Weve been to this location a hand full of times since theyve opened and have never had a bad experience.Our visit today with Trenton was above our standard experiences. Lets just say we walked in for one house juice and came out with a new recommended juice and some new equipment too! Hes super personal. We talked about motorcycles and hes just overall knowledgeable about all the products without issue.You cant go wrong with stopping in at this location. Youll walk out with a great experience!

Came to red star off Broadway & Alvernon and Delaney & Emma helped me get a new mod, batteries & coil and were so sweet!! Even stayed a few min longer after I paid up just to chat. Five stars to them❣️

This location has by far the best customer service of all red stars I’ve visited! The girls (Emma & Delaney) and guy(Trenton) that work there are ALWAYS helpful, knowledgeable, kind & considerate. They pay attention to their regular/repeat customers & tailor their outstanding service to each patron. The superior service I receive from the team at Broadway & Alvernon ensured I am, a hundred percent, a red star loyal. Having worked 15+ years in the customer service industry myself, I have to give kudos to this stellar team & their superb customer service!! As far as red star goes, they have an immense variety of house juices & recently, much to my excitement, they have been releasing an abundance of new flavors. My ONLY ”disappointment” I could mention in regards to redstar’s house juices would be the the lack of any watermelon dominating flavor. Watasraz is good, but the strawberry dominates, etc. The prices are fair; I’m glad to see that red star hasn’t taken on the trend of price gouging it’s customers through the last few years of inflation.

Trenton at this location is the best! I went in today with a discount vape I bought from the Campbell location that was misfiring. He was able to find me a comparable mod and swap it for no extra cost. Highly recommend any red star location for all your vape needs 👏 😊

Trenton was phenomenal. I have been to 15 vapor stores and nobody helped me like he did. For my money this man needs a raise.

This shop is by far the best shops for vapes in Tucson. The staff goes above and beyond to help accommodate, educate, and provide excellent customer service. Trenton is by far my absolute favorite! The shop also has a members sign up program, and the discounts that you receive are absolutely fantastic!

I’ve been to most Redstars in town and this one is by far my favorite. Trenton is usually working when I go in. Super helpful guy who always has a smile and a positive attitude. 10/10 would recommend over any store in town

The ladies that helped me were very friendly and helped me get what i wanted. I just moved here and have tried a few different vape stores and these guys by far have the best selection. No more half full juice bottles lol.

Okay so I dont normally give places reviews but today I went in and got a new mod set. I havent had a real mod for like 3 years so I knew things would be probably be a little different,but I thought the customer service i got today from the guy today wasnt really how it should of been. He sorta rushed me though everything. I would understand if the place was busy but it wasnt. It was just me and my boyfriend aha. Usually I would get asked what type of flavors I like but he just gave me like 3 names and just looked at me like I was taking to long. I just picked something a random juice I saw that i thought maybe would taste okay and payed and left. But ofcourse the mod set and juice I really really really dislike but I rather not deal with that guy again. I felt unheard unwanted and rushed there. Im pretty shy so that dont help most of the times like the one I had earlier. Maybe Ill come back to this location one day but not anytime soon. Will be going to a different vape store soon.

Been here a few times. Every time I go the experience is exactly the same, its awesome! Yesterday, Emma helped me. This lady gave me exceptional customer service. I was having a crappy day and Emma flipped it for me, having the patience to answer my questions and getting me exactly what I needed with a smile! When you walk into this shop, you will feel like your business is valued, regardless how much money you are spending. They have great juices too. I personally recommend Jupiter and Ghost town . Both are loaded with flavor and you can use either one for an ADV. Red Star is my first choice . Thank you for your great service! I have always had a great experience with the shop and the employees that work there. They are very knowledgeable about each product and have a good grasp of juice flavor profiles. I go in and tell the person working what flavor I’m looking for and they quickly know which juice would be good for me. They also make great suggestions on other juices I might like. They have never steered me wrong. They also know their hardware like to a near encyclopedic level. I whole heartedly recommend red star for everyone from seasoned veteran vape enthusiasts to people who are brand new to vaping. I also rarely ever leave reviews of places but they do such a good job I felt it necessary to leave a review.

Emma is the brightest and most informative on whatever juices I havent tried always a pleasure seeing her and now Broadway location is my MAIN

I’ve been going to red star for a couple years now and I’m happy to say I will follow Emma and Victor wherever they go! They both are the sweetest people and have the best customer service you can offer. They really take the time to ask how you are and make sure you have everything before you leave so you don’t forget something. If you need a new flavor of juice they’re your people to suggest something very similar or something different depending on your choice. I could spend hours in the store and it feel like only minutes due to them just being super friendly. 5 stars all the way all day every day!!!!

I go only to red star on Broadway and I go to see Emma all the time she is always super super cool and super helpful. All her recommendations have been point on of what I asked for. I love this store. This is the only place I go for my vape juice and supplies the customer service is amazing every single time. They dont try to pressure you into big money buys but actually give helpful advice and guidance whenever you have questions about devices, juice or supplies. They care more about customer satisfaction and having a good rapport then making people buy the newest most expensive device. Also the staff is in general just plain kind and thats not always easy to find. Id honestly suggest that anyone looking for a vape shop try out Red Star. They have everything from disposables to coils for your devices. Seriously give them a try :)

Not a big fan of the location but it’s on my way home. After frequently coming in I’ve dealt with an employee by the name of Trenton most of the time. He always knows what juice to recommend that matches my liking. In addition, I’ve had bad days and Trenton is always there for conversation. Trenton deserves a raise, he’s now become the true reason why I return to red star. #reallycoolguy

Red star is always my go to place, and this store is just as top notch as the rest. Victor was welcoming and a good conversationalist while also giving quick service. Went in for a new coil for my vape and a new juice for refills for it as well... not knowing I had left my wallet with any other option to pay, I only had $6 cash on me. The employee replaced my coil for me as well after she asked me if I was OK with it. I told her if there was any returns on juice or no pick up left or expired juices she could donate and I was given a free $11 bottle of vape juice. So I came in all dressed in a bumblebee ounzy outfit had fun with picking on each other, anyways I needed a new glass. The guy there was really nice and helped me fix my poor vape that I have had for 2 years and my glass was broken and my poor tank was all lopsided and he fixed it. It works great. And I have been to the store a couple of times and really nicepeople and will help u as much as they can. They dont give up! This is the vape shop I would recommend!

Excellent Service and Very Friendly Staff. Good selection, pretty much set up for regular redstar customers. Favorite location of theirs by far. Staff is really knowledgeable and patient as well so if you are new to redstar or vaping in general they will answer any questions you have with no fluff.

Never been to a vape shop, came here with my Brother and his GF, staff was super friendly and clearly knowledgible, they actually explained what 5% is vs 5mg and he has been using vape pens for 10 years... I dont know anything bout pricing, but come here and check it out anyway... please dont be weird tho they clearly get a lot of that and dont need to be dealing with it
