The store on Campbell was amazing. Sam was super sweet and happy to help me. My mod tank was cracked and she completely understood my situation. Sam completely replaced my tank and cleaned the mod. Made sure there was no glass lose anywhere. Sam also made sure that is was working properly before giving it back to me. I will definitely be going back to this location in the future.

These guys are amazing. They always have exactly what I need at a great price and every single time I come here Im blown away by their great customer service. Also I love that theyre open late so I can swing in after I get off work.

I have been purchasing vapes, salt juices, etc. since 2017. I have always been greeted by staff with all smiles the minute i walk through the door. The quality and cost effective prices of the products are what keeps me loyal to Red Star. Sam stands out because of her exceptional knowledge about the products and her positive and patient demeanor. Not to mention the time she takes to build rapport with customers and not just treat people like they are a number. Dylan is also amazingly kind and takes his time to make sure I am satisfied.

The prices are cheaper than most of the shops around town and the house flavors here are really good. They dont taste like they were mixed with rose water or soap like freedomsmoke or headhunters.Sams big smile and customer service is the main reason I come to Red Star on Campbell, instead of hitting a 24-hour shop when I run out of juice in the middle of the night!Thank you Sam!!!!

These guys are great, I had my vape stolen and was in between pay checks they went over some affordable replacements but when the new vape was giving me hell and wouldnt work the assistant manager went above and beyond to help me, definitely earned a customer for life.

Delaney was a great help. I have been vaping disposables for the past 4 years and have been wanting to go back to a mod she was very kind and understanding. She helped me get a mod and two flavors I would enjoy since I get flavor blocks a lot. She helped set it up for me and showed me how to use the mod. The coil also was defective and I went back in later on in the night and the man working helped me save the juice that was in the tank and accommodated a new coil. Great customer service will definitely be coming back.

I have spent what probably equals thousands of dollars here, but they couldnt accommodate a simple request that has been offered at this location in the past. They were out of the 120ml bottle, of the only flavor I buy. Instead of giving me 2- 60ml at the same price, I was forced to find another flavor that I probably wont like. Either that or spend more money on the two smaller bottles. I go out of my way to come here. This is a good enough reason for me to find another supplier.

Went to this shop for the first time a couple months ago and have not shopped anywhere else since. The employees here create a really great vibe and experience to everyone who comes in. I truly feel like a valued customer. Give them a try, they carry pretty much everything if youre into vapes.

Working on trying to quit smoking I came here cause it was close to home Glenn and cambell locationhad a great experience getting a good kit. Sean walked me threw the ups and downs and helped me find somthing that will work welll with my job so Im not always charging while on the road. Great selection on juices as well. Not sure if prices where good or not since I havent been to other shops but I felt good about my purchases and even if they are higher than other places the service makes up for it.

Red star as a whole has been my favorite shop since 2018, but specifically the campbell location alwaysseems to go above and beyond with customer service and having fun and engagging conversation during your visit. Lucky for me Brandon said hey we have some other juices that are similar Fruit Monster (passion fruit, orange,guava)! Then Delaney went to look in the back also. As she was doing that Brandon found one that was opened and said Here try this and see if you like it....and I did! Then to my surprise and delight he said go ahead and take the open one for free! We see you and your husband in here like twice a week and we know you are good customers! I was floored by both of their knowledge and customer service! I have gone to almost every Red Star Vapor in Tucson. The reason this place is getting 3 stars is Location placement, difficulty accessing parking lot, and overall not much parking. The staff is lovely, theyre informative, but sometimes they think they know more than others who have probably been vaping way before them, and get stuck up.

Best juice anywhere and staff is fantastic. Seishin is the best! This is the only place in town that *always* has any coil, tip or accessory that Ive every needed. They even sell nicotine in case they dont have your flavor in the strength you like. Tom is always great, quick to greet you, remembers what you like and has intuitive suggestions. Were super happy that we just moved to the area so that this can become our go-to smoke spot.

