I booked my 60 minute session through ClassPass. Upon arrival, I was unsure where the building was but there is a sign right on the door! Make sure you call the office so you can be let inside.I had an amazing experience at Relax DC. My masseuse was Victor, he was attentive, friendly, and overwhelmingly professional. He checked in during the right times, and made sure to keep the space quiet and zen. The front desk staff were also super kind, and very respectful. Also, the facility was well-kept and clean!

My wife and I got a hot Stone couples massage here from Maggie and Marlin. We arrived 10 mins earlier and they were very welcoming. They had bottled water for us and led us into our room to change.Both of us felt very relaxed through the entire massage and raved about the experience after.Both of them asked questions about the kind of pressure we wanted, what areas to focus, and were responsive to requests.This business is located on the second floor of the major intersection in Adams Morgan, but once inside, the smells and ambiance created a great atmosphere for a massage.

This place is quite inconspicuous from the outside, but once you’re inside, it’s like a regular clean and relaxing spa vibe. Both Juan and Victor are absolute masters of their art and excellent massage therapists. I’ve so far booked through ClassPass and it’s been a seamless experience. Highly recommend!

The only way I know how to describe a massage with Juan is healing magic. I walked in with soreness from constantly working hunched over a computer and with swollen sinuses from an illness a month ago.I left feeling lighter than air, relaxed, pain-free, and - the most magical of all - able to breathe better. I went for a 60-minute Swedish massage and didnt mention the swollen sinuses - he told me he just noticed the tension. Whatever he did worked - my sinuses are so bad that I need a minor surgery on them. The massage doesnt negate that but there is a NOTICEABLE difference (after 4 doctors appointments that have not been able to fix the issue).I am grateful and will absolutely be returning - 10/10 recommend to friends and strangers alike!

The person who took care of me was so incredibly friendly and very attentive to the areas that were really sore and hurting me. The area was clean and sanitary and very pleasant and they offered me water upon arrival. I would definitely recommend and will most definitely be returning!

This place is a hidden gem. Every room is beautiful and relaxing. The staff is so welcoming and wonderful. I feel like I am visiting loved ones and healing, all at once.I love that there are several modalities to choose from and any service can be done as a couples service in the same room.

I’ve been here 3 times so far and all my experiences have been amazing! I hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and I feel relief after every session.The place is clean with ambient music and the staff is professional and friendly. Something I actually really enjoy (that I find others may not) is that there is communication in the beginning about how much pressure feels good, if I’m experiencing pain, or target areas of relief I’d like.Overall 10/10 and would highly recommend!I also like supporting small, minority owned businesses like this one.

This was my first time getting a massage and I feel reborn. I went with my mom for the 60 minute couples massage; Angie and Marlon have the hands of divinity. We felt absolutely relaxed, rejuvenated, and refreshed after the massage. The environment was comforting, clean, and smelled wonderful. The sounds transferred me to a waterfall scape on the most beautiful island, I truly felt heavenly. I will definitely be returning!!

One of the best massages I have ever had! Went with a friend and she agreed also. Juan is so nice is super helpful. He was able to explain the different types of massages they had prior to me booking so I knew which to book. Highly recommend!

I found this gem of a place through a Google search. I came here for six lymphatic drainage massages after my procedure. Juan is fantastic, very knowledgeable, and punctual. He understood my needs and what I was going after and addressed pain management in areas during the massages. The office is super clean and always smells good. I highly recommend Juan and his services to anyone seeking massage services.

If only I had read the reviews first.The same things others are complaining about happened to me.They asked for the Groupon voucher and barcode before booking. When I explained I wasnt comfortable with the idea, all of the appointments were suddenly booked.This place is a joke. Shop the competition. There are so many legitimate businesses in this area, that its not worth suffering with this company.

Juan was my masseuse and it was the best massage I’ve had in a long time!! The place was clean, peaceful, and the pressure was perfect. 10/10 would recommend!

HORROR STORY!!!! I booked this place through class pass. The images they used do not match their studio AT ALL. An hour before my appointment they sent me message asking me to come at 9:30pm instead because they were too busy. When I called the number on their profile, they kept declining the call. A man called me from his cell phone and started yelling at me that I had a problem. They ultimately cancelled my appointment.TL;DR this place is not a legitimiate spa but is a run down apartment, the staff is extremely rude. Save your money and go to a professional place.

Juan and Marlo are the greatest human beings on this planet. They have an extraordinary understanding of human anatomy and a passion for healing and curing others. My partner and I are both athletes- to date, the best massages we have ever had. Deep tissue, all the way. These guys know what they are doing. Do NOT miss an opportunity to work with them.

Excellent massage. Booked through ClassPass where this location has great reviews. I got the Lomi Lomi with Juan which was so flowing and helped me both relieve some shoulder tension and relax. Came out floating!

Customer service is horrendous. Person answering the phone goes in circles but ultimately if you have a Groupon she keeps telling you she is booked after confirming a time. Basically they will not make an appointment or see you unless you pay them upfront. I have a problem with this and asked how I am assured they will not redeem my coupon without me being there. There was no response to this inquiry. I say avoid she then told me we live in America and this is how business is done. I would rather take my money somewhere else. Avoid if you have a Groupon. Update: Juan has called me several times. He is angry and wants me to remove this review. He ended by saying dont come to my business ever. I have blocked them and again do not reccommend.

I bought a one hour massage on Groupon. They don’t answer the phone, but they do respond via text. They were flexible. But, my massage was only 40 minutes instead of an hour. Based on their response below, you can see how unprofessional this business is. I would avoid them!

If we could we would be giving 0 stars.Whoever you have taking calls is disrespectful and interruptive and we’ll be happy spending our money elsewhere.As someone that is visiting Washington out of country, we’d of loved to made a better review but hopefully this helps guide others to a better massage experience.

I just had my fourth massage with Juan, who is attentive and knows the body well. He notices how my body changes from month to month and modifies his massage appropriately. It took me seven years to find a massage therapist I want to stick with in DC.

Not professional at all. Uncomfortable situation with the owner, receptionist and therapist at the same time. Not reccomended. I been with some other therapist and this time the guy didn’t stop to talk during massage. I just leave the place without finish the session.

I have been going to Juan for years. His massage is on point. He gets to all of your sore spots and release the hidden tension. No doubt the best of the best.

Super unprofessional place, I’m thinking it’s a scam. See screenshots of conversation below, they don’t answer the phone and want deposits over text. Then right before sending a Groupon barcode (thank God I hadn’t purchase it yet), they tell me suddenly it’s booked.
