Today, I had my wife call for a whole box of cigars. They said they had the box in stock and they gave us the price plus tax. I wasted my time and fuel only to be told the price was $60 dollars higher than the quoted price. We were very clear and detailed on the cigars we wanted. A simple “Oh, I’m sorry man” doesn’t put gas back in my car or replace my time… I will NEVER EVER COME BACK! Thanks for nothing! They also called the owner; I assume for the correct price but never mentioned they told me (the customer) something different. Lack of accountability!!

Will be taking my business elsewhere, Ive had multiple bad experiences in this store. I went to this store today to buy my wife a device and dealt with the young light skinned kid with glasses, after finding what she wanted which took a while because my wife and i were communicating over the phone and he didnt seem to be knowledgeable nor caring enough to listen she asked to swap the coil, he said he couldnt do it. She then said she had done it before and she would come back and speak with the associate who had done it for her previously and buy it then. The associate then proceeded to catch an attitude and stomp around the store stating obviously my job doesnt matter to her and making snide comments. Ive also had an issue with the same associate catching an attitude because he had to swap the wrong coils that he had given me. The biggest issue I have had though is that the associate with long red hair suggested that I leave my 3 year old in the car ( which is illegal) just to buy juice the simplest of transactions. Then caught an attitude when I told him it hasnt been a problem until then. I will not continue to shop at a store where the employees are rude, uneducated, and suggest putting children in harms way, there are plenty of other vape stores in Villa Rica and I suggest you take your business elsewhere too.I have already been in contact with friends that shop at this store and they will be take their business elsewhere also.

I once had the best review written on here but I now find myself re writing it and leaving the worst review. I will NEVER EVER be returning to this store I use to love it! The staff were amazing, good energy and now not so much. 🤦🏻♀️ I came in one Sunday night to Get some cutleaf nothing new I’ve been a consistent customer with them for a while now so they know what I want when I come in however this night the manager with the red hair and piercings and some lady I never met before who had long brown hair and glasses denied me service telling me they were closed . Mind you They had 10 minutes before they closed and their open light was still on. I was OK taking my business elsewhere however I didn’t think it was good customer service for them to turn down a client when they’re open sign is still on so I made a comment saying you should turn this off so people don’t get the wrong impression. And then the lady yelled said we will turn it off when we get to it. You need to get out of the store so I left. I will never be going back to the store. I will continue to keep taking my business to Xhale ❤️❤️ they will never deny me and will always take care of there loyal customers . If you guys are wanting a good store with excellent service don’t go here at all 🤷🏻♀️💩
The bad attitude the few times I’ve visited here and last time I bought based on their recommendation and it was the worst tasting vape I’ve ever encountered and think the guy did it intentionally. Won’t come here again because of the bad attitudes

Wish I could only give 0 stars but I can’t. They only want to rip you off and take your money. Will not be back. Went in asking if they had a usb charger for some vape batteries the gentleman told us yes and sold us a charger and some batteries, upon going to my car I see that it is in fact not what he said he sold me. Tried going back into the store to get the issue remedied and the same guy who sold it told me no refunds or exchanges. They just want to take your money and not offer actual customer service. I’ll make sure everyone knows that.

So upset right now at my waste of money and willl not ever purchase anything else with this particular store!!!!!! Beware!!!!Bought a vape from this store tried it in store and everything it blowed smoke so I thought it was fine.. Less than one hour, the pen went out this pen usually last well of a day or two.I called the location and told them what happened, I’ve had this issue before with one other vape. Anyway it was a different shop and that company I bought it from gladly honored my purchase and switch the pen out for me even though it had been a few days before I even tried the pen because I bought two. ATL SMOKE SHOP I CALLED AND EXPLAINED THAT I HAD JUST LEFT THE STORE LESS THAN ONE HOUR AND ITS ALREADY EMPTY AND THEY SAY THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO!! Just not fair customer service. Beware if you buy from them that your sell is basically final and they can care less if your money is wasted. Rather keep a few dollars than a customer so that’s fine.

I have been a customer here for about 3 years now and have purchased multiple devices from this store. Anytime I have had an issue, they have always been very helpful in resolving it … until today. The young man working today offered no help! My device will no longer lock the battery in. Granted, I have only had this device for a short time. I had another one like this for over a year with no problems. I was told I would have to go to the manufacturers website to order a replacement ring or I could buy a new device. This particular one costs $70+I think if you are going to sell devices, having basic replacement rings should be a no brainer not to mention another revenue generator. To keep your regular customers happy this seems to be a small thing to me.Maybe it’s time to find a new vape shop that appreciates regular customers who frequently purchase from their store. I shop either this store or the Carrollton store weekly. #nothappytoday

Today I went to the store to purchase incense, hookah flavors and 2 almost 200$ hookahs. I had a tiny dog with me that the worker didnt even notice until I was in the store about 10 minutes because shes that tiny Literally palm so sized. I was told they didnt allow dogs in the store and if I could leave even though theres no where signed that this is a rule. Im ok with it and I understand rules but it should definitely be a sign up if Im going to get kicked out because of it. Im pretty sure had he known I was buying the expensive hookahs also he would have at least let me get rung up. He saw incense in my hand and didnt look at me like I was a sale. Oh well I will take my 500 elsewhere! I would have at least been offered the opportunity to take my pup in the car and continue with my purchase but I guess he didnt think it was worth it

Bought a bad batch of e-juice from here. Brought it back the very next day to see what could be done about it, they manager was not there so they took down my number. It’s been a week now and still no reach out. I don’t care about the juice, I just wanted to see if there was anything they could have done bc I did spend $26 on that juice. I have shopped there multiple times and well, it’s safe to say that money was wasted and they lost a customer... chill employees but when it comes to a problem, “nothing they can do.”
Let me start off by saying this...I used to go to another shop (maybe a mile from this one), and repeatedly have to walk right back out because they NEVER had what I needed.(I’d expect a store that sold high end mechanical mods to stay stocked up on the batteries or the wire/coils needed to make a mechmod work...)Anyways, when I seen this vape store, I didn’t even know it existed till I drove right by it one day. And I honestly didn’t expect them to have what I needed either. (since the bigger store down the street never would...)Well....I was wrong. This store ALWAYS has what I’m looking for. And the employees are top notch! Customer service is way above what you typically get in a store like this. 5stars is simply not enough.

As a truck driver, it is tough to find a Vape/CBD/Kratom shop that is accessible. This will now be my go to when travelling through the Western GA area as there is a Walmart in short walking distance.-Be careful as this Walmart has no truck parking and will Boot or Tow you after 2 hours. Getting in the lot may be tricky bit try a U turn on 61 to access the North Entrance.Prices are average for southern states & Quality is also on par. Alot of products and qualified cashiers to answer your questions.
