It has old juice (all 0mg and 5yrs old) and hasnt restocked inventory in 3 months. But the girl working was very nice and respectful. I hope they get restocked. I think they have a new owner. So be patient 🤘🏼

First time there but Ill definitely be going back! Im not sure of the gentlemans name but he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and so nice compared to every other shop Ive been to. Also, you can actually sample flavors before buying! No other place Ive been offers that. If youre looking for a good vape shop in Washington, go here. You wont be disappointed👍

Great customer service. High quality juice along with mods and RDAs. High knowledge and understanding by the owners to help you get exactly what you need. I dont recommend anywhere else in Washington. Their deals and prices are unbeatable

Nice selection of vapes ... They also carry the delta 8 carts and have a very limited selection of Kratom.... When I was there there were four people inside the store, approx 30 x 30, none of them wearing masks,. But the staff was nice.. I do think theyre a bit overpriced and when you check out using a card, your total price goes up, which sucks, and the card swiper thing automatically asks u if you want to tip. Just heads up... You may end up paying more than your actual total.

Huge selection of juices. Prices are a bit high, but that may just be a difference in taxes, as I dont usually but vape products in Washington county. Gentleman working the counter was polite and knew his product well. Will be returning on my next trip through that area.

Do not wast your time!!! IF..... and I do mean IF! This place use to be a decent place! What the heck happened! Walking in the place is a mess. It’s dusty and has cat hair everywhere. Their stock of juices was laughable and customer service.... NONE! The gentleman in the shop stayed asleep on the couch snoring the 10 minutes I was there. The lady that woke up long enough to provide, sleepy, drugged typed uninterested service! She didn’t even have any advice to give on flavors. I was more of a bother to her. Well, at least that the impression I got! Dubtown has double zeros from me. With all the great shops in Morgantown. I drive the 30 minutes and get great service, juices and also spare parts. NONE of which you will get here! Close your door if you wanna sleep and do drugs all day! Dang!

Despite the negative reviews this is a decent place to stop, especially with a truck and trailer. Lot has room for it. Easy to get to. Wide selection of juices and mods, unfortunately didnt have a particular juice flavor I was looking for but I cant dock them for that, however the associate guided me towards some other flavors to get me by in the mean time. Im just picky. Like most of these shops suffering from the 40% tax hike. Inventory/stock appears to be rotating, but maintain more stock than some of the shops Ive visited in the past.

The people working the register ugly af and smelly

Literally the worst vape shop I’ve been to. If I could give zero stars I would. They are always out of juices that I want and the people are not very friendly. It smells like cat urine and it’s very unclean. The past few times I’ve been in there the people working were playing video games and acting like I was the worst inconvenience to them. My boyfriend went tonight and same thing. No juice and employees were annoyed that he was in there. Very rude and unfriendly. Not a good way to run a business.

Great selections of juice with almost unbeatable prices. Shops kept clean and everything is presented nicely. They keep constant stock of the most commonly used atomizers. My go to vape shop.

Love this shop. Dumped my others after finding Dubtown. Premium lines. Amazing Staff. Hands down the best prices around. Great for everything a one stop shop. Ya cant beat it! AND they opened a second location too. Definitely recommend this shop for everything! ALso if you want it they try to get it. Never beyond trying to help out their public!

I must start out on a positive note with this store, and say, that it has some of the most unique Vape accessories available around the area! The pricing is decent, just like every other store of vaping around here. The main qualm I have with the store that could be improved greatly, is the customer service. The service Representatives need to gain more knowledge upon B inventory they have available, and have some sort of care for the industry themselves. I had a sour personal experience recently, when last going into the store... I was specifically going in to buy a certain tank I had seen the time previous that I had went there. As I was in and received the tank I was wanting in the first place, I proceeded to tell the associate that I wanted more apparel for my vape mod to decorate it and make it different. I specifically asked him what all that could alter my mods appearance. He, without hesitation looked right at me and told me that they had nothing in the store more for my mod to change with. Thankfully I was a Relentless Shopper that day, and didnt just listen and walk out instead I browse the shelves. Much to my surprise, I not only found decorations for my tank, but also numerous new tips available for my tank! I brought it to the associates attention that here are these things available for my vape and you told me you had nothing trying to make it a light joke, in which he didnt really care to find funny or laugh after browsing through what I had found with no help from the associate, I ended up spending almost $150 strictly accessories. I made the sarcastic comment that I wanted to spend money Im in here asking for things that I can give their company money and he was turning me away why wouldnt he sell me anything, and I was an easy customer! LoL then, to top it all off, when I finally did check out, I was given the total. . I walked up to the register to hand my money to the associate, noticing that the store had a rewards machine program. I hesitated, and then asked if that was indeed a rewards program and be associate openly told me yes. I then asked him why I wasnt asked to be involved with the reward program, especially when I had made in my eyes a decent purchase. The associate had no answer for me basically but quiet and told me that he couldnt go back and let me do it with having the rewards program. Ivan responded asking if I could have my receipt because I wanted to complain to the owner of why I wasnt offered to be in the rewards program with my purchase and see if I could be entered in it since I didnt even get an opportunity to be questioned for it. The associate was careless of what I was saying and printed me out my receipt and let me walk out the door disappointed. I would have loved to have been a regular repetitive customer knowing that I had been involved in a Rewards program incentive for every time I spent money in the store. PS it would have made me decide to make that vape store my main store, but unfortunately I am still on the search 4 A main vape store to shop at Daily.

