The staff is always remarkably friendly at every location, super chill, however Im hesitant to come back to this specific store. Location aside, staff always seem eager to help, but are distracted by either T.V. or something else. Look, I get it, and it doesnt bother me as I live vicariously through these folks for that reason, but the last two times Ive been there Ive asked for a strong serving menthol in my order of liquid, And following that Ive had to take it to the location on Tanque Verde to get it fixed while Im at work because they just forget to put any in, which takes away from what time I do have. And I would circle around however, I dont notice until later that night or the next day. Theyre always apologetic, and the gentleman at the Tanque Verde Store is always just as helpful, and is super upbeat. If I stay with Vape Zone Ill just be going to him. I love Vape Zone for the chill atmosphere, but the grant store staff always seem to miss In this one area.

We just went to vape zone smoke less on Valencia, and Im new around here. And I was trying to help the guy out with the heart glasses. And he robbed me with $10. My recent change was supposed to be $62 and some change. But I was trying to help him out, but given Him a ten dollar for to fives n he robbed me!! And you didnt give me back $72 and change. Ill never go there again

Store won’t honor defective product exchange. Wasted money for a broken vape. Being the law requires exchange regardless of policy they give you analogy “it’s like buying food from grocery store and getting food poisoning”. Actually, no that’s not how that works. Rep was Rude and combative. Won’t be going back.

Started coming in since Mr. Bees closed down on St. Marys. I have visited 4 or 5 times. Each time I receive good service. I pick up 3 bottles of 30ml with salt nic. They are the only place I know that can make a strawberry custard with descent flavor. Stopped back in on 11/4/23 and now told they dont know how to make it. No effort to figure out how or anything. Just lost a customer. No way to contact owner.

I love the vape zone it’s convenient and easy to get to for me which is definitely a plus. Rob has waited on me twice now he’s got a big smile on his face takes his time and gives knowledgeable advice when asked he’s very patient as well and in these times of hurry up and wait! I prefer a person to take there time with me. He’s super nice and great at his job.

I really enjoy coming to this place I just went and got my second mod from them the first one I had I got from them as well and it had lasted me 4 or 5 years there prices are good and the atmosphere is calm and the juice selection is always good especially there fruity flavors

Man I really love the juice here. Ive been coming to see these guys for like 4 years and always had a great experience. But today at your Grant location, your employee Lucas asked me what I wanted and I told him. He was a bit short with me and when I repeated clearly he became annoyed and said I got it ... I asked for 30 ml weekly flavor pack and the flavor of the week 60 ml. He looks up at me when he is done and asks me what I want with the 30 ml and I repeated my order. He then proceeded to accuse me of purposely telling him the wrong size. He said I know you, weve been through this before ... Guys, after many years of purchasing juice from you all, Ive never been treated like I was trailer trash. He then proceeded to guilt me by saying he had to throw it all away and start over. He didnt even ask me if I wanted to just go ahead and pay for 60s instead. I didnt think to tell him because I was STUNNED. At the end of the transaction I asked him if I needed to sign anything (for my receipt) and he looked straight at me and said huh and I repeated myself and he asked sign what and I pointed to the receipt and said oh, no ... So I think he might have some comprehension problem or listening disability but that doesnt excuse his demeaning, rude, and accusatory behavior. From now on, I will write the order down myself each and every time because I dont wanted to be accused of something I am not. Or maybe Ill just quit vaping and see this as a sign from the universe. Either way, can someone please ask that Lucas guy working Saturday morning on Grant to refrain from being a jerk to your customers? It makes your awesome company look bad.

My new favorite shop... very friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable! I have a really hard time finding juice I like and once I do I stick to it until i cant get it anymore. So finding a place that not only makes juice but will let me try it before I buy it is awesome! SO I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM AND BE A LONG TIME CUSTOMER!

Shopping with the Vape Zone is lok shopping at a store owned and run by your best friend. The employees are all exceptional. Take Rob Bailey. for instance. He went the extra mile to find me a battery that fit my old tank.

I had bought a mod and some prepackaged juice from a 24 hour smoke shop a few weeks ago with no idea how to use it and no clue how much nicotine ect. My friend from work recommended the vape zone so I first went in a couple days later because I was hating the mod I bought and wanted to buy a pack of cigarettes. The two guys working (cant remember their names ) were so nice and helpful , helped me pick out juice and find a nicotine level that works and showed me how to work my new vape. Ive been in a few times since and had always had a good experience. John helped me today and like everytime before, was patient with me and helpful. Would recommend this place to everyone!!!

I stopped at the vape zone at Columbus and grant last night around 9pm. Pulled up to the drive thru and explained that I needed some salt nic. I asked about what flavors they had and repeatedly told the man that I do not want any menthol flavor. We landed on Tropical Punch flavor. Long story short, it was menthol. I immediately went back to the store but it was already closed. So I go back again today as soon as the store opened to explain what happened. Not only was I sold an item I specifically said I didnt want, the box also has no mention of it being menthol flavor. This is false advertising. Both are valid reasons to be given an exchange. I didnt want my money back. I just wanted an exchange!! Whats the problem?! The girl in the store called her boss and whoever Mr boss is said no. So not only am I out $30 for this trash, I also have to buy a new coil cos the menthol flavor has ruined my coil. I was forced to buy another $25. Bottle. All I wanted was an exchange. You guys are unbelievable. I am on a fixed income. That $30 is the difference between having toilet tissue for the month. Thanks for ripping me off. I left the juice there in the store. No reason to keep it. I cant use it. I feel so taken advantage of. Not cool. Beware guys. They do not care at all about their customers. At least this time the store employee wasnt drunk.Regardless of store policy, if I purchased an item by mistake and it was the STORES FAULT, I should have been offered at least a replacement. Yall are wrong for this. People trust you and your products are misleading and you refuse to fix it.

