I can’t vape anything besides 100% VG and I do get my juice from Kai’s virgin but I give it a try to taste this juice and I’m super disappointed it has no taste also I receive the juice in broken bottle and I try to not spill it on the floor however things can happen but the way the juice is made is full of water and you can only take a few of puffs and then it will start acting that you drinking alcohol instead vaping however this was my first order and last just waste over $50 well at least I learned something new.Also product would contain distilled water so you don’t really get any clouds instead burning your coils in few puffs 🤨

Staff is nice, went in to look for a hellbeast coil (they unfortunately didn’t have one) thought I’d try there on sale juice so when he asked me the ratio (my previous shop just had a standard ratio they used) I said I was not sure of the mixture so just go with a standard… I got a straight vg juice that is the same consistency as water and has a nasty artificial aftertaste. Before I left the guy told me because of how they use alcohol to extract the flavor that I might have to let the juice air out. Been a few hours and it still has a bad taste

I came in based on a friends recommendation, and I was quite satisfied. I always love a place that makes their own juice, and the staffs knowledge base was excellent for what they do. Theyre very personable and really like to cut out the fluff, moving straight to the point while still giving their own opinion along with what other customers are saying. The building itself is in great shape, right off Broadway and easily accessible. I wont be coming back since Im just visiting, but Ill surely remember the pleasant experience.

Ive been in this shop many times and always been treated very well. A while ago, I went in with an issue with my coils burning often. Even though the shop didnt carry what I was looking for, the man working took his time with me discussing my issue. After switching to their juice, I have no longer had any issues. Its a 30 minute drive for me to go here, but I will gladly make it for the quality and customer service. Thanks!

This is hands down the best vape juice available on the market, which is why Ive been a loyal customer for well over a year. The juice burns clean, and doesnt gunk up coils as quickly as some of the other more inferior products. The flavors are excellent, with a wide array available. As well as PG free for those of us with sensitivities. Im not in the area, so I order online. Never takes long to receive the packages, and if there is ever an issue they go above and beyond to fix any problems. Great customer service, excellent product. I wouldnt waste my time going elsewhere. Thank you Velvet Vapors.

Hey man... just wanted to get around to writing this review as I finally got a chance to dry the juice you made me. I bought a bunch of organic no-pg juices from you. Ive only tried the citrus blend and the blueberry and they are both very very good. I also appreciate you calling me asking me about the different nicotine strengths I ordered just to make sure I didnt make a mistake with my order. Anyways... these taste great. Thanks again.

Friendly staff great selection of favors , could use a better selection of mod but thats nothing worth a bad review . all in a pla e worth going if you vape .The gentleman i spoke with was great, very knowledgable and his prices are more than fair compared to ther vape shops i been too.

I always leave happy from here!They have e-juices with your choice of how much VG (Vegetable Glycerin) to PG (Propylene Glycol) you want your base to consist of.Their VG (and I quote from their website) is 100% Natural, Vegan, USP, Food-grade, and Kosher-Certified. “USP” meaning United States Pharmacopeia, a non-governmental standards-setting organization.You also have the option of getting your VG as Organic (meaning that the vegetable oils they use are extracted from organically grown vegetables free from pesticides!) You can also get your VG or Organic VG as Undiluted, meaning no distilled water is added, making it thicker and great for larger coils and RDAs. Usually distilled water is added for easier saturation of your coil.Their PG is 100% USP, Food-grade, and Kosher-Certified, an organic compound derived from petroleum resources utilized for concentrated food and candy flavorings. Sergio is literally the most amazing person I have ever met and he is the most experienced and knowledgeable employee working here. I and many of my friends come to the store solely for his help or just a friendly conversation and some juice. I would be surprised if he wasnt elevated to a managerial position promptly. Definitely five stars for quality and personnel(Sergio specifically) but Tyler is also an exceptional server. Love you guys 👌👌👌

They are very friendly and knowledgeable and they had the coils I needed that I couldnt find anywhere else. The weekly sale juices are a great deal. It took a long time to get my juice (15 minutes) and they needed to crank the a/c. The Eastside location is kind of annoying to get too. Anyways, Ill definitely be back. Probably my new vape shop.

