I have been Vaping for almost 9 years, I have been a loyal customer of Freedom Smoke USA since then. Today I went to get Juice and to my surprise they were permanently closed. In a panic I started googling vape shops in Tucson. The first one to pop up was Club Vapor, so I called and spoke with Jacob, more like vented to him and rambled on and on about my fears of chemicals used in some juices and my fear of not being able to find someone to make my juice “Michigan Blizzard” the way it’s always tasted. Let me say, Jacob is the most patient, helpful, and friendly person I have dealt with in a customer service situation in a very long time. He went above and beyond to make juice as close to the one I have been vaping for 9 years. I have to say that he did an amazing job and Club Vapor will have a loyal customer in me thanks to Jacob. Anyone looking for great juice and great customer service should go to Club Vapor!! Thank you Jacob!!!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!! Always so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I love that they blend their own juice. Jacob rocks!!! Jacob is ALWAYS so very helpful and his customer service is top notch. 😊

2nd time here and cannot speak more highly of this place as a replacement from my old shop. They work with you and make custom blends. Brought last of my go to in and Jake did his thing and got damn near spot on. Martin and Wylan awesome people too!!! Dont sleep on this place!!!!

The lil Nano on the left stopped working 11 days after I first purchased it so I purchased the smok and it also completely stopped working 33 days after I purchased it so I brought it back to the vape club to see if they can help me but was told No! it was upsetting not only have I purchased two mods from this place that just stopped working but I spend a lot of money on juice on a consistent basis so Do Not buy mods here

Great experience! I travel for a living, usually landing on Sunday, so its great to find a shop open on Sunday. Great selection, and theyll set you up to sample as many as you need.It was buy one, get one half off!Come by and check them out! Youll be glad you did!

Awesome place good price and will stand behind there products

I just moved here from out of state. I have been to lots and lots of vape shops to look for my favorite juice. Couldn’t find it anywhere. I walked in and noticed that here they make the juice for you. So I handed them my favorite juice and asked them if they could make it. The gentleman asked if he could open the bottle, and I of course said yes and told him to even taste it. He puts a drop on his hand and tastes it. Goes back into a room comes out about 3 minutes later. Tells me to open the bottle, and tells me to taste it. It is IDENTICAL! And so much cheaper. That was 60ML I paid 27.99$ I ended up getting it here for 30$ for 120ML. They are also the nicest people in there. I will never ever go to another vape shop. I do have to travel bit to get there. But it is so worth it! Thank you Club Vapor!

I have been going there since they opened 10 years ago. Staff is always helpful answering questions and making recommendations. Most importantly the service is very fast!

I’ve been coming here for 5+ years and I have never had any bad experiences. Everyone has always been super friendly and happy to help. So many flavors to choose from. I highly recommend purchasing your juices and mods here.

Ive been coming to this place for quite some time and theyve always been awesome. The product, the custom made e- juices are the best by far from any other place. The staff are top notch and just the best people, theyre all great. However, I have to mention Jacob. He has gone above and beyond and is a prime example of what Superior customer service is. Thank you Jacob for always treating me and my family right, not to mention you always have time to lend an ear. You guys are awesome and I will continue to buy all my product from you guys. 100 stars to you guys cuz I know that five stars is measly for what you guys do.

Okay so this might seem a bit over the top, but its the honest truth: This Place Is AMAZING!! from the plethora of juice & hardware selection to the cleanliness of the store & the genuine friendliness off the staff, and Everything in between, Club Vapor is Definitely the place to be!! You wont regret the visit. Jake has all the patience in the world to be able to deal w an obnoxiously needy customer like myself😅 His kind, professional and friendly ways are most definitely passed down to the rest of the staff during their training or somethin because they honestly all have the same type of helpful/upbeat demeanor when it comes to customers!! I really cant say enough good things about this place... Ive been coming here for the past 2½-3yrs and the ONLY Thing that has changed about the 1st time that I walked in the door is how much greater our rapport gets each time!! Bad experience, today I bought a liquid from the ones they make there. It has almost no flavor, I even thought it was a problem of my pod so i tried it on my main vape and found the same problem. Good service and treatment but poor quality or bad luck for me 🥴

First time here, with a friend - her favourite vape store. Great bar setup for their mixed-when ordered juices, with seating so you can try your purchased juices. Ive been vaping 13y now, and mix my own, but tried a new tobacco because they offer custom nicotine level & PG:VG ratios. I was looking for a new tank; they had Geek Vape which I prefer. The 2 owners were helpful, knowledgeable & efficient. We got there just before they opened- there were two other parties also waiting, and a steady stream of customers, all clearly repeat juice customers.Great Juice shop!!!