Love this place. Best prices in town wide selection of juices and supplies. Very friendly and helpful. I am new to the Vape world and they was very helpful. I will never go anywhere else.

Not a bad place. They have a large selection. The kid behind the counter was helpful and friendly, but also sold me a Novo 4 as a nic salt device. Yes you can buy coils to make it a nic salt device, but as it comes it was designed for regular eliquid and higher wattage. They also charge you extra if you use a credit/debit card which is ridiculous. It’s 2021 who doesn’t use a credit/debit card?! The retailer needs to absorb those fees and not pass them onto the customers, especially when the product pricing is already over inflated.

Decent products, Any disposable vape i have gotten here even spending 22$ on one has died in not even a day. It’s really not worth spending the money on them. But their mods are really good.I personally am upset that i bought a 22$ disposable vape yesterday and it has already died and ive hardly used it.

Awesome shop. The people here dont push any product just to make a buck. They love helping getting people to switch from smoking to vaping and have a very wide selection of juice to fit any taste.

Been coming here since they opened. The people here are very personable, and they go above and beyond for their customers. They offer a large variety of products and prices are very reasonable!

I feel that dylan should get a raise he’s a very helpful person and probably my favorite person at the shop definitely makes the dubtown experience better and goes above and beyond to help customers!

I go here everytime for all my vaping needs. I live 25 minutes away so its quite a drive but the service itself is worth it to me, i love these people. They love to help you.

This is my favorite place to buy vape and supplies. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great conversation and down home type place. Always make new friends when I come here. And the prices are excellent.

This place has the best of the best juices mods or whatever. They are really friendly, they truthfully explain everything they no about a mod or tank to ya. Even if its bad theyll tell ya.. This place always has everything I need.

The person working literally dumped out an entire tank of my juice all over counter trying to see what coil I had....a tank I bought there about a week prior....which they dont carry the coils. So inconsistent in every realm of business. The convenience is no longer worth it for me to stop there.Thank you for nothing...

Great selection of vape stuff and Zach, the manager, is the best around. I highly recommend this place to any new vapers, or longtime veterans like myself! Theyre also open until 10pm EVERY night 😎👍

My husband went and bought me coils and they was the wrong ones I went today and he exchanged them for right ones and he also fixed my Nebox which was leaking I have been to a few of the vape stores in washington and the service here is by far the best. If I have questions I have asked on facebook message and have gotten response within hour of message . I would highly recommend dubtown vapes. Thank you for your services.

Dubtown vapes is by far the best Vape shop in the area of Washington pa matter of fact its probably the best in the state if you havent been there you have to stop in I can promise you that you will not find a better deal Ive been to all the shops in Washington pa and have not found one as good as this one so go take a look you wont find a better one just come in right off work and look it up and write a review right after you get the best deal of your life on a new Vape 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Compared to the official site that make most the mods this place sells theyre just ripping you off check it outout online ...If you pay 100$ for the Nova kit by geek vape your getting ripped offoff, this place is a joke

Best vape shop around, before I went to other shops around Washington and Belle Vernon and they had no customer service and were straight up ignorant. Soon as I went to Dubtown vape in Washington and in Waynesburg I knew this was my shop and I will continue business with them.

I am here right now and the 2 gentalmen that are here are so helpful and friendly and they have showed me all the different vapas and I ended up with the Pico. You need to come and check them out.

Horrible place. Dirty, overpriced... the guy offered to take my bottle in the back and add more nicotine to it, I dont recommend this.

When they sell you a vape that they sell is indestructable and You have it for 60 days in a start firing off by itself so you take it back and they tell you they cant warranty it dont waste your money at this place go elsewhere