This is definitely the nicest vape show in town. The atmosphere is reallycool, and the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. The juice isgreat...better than most I have tried in town. I LOVE the Vanilla CaramelTobacco. It is really cool to find 100% VG juices in town. They will evencustom mix your PG/VG to your liking.

New to vaping. Havent been in many stores, but I must say i had a great experience in Velvet Vapors. The staff is polite and very knowledgeable. The have an amazing variety and allow you to sample flavors before buying. As for the juice... absolutely AMAZING!!Whos a customer for life? This guy right here!!

Been going here for a 15 months, the staff is knowledgeable and makes the best juice in town. I get 18mg, 100% PG, Peppermint. The flavor is always perfect and the throat hit is on point. Havent smoked since April 2015.

They are always helpful and nice (never condescending) with any questions I have. The flavors are great! They have a purchase points reward that helps toward future purchases and they have weekly fluid sales. The part I love most tho is that Ive never had to wait 1/2 an hour for my purchases!

Worst vape shop in Tucson! Never open when its supposed to be. Great juice but management is garbage!

I drive across the city to go here because of their exceptional staff. Today I took a leaking tank to ask about it and Allen went all out to clean it up and advise the fix. Best place in Tucson for supplies. Other places Ive been dont have the inventory to compete. Theyll even mail you your supplies. The whole turn-key service!

Velvet Vape has a killer juice selection with an endless sample bar for only a quarter. The staff is nice & knowledgeable and NEVER pretentious like other shops Ive gone to. My favorite part about Velvet is the Tuesday Special. EVERY week they offer a 50ml Juice in a new selection of hand picked flavors- for ONLY $12! You cant beat that. Its worth checking out. Definite 5 stars from me.

I have been vaping for about two years and have been to few of the bigger stores. I can honestly say that this store is the Best Vape shop in the city. There juices are pretty amazing.HUNDREDS of flavors made to order and with high range in PG/VG ratios and nicotine strength.The interior is cool, very welcoming and chill design and the service is very good. Me and my friend will stop by after work, try out some tasty juices and have a blast shopping for the various accessories. Highly recommend it !

Never been to their stores since I live out of state but have been buying the e-juice online exclusively since Johnson Creek went out of business. Excellent customer service. I buy their organic VG (PG free) with no artificial flavors. My favs are Coconut, Buttered Rum and French Vanilla...my all day vapes.

Favorite shop in town. Velvet has the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff, they have always helped me out and given me a satisfying experience.Im in there more than twice a week getting juice and other supplies. All of my favorite flavors are from this shop, can never go wrong with crunch berries. Definitely would recommend to someone who is trying to get into vaping or further their vaping experience.

Love this store!! The staff is so hospitable & knowledgeable. They replaced the glass part for me, even though it was my fault it broke. Later I had a different problem and they have me a brand new one. They explained how to use it the vaporizer, including flavors, how flavors etc. Cant say enough about what a great experience I had with them.

We love coming here. My partner and I are here once a week to get coils and juice. They make the most flavorful blends and have the best kept company in Tucson, easily.

CAUTION: Shop here at your own risk! I was living in Tucson temporarily during a cross-country move. I went to Velvet Vapors because they were the nearest store. What I asked for was a max VG juice, which was 70/30 VG/PG where I had moved from. They said theirs was 100% VG so I asked for a 90/10 just to make sure I didnt burn the coils out on my tiny mod. That same mod broke and started leaking through later that evening - it might have been related to the following: Their 90/10 juice had the same viscosity as water. I didnt pay the viscosity much attention at the time, it was hot out. Later, when I went to a competing vape store, when my juice had been inside in the air conditioning, I compared its viscosity visually to a premium juice of the same mixture. Velvet Vapors in-house juice was by far the most watered down juice and was probably the cause of my needing to replace my mod. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from this location. STRONGLY DISCOURAGE!

The people are vary nice but the juice is trash. I have been to most of the shops around Tucson and I want to like this place it seems that the employees are knowledgeable and the store its self is nice with a variety of vapping accessories but that not enough to compensate for the hamster urine they call juice.

If you are going to vape, go here. Best staff and service anywhere. Really nice store, super clean with seating in one room. Prices are comparable with a good stock. The also utilize a rewards card (Belly) and you can get free items pretty easily.

