in the past and what we wanted. Waiting room was very nice and we were checked on frequently and offered wine or water before appointment. Techs were lovely and explained their service. Pedicure turned out great! Very thorough in treating the nail and skin and the polish is perfect The salon was clean in all they areas we were in and staff is very courteous with all their customers.

Ive been getting regular massages for about 3 or 4 months now. My masseuse, Darla, has been great. She gets to the places where I hold stress and seems to know whats needed. Ive had wonderful front reception experiences and my brow waxing experience was lovely. Love the online scheduling and reminders as we are all busy.

Fuchsia Spa is like a mini oasis inside of a mall. Everything is welcoming from the moment you walk in the door and see the smiling faces at the front desk, to the decor, complimentary drinks and snacks and the tranquil waiting room.Darla, my massage therapist, was nothing short of stellar. She not only listened to what I knew I needed and wanted but also was able to detect some things I didnt know I needed.The entire experience was amazing and I have already booked my next appointment and am taking along my mom and two daughters. Being a Fuschia member has helped me to keep up with this important part of staying well and also helped me to save money in the process. I dont even know where to begin!! Today I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Fuchsia Spa!! From the beginning to the end the owner and the staff members were extremely talented and joyful beings!! My bridesmaids and I had the full pampering treatment of 80 minute massages and their seasonal manicure and pedicures! I am not exaggerating when I say I felt like I was royalty today!! They made my spa day with my girls so memorable!! My massage therapist did an amazing job of focus work getting all of my trigger points, she was absolutely phenomenal! And my nail technician was able to make my short stubby nails actually look beautiful!! My skin has never felt so soft! They use amazing essential oils during all there treatments and Id highly recommend their sauna to just sit and soak everything into your pores. And if you are getting a massage I also would highly recommend that you do the upgrade for the hot stones!! You will absolutely not regret it!! The heat of the stones helps even more relax your muscles and mind! I honestly have never been to such a peaceful place!! The whole experience was just perfect!! They have yummy little goodies and snacks as well as movies for you to watch during your nail treatments! They make the whole experience so much fun!! I can see why they love what they do!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!! And I will definitely be back!!

Alaina is amazing ! She specializes in massage and has an expanded knowledge of massage techniques. She custom tailors the massage session to fit your current issues. Fushia is a wonderful setting which is calm clean and relaxing.

This was my first time at Fuchsia. I got a pedicure by Rochelle and it was one of the BEST PEDICURES IVE EVER HAD. My feet get so dry and dinosaur-like and she made them look beautiful and soft and normal! Will definitely be coming back again and again. Not to mention, this spa has lots of other great services to explore!

I am utterly obsessed with my eyebrows thanks to Mia!!! I had never tried brow lamination before and now I am obsessed. Being a child of the nineties I, unfortunately over plucked my brows, (which as fate would have it), never grew back. I really love the look of a soap brow but was nervous I didnt have enough remaining eyebrow hair to achieve that look. I was wrong. Mia was confident, thorough and meticulous during our appointment while also being easy to talk to and super kind. Highly reccomend this service as well as this aesthetician!!

There is no other other self-care space for nails than that with the ladies at Fuschia - La Encantada! Rochelle and Sage not only did their magic with my mom’s mani-pedi and mine but my mom came in soon after a fall and Rochelle and the ladies took care of her like she were their own mama. They are heaven sent! Beyond grateful and with beautiful nails!

My team and I went for facials and massage. Everyone was very satisfied with the service and professionalism. If you have a party to plan, I highly recommend here. We had a separate resting room all to ourselves. We were able to cater lunch here. They also provided champagne and wine. They make sure you feel very special and comfortable

It was very enjoyable. The room used for brain tap was not quiet enough. There was a loud nail tech right outside that I could hear over my treatment the entire time but the treatment was good. The massage and the rooms were very good and quiet.

My grandmother has been going here for awhile now, and always talks so highly about this spa. She got me a gift card for my birthday as a way to dip my toes in. I got a facial yesterday from Traci. First facial I’ve ever had, and I left feeling so refreshed and amazing. She was very professional and talked to me about the products she used on me and what they do. I love the service she provided and will get a facial again from her in the near future.Today I got my brows waxed, and finally got a lash lift I’ve wanted for awhile by Makaela. She was amazing, and walked me through each step of the process and made me feel valued and not just “another client”. The results from the loft is exactly what I imagined and more. I definitely will be back to her for future lash lifts appointments.If you want a day of pampering, look no more because this is the place. The receptionist were very pleasant and welcoming, I could definitely tell they enjoy their job. Everyone is very professional and treats you like you and your needs truly matter. Facials with Jennifer and Kaylee were GREAT! They asked about skin care and they both obviously loved their work.Massages with Darla and Alaina were TERRIBLE! The massage table was unstable. Darla actively avoided sore spots that NEEDED massage, and obviously neither massage therapist really cared if they did an adequate job.The front desk staff clearly did not want to hear anything but good reviews. We wanted to share our experiences and they had zero interest. These staff obviously have no skin in the game.Fuchsia Spa used to be awesome... terrible now, and Ill never go back.

One of the best pedicure I have had in awhile. Geez Weez went in with an ingrown nail that was aching so bad, Rochelle worked her magic and my toes felt like new. No joke she is very good. Clara is the BEST! My facial was amazing! Incredibly rejuvenating. Clara is very knowledgeable and lovely. The two-layer eye lift is remarkable!!

