I recently had the pleasure of visiting Green Root Spa & Waxing Co. for a lash lift and tint treatment, and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations. The treatment itself was exceptional. Angelique is highly skilled and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the process to me and answer any questions I had. The lash lift and tint procedure was performed with great care and precision, resulting in beautifully lifted and tinted lashes that truly enhanced my eyes. Not only was the service top-notch, but the spa itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere that allowed me to fully unwind and enjoy the pampering experience. I will definitely be back for more services!

I had a deep tissue massage by Amy! So happy with her service- I was so relaxed, she made me feel comfortable and had the pressure that I like (my first visit here)! Then I saw Angelique for my facial- same thing: I was so relaxed, she made me feel comfortable and she’s very informative! Gave me some tips for my skin. I will definitely be coming back and already recommended my friends in the area!

Had an amazing massage with Amy. She made sure I was relaxed and comfortable, explained everything before massage and asked if there were any questions. The environment is very calm and relaxing. So pleased to find a place like this that uses clean and organic products. You will not be disappointed.

Angelique is wonderful. Never thought I would enjoy getting hair pulled out of my body, but her company is just that great! She was great at explaining everything she was doing. Very comfortable and clean!

The facials here are amazing and so relaxing! My skin is always feeling refreshed and clean after each I time I go. I have noticed a big difference with my acne. The products thy provide are all clean and good ingredients. I love this place!

Paid for a facial with a dermaplane add on. Did not recieve extractions or a normal facial experience. Just got a dermaplane with serums & a mask. Pretty upset as i was looking forward to the facial aspect of it.

I had a wonderful massage with Amy this weekend! I had specific requests about where I did and didnt want massage and she was totally open to those requests and encouraged me to provide feedback if something felt off. The spa is clean and the team was very welcoming!

I cannot recommend this place enough. I’ve avoided going in to get a Brazilian for almost 2 years because of the pain from the last time. Angie made this experience as pain-free as possible! I am so impressed and will be recommending Green Root Spa to everyone!!

Very busy. Call before you go. I think they are short staffed. I went to get my wife a gift session for Christmas. Everytime I went, the doors were locked, and a session was in progress. I mean that is good but they do need a receptionist to cater to us that do come in. I do work a crazy schedule and cant get in on an ideal time. Maybe next go around Ill catch someone.

It was my first time at Green Root Spa and it definitely did not disappoint. The spa itself was warm and inviting. The products they have displayed is another reason I will be returning to test out. A self service shampoo/body wash bar was beautifully displayed. I look forward to trying the make up line too.I went in for a Brazilian waxing and massage. I was nervous to wax ( first time) They made me feel very comfortable and walked me through the process. I was pleased with results and will be a regular no doubt!The massage was absolutely amazing . Again the room was set up with tranquility in mind❤️My massage therapist was professional and really felt and pointed out areas of extra tension. She was wonderful . I needed to make self care important in my life and I’m Thsnkful I was introduced to this spa for that reason. Thank you ladies I appreciate you❤️😍

What a beautiful spa! It has a warm calming atmosphere that smells amazing! The owner Angelique was very attentive and gave great advice on what products would work best for me. I had eye lash extensions done by Melissa, who did a wonderful job! It was my first time getting lash extensions and I am in love with them. They were beautifully done :) I highly recommend this spa!

I’ve been here twice and both times have been amazing. They gave me guidance on what products and facials would be best for my skin. They also made me feel so special since I went on my birthday 😊

Angelique was FABULOUS! my first time and I booked a 2nd visit. She is very knowledgeable and gentle. Even her voice is super relaxing! You wont be disappointed! Waterford needed a place like this. The building was very nice and welcoming.

I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my facial appointment. Angelique welcomed me in with a friendly smile and handled everything very professionally. She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease. I was very impressed with the final result. My face and neck felt smooth and as soft as new baby skin. While we were chatting I also expressed my need to improve my sleep and anxiety so she recommended the high quality CBD Gummies available to purchase right at the spa and they have helped me a ton. I will definitely be returning to this spa to try out the rest of their services and products and even plan on having a girls day out here!

Starting at the lobby area it was super clean and offered a wide variety of products all organic. First time getting waxed Angeliqua was very nice, made me feel super comfortable, fast, and did a very good job getting all of the spots.

I am so happy to have found this place! I made an appointment online and even got a Saturday appointment with short notice. I had a facial and a massage and both were AMAZING!!!! Very clean and welcoming spa. The girls were amazing as well. I will be back!

Jenna did such an amazing job. I recieved a brightening facial, and she made SURE I left with glowing vibrant skin. Hands down, best facial I’ve ever had.

The staff was super friendly and to my surprise, the owner, Angelique, was the one who personally did my Brazilian wax. She used a wax for sensitive skin which I loved. She was super professional. I would definitely recommend.
