Wonderful experience today! I got a deal for a massage and facial when I was only looking to get a wax that I purchased off Groupon however, after such a painless wax by Nezha and the availability of the massage and my schedule I said why not. Devin gave me a great detailed massage and hit every area, some areas I was not aware of. After I went back to Nezha for my facial. Simply amazing! I’ll definitely be coming back to see them both and maybe explore their other services. And you must try the hot Moroccan Tea, delicious!
I believe I got my massage from a therapist named Dev and have to say I really enjoyed her techniques and work. She was very responsive and professional, and took extra steps to ensure I felt comfortable with her work.The studio is quite large though the massage rooms themselves are quite small. Not that that matters, but because they face Georgia Ave they are a tad noisy which doesnt necessarily lend itself to a totally relaxing time.I think the standard prices are a tough high compared to other spas, but coming here through Classpass made it much more affordable. I loved being able to pay tip through Venmo which made life super easy.
Terrible and completely unprofessional experience. I arrived early, checked in, and then waited 10 minutes before the manager came over to say I wasnt in their system. I showed her my confirmation email and she said shed try to fit me in. After waiting another 15 minutes and trying to be patient, I went up to the front counter to ask what the plan was. They assured me they were working on getting me set up shortly. I waited again as others went before me. Finally, they showed me to a changing room and said I could put my things in one of the personal lockers with a key. There were 3 lockers left - one had someone elses clothes in it, another appeared to have cleaning or lotion supplies in it, and the other had folded linens in it - given all poor options, I put my things in with the linens! Trying to move on, I asked where to go next and they directed me to the waiting room Id been sitting in for the last 30 minutes. They explained that they were going to set up a table in there and it would be okay since I was the last client of the day. They did try to make it a better experience with relaxing music and lighting, but I could overhear other employees in the lobby and others checking in for different services. My masseuse was very friendly and kept apologizing for the circumstances, and the massage itself was fine, but that couldnt overcome waiting 30 minutes to be treated as an inconvenience. At the end I expected them to apologize and attempt to rectify the situation, but instead was only asked how much I wanted to tip. I went because I wanted to relax, but instead experienced a stressful and insulting time.
Luther gave me an incredible massage with just the right pressure because he checked with me throughout the session to see how I was doing, which I really appreciate. Luther was also extremely attentive and welcoming throughout my time at the studio. The studio space looked like it was under construction with several boxes tossed around the lobby, paint tape on the molding, no table to place my tea, etc. It seems that this studio is new and I understand that transition can be messy though I hope that the space is more tidy and customer friendly the next time I visit.
Terrible massage! I’ve never had a deep tissue massage that was this painful! I asked the masseuse multiple times to lessen the pressure and she would do so for a couple of minutes and then forget and hurt me again. She had no idea what a deep tissue massage is. She just pressed down hard and swiped fast across the back. Unbelievably incompetent.
The service was good but i paid for a couples bath in sauna and was only told i can do one and they promised to honor the geoupon i purchased. Scheduled twice and they stood me up and have been calling since the summer and still i have not gotten compensated at all. I hated given this rating but customer service is always a plus for me. But Patricia did a good job jus dont like the fact that now noone seems to care bout the money ive already paid for this service and wasnt able to render in FULL!😵
Very nice experience. The ambiance was calm and peaceful and the music only made my experience better. Monay did an amazing job on my massage. I left feeling relaxed I do intend on going back.

Got a deal on a Groupon. Very hard to actually get a live person to schedule and when I finally scheduled something, there was no one at the location for my appointment. Standing out in the cold rain with a locked door and no one answering the door or phone. Don’t waste your money; this business is not serious.
Best waxing experience ever. No pain afterwards either. Highly recommended. I went somewhere else and they hurt me. At DD Balance they know what they are doing and provide a high quality experience for customers
REALLY bad customer service. Tried to call them for two weeks, emailed them and even used the chat box. They never returned my calls, neither my email. Impossible to have them on the phone to book an appointment with my groupon coupon that is now expiring. NOT RECOMMENDED.
Great service and really friendly staff. All Id ask for is a herbal tea instead of cold water in the wintery weather.Its on the 3rd floor just ring the bell to go up.
Booked an appointment and they did not answer the door. Called the number twice and rang the door bell. Literally depended on this appointment for my trip