Brandon was such a big help. I was struggling finding the vape juice i liked and I accidentally bought one without menthol. He showed me the magic cooling agent for the juice I bought and saved me and my wallet! He even poured it for me since one of my hands don’t work! One of the most helpful guys I’ve ever met!

I love red star vapor! every employee who works there has been of such great help every time i’ve went there. i shattered my tank a few times on accident and every time they took it apart for me and cleaned up the glass shards so that i didn’t accidentally cut myself while putting the new one on. great staff and great atmosphere, always feel welcome when i walk in. and they have taught me a few features that i didn’t even know i had on my mod. solid vape store for sure!

I moved to Arizona 18 months ago I found red star about 7 months ago. Hands down best vape shop Ive been to out here their house juices are amazing I use their swamp monster juice the most. Recently went and met some new folks, Chey and Doris. Not only are they professional, but they truly know the product. I immediately feel comfortable making decisions on new juices and tanks with the staff at this location. Also, stellar prices that are competitive but show that true quality is the value at this brand.

It doesnt matter which store that you visit, because they all have an amazing selection of delicious juice, great deals and pricing on hardware, and the most accommodating employees around! I want to start by saying that I have only been to Red Star Vapor twice but it is officially the only vape shop I will visit in Tucson.Red Star Vapor on Campbell is an excellent shop. The first time I went in there I needed a whole new kit. Their prices were super reasonable and erased any annoying adult signature fee.The second time I went in was because I messed up my mod. In a panic, I raced there and met with Divi. Divi was amazing, doing all he could to fix my mod before finally helping me through an exchange. He worked quickly, was super sweet, and got me set up in no time.This is absolutely the best vape shop in Tucson and I wish every store could have a Divi clone to help me out.

These guys are awesome! The Canadian girl just simply needed pods for my caliburn vape. Sounds pretty straight forward, but we all learned it apparently isnt! We have learned that there is suttle differences in the exact same product in our two countries. They were awesome at trying to help me out to get a working pod in my device. In the end, I just bought the America version of the vape I already have which I find hilarious! They have my business for the time Im here for the excellent service they gave me from the moment I walked in their door.

Every time I have frequented Red Star Vapor I have been greeted and treated so well. Every employee is extremely knowledgeable and always go above and beyond normal customer service. These guys are super fun also. I used to frequent Freedom Smoke, but stopped when I discovered Red Star Vapor and realized I did not have to be treated so poorly any longer.

Its Awesome theyre very nice and polite great customer service huge selection of juices. A lot of Mods to choose from and have very cheap prices just a amazing place. It has a very good vibe and has a wonderful positive energy in there when u walk in. Just love it extremely helpful and wonderful

I am so happy they started carrying Betty by Pinup Vapors. Best flavor selection in town and helpful staff. I have asked to be surprised by flavors or when wanting to try new ones and have never been disappointed. Red Star is the only shop in town I buy from anymore.

Im a little snobbish about what where I go to buy my juice and this place makes me miss living in Tucson. Will repeat whenever Im back in town. Keep up the good work!

Always helpful and always knowledgeable. My go to vape store. Oh, the prices are lower then any other place Ive been to in Tucson.So, went in today to Red vapor. Was planning on buying a new pod kit because mine, after being dropped approximately 700 times, decided it didnt want to work anymore. Instead of selling me the vape kit that was there, they showed me one that was coming in next week. One that I really fell in love with. No pressure, no come on, just caring about what a customer wanted and needed. Im definitely going back next week and getting the Aegis Hero 2.. These guys are great!

My coworker and I work down the street and this is our go-to shop. Awesome customer service and always helpful. They change my coil for every time for me because I hate doing it lol.Great juices and a variety of flavors! I just recently bought their CBD for muscle pain and I can tell a difference. It doesn’t take all the pain away of course, but it helps.Ryan is great! 10/10 would recommend him if you have questions or need help! He recommended the flavor OG Steve and it’s the best flavor I’ve had so far. 😋

Went in on a lark, to see about being able to blow clouds like a dragon. Worked with Dani who patiently explained all about a mod, the coil, the juice, the tank and how the wattage was a factor in blowing huge clouds. Very knowledgeable! When I need a refill or replacement coil I will be returning to Red Star Vapor!