I scheduled a manicure and pedicure in person. Once there, half way through my manicure, I was told they could not do the pedicure because they didn’t have time before their next client. They blamed it on having to take off my existing fills. When I told them I had informed the reception and showed them when I made the appointment, they then said the only resin who schedules didn’t know how to determine what was needed. From my experience, the manicurist was slow and not the best. The salon only has one brand of polish, limited colors and the polish looks very rippled. Not impressed, will not be returning.

Amazing mani-pedi with Sage. This is my second time with her and she consistently gives me the best pedicure EVER. Always such great ambiance here and everyone is super friendly, no matter what services you get.

I started coming here for pedicures and because of the staffs customer service, I signed up for the monthly membership. Since then, Darla has been an amazing massage therapist. As someone who is active and frequently has muscle/back/scaiatica issues, Darla is making my body feel its best every month. All around the best value for my money.

I had a wonderful experience at the spa today. Started with a 120 minute massage. It was very relaxing as I asked for. A Relaxing Massage. However I think she was a little reserved on the thighs. Too much time on the feet and neck. Having said that, there is no such thing as a bad massage. Then on to a pedicure. OMG! Best pedicure I have ever had. Rochelle I think was her name. Attention to detail. Very good at what she does. If you like to talk and laugh, she is what you want. If not she still is the best. Front desk staff are very attentive and on it. They offer you beverages and snacks and make you feel comfortable while you wait. Best Spa in Tucson. I will be back.

My pedicure was okay. The actual technical work was beautiful, but I was uncomfortable when my technician started to talk about her church and her religious beliefs, and how she didn’t watch some popular movies given that they took the Lord’s name in vain (as I was watching a movie from the list that they give customers to choose from). She was nice and I think meant well, but I don’t know that any of that was very professional. Furthermore, as I approached the front desk to pay and leave, I was ignored for about 15 minutes as the two front desk people helped a new customer schedule an appointment. They didn’t even make comment that they would be with me soon, nor did they make mention/apologize for the long wait when I was finally able to pay. I hate putting people on blast like this, but I think new folks should be able to make an informed decision if they’re considering bringing their business to this place. I’m bummed because it is such a cute salon and they do really cool stuff like host parties—which I was considering doing before all this.

Awesome Experience! I left feeling pampered, relaxed and I already booked my next visit! Eddy was my massage therapist. He was awesome, thorough and made sure I was enjoying my massage. My first experience at Fuschia was superb! The associates there were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The ambiance is luxe yet soothing and as any quality spa would; they have a bevy of refreshments for your enjoyment.My massage therapist/esthetician was phenomenal. She helped me relax and was able to bring mobility back to my neck after one session. I received the LED laser light treatment prior to my facial and afterwards my skin looked and felt rejuvenated. I noticed a difference in just one session.The facial cleanser my esthetician recommended has already improved my complexion and restored moisture to my skin. The products they offer are delightful, effective and smell fabulous! I highly recommend this spa! You have to go check it out!

Ever since moving to AZ from the midwest, my skin has not been a fan of the dry climate. I come here monthly for facials and wouldnt go anywhere else. Mikaela is a fabulous aesthetician and will work with me monthly and customize my facial depending on how my skin has been the past month. My skin has never looked better!

I purchased a full massage for my wife at Fuchsia today, We walked in and were immediately greeted very well by the owner Suzanne McNamara. This place has got it, I have taken my wife to other places, no names mentioned and do not come close to the service at Fuchsia. Staff is awesome and Stephanie was the young lady who performed the massage on my wife and was just simply awesome. My wife was very happy with everything, Thank you very much for the great experience, I will be taking my wife back as many times as she wants.

Let me just say that Ive been a loyal customer ever since this spa has opened going on about three years now. It all started with a Yelp elite event from the previous owner Suzanne I felt welcomed and like a part of the family.... well it has drastically deteriorated, after not once, not twice, but four times my massage has either been canceled or rescheduled. Ive tried to work with management numerous times on figuring out why they are having such issues with staffing, but realized it wasnt my issue to solve and that after telling them how bad the massages I received from Darla and Elaine are and not to rebook me with those two!! more and more massage therapists have left the Fuchsia family, which only makes me a little bit more sad each time I started to rebook with them as I had thought I was treated as a loyal customer.Sunday May 7, My boyfriend and I had a couples massage booked as he is also a member, but received a phone call at 9 AM this morning stating that one of the massage therapist called out so we could no longer have our massage together. Mind you we had booked a massage at least multiple weeks ago and Fuchsia does a good job of notifying you to remind you of your appointment not once but multiple times via email, text and phone call. I spoke with Ivana this morning and asked it when they could rebook us. It wouldve been weeks if not months before we could find a good time and date with our busy schedules and she said she would call me back as my boyfriend likes Molly and needed a weekend. So we opted to go to another business who was able to get us in the next Sunday, Mothers Day.Ivana had the owner call me named Jason I believe which I had previously thought it was Kimberly, but he called and spoke with my boyfriend and his excuse for not having a massage therapist was the state wasnt handing out licenses!?!? Not only is this not a way to handle business. There was no trying to win us back as loyal customers, so we have decided to cancel our membership with the Fuchsia family. We received a full refund this month and previous month. Thus 1 star as we did get a credit.To cancel the day of a massage is a poor business practice, and to keep the massage therapists who do poorly only add to the frustration I have had with this business. Especially being members paying dues each month. Not once have I had this issue with any other massage places in Tucson!