I spent 5 minutes in the drive through and they didnt even acknowledge me even though they knew I was there. I finally decide to park and fo inside. Not only was everyone in the store a zombie. There was zero customer service even though they has 2-3 employees working at the time. After being ignored for another 5 minutes I just walked out. Rude and just plain bad service. I was looking forward to checking this place out and Im happy to say everyone I know and Myself will be taking are business else where. Zero stars

This was my first time at this vape shop. She was really helpful and the juice she made me taste amazing. Not to mention they had the coils I needed and I really couldnt find those coils in a lot of places. All that said the girl that worked there was a cute AF too!!!!😁😊

John was very attentive, patient and friendly. He gave me recommendations on juice flavors and was super knowledgeable of all the flavors they offer. I definitely recommend this vape shop! 10/10!

Excellent Tucson vape store. Great prices and selection

False high rating due to offering 10ml of juice for 5 stars. They mix juice in house (and is more expensive than premium juices elsewhere) and is honestly no where near good enough and is not consistent. Their mod selection is small and over priced. Overall I am unsatisfied and will not reccomend this business to anyone.

Always very professional staff and incredibly helpful! They have the best quality and affordable e liquid in town. They can also customize your nicotine level because all the juice is made in shop!

The only vape shop Ill patronize! Every single time I ask for assistance, need info on products, or have an issue they go above & beyond what I require (or even imagine). I visited the Grant location like 5 min before they were closing and the manager Michael took his time (like 20 min) to help me pick a new mod & demonstrate its specs. Im never disappointed, today I had the pleasure of Derian assisting me with an issue and Tory at the E. Golf Links location is top notch. Hands down best juice, best team & I cant thank them enough!

Employees are always nice, their juice is really good, they have a discount wheel you can spin, and they have Cannapages which is cool if you have a medical card. Only issue I had was when we bought a mod there, the cocky employee burned the coil when setting it up, and tried to play it off like he didn’t. He should have owned up to it and replace the coil, but hey, it’s only a few bucks so oh well.

I’ve been coming to the Vape Zone now for a couple years. Prior to The Vape Zone I shopped at Freedom Smoke. I can tell you without a doubt that Vape Zone is a much better experience. The staff is much more knowledgeable and take time explaining any question you may have about their product. They are down to earth whereas Freedom Smoke, I just felt like a number.

Fantastic people that give fast and great quality service. They answer all my questions and arent angry when I ask them a million things. Awesome guys and gals over there. Highly recommended, best shop in town!

Kind of off topic from the vape store itself, but I wanted to thank the actual person there - Carole, who took care of me after getting into an accident in that intersection (emotionally, not physically - I was pretty shaken up), she is the kindest human being and deserves all the good karma. Thank you, Carole, for helping me in a scary situation like that. Much love. If I ever need anything from a smoke shop you guys got a lifelong customer and I will share it with all of my friends too. Also, ON topic of the vape store, I overheard her doing her job and helping customers while waiting for my tow truck, and she seems like she knows everything there is to know about this stuff, and the customers there seemed very happy with the service - so kudos! Hold onto her!

Went into the Grant location today to purchase my first vaping device. Shelby was super helpful, and she took the time to help me pick the right product for my needs, even talking me out of a foolish purchase for a product that was probably too much for me. I couldnt be more happy with my purchase, and the customer service I received made me a loyal customer for life. Thank you Vape Zone!!!

I got COVID last year 2021 on June and my taste and smell hasnt been the same ever since so I would get very disappointed because I couldnt find a place to get the taste right but WOW!!!! tonight 4/26/2022 and every time I go I never get disappointed Chris and John get the flavors right on point they are amazing at what they do and customer service is also amazing Im glad vape zone has an employee like them and all their other employees they are also amazing but they got it down so perfect. I would like to say thank you to them I will not go to any place because I always leave super happy from there thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart I truly enjoy vaping again because of Chris and John and vape zone employees

This place is new to me. I have now been to every vape store in tucson and this one is quickly becoming a favorite of mine, in fact they have stolen me away from my regular establishment and now The Vape Zone Smokeless is my place! Everyone there has phenomenal customer service and it seems like they actually care about your interests and why you are there (many other places make me feel like theyre always trying to up sell me on products). They can custom make you basically any flavor you want on the spot and the choices seem endless. Thanks for being a local store that I can count on guys!

This vape store does not compare to any other ones. The workers were very caring and very helpful. I’ve had issues with my mods lately and every time I came into the store I got the help I needed followed with a very great conversation! 11/10 would come back whenever I come to tucson

Edit: I can totally stand behind closing early for Employee Appreciation!! You get 5 stars!!I like this location, but they are currently closed (8:45pm) although all of the doors and windows read OPEN DAILY 10AM - 10PM, as well as the website stating they should be open. Very disappointed.

1st time there about a week ago. Been vaping 10 years now and my usual place still closed because of Covid 19. Nice customer service, selection on product and coils very limited.Got 3 30ml bottles of different flavors to try.. Omg awful. The tobacco flavor is floral and a yeasty sickening after taste.The keylime and coconut had the same sickening aftertaste of when you spit up in the back of your throat. I dont like knocking local bizs but they need to reconsider their flavors.