This place is awesome. The customer service and the knowledge of the employees makes this place top notch. So much so that I stopped going to my other vape shop for this one. If you are looking for juice or a new rig this place has the best options and a huge selection of flavors.

I really enjoy the experience shopping here. I love the prices and the staff never had a bad experience untill last time I went and it totally sucked. I bought my two favorite flavors that I often use and they were both a really gross flavor that I hate and they had mislabeled it and both of the flavors lu tang and wastraraz in the 12mg were the mothers love, which I absolutely detest, so... I wasted 20 bucks on disgusting fluid because they were trying to pass it off as something else. I dont like supporting businesses that try to deceive their customers like that. Its obviously a lazy employee that didnt want to mix all the different flavors but it reflects very badly on your business. I am worried about spending any more money there because I might just waste it again. I think Im going to find a more consistent store, that is the problem with places that mix there own juice there is a lack of quality control. I guess if you dont mind playing vape roulette and dont care what you get then this is the store for you

Came in to browse their selection of juices, and was greeted by Doris. I let her know that I was looking for a dessert flavor and she suggested I try ‘Unicorn Dream’. To my surprise, it was exactly the flavor profile I was looking for! Would definitely recommend Red Star Vapor.

This location is so much better than the red star on kolb. It’s clean, spacious, and the guy that helped us was really nice. I will say that it’s a little strange that they hung the band posters upside down lol

Ive been shoping at this Red star within the last year, Ive gotten to know the employees quite a bit. Idk like to say the customer service is perfect, all the employees are sweet and respectful and can help with any question Ive got. Would and have recommended this loaction to multiple people.Id also like to add that I stopped in last night and witnessed a man completely freaking out. James Cavanaugh Is over reacting and stepping out of his way to make your employee look bad. He stepped behind the counter, which I would believe is not okay for a customer to do so. Employee stated he can not do so. He proceeded to verbally attack her.Ive know alittle bit about the girl and can assure you her boyfriend lives in a whole different city.

Well after my first trip I was considering changing vape shops bought a new mod and batteries ($136) they told me if there was any issues that they had a guarantee and to just bring it back. Few days later mod stopped charging so I called and explained what was going on and the lady on the phone said bring it in and they will exchange it. Whent in the next day and was told I was charging it on the wrong voltage and it should only be a 1.4 amp charger (said right on the box 2.0 amp lol) and there was nothing she could do, as soon as I get home BAM still isn’t working right…it’s not like I wanted a new mod I just wanted to replace it with the same exact one that I’ve had for only 6 days. I just have too swallow the $136 I spent and buy a new mod. I’ll just be staying with litmist as my regular shop. Everything they told me (you know because I’m just wrong and stupid) about the mod was wrong(going by box and online spec’s) and would be undercharging it witch also can cause future damage to the mod and batteries

I’m use to they same girl who is amazing but I walked in today and was a different girl. She was not helpful at all and she was with passive aggressive attitude. I was not happy with my experience.

I always have an awesome experience there. The staff is very friendly and they are pet friendly. There’s no other vape shop that we prefer going to.

Dropped my mod and couldnt get it working and shattered the glass on my tank as well. Went in super late right before close and TJ was super friendly. Im sure he was slightly annoyed someone came in so close to closing time, but he didnt let it show. In fact, he exceeded my expectations and gave me some of the best customer service ever! He solved the problem with my mod and even put the glass on my tank for me. I will most definitely go out of my way to come to this location in the future. If youre in there and get helped by TJ, make sure to leave him a good tip!

They always have the coils I need, they carry brands of vape juice I previously was only able to find online and the staff are very friendly and helpful! They sell coils by the box or just a single which some vape shops will only do one or the other so having that option is great. Their prices are reasonable and they have a rewards program so you can accumulate points on every dollar you spend to take money off of future purchases you make with them!
