European Body Wrap & Medi Spa

After deciding that this year will be the year I indulge in self care, I chose European Body Wrap & Medi Spa for my first facial in many years. Upon arrival, I was placed in the relaxation room to fill out basic paperwork before my appointment. This room was calm and inviting and offered complimentary water, hot drinks, mints, etc. It being a Christian spa, I enjoyed the Bible that was placed within this room as well. Cynthia was my esthetician, and she made my experience wonderful. My face felt wonderful after my thirty minute microdermabrasion facial. I enjoyed all the products used during my visit (they all seem to have smelt amazing), but I also enjoyed being informed on what everything was and its purpose. They also offer a very easy online booking system with great descriptions on their services for making your decision easier when choosing a service.

My hope is that the services performed are better than the customer service! If you are serious about self care, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Booked appointment, appointment was confirmed via phone, and morning of appointment cancelled due to MT calling in sick. I’m not unreasonable and life happens. However, to offer me an appointment 2-3 weeks out or in late September was poor business practice. When I called to discuss the matter with someone, I was left on hold for over 15 minutes. Not once did a staff person come back to the line and say, “My apologies, we are short staffed, can I call you back, nothing!” I have been visiting the same spa for 15 years and retrieve service 2-3 a month, however due to decline in customer service, it was time to find a new home. Ownership/Leadership, there are plenty patrons who love supporting small businesses, but in order to continue to thrive please examine your policies or training of staff to create long term client base. .

Just had an amazing spa day at the European Body Wrap Spa today! Sam took excellent care of us with body wraps, sauna, lunch, and relaxation between session. Dani performed an amazing warm stone facial, and then Tonja with phenomenal massage to end the day. I highly recommend the European Body Wrap Spa for a spa day with friends!

The best kept secret in west Georgia! Every service I’ve had (and I’ve had many) here has been phenomenal. The staff are kind, encouraging, supportive, and go out of their way to make your experience personal. Take it from a “city” girl - this small town spa has everything you need with a touch of home. Dani is the facial QUEEN!! She gives the most incredible facials, is so knowledgeable, and makes you so comfortable! I Love EBWMS, they have always been my go to spa! Amazing staff and incredible services.

I went in for a Swedish deep tissue massage and they did not disappoint! Zoey was my masseuse and she was very attentive to my needs. I was completely relaxed throughout the whole session and I felt like I got the reset that I needed. I will be a repeat client!

This place is amazing. Clean, friendly, great employees. Ask for Christian. You wont regret it.

I received a message from Renee and it was amazing ! I must say this is the first spa I went to that actually got the pain out my back. She had real techniques. The spa was peaceful very cleaning and welcoming. They offered robes, a locker and changing area. I will be back and I definitely recommend.

Ive been going to this amazing spa since 2021. Dani has always done my facials and definitely has a true passion and gift for what she does! Shes always friendly and has a warm disposition. She truly cares about healthy skin! Zoey did my Swedish massage today and is so talented! I left feeling SOOO relaxed and pampered! I fell asleep a few times and my own snoring woke me up! 😂 These ladies and the spa are fabulous!

Great Spa! As soon as you walk through the door the cordial staff makes you feel so welcome. Dani takes such great care of my skin, choosing the precise treatment and products just for me. The massage therapists are all so professional and made me feel so comfortable. I have seen Mickey, Zoey and Renee...wonderful people with healing hands.

Great experience! The spa is clean and all the staff are very friendly. Sonya was very informative about all the treatments I received. I was even treated to a free paraffin hand treatment since it was my birthday. The only negative is the shower would not get hot and it would be nice to have a hook inside the shower stall so your towel/robe doesn’t get wet. Would definitely return and try other services.

It was a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in. There was a safe space to lock away my belongings and clothes and luxurious robes to change into. Mickey was very professional and did an incredible job on my massage, and I could not have asked for a more relaxing hour of my life. I highly recommend Mickey and treating yourself to a relaxing massage!

Simply amazing! I had a Swedish massage given by Renee which was divine and everything that I needed and more. Renee was a great fit for me and this was such a great way to start my Birthday weekend.The facility was clean, spacious and very zen. I look forward to going often.

Today was amazing. Dani is by far the best esthetician I’ve ever seen. She goes above and beyond the normal facial; scalp massage and even wrapping your arms with warm towels. It was heavenly.Zoey did my massage and I couldn’t even talk during the massage, it was so good. The pressure was perfect and she made sure my lower back was comfortable.These two ladies made me hate to go back to reality. I can’t wait until the next time. Thanks Dani and Zoey.

This place is the absolute BEST! Renee was super friendly and gave the best massage I’ve ever had. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and even helped my boyfriend set up balloons as a surprise for Valentine’s Day after my massage. 10/10 experience. Will be coming back!!