Awesome employees. Been going to club vapor since they opened. Really knowledgeable, they know their products very well, show you how they work and set up and have fantastic juice. My favorite is there Avalanche juice. I go there so much that when i walk in they already know what i want. They recognize you and are just a friendly crew. Love them. Great people and great products. They have a huge variety of products and a affordable price. Every day of the week they have different deals that legit. The employees there are some of the most friendliest of people I have ever met. They great you in like if you were walking into your own home. :)

My first time visiting club vapor was very pleasant and enjoyable. the staff really paid attention to my juice pallet. Once I tasted the flavors I couldnt just pick one to be the best tasting. Prices are fair for the great taste. I will definitely keep coming back to try all flavors. Thanks club vapor staff.

Great services, really friendly people. These guys and gals help you everything with everything. Ive had some manufacturing problems with my mod and atomizer and these guys (Brian) helped put so much. Made my mod good as new, working better than before. I absolutely love these guys, I reccomend this store to anyone new or experienced to vaping because these guys help you out to the greatest extent.

Very unprofessional service!! Only reason I started coming here is cause it was closest to me since I moved but Im gonna start driving the 40mi round trip to OPV because there service is top notch. I tried asking about a product Club Vapor had in there store couple weeks ago that Ive been waiting to buy after they re-stocked it and the guy continued to disagree with me about never having it like I didnt know what I was talking about. My gripe is towards the guys in the store cause the women have been very nice, I recommend hiring more females. Hopefully he wasnt the owner cause he wont be in business long

They answer my questions accurately,good timing on making juice,and good prices on vape devices. A bit of a pretty penny,but its fair. Recently bought a geekvape obelisk 120 model,came with a 30ml juice for free. The flavor was avalanche and it was bussin.

All 3 times I have visited this store, I am always surprised at how rude and unprofessional the staff is. Spend your money where you get better service, better options, and not have to deal with the drama the staff is engaged in.Visit #1 After purchasing new everything, I needed a charge the battery, to hit it one time. They told me no I could not sit in a chair and charge for a couple minutes.Visit #2 When showing the rep what kind of device I had, she sold me the wrong type of tank(wouldnt fit) and I asked right then to return it, and she just shrugged and said you opened it.Visit #3 When asking to try a few flavors, the guys got really rude because they were trying to talk, and made it very obvious I was interrupting social hour. The employee told me that they tasted like their names, did I want to buy something or not.. (after being in the store for less then 5 minutes)I compare this to Freedom Smoke, where the employees are friendly, they are happy if you want to hang out for a bit, and would let you try whatever you want, as well as they always have great suggestions. Freedom Smoke gets my money hands down.

Good customer service the staff is friendly and helpful. This is the only place i get my juice from they have a wide variety many great flavors and the prices are good. When i had issues with my mod they replaced it.

Theyre knowledgeable, friendly, and go above and beyond for their customers. I drive thirty minutes each way because theyre worth it! Jacob and Brandon are my go-to guys! 😉

The store is great, the staff at the Ina location are incredibly helpful. Its a great place to go if you have questions or are looking to make something specific. I thoroughly enjoy going there just to say hi to the staff and have a good laugh. Stop in and check them out if you havent, its worth your time.

Service is amazing. I prefer to do all my business here. You can lounge and hang out and get to know the staff. Try as many flavors as you like. Great prices!

I wasnt impressed with the service. Im accustomed to vape shops the allow you to sample flavors. Club Vapor applies a few drops of the liquid onto the atomizer that allows a pull or two. I sampled three flavors and when I asked to try a fourth the employee shook his head and became annoyed. He refused to apply a few drops of juice to the atomizer instead allowing me to smell it. He gave a lame excuse that they were changing the flavor out so I could not take a pull. When I asked to try a different flavor it was the same story. It was as if I was cut off after 3 samples. I purchased a flavor that I was allowed to smell but not vape. With the bad attitude this employee had, Its not unrealistic to think he might add something to the juice just to spite a customer. This employee had black thinning hair with glasses and a large tattoo on the back of his neck. Club Vapor has lost a customer.

My son uses its service...and he has been very satisfied..great service and so many products to choice from..the service gentleman are so great at handling and service you might come in for..thank you.we will continue to use their services always..

The selection is a lot bigger and their very well stoked. Their prices are twice as high though for replacement coils & glass and the batteries are a little more expensive too. The juice is cheaper but its got that sweet taste that tends to burn the throat a little. That wasnt what really put me off, but when I got home and tried to change one of the coils for a tank they filled for me and the actual tank unscrewed easier (wasting an entire tank of juice, tearing up my fingers, and taking almost a full hour of effort). I was so frustrated I almost wanted to just take everything back! Especially when removing the coil itself was almost just as difficult to find out they had put an extra rubber ring around it. How unprofessional and just rude to tighten the tank like that... Very disappointed

Love it here! The strong guy, I think his name is mike, hes a manager.... hes the best. ! Hes always so nice and knowledgeable! Im so happy I come here!

Has a wide selection of flavors to choose from from the orginal flavors to some exotic flavors. Got my first mod from here and I love it. Also there rewards program is fantastic. I fully recommend club vapor to anyone who ask