Update 2021... I dont think this place is the same. All familiar employees have been let go. Interior has been redecorated but noone is allowed inside so what was the point? You must phone ahead your order and then collect it outside by parking lot. ?? This business has changed since 2020. It was 5 stars now Id give 3 stars. I dont feel valued as a customer so moving on... 👎 If youre new to vaping I wouldnt recommend. Previous original review below.Ask for Lukas. Hes a chill young man who takes as much time as needed to explain, educate, & make sure you leave with what you want. Vaping is a new for me so I know zero about the products... I dont want a smoke cloud, I want discrete. He listened to my needs, & didnt try to upsell me into something I would have hated ( & returned ) once I got home. Nor did he make me feel stupid or noob-ie when he answered my questions. Overall Id say Lukas is good people & for that reason I feel I can trust him when buying something new, that I know little about. I want to step down in nic level & he explained that process. Because of Lukas this is my go to vape store from now on. Sorry Southwest... I would definately recommend this place. Especially the employee Lukas. He was terrific! 👍Update 2021 again... I have not been back here, but I am told their store allows customers inside now so thats cool.

Dudes were great. Im not one for in house made juices but these guys can make some mean juices. On par with all top name juices. Do yourself a favor and get spazberry. And the prices are the best Ive seen so far

Velvet Vapors is by far the best vapor store there is. Me and my husband live in South Carolina and only order from Velvet Vapors. We have tried the infamous Cosmic fog vapor line and countless others with no avail. Velvet Vapors is the best tasting best quality vapors there is. When they say gourmet vapors they mean.Me and my husband love sweet flavors and highly recommend caramel machiatto, divinity, vanilla cupcake, and glazed donut. These are the sweetest flavors we have found and we enjoy them enough to constantly buy large bottles.Both me and my husband recommend Velvet Vapor to everyone we know.

Awesome Vape Shop!!!! Went in here after years of having issues with poor quality equipment and places like freedom smoke just selling what they wanted and was actually taken care of. They care about your needs and wants and give great examples and real world experience in helping to choose an ecig setup and their juice is just amazing. Great quality juice and best of all they have their flavors of the week at under 1/2 price of what it would normally cost!! I will be going here all the time for my vaping needs

I have been to several vape shops in Tucson and this is the best. Really the only competent shop I have found. I called them yesterday about a replacement tank for the Aspire Nautilus Mini. Amazingly, a dozen other shops I called did not have them. Sure enough, Velvet Vapors had both the regular and stainless skeleton type and at a price comparable to the Aspire website. The customer service representative was most helpful, removing the broken glass from the metal hardware.This will definitely be my go-to vape shop from now on. Why pay shipping on coils?Im also looking forward to trying their organic liquids.

This place has to be the best Vape establishment in all Tucson. I have been to several others, including freedom suck, and the staff here are more friendly and personable and willing to work with you for your vaping needs. The first time I went into this location, I was looking to get a mod style battery to increase my vape experience, and I was convinced to forego that experience due to my lack of knowledge and stick with a regulated battery instead. Plus, on top of that, they offer a 20% discount for Active duty & Veterans alike.

Ive been going to this vape show for about a year now. If you live in Tucson AZ this is the best place to get vape stuff. My fiance and I order from velvet vapors online. In the last order, there was a mixup at our post office and they sent it back to VV. We notified VV that they we didnt get our package and to expect it coming back. When they got it back they fixed our address issue, replaced our liquids that had been sitting in shipment for a few weeks, added a bonus bottle of liquid for our patience, and shipped it back priority at no extra cost to us. They went above and beyond to make right of an issue that wasnt their fault in the first place. They have a huge selection of always delicious liquids and are great priced. Highly recommend!

I feel like Im cheating if I ever try another vape shop outside of Velvet Vapors and am always dissapointed when I do. Ive been coming here for years now and the prices cant be beat. And if your not 100% happy on the flavor they allow you to come back to have modifications, i.e. extra flavor.

This place has by far the best peppermint I have ever vaped. It is a very strong flavor but because I love minty e juices so much I ask for extra shot of flavor. Its very nice to have something I can vape that feels refreshing.

Found this company through forums online ordered tutti frutti srawberry kiwi orange creamcicle caramel cheesecake cotton candy and sugar cookie in the sample pack. Wouldnt recommend the fruit flavors they taste like perfume to me. The dessert flavors were pretty decent. Favorites were the orange creamcicle and the cotton candy. 3/5