I received 5 star care during my 90 minute massage. The massage therapist asked questions and went to work on specific areas that needed to most attention. I felt like royalty. The European Spa is beautiful and the staff are top notch. You will never be disappointed as they are the standard in excellence and service when you visit.

My first bikini wax, and Dani made it such a calming experience. She helped calm me, gave me a stress ball, and was so informative about the process. She made sure that I breathed thru the process and she was so sweet. I definitely will be coming back

First time going to the spa and I have to say my experience was amazing. Being a working mom of 2, I never get to just relax and do something for myself. When I say it definitely met my expectations and more. The music that was playing was so relax and the staff were super nice. I also have to point out Sonja, who did my body wrap, she was so sweet and down to earth. Will definitely go back!!!

Wow! First time ever receiving a Swedish massage and let me just say I didn’t have to hold my breath the whole time in pain. It was so relaxing and still worked out all my knots. It’s quiet and peaceful in here. The full spa experience like you see on tv with the robe and everything!

BEST FACIAL EVER!! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I seriously could not wait to make it home just to leave a review! Every part of the experience was amazing! As soon as I walked through the front door the girls at the desk were extremely welcoming. Their changing room was clean with lockers and a key to keep your belongings safe and secure. The ambience Was extremely, calming and relaxing and tranquil. Then my favorite part, Josey the aesthetician who gave me my deep cleansing facial, was AMAZING!!! She IMMEDIATELY put me at ease and made me feel super comfortable and welcome!! She was so great at explaining each product as she went along being very careful to help me understand exactly what she was doing to my skin. She was very detailed and really took her time with the whole process! You could just tell how much she loved and how passionate she is about her work, while making sure you get the best experience possible! I’ve had many facials and peels. But this was hands-down the best experience and best facial I have ever had in my entire life!! I seriously could not have loved it more!! Thank you Josey!!!

Today was an amazing experience. I lost a total of 8-1/2 inches with the body wrap! I left there feeling pampered and healthy.

Had a lash lift & tint - and I’ve never had anything done with my eyelashes. The lady was super sweet, friendly & knowledgeable while having the lift done. However, I did ask the question in messenger before I booked my appointment what the complete difference was between a lift & extensions days before my appointment and never received a response. I went ahead with my appointment regrettably & wished I’d done more thorough research between the 2 :(

I needed my eyebrows touched up from having them done 2 years ago, I love this spa & was so happy when they started offering microblading service. I had my brows touched up last week and was so happy! They do so much more than this service & I have been pleased with all services! If you need a day of relaxation this is the place to be!

This was literally like the hands of an angel came down through the clouds to Massage away all my stress anxiety and pain. I had never had a Massage before and I will definitely come back here. Even the waiting area brings on a feeling of Serenity and relaxation. I highly recommend.

The staff was very kind but lacked the professionalism to make it a great spa experience. The overall volume was loud from the music to the staff talking. I actually could hear, as I was in the sauna with music playing, one member angry about someone scheduling an appt. late in the day. Doors were left open when there exited a room and I could hear everyone walking around and talking. Staff calling out for you from the door instead of walking into the room to greet you. There was not proper signage throughout the building to help guide you to other rooms as no one walked with you to get you from one place to the next. The temp was cold and made the experience less than desirable and they didn’t offer slippers to ward off the cold tile. I was freezing before I left. I got eyebrow tinting and it was good but the over priced lash tint and curl for $115 didn’t last. My lashes two days later look as they did when I got there.

Amazing facial with Josey! I also had my eyebrows tinted and I Love them!!! The atmosphere is so relaxing and they always make you feel special when you visit!! Definitely going back for another visit.

My friend had his back waxed, this what he said about it. For my first time experience and not knowing what to expect, the staff was very helpful. The place was super clean. I will be returning. It is not as painful as I thought it would be to have my back waxed.

Lucky for me, I live very close to the spa, but even if I lived many miles from it, I WOULD still come to this spa versus any other! The staff are so accommodating and sweet. I’m still anxious about COVID and when I book, I ask for the staff to wear masks and they do so for me. They have a variety of services and I always leave feeling rejuvenated.

Couldve been better... Refreshments like tea and water were few. Coffee pot water was not hot. Essentials for women in the bathroom were mostly Caucasian friendly ...also it seemed like random stuff in a basket... Food should be available all day. Everyone has different schedule needs... Massage room looked like donated lol not zen. Maby do candles or plants SOMETHING! LOL the music player in the sauna is broken etc!!! Do better 💜

Edited: I lost my phone and debit card on a ride at Six Flags in November. I immediately cancelled my card with the bank. The spa NEVER called when my card declined in December. I honestly forgot about it because its on auto pay. I did however receive a call on Christmas day from a COLLECTION AGENCY. Wow! I will absolutely warn everyone I know to stay far away.

5 hour spa session was amazing! 1st body wrap I lost 6 inches total. 2nd body wrap another 5 inches total! Cant wait to see the results of the 3rd and 4th upcoming body wraps!
